18:43[00:01] everyone. We're going to São Paulo again and there are a number of events and some presentations. Actually, we're going to introduce two new additions to our team, from Trade ao Vivo and BFR Investimentos. This team is getting bigger and
[00:16] bigger, thankfully, right? We are already six or seven analysts there, and starting next week we will have two more. So, the schedule for this visit, right? Yes, today we're going to watch the opening of the World Cup. There's a fourth class of the week
[00:32] on mini-contracts, and I'll be teaching it from São Paulo along with Paco Mor. steakhouse discussing some new tools that will be used is the presentation of XP's new home broker
[00:46] . In short, those home broker platforms that look like they're from 20 or 30 years ago are going to disappear. Yeah, we're going there to give ideas, to talk, to give suggestions, and so on. And then the introduction of these two new members, that is, of our ecosystem.
[00:59] members, that is, of our ecosystem. So let's go! Come with me.
[01:14] that there's a trader today who's making a ton of money, okay? It's Trump. This morning he said that the whole thing blew up. The market took a tumble, and now take a look at this. It seems so , right? The market is rising from the
[01:29] low it was at 20 minutes ago, it's up 2000 points, right? It seems the agreement between the United States and Iran is already in place. All that's missing is a date for the signing. In short, I don't know if the soap opera is over, but it seems like it is. Let's see.
[01:52] XP brokerage firm. Today we had a meeting here talking about Home Broker, the new home broker, because the current one is 20 years old, right? We're here with the BR equity trading desk team, bringing you the latest news regarding
[02:04] live trading, right? A live stream that started almost 20 years ago in a Skype room. Initially, it was me, Igor, and then other participants joined, such as B Williams, Aliakin Pereira de Sá, and so many others, right? This is a project that I resumed 3
[02:18] years ago, and as always, my things start small and gradually grow and evolve. This is happening right now. So here I am speaking, I'm here to tell you all, to let you know that this
[02:32] Trade Live family will, as of today, have two more members, which is today, have two more members, which is Gustavo, welcome. And since it's World Cup season, right? Let me give you all a gift: it's World
[02:45] Cup time, and it's cold, right? So this will fit well with that luck, little dog, so we can cheer for Brazil. It's not easy, it's not easy this year, it's not, there's France, there's this and that, but we'll try, right? We have
[03:01] You know, the last time I remember a Brazilian national team being so remember a Brazilian national team being so discredited was in '94, or even '90, right? We lost in the 90th place by a small margin, but we lost nonetheless, right? The detail was called
[03:14] Maradona, right? But anyway. And we won in '94, right? After that, we've never been so skeptical about a World Cup as we are now, right? But who knows, right? This is a sign that it might work. But let's go. I don't want to, because
[03:26] disqualified, people will say: "Damn, wow, and so on." Okay, folks, when does a trading room start, right? It always starts out small, doesn't it? The guy was on the discovery journey, and ours was no different. We were the first
[03:41] different. We were the first trading room in Brazil. The disagreement, okay? trading room in Brazil. The disagreement, okay? Thiago Biz, from LS, now Trader Up, says it was around the same time, that theirs started first, but
[03:54] anyway, both started way back then and are still around today, for good reason, right? Because unless you're good, you don't survive the test of time, right? Because otherwise, after 6 months, a year, you
[04:08] end up dying, right? Yeah, but it was definitely the first trading room started at the Rico brokerage firm, and when we began, we had a dedicated room that catered to all aspects of our trading, right? And then things start to evolve, right? So you'll
[04:23] have one room where the focus is more on stocks, another room where the focus is more on mini- contracts, and then you have the guy who trades mini-contracts but makes one trade a day. What do you have? Client who wants to trade on a 1-minute chart. And then you
