A vibe-coding platform ($13.99/mo, free domain, 25 sites) builds the lead magnet from one prompt.
Hostinger Horizon repairs any broken form buttons or elements when you click the fix button.
All form submissions are saved in the data/leads section, viewable with full lead records.
Create a Google Business Profile, local directories, and backlinks. Local focus ranks in weeks-to-months.
GenSpark (or OpenClaw, Minus AI) researches local contractors, finds contacts, and drafts cold emails.

20 leads at $50 each = $1,000/mo; 50 leads = $2,500; 100 leads = $5,000. SEO takes 3-6 months to gain traction.
Prioritize free local SEO and Google Business Profile, then use AI-written blogs and backlinks; Google Ads is costly but effective.
GenSpark sends personalized cold emails through connected Gmail; month one build, month two partner, month three monetize.
A boring AI lead-generation website can be a highly profitable residual business if you pick a local niche, build it fast with vibe coding, and automate outreach with AI agents.

[00:01] coming from me because one of the most interesting and lucrative AI business models right now has nothing to do with drop shipping, selling products online, drop shipping, selling products online, or Google AdSense. Just a simple boring
[00:15] AI website that collects leads. And you can potentially get paid every single time one of these leads fills out a form and it can be a $100 each. So that's why in this video I'm going to be showing you from scratch how you can create your
[00:29] own AI lead generation website in just a few minutes. So guys, let me show you few minutes. So guys, let me show you the proof on how these boring AI lead websites can generate you $100 a day, $200 a day, even $1,000 a day. Now the
[00:46] crazy thing is this example on the screen is generating between 20 and 40 million dollars a year without selling anything, products, services, nothing. Now I know that sounds crazy but check this out. on this website called Solar
[01:02] Reviews and you can see here it says see how much it cost to install solar panels for your home. And it literally says all you need to do is add your location and it will calculate how much it will cost. And like I've said to you guys before,
[01:16] you've probably added your information onto sites like this and then your data has been sold. Now before I go through the lead magnet, let me show you how much these websites make. Now I asked Perplexity Browser how many monthly
[01:29] visits does this website get. You can see it gets more than a million visits a month. Now I use SimilarWeb and other websites to calculate this so it's all verified. And then I asked how much does this website make based on leads and
[01:42] selling them and you can see Solar Reviews lead pricing. So they shared lower quality leads, they generate 25 to 75 dollars, for standard leads, they get 100 to 200 dollars, and for premium leads, they get 300 dollars. Now they're
[01:55] doing revenue estimated based on lead volume. So this is based on 2025. It says conservatively estimated annual revenue last year was 19.7 million.
[02:07] Mid-range would be 39 and the optimistic would be almost 60 million dollars. And again, they are not selling any products. They are not selling anything. It's literally a boring website just
[02:22] like this. Now this is how it will work. So let's say I enter my postcode and I and how much it would cost me, I'd click calculate. Then it shows you this UI design and then it selects your utility provider. Let's just say I'm going with
[02:36] monthly recent utility bill? I'm just going to keep it at $200. And then it to add an address. Now these are some fake addresses in the area. Just I'm show you how this works. Then you can see here it shows me the
[02:51] location. I'm going to click next. Then it's saying is this your roof? I'm just this residential? Yes. Do you have solar describe this home. I'm just going to put it freestanding. Select system type.
