[00:02] went to all the psychologists or stayed there, it wouldn't have solved anything, because I had already done 100 therapy sessions with the psychologist and it helped me with many things, but it didn't resolve what was there in my

[00:18] And TRG solves it, it really solves it.

[00:30] worst moment of your life, right? It has the worst recent moment and it has the worst moment before I even left my mother's womb. My mother, while she was pregnant with me,

[00:44] pregnant with me, had previously lost two newborn children, 15 days apart, actually 14 days. During her pregnancy, one of her sisters was also pregnant, and she went to

[00:59] give birth to my cousin, almost at the risk of dying [music] herself. And on top of that, she also lost a brother, who was her closest relative.

[01:11] So, I received all of this burden. I was always a very introverted, quiet, and withdrawn child, but I didn't understand explain came from.

[01:23] Adolescence is the same way and everything. And until then, for me, it was just my way of being. And more recently, 7 years ago, I was driving home with my brother, and while he was driving, we had done a go-

[01:39] kart race and he lost control of the car. The car spun out, hit the pole, the car went halfway into the pole, the pole fell on top of the car and he died in my lap. And I remember that, and it was quite tragic, was

[01:56] I had a very powerful [musical] experience with God, where I saw a hand that with God, where I saw a hand that came through the car window and touched me. Well, the thing is, I was already in treatment for depression, which I started 12 years

[02:12] ago. against depression. So, at that moment, if it weren't for that divine intervention, I wouldn't have been able to get out of bed anymore, because I had already spent days and days sleeping, sleeping and sleeping. I used to sleep

[02:29] sleeping, sleeping and sleeping. I used to sleep 20, 18, 16 hours every day. I would 20, 18, 16 hours every day. I would get up to eat something, to but the moment I got home, I'd go straight to my

[02:42] room to sleep. In this search, I sought out psychiatrists and psychologists, and even went through approximately 100 traditional sessions in mainstream psychology, but I still

[02:55] traditional sessions in mainstream psychology, but I still lacked the strength to move forward. lacked the strength to move forward. So one day, scrolling through my feed, I saw the little video, "Have you ever been told that you could [musician] be a psychologist, that you

[03:07] should, did you know you could be a therapist and so on and so forth?" And I got interested because it was like an answer [music] to my prayers, you know? So, I see the two most critical moments as my mother's pregnancy and

[03:23] then now the loss of my brother. Well, it's been 14 days since I lost my father too, which was also a very uncomfortable situation,

[03:35] he started feeling unwell after 2 hours and he passed away, but now he's away, but now he's stronger, right? So, relatively speaking, compared to my brother's experience, it's been easier, although it's

[03:49] painful [music]. So, I would say those are the moments. Were you very close to your brother? Very close. My brother was the youngest. And although my father was always very present, he was like

[04:03] a son to me. So, he mirrored me [musically] a lot. Well, I trained as a safety technician. He went there and did it too. I used to his dream was to work there too. Then he ended up working there. Well, I taught

[04:19] ended up working there. Well, I taught him how to play guitar and he really improved and surpassed expectations. So, [music] we were, actually, today I say, the two friends I had I lost, which was

[04:31] [snoring] him and now my father. So, I've known TRG for 2 years. It was I've known TRG for 2 years. It was the very end, beginning of 2022. So, I was taking 150 mg of venlafaxine, which is an

[04:47] 150 mg of venlafaxine, which is an antidepressant, right? I was taking medication to counteract the effects of vela faxina, one of its side effects faxina, one of its side effects , and I was taking 2 mg of alprazolam to

[05:03] help me sleep, but even then I had difficulty sleeping. Before that, I trained as a body [music] analyst at another institution, which started to give me some direction, but I realized I

[05:15] couldn't go that deep there. The issue that helped me a lot, [music] and also in terms of people , was that I had a limitation. And then when I saw Professor Jair calling for

[05:30] the training to become a therapist, you know, in that video, I said: "I'm going to take on this because that's what I I want, which is to help people." So I was already asking God to open a door for me to get a job, a

[05:45] work opportunity that would give me a faster return and that I wouldn't have to go back to college, because I studied engineering for two and a half years and couldn't finish because of depression.

[06:00] class. I'd get home from work, lie down, and then get up to go to school. And then I couldn't take it anymore, so I had to put it on hold, and then time passed, I couldn't continue,

[06:13] And there? So I went, I enrolled, I took the course, man, I must have devoured the classes. I took the course, it must have been about 25 to 30 days long,

[06:25] took the course, it must have been about 25 to 30 days long, I started in the morning and I went at a fast pace . Did you feel it? And during the course I was already starting to see that it was making a lot of sense to me.