[04:37] have the need, right, to serve your customers, and that just keeps growing, right? When I got back into this business, you know, because between 2012 and 2021, I was
[04:50] then I became the chief analyst at XP, then I returned to Rico here until 2021. And it ended up that in 2021 I came back with this live trading project. We started with two classrooms, then there were three, and now there are several. And we
[05:06] have the need to meet other demands that have arisen. And all of this has a lot to do with more automated things, right? Which I think fits very well with what you guys do, right? You, Evandro, for sure, right? And Gustavo
[05:22] brings a new way of looking at the market, where you have a compilation of things showing you whether it's more of a buying moment or more of a selling moment. So I wanted to talk about exploring that a little bit. I wanted to
[05:36] tell a bit of his story and also talk about your work in the firstly, as Gustavo said, also trembles. Ah, so that's a little bit about my story. I've been following live trading since 2013
[05:53] been following live trading since 2013 as a client, as an aspiring trader. I as a client, as an aspiring trader. I followed Igor's calls a lot. So, my journey with the financial market effectively began in 2013-14 on the B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange)
[06:05] financial market effectively began in 2013-14 on the B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange) . I came from the Forex market, so I started trading in 2009, 2010, 2013, uh, I came to Mercado Brasil following you guys, I've followed your entire trajectory . In 2014, to gain that
[06:21] market experience from abroad, and to enjoy programming and everything, we color coding, kind of manually. 14, we started an
[06:34] educational project at Rico. When live trading was ending, I joined Rico with a team. So, my journey officially began in 2014 in Brazil. Well, I've been in the market since 2014. I've
[06:50] worked at several brokerage firms, and we're the first brokerage firms, and we're the first Nelógica partner; it's Nelógica's first automation system. We were the first group to color the Prof. And all this thanks
[07:04] to the work of master André. Why? Because that's where we came to understand what technical analysis and chart analysis are in Brazil, because we didn't have that information before. I still remember doing an in-person training session with
[07:17] doing an in-person training session with Billiams, him and Goys, Fernando Goys, the big shot, I think it was. And it was from there that these insights came, so how do technical analysis? to begin to understand about fraquetals. So, today, after 15
[07:34] fraquetals. So, today, after 15 years in the market and 13 years in education, I tremble in front of the master, okay? Why? Because we come to the conclusion—at least correct me if I'm wrong— that in this journey of a trader, in the
[07:46] training of a trader, where does everything lead? It's not about the emotional aspect, whether it's through automation, technical analysis, financial management, or person's success, a trader's training, ultimately hinges on their emotions. That
[08:01] was my biggest problem. So, in my journey, what I want to say is that the path that brought me the most peace of mind was having my operational reading or setup process that I would use to operate in
[08:15] automation, because it removed the emotional burden. of the day of rage, of the anxiety of clicking. So, my journey, which I can summarize for you I can summarize for you , is that today I'm 100%
[08:29] , is that today I'm 100% focused on processes and automation, and I'm joining the live trading team, which I've always followed. We had a relationship with the Rico brokerage firm, and when we arrived, the live trading team was leaving, well, I didn't have time to
[08:44] develop that relationship. So, André, man, thank you. It is a great pleasure to be able to contribute with this knowledge in automation, based on these 15 years in the market. I'm here to contribute. And that's it. Basically, I have
[08:59] an idea for a setup and everything, and then the person will talk to you to there are probably some things you already know that do that might be interesting. You're going to help this guy on this journey, right?