[03:05] select your roof type. I'm going to put shingles. I'm just going to put the standard one. And then it says are roof repairs needed? I'll put roof is fine. And then it says enter your first and last name. So I'm going to put Jack. And
[03:17] email? I'm going to use temp mail. And now you can see it says how are you payment. Now for those that are wondering why is it asking me so many questions if you haven't already figured this out. By them asking me this many
[03:31] questions, guess what they're doing? Let's go back to the assistant. They're trying to figure out what lead I am. Am I the low quality? Am I the medium or am I the high? So based on asking me these questions, they're able to figure out
[03:44] which type of lead I am. So now I'm going to put windows. And now it says what happens next? We will pass your job details along to local pre-screened solar companies. So, they've just admitted it there. They are not going to
[03:57] be the ones providing the solar energy or the solar panels. They're just passing my information on. And then it says there is a preliminary estimate if I click continue. So, you can see here this is using AI and I know it's using
[04:09] AI because the UI is just so AI. This screams AI, guys, so I just know it is. And you can see here they've just given me an estimate and they're using AI to generate all of this data. I am 99.9% sure they are, but yeah, they're just
[04:24] giving me some quote here based on the postcode. So, just like that, guys, this is how these type of websites, these boring AI websites, are able to generate millions of dollars a year. Now, for us as beginners, we can easily generate a
[04:38] few hundred dollars a day or even a hundred dollars a day and ten thousand generating twenty million dollars a year, which is a few million dollars a month. So, why can't we generate ten
[04:51] thousand dollars a month? So, yeah, essentially, guys, that is how this method works. And let me show you how you can recreate this whole thing using AI and using one single prompt. So, guys, the first thing that we need to do
[05:04] is identify what niche we want to do the leads in. Now, as you guys can see on whiteboard that you guys will all have access to once we hit five hundred likes. That goes over everything that you're going to need. Now, you can see
[05:17] for this demo I'm going to be using HVAC as that is the win for the demo. Now, you can see you've got different niches, roofing, solar, bathroom remodeling, plumbing, and you can see urgency. So, I ranked these based on urgency. So,
[05:30] plumbing is high, bathroom remodel is low, solar is low to medium, and roofing is medium. You obviously want to go with a niche where the urgency is high. That way leads are constantly coming through on a high volume.
[05:43] Then you've got local, which means can it be local to you? All of these obviously can be local, so that's good. Ticket size essentially means how much does it cost to do the work? So, the company that will then do the work on
[05:55] your behalf, how much will it cost? Now, HVAC is going to be $200 to $10,000, whereas roofing is 5 to 30, solar is 15 to 50, and bathroom remodel is 10 to 40,
[06:07] to 50, and bathroom remodel is 10 to 40, and plumbing is 150 to 5,000. Now, ticket size matters because you want it high because that way your commission's there's more to be paid from, but you also don't want it crazy high like solar
[06:20] where it's 50 or 40 as a bathroom remodel because it means that it's going leads that are going to be able to pay this kind of money. But then you also don't want it too low where you're going to be paid a very small commission like
[06:33] as plumbing. So, that's why HVAC is perfectly in the middle. Then you can see here it says public CPL data. Now, what this basically means is it means what is the public data on the rough lead estimate you can be paid. So, based
[06:48] on public data, I could get paid between 69 to 92 to $115 per lead. Now, 69 is for a low lead, 92 is for a medium lead, and 115 is for a top tier lead. And then
[07:01] roofing is $100 plus. Solar, there is mixed amounts, so there's a lot of paid, but it's very mixed. And then for bathroom and plumbing, it's very limited to see how much you can get paid per lead. And then the last rank is beginner
[07:15] one's the most beginner friendly, and you can see HVAC is very beginner friendly. Now, what I'd recommend that you guys do is you guys are going to want to go to ChatGPT. Now you guys understand the context of the niche and
[07:29] what makes a good niche or a bad niche, you're going to want to go to OpenAI and ChatGPT. You're going to want to select the latest model, so make sure you go to extended thinking. If you don't have access to extended thinking cuz you're
[07:42] And then you're going to want to go to configure and you're going to want to make sure that you're on the latest GBT model, which is 5.5, the most intelligent. And you're going to want to ask it this question. So, you can see
[07:54] here I've put to OpenAI, "I want to get into making websites that collect leads example, solar leads to solar companies that install them. I'm based in New York. Think of some local niches based on this info." You're just going to copy
[08:08] this little slider over here and you're simply just going to paste it in. you're going to click send. Now, you're going to want to change this prompt based on your local area. So, if you live in LA or you live in Houston or
[08:22] wherever you may live, you're going to want to do it to your local niche. Make sure it's local to where you are because it will make a massive difference. Don't just pick some random area, it needs to be local for it to make sense. And
[08:35] you'll understand why you want it local later into the video. But this prompt will help you guys come up with niche ideas based on the framework that is good versus bad. And OpenAI will do all the thinking for you. So, now you can
[08:48] see it's responded with some niches. So, my top New York lead gen niches is HVAC emergency repair. Then the second one is plumbing, drain, and cleaning. Then the third one is local law and gas piping inspections. So, you can see it's given
[09:01] me all of some niches that I could go into. Now, you guys need to pick one. one. You might also want to copy one that it's given you and say, "Do more investigations into that niche and more research." Don't just pick one randomly.
