[03:28] dollars for a hundred words is on the extreme low end price for voice over work he wants you to offer a payment that is so below rock bottom it is melting into magma He suggests making this offer to 10 people because he knows

[03:43] nine people will just reject it immediately he is hoping that there is at least one person so desperate or so gullible who doesn't know their own gullible who doesn't know their own worth who will accept your ridiculously

[03:58] low offer voice acting and voice over work are skilled occupations just in terms of human decency capable should be paid the value of their work however

[04:10] even if you are the worst kind of person in the world the VA Market is a competitive one offering such under Market rates is going to ensure that the people with talent and equipment to produce good VA work

[04:26] are going to shift to better paying jobs you are guaranteeing that you're going to get low quality voice over so now that you have poorly recorded voiceover based on a mangled script Ryan's next step is to take it to an editor He

[06:41] the next hurdle one that Ryan doesn't tell you about YouTube's monetization tell you about YouTube's monetization rules on repetitious and reused content here are some of the examples that YouTube says that they will not monetize

[06:57] under its repetitious content rules content that exclusively features content that exclusively features readings of other materials that you did not create similar repetitive content or mindless content with low educational

[07:11] mindless content with low educational value commentary or narrative templated mass produced or programmatically generated content but that's not all generated content but that's not all here are YouTube's rules against reused

[07:24] content reuse content refer refers to channels that repurpose someone else's content without adding significant original commentary or educational value taking someone else's content making minimal changes and calling it your own

[07:41] original work would be violations of this guideline it's almost like YouTube recognizes that left unchecked this type of low effort content would flood the of low effort content would flood the platform and make YouTube as a whole a

[07:56] less attractive place for viewers even legitimate channels sometimes have trouble convincing YouTube that they are not making reused or repetitious content

[08:08] however the legitimate channels can defend themselves by showing evidence of the process they use to make videos If you showed YouTube that the only research you did was ripping off another YouTuber's content they would reject

[08:23] YouTuber's content they would reject your channel immediately if you have for your channel immediately if you have for some reason set your life on having a monetized YouTube channel but strangely also have no desire to make YouTube