[09:13] So, since we're talking about an educational model, I think the way forward is to meet the client's needs. So, if he comes from setup." We'll see if we can automate it on our end or if we can
[09:27] teach him how to automate it. You are already an intermediate user. Evandro, I'm using it here, I already program, but I'm having trouble with some command. Hey, we're going to help you. Ah, let's develop it together in the classroom. Dude, I'm really
[09:40] open, in the sense that, look, I want to help you guys perform better, and for those who want to get into the automation model to help with emotional management or financial management, there are people who have automation just to stop losses. No, I
[09:55] automation will take care of it for me, I'm fine. So, André, I'm here to help clients with live trading. You can count on look for information, but without information, a person won't be okay. Well, just to
[10:09] explain to you all, we found Evandro's life very important , right? When an educational project, or an advisory firm, or educational project, or an advisory firm, or a brokerage firm starts, you need to
[10:22] think about growth. That's how it is with any company, right? The guy who opens a bakery, when he's an entrepreneur, his dream is to have two, then four, then eight, and that's how it works for everything, right? As an educational and even
[10:36] analytical project, it's pointless for us to acquire 10 clients today, only for those clients to go to the market, lose money, and leave in a month, because then in a month I've brought in 10 more, but lost 10, and then you're just
[10:50] wasting your time, right? And what's worse, your client loses money, right? And one of the things we discovered at Evando is that his clients had a much longer lifespan in the market than average, right? In other words, this
[11:05] automation that he offers to his clients, and therefore now also to live trading, will make our lives easier, because it's the client's life if the client makes money, if the client doesn't have a bad day, if the
[11:20] client has more security, he'll stay with us for, I don't know, many, many years, and then we'll be able to grow. So it's a win-win for everyone: for you, who will work with what you love; for the
[11:33] educational company, which will keep the client engaged, meaning the person will consume new products and courses, join our consulting services; and of course, it's very good for the client, who will earn money, right? So, I think
[11:47] they saw a very interesting win-win situation, right? No, man, that's it, that's a fact. And what we realize along this journey, André, is that besides having all this . Why? Because the customer understands, man, automation took me out of the
[12:03] But most of the time he'll understand that it would go much worse, because if he did it manually he would open the stop-loss more, if he did it manually he would increase the contract against the trend, if he did it manually he wouldn't have the courage
[12:16] to accept the loss. So, that 's the fact, that's the educational fact. Legal. Well, and in a similar vein, we also found Gustavo, and he's
[12:28] arriving at a point where you have a new way of reading the market that provides security, especially for that market opening, so you know whether it's a buy or a sell, right? And you have a compilation of information that you
[12:43] can use to help you in this decision-making process. Of course, nothing is 100% decision-making process. Of course, nothing is 100% accurate, right? But with a good success rate, right? Gustavo developed a tracking spreadsheet that has
[12:57] helped a lot of people. Actually, this ended up becoming a trend, didn't it, Gustavo? So, today I already know of three or four similar initiatives that have been very successful, right? And we hope yours does
[13:12] too, right? But tell me a little about your story, and then if you can, explain do and how you're going to help people with live trading. said, right? Evandro is also a reference, as is André. I feel like
[13:25] quick analogy here. When you play a with Ronaldo Fenômeno, Ronaldinho Gaúcho, kid looking at André here next to me , Evandro and everything else, and
[13:38] 's truly an honor to be part of the team. I'm very happy, very excited, you know, about this whole project, and I see that it's a very winning team, and it's an honor, in short, to be a part of this whole team. And finally,
[13:51] my name is Gustavo, I'm 38 years old, I operate in the market, specifically in the index and the dollar, and I've been doing that for 8 years. So, I've always been very curious, very curious. I've always enjoyed studying a lot. And I tried technical analysis, I
[14:04] tried studying a bit of order flow. And then I realized, man, I thought: "Dude, there's the market, right? I'm just not understanding some things." That made me ask questions, you know, about the graph. And then I started asking: "Wow, but
[14:16] the dollar going down? What are the correlations, right?" And I started to seek that understanding, right? To start studying and understanding through concepts, right? Regarding correlations, economic indicators, and the reasons why, right?