[09:17] Maybe get the AI to do more research for you. But that's how you're going to select your niche. And like I said to you guys before, in this demo and in this tutorial, I'm going to be using HVAC. So, now you're going to move on to
[09:29] section six where you're going to see the prompt that you're going to need to use to build your website for whatever niche you're in. you're going to want to do is you're going to want to copy this prompt and
[09:42] Open AI chat that you had open that found you the niche and you're going to say remake this prompt, but for the niche I've chosen. And what it will do is it will re-enter information where it needs to reformat it where my niche is
[09:55] in cuz obviously my niche is HVACs, where yours might not be the same and the local area for me is apparently Dallas in this. So, what I'm trying to say to you guys is make sure you get your Open AI chat to change this because
[10:07] you don't want to just use mine because it won't make sense. said, you can reuse it if you get the Open AI to change it for you. Then you're going to want to head over to Hostinger Horizon. Now, Hostinger
[10:20] Horizon is a vibe coding platform where it allows you to literally give it one So, for example, you're going to see here vibe code your website or app today. So, that lead magnet that I just showed you guys at the start, imagine
[10:34] building it yourself, how much time it would take and how hard it would be as a beginner. So, what you're going to want to do is go to Hostinger Horizon by the pinned comment because it's going to be so easy for you to do this. Then you
[10:48] and then you're going to want to use the most popular one, which is $13.99 a month and you're going to get yourself a free domain name for 1 year for this and you're going to need both of these, a
[11:02] domain and a mailbox cuz remember your leads are going to need to go somewhere you get both of these. And you're going to be able to create up to 25 different websites. So, even if you want to create more than just this one, you can. So,
[11:15] That's the one that I'd recommend for every single one of you guys. Now, 12-month plan to get the best deal. Now, if you use my coupon code called EcomKingHorizons, you're going to get 10% off. So, the
[11:29] total will cost around about $150 for the whole year. Now, if you divide that by 12, guys, you're paying just over $10 a month to have a utility AI website, and you can build as many as you want with this plan. So, if you come
[11:44] up with like 10 different ideas, you can build all 10 using this one plan. And there is a 30-day money-back guarantee, so it's literally risk-free. Now, if just change it from a 12-month to 1-month, but it's completely down to
[11:58] all you got to do is click continue, and then you're going to see your dashboard and you're going to want to go to the sidebar where it says Horizon Vibe to where it says start building. Then once you've done that, you can go back
[12:12] just paste your prompt in and click start. Now, when you do this prompt, guys, on the left-hand side, the UI will show your prompt, and what it will also show is Hosting A Horizon's agent explaining exactly what it's going to do
[12:26] in live time. Then on the right-hand side, you're going to get your preview window where it built the website. And you can see here in the top you've got preview, edit content, code, which shows you all the code that it's actually
[12:40] generated. So, Hosting A Horizon has done all of this code for you. You can see all the packages on the left. You're also going to see your data, so all the Now, you are going to need this because you are going to be collecting data, and
[12:53] window. Now, you can make this full screen, so you can view it in full. You can also make it the mobile version, and you can also make it full screen. So, within around about 15 minutes, Hosting A Horizon has built me this lead magnet
[13:07] website for my business. You can see here it says Dallas AC Repairs in quotes, get a free AC repair quote from a local Dallas providers, free no obligation fast local follow-ups, and you can see it's made this home page for
[13:21] Now, I can go over to where it says get my free quote, and then it takes you down here. So, it says get my free quote. What service do you need? AC repair. Next. What is it urgent? So, we can put this week. Next.