[06:37] So I completed the training and immediately looked for an angel. Then I did 20 sessions with that in that first [song] situation. In those 20 sessions, man, my life went from bad to good, because I wasn't

[06:52] sleeping and I wasn't taking sleeping medication anymore, and I wasn't even taking the medication to counteract the side effects of the antidepressant anymore, and I had already finished the antidepressant completely. Then, through the accumulation of the unconscious,

[07:10] came the records that remained in me of my brother's [musical] accident. And then I said, I'm going to panic, [music] was hopeless, because in that

[07:22] I did the master and in the master there's the 2.0 of the somatic and I saw the physical reaction of the people and that was like before I couldn't do the auto- That's when I started to be able to do the auto-reprocessing.

[07:38] And then, man, [music] I have some videos man, [music] I have some videos recorded from my sessions. My body, you can clearly see that my body was in some kind of uncontrolled state,

[07:51] and then you see that I was reprocessing the memories that were imprinted on my body from the West. How was it to reprocess that image of "having"? So, [music] uh, the video part, the

[08:06] film part doesn't come across as so clearly, it comes across more somatically. [music] somatically. [music] I remember some steps, but I can't delve too deeply into it. So, it comes across very somatically. So, it comes from

[08:18] tremors. Ah, the head goes to one side, goes to the other, the body spins, turns, comes back, [music] goes. I have some films, some videos recorded showing this. So, I'm not talking to outsiders, but my

[08:34] family, who live with me every day, saw the peaks of this, but now it's not as saw the peaks of this, but now it's not as intense as it used to be. And as it goes on, with each session I do, I feel the music;

[08:49] there are sessions where it feels like that energy, what was recorded within me, is literally being released. So yeah, it's been very transformative. In my own experience, right? I needed to get out of this depression, man.

[09:04] But first I wanted a job opportunity. Yes, I already had a company, but it wasn't doing as well as I'd like. And I wanted that opportunity, so I trained to be a

[09:16] body analyst. I was just starting out , but like I said, I realized I wasn't going as deep as I wanted to. And then the professor said: "Look, it's important that you take care of yourself too, that you have congruence so that you

[09:30] can bring to your client what you're experiencing." And man, I threw myself into it just like I did when I went to the psychologist, just like I did when I went to the psychiatrist. To give

[09:44] you an idea, I've already treated my psychiatrist psychiatrist after I finished my training, you know? We formed a very strong bond, after many years together, and

[09:57] I told her: "Look, I have something I can help you with." And then she agreed, we did a few sessions, but then she ended up not continuing. But even that was a wonderful achievement for me , not to mention for myself. So,

[10:09] today I'm no longer, thank God, taking sleeping pills again, and I'm already in the final stage of weaning off the antidepressant that I had to go back on because of that

[10:24] deeper level I accessed, you know? So, it was extraordinary. [music] My experience with TRG is literally [music] I am before and after TRG.

[10:37] Ah, I feel good. Very good compared to what I had. If it were before, I wouldn't even have the strength to come to an event like this. In my previous job, I had several similar events, and sometimes I would miss them because I

[10:51] lacked the motivation or energy, you know? And I couldn't. And today it's very different, [the music] is very different. I'm not different. I'm not finished yet because my angel

[11:05] couldn't continue at that time. [music] I tried two more people, and I also saw that it wasn't going to work, not because of the method, but because of the approach they were taking, which I saw wasn't

[11:17] aligned with TRG. And that's when I started to be able to reprocess myself. That's making a difference. So, like I told you, just the self- like I told you, just the self- sessions of somatic [music] 2.0, you know,

[11:39] psychologists or stayed there, it wouldn't have solved anything, because I had already done 100 psychology sessions with a very good, very competent psychologist, who also became a friend and helped me with many

[11:54] things, [music] but it didn't solve what was there in the unconscious. solve it. So, I'm talking about myself, but I'm also seeing my clients,

[12:07] people I found in the midst of severe depression, 30 sessions, and they're like, "Man, you changed my life."

[12:21] So much so that when Professor Jair came in, I'm not usually very emotional, but I could [music] I even told him when we took the picture, I got emotional because I thank God for giving him this method and for allowing

[12:37] me to reach him. If I could leave a message for the first one, it would be: thank you very much, Professor Jair, thank you very much indeed. Of course, you've served many clients, thousands of clients,

[12:52] but from what I'm seeing in myself, even if you're not directly involved, I'm sure I'm one of those who has been most impacted by TRG. Honestly, I know that everyone has their own story, everyone

[13:06] has their own experiences, but my story is very remarkable, right? And one day I hope to have the opportunity to sit down with him properly and calmly. right? I know he's a very busy person and all, but I

[13:20] 'm sure he'll be even more proud of what he's built, even more proud of what he's built, man. M.