[14:30] Why was the index going up, why was the dollar going down, in short, because I believed that technical analysis is good, where we have support, resistance, you mark there, you make your markings, that's important, but I understand that there is
[14:43] an answer before the chart. And then I started studying this, and I said, "Wait a minute ." So, there are correlations that cause the index to go up or down. And through that, I started studying and developing
[14:55] a tool that, at the beginning of our project, was quantitative, right? As André mentioned, nowadays there are some tools available, right? Quantitative data, spreadsheets and all that, but then I realized that beyond the quantitative data there would be something more important
[15:07] , something more institutional, you know ? Regarding calculations, regarding regions of interest there. And then I started studying and started putting all of this together, right? So today we've arrived, right? We have a dashboard
[15:20] called Shark Flow, and there we have two separate tabs, right? On one side is the index, on the other side is the dollar, and we have a quantitative analysis of all these economic indicators, right? All the information we have there
[15:32] regarding flows, aggression, liquidity, etc., that actually causes the price to visually very easy to see there, because whether you're someone who's just entering the market or someone with more experience, you'll look at the
[15:46] visuals and see the quantity. So on our screen, on the left we have dollar. And then it becomes very easy for you to see, even if you don't have overall quantitative data point. So, for example, there are 15 pieces of information to buy an index versus
[16:00] five pieces of information to sell. In other words, you'll soon be thinking about buying the one with the Higher probability of purchase. So , in real time, everything shows a directional quantitative indication of where the market is most likely to
[16:14] easier to operate this way, right? This is in real time, for the dollar and the index, always with these indicators. And there's a number that, from there on, I don't know, everything turns red, meaning it's a sale, or everything turns green, meaning it's a purchase.
[16:28] Excellent question. Yes, it does, even when the ratio is a minimum of when the ratio is a minimum of six to zero, right? That is, 6 to 0, 8 to quantity, the better. In fact, the spreadsheet gives an indicator light up, right?
[16:42] There's a little light here, and it lights up, let's say, "Oh, it gave us 20 pieces of information to sell and one piece of information to buy." So, she turns on that red warning signal, right, showing it to the student, saying: "Okay, that's fine, it's an
[16:54] entry trigger in this case, right?" And so, look, look, this is what I find interesting. Well, you can make those decisions based solely on that, or you could imagine the following: the market opens today, and the market opens at a resistance point. If I
[17:07] have your information, saying there are 15 reasons to fall and five to rise, with my information, I feel much more confident and have more elements to justify that sale, right? So this ends up helping
[17:21] overall, right? Exactly. And that's precisely the point . Regardless of the technique, the analysis, I operate flow, I operate, anyway, regardless. The spreadsheet is there to help with operations, right? Great, very good. Beauty. So, by the time
[17:36] people are watching this video, you'll already be online in the staying in the afternoon for now, right? That. In the afternoon with the staff there. People are already liking it, they're approving the project, it's fantastic.
[17:48] Legal. And when are you going to stay? According to Paco, it starts on the 15th. . Legal. Legal. Also in the afternoon. We're slowly but surely gaining ground. We're going alone, right? Let's
[18:01] goal. People start looking at it and say, "No, there's something different there." You know we're here at XP, right? So, one thing I've heard the whole time I've been here from the former president, now chairman of the board
[18:15] of XP, Guilherme Beixol, is this: we have to start oh, the schedule didn't work, let's start slowly and see, man, if it works , then you, man, inject money, inject time, inject effort
[18:30] we already have a goal, okay? We have Paco been positive, man? [laughter] Paco, Paco's gonna smoke. There's a room where Paco Mur works; he's an analyst and a
[18:43] Paco Mur works; he's an analyst and a partner of ours. He went 58 days without going into the red. There were even days when it was close to 0 to Z0, but in the blue. So he stayed in that position for 58 consecutive trading days. That
[18:56] rearview mirror, we're right there, just signaling. Are you 58 or 50, huh? Oh, don't Fal. And I was going to tell him that because we started about 15 days ago , right? It's been positive for 15 days so far, so the average is great.
[19:09] . Legal. Legal. So you know what we're going to do? We're going to offer the people watching here seven free days so you can get to know Paco's room, André's room,
[19:23] Túlio's room, Flávio's room, and Rabelo's room . All of these are already in live trading, and now Gustavo's room and Evandro's room are also available. Could it be. 's great. Once again, welcome.
[19:36] Yeah, I'm sure you guys will contribute a lot to this team, and let's go! to see who's going to have the highest record, okay? I promise you this: if I beat Paco's record, I'll fix the Infom cover for you guys, okay? That's
[19:49] going to be quite an achievement, isn't it? You know, Paco was on the cover when he was 47, right? So it's go. I like a challenge, that's good. Okay, folks. I hope you live trading family. Just click here in the video description. A free week
[20:03] video description. A free week for you. Let's go.