[13:36] Then I can enter my postcode and my property type. So, I can add apartment. I can then add my full name, my phone number, my email address, additional notes, and then I can click by submitting this information, I agree,
[13:49] and then I can click get my free quote. And you can see there I've just clicked get my free quote and it's not worked and it's broken. So, I can click this ask to fix and Hostinger Horizon will fix it straight away. So, the first time
[14:02] it delivers your website, it won't always be perfect. There will be little things that are broken. You simply just click the fix button and guess what? It will fix it and then next time you try, it'll be ready to work.
[14:14] Now, again, if you feel like the lead magnet side is a little bit weak, it's leads to make sure that you can qualify them into low tier, medium tier, and high tier, then you can give Hostinger a prompt. You can go back to your Open AI
[14:28] chat and say, "I need you to make a questionnaire form for my website that qualifies different type of leads." It will give you the prompt. Tell Open AI you're using Hostinger Horizon to build it. And then it will give a prompt that
[14:40] you can copy and paste into the chat and it will remake the lead page so that you qualify leads a lot more better. You can see in the whiteboard I give you guys a framework to use for the lead design. But like I said, get Open AI based on
[14:55] the niche that you're in to upgrade your lead form based on low ticket leads, medium, and high. Now, just like that, Hostinger has fixed the form. So, now let's try it again. So, we can click service, AC repair, urgency today, zip
[15:09] code, apartment, add my phone number in, and click get my free quote. And just like that, guys, it says, "Thank you for your request. We've received it and we'll be able to match you with a participating local Dallas AC provider."
[15:22] So, you can see now it's working. I can click return to home, and just like probably wondering, where does that information get stored? Now, if you go over to your data section, and you go over to where it says leads, you can now
[15:37] see them here. And what you can do is you can click on the lead, and it will give you all of the information. So, you can see here on the right-hand side, we've got all the lead records. So, they're all being saved onto your data
[15:50] base right here. And that's the amazing thing about Hosting Horizon. You don't or any of that complicated stuff that usually would take beginners tens of thousands of dollars, or hiring experts to do it for you. You have a whole data
[16:04] migration within your website, and it's all saved safely and securely here. And the UI is so easy and simple to use. Now, the only thing that I would probably do to my website is add some images here, and prompt it to tell it to
[16:17] add some images. Actually, turn this from a drop-down menu into a full lead on the website, it'll be a full dedicated lead page. And then I'll probably get it to improve the questions to make the lead quality separated out.
[16:32] ready to go. Now, the only other thing that I'd recommend that you guys do on your website is ensure that it's SEO optimized. And this is why we're going with local niches, because if you want to rank for local niche services for
[16:47] leads, you're easily going to be able to get SEO ranking for it within a few weeks to months than you would if you were to go nationwide or statewide. So, that's why we're going local first so that we can rank with SEO a lot quicker.
