[00:58] shops for a gaming chair sponsorship right you don't have to be loyal to one company so until you obviously sign sign with them for an affiliate agreement or so i just went and emailed like every

[01:12] find and i'm still gonna email some more but then we're in talks right but see you know you know how there's this strategy they tell you for jobs where you apply to multiple jobs and then you pick each

[01:26] outbid each other for you so you get the highest pay possible well the same logic can apply to sponsorships where you can reach out to a whole bunch of companies well just don't be malicious about it don't be weird

[01:41] companies and hit up a bunch of gaming chair companies and be like i would like a gaming chair for my stream you want to sponsor me and then ask these companies hey you want to sponsor me etc and see

[01:56] which companies respond for stuff a lot of them won't respond like okay look man i am decent sized even i get left unread so it's not you a lot of times there's just too many emails in the company's inbox and you just it just gets flooded

[02:10] like a bump email a follow-up email to bump you up to the top so that you can go and get it's not your size necessarily that will be

[02:26] times it's literally too many emails in the inbox and yes you do not need to be a twitch partner to get sponsorships you can get sponsorships even as like a twitch of philly i will say you probably should be an affiliate

[02:39] aren't affiliate it's not like the end-all be-all but you definitely will means you have that viewer account you know i would go and email all the companies that you want to that you are interested in and wait for them to

[02:52] email like the email first email you sent like maybe two days later and be like hey i'm so really interested in working with you um them email ever like again if you want to

[03:08] gaming your comp sponsorship email every single gaming share company back that know i'm interested in this the more you the more companies you apply to the more you negotiate with the higher chance you'll get a yes

[03:21] think of this like tinder okay when you go on tinder and you start swiping right the more it's just it's just a numbers game the more people you swipe right on the higher chance they will match you somebody will match with you because

[03:36] there's just more opportunities so same thing with these partnerships the more companies you email the more forms you fill out for these partnerships the higher chance you hear

[05:12] some of these are more like this one sponsors out of rosie it's like a generic email but if it was like cat at a rosie where if i know it belongs to a person i didn't want to put those down the affiliate program is the affiliate

[05:26] program but when you reach out to them through email sometimes you can ask for different things because they're talking to a person so you can ask for maybe a one-off sponsorship of like one tech talk video showing off their product or

[05:38] different things whereas the affiliate program is already a structured program they have so that's why already pre-structured there's really no like wiggle room around what happens