[17:01] Now, I've given you guys the full SEO strategy. Now, all you guys have to do is get AI to do this for you. So, you need to get a Google Business My Profile. So, when you usually search for coffee shops in Google, and you see that
[17:13] big little icon or plaque in the middle where it shows the company name, the location, and where they are. That's essentially what Google My Business is. It's the easiest way to usually rank for keywords because if your business is
[17:26] called Dallas HVAC maintenance, you're going to be able to rank really easy with that under Google My Business. And you can see here I've your page. You need to make sure you have your unique H1. Now, you can give
[17:39] example, this one you can give to Hosting it to do. This one you can give to Hosting it to do. You can give all of these to Hosting it to do. That way it will make your website SEO optimized. What you guys need to do yourself though
[17:54] is the Google My Business local directories like Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, to do. Then you need to do some backlinks which I'll show you in a minute. And then you need to do niche directories. So, you can literally type
[18:08] in Dallas directories, sign up my business, and it's basically like a you have all the companies in a book, going to get SEO optimized so when people Google our business to get leads
[18:22] or look for a solution, we're going to show up very high. As long as you follow this SEO strategy within a couple of weeks to a month, you can rank really high locally for your service. Now, we need to find out who's going to do the
[18:36] work for us. So, we're going to be using an AI agent to do the outreach for us. people up, emailing them. It just doesn't make any sense. So, remember you're picking a local niche so that we can find people in the local area. So,
[18:50] now you can see I've given you guys prompts that you can use for AI agents to do it for you. So, you can see here it says, "You are my AI business development agent. I'm building a local lead generation website for HVAC AC
[19:03] repair leads. Your job is to do the research on local market." Now, prompt again. You can give it to OpenAI to change or you can manually change this yourself. Now, before you use this prompt, you need to go back to Hosting a
[19:16] Horizon and you need to publish your website. So, all you have to do is come back to the UI, click publishing, and this is where your free domain name is going to come in handy. So, now you can see it says, "Congrats, your site is now
[19:28] domain name. We don't want that cuz that looks ugly and that's not going to help with our SEO. So, we're going to go to where it says, "Connect a custom domain name." We're then going to search for a domain name. So, ours is called Dallas
[19:40] AC Repair. So, I'm just going to make this shorter and you can see Dallas AC Repair.in is available. That doesn't sound very good. So, let's do Repairs instead. We want a .com extension. You can see the .com isn't available either
[19:53] for this. So, let's try another name. You can see Local Dallas AC Repairs.com is available. Now, this might be a little bit longer of a domain name. So, you can get AI to come up with more domain name ideas cuz this one's a
[20:06] bit of time, guys, you're going to do that. You're going to get AI through Open AI to come up with some more ideas. But, for me, just to save a little bit Now, you do want to make sure your domain name has your business name
[20:19] involved and what you're doing. So, you can see that Dallas is the state. AC that's all going to help with your SEO. Now, what I can do is I can click next see now it says, "Finishing your domain registration." Now, because I've got my
[20:35] Hosting a Paid Plan, I get a domain for free. So, now I can click continue and now I can click domain name is connected and now I can publish this again. Now, my site will be published based on this domain name. Now, your domain name won't
[20:48] go active for around about 20 to 30 minutes. But, once it does, we can now move on to outreaching to potential them our website. Without a website to show them, they're not going to believe
[21:01] you or take you seriously. Now, the AI agent that I'm going to be using for outreach is GenSpark. Now, GenSpark is an agent that can perform tasks on your behalf. Now, there's other agents out there that you can use like Open Claw,
[21:14] you can use Minus AI. Use whichever one that you want, but it does need to be an agent if you want this to work. Now, when you have your agent in hand, what you do is you're going to want to make sure that you've got your Gmail, your
[21:27] mail connected. Now, remember with hosting it, you get a free two mailbox. you register those emails and then you have them connected to your agent. Here, choose connections. I can click add and I can add my Gmail, I can add my I can
[21:40] add my Outlook email. So, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to add your email because remember, your company email looks professional. And then what you're going to do is you're going to paste the
[21:53] prompt to your agent. Remember, you need to make sure you change this. You can then also add at the end your website URL. So, you can see my website is now active and my domain is there. So, I can paste my website there. Now,
[22:06] would recommend that you use the ultra mode and then you're going to click send. And now you can see GenSpark says, "I'll research Dallas HVAC companies to build your lead buyer list. This is a substantial research task. Let me start
[22:19] by gathering data from multiple sources." You can see it's even opened up Google Maps to see who can do the work for us and that's why we're getting an AI agent to do it for us because it's going to save us loads and loads of
[22:31] time. It's actually crazy what AI can do now, do all the hard heavy lifting for us. Now, you can see it says, "I have a strong list of 50 verified Dallas area for HVAC companies from Google Maps." Now, you can see here it says, "Tier one
[22:45] top priority prospect score 9 to 10." You can see here the company name, the website, the email, the contact form, the phone number, the main services they provide, and why they're a good fit. Then you've got strong local operators
[22:58] as well. This is tier number two. Now, whilst we wait for the AI agent to explain how to sell these leads to contractors. Now, number one, you need what we're getting the AI agent to do, so don't worry about that. Number two,
[23:11] we need to offer the first three leads for free. Now, I know this might be hard for you guys to hear, but a lot of these companies are going to be skeptical till you can prove to them that your leads are good. So, if you can offer one or
[23:24] "Look, here are three leads. They're qualified based on our database, based on our website. See if they're any good." And they actually get them to be "Let's work out a deal." Then you've got number three, convert to one of the
[23:38] three pricing models. So, this is where you negotiate with the company, they pay per qualified lead. They have you get an X dollar amount per validated from the submission. Example pricing could be $30 per lead. Now, what they might want to
[23:52] want to look at your website and say, "Well, I need to change the form slightly to match what we're looking for." Then you can just give Hosting for you. Then you've got the other one which is an exclusive monthly rental.
[24:06] So, it's a one contractor gets all leads from the site. So, this is where they pay you a fixed fee a month to do it for them. So, that it could be between $500 and $2,500. Then you've got per booked appointment.
[24:18] So, they only pay when there's a booking. So, when the lead pays for a essentially mean they're paying for an actual service booking where they paid to have an HVAC done. It could just be a qualification call. They will pay you
[24:33] qualification call. They will pay you $75 to $150 per booked job. Again, it can sometimes be booked job or it can be booked initial strategy call where they what they're interested in, and it's their job to close it. So, sometimes it
[24:47] could be based on booked call, booked job call, or booked discovery call. They're two different things. But, those are the three monetization models that companies. Now, if we go back to Gen Spark, you can see it says verified
[25:02] public email addresses confirmed their own sites. So, you can see it's come recommends. Then it's going over the outreach strategy notes. Then it's going over what do you want me to do next? Create a clean CSV export to $50 HVAC
[25:17] names. Now, you essentially don't want to do any of these just yet. Then you want to give it this follow-up prompt, which is using the contract to prospect table that it's created, you want it to generate some emails. So, essentially,
[25:30] you're going to get Gen Spark now to draft some emails for all of these companies. And as long as your Gmail or Outlook is connected, you can do this prompt in. Now, you can see it says, "All right, 50 personalized cold emails
[25:44] using prospect data from previous email list under 120 words, plain tone, and specific personalization." So, you can see it's going over the different companies that it will reach out to on our behalf. Now, whilst we wait for this
[25:56] task to be done, we might as well now go over what is the revenue examples. Now, this isn't guaranteed, guys, but this is roughly what you can expect. So, if you are working on 20 leads a month, and the price per lead is $50, you're going to
[26:09] be making $1,000 a month. Now, if you've got 50 leads, and the lead is still $50, you're going to be making $2,500 a month. Now, if you're working on 100 leads, and you're still on a $50 per lead, you're making $5,000 a month. Now,
[26:22] remember, guys, this is based on a cheap lead rate of only $50. This could be 100, this could be 200, but this is me being very conservative. Now, this is real benchmarks, guys. I'm not giving you these numbers based on just picking
[26:35] out of thin air. This is what's publicly available online. Now, the one thing that you need to understand is SEO can take maximum 3 to 6 months to get really good, but if you are doing a really good job of backlinking, doing blogs,
[26:48] articles, then you're going to be be to get this up to around about 1 to 3 Now, remember no traffic equals no leads, no money. So, you have to generate traffic for this to work. And remember the first month you do this, it
[27:00] could be a big zero. And you got to also remember some contractors will ghost next thing that I want to go over is your traffic plan and stack the channels. Now, the one that you really need to prioritize is local SEO because
[27:14] it's completely free to do. Now, the only issue is the effort is high, although you can get AI to do a lot of it for you now. The cost is zero and the it for you now. The cost is zero and the speed can take time, guys. 1 to 6 months
[27:26] before you see any decent SEO changes in where you rank on the search engine for keywords. Now, this is where you need to do some of your keyword planning to see certain keywords that you want to rank for. Now, I am going to be leaving
[27:40] separate YouTube links to learn all of this stuff in the description as I don't But essentially, you need to use a keyword planner for Google to make sure that the keywords that you search for or you want to rank for have good search
[27:53] volume and it isn't like 10 people a month. Then Google My Business. Now, this is really easy to do. It costs $0 and it's a great way for people to find your business when they search for HVAC repairs, your company comes up because
[28:06] it has a Google Business Profile that's really well done. Now, Google Business literally go to googlecreatemusinessprofile.com, Google Business Profile and create it very quickly in under 10 minutes. Then
[28:19] you need to prioritize content and blogging. So, you might want to create a separate blog or add a blog to your website and get AI to do all the writing for you. When you do these blogs, it's basically about explaining what the
[28:31] business is about, explaining how much it cost to do repairs in Dallas, case studies. The blogs aren't designed for you to hard sell your services. The blogs are actually to help people understand when they Google certain
[28:43] want to learn how they could potentially fix this at home themselves. So, write a fix it themselves. Now, they're going to try and fix it themselves and they bottom of the blog, "If you're still struggling at the end of trying to do
[28:57] this yourself, you can reach out to this company or you can apply for how much it blogs are designed to help people and give people knowledge or insights or news. You're not there to sell them. Then, you've got backlinks. Now, you can
[29:11] get GenSpark to also find companies that write blogs in the area to create backlinks. So, basically, they can mention your company in their blogs or want to send GenSpark another prompt which I'll leave on this whiteboard
[29:25] where it says, "Reach out to other companies that write blogs or articles in the industry so that you can create backlinks." That's another great way to partnerships. This one I actually wouldn't recommend right now. This is
[29:38] you've got Google Ads. Now, this one is actually really important, but it costs a lot of money. Now, this is where essentially to start with, guys, you're going to spend money on ads to rank for keywords. So, if people are searching
[29:52] So, if when you do use your Keyword Planner and you find keywords that are really high in search volume, it could be Dallas repairs for air conditioning units. That might be getting, you know, 100,000 visits a month. You want to make
[30:04] sure that your company is ranking number one when people search for that. Now, month one is the building. So, you need to build your assets. You need to build your disclaimers. You need to do all
[30:16] your Google search engine, your Bing. You need to do all your SEO, your content. That's all being done in month one. Then, month two, you're going to want to expand and partner up with as many companies as you can.
[30:28] want to start to automate this and monetize it. So, essentially, you monetization or making money till around about month three. But, this is such a residual business where once you've got it going, it just
[30:41] keeps rolling every single month with momentum. Now, if we go back to Gen Spark, you can see here it's done all of the emails for me. Now, you can actually say to Gen Spark, "I want you to email these people using my Gmail that's
[30:55] connected to Gen Spark, and it will send all the emails for you." And then you just need to wait to hear back from these companies, and then you can get should respond back to them. If they're saying to you, "We're interested, how
[31:08] can we work together?" You need to get contracts in place to make sure that pay you. With that being said, guys, let me know what you thought of this video do you want to see next on the YouTube channel. With that being said, I wish
[31:20] channel. With that being said, I wish you guys all the best.
