AI Summary

In this workshop stream, Big E discusses goal setting for content creators in 2026, emphasizing the importance of focusing on actionable output rather than vanity metrics like subscriber counts. He advocates for setting private, process-oriented goals, avoiding public announcements, and finding joy in the work itself.

[05:25]
Work in Silence

Announcing goals publicly gives a dopamine rush that reduces motivation to actually achieve them. The speaker advises setting goals privately and working without external validation.

[09:27]
Activity vs. Achievement

Quoting 'Never confuse activity with achievement. A rocking chair moves, but it doesn't go anywhere,' Big E warns against busywork that doesn't lead to real progress.

[19:08]
Focus on Small Wins

Instead of grand goals, break down objectives into small, daily tasks (e.g., selling unused gear, checking emails) to build momentum and discipline.

[24:49]
Realistic Output Goals for 2026

Big E shares his personal goals: one long-form video per week and one short-form video per day. He stresses that consistent output leads to better results than chasing followers.

[27:06]
Stop Justifying Distractions

Creators often waste time on activities that don't align with their brand (e.g., streaming games when they want to be a magician). Big E urges cutting out time-wasting habits.

[43:48]
Vanity Metrics Are Meaningless

Subscribers and followers are poor metrics because they don't guarantee engagement or revenue. Focus on watch time and output instead.

[47:50]
Consistent Output Drives Growth

If you post daily vertical content for a year, you'll likely surpass arbitrary sub goals organically. The key is showing up daily.

[53:37]
Choose Your Content Operating Model

Three approaches: Sniper (low frequency, high quality), machine gun (high frequency, lower quality), or atomic bomb (very high frequency). Choose based on your niche and capacity.

[01:23:50]
YouTube Streaming Is a Sleeper Hit

YouTube has spent years improving live streaming, and it now offers better discovery and ad revenue than Twitch. VODs also generate significant post-stream income.

[01:28:03]
When to Start a New Channel

If pivoting to a completely different niche, consider a new channel rather than forcing an audience that doesn't align. But stick to it and avoid splitting focus.

[01:52:55]
Don't Copy Others

Chasing someone else's success (e.g., Burnt Peanut) is a recipe for failure. Instead, lean into your unique strengths and passions.

The core message for 2026: set private, output-based goals, focus on small daily wins, and stay authentic. Vanity metrics are dead; consistent action and genuine passion are the true drivers of growth.

[01:47] >> Tab of the sham dialer. Top of the schmeid. Uh, one second. Give me Give me a second. Give me a second. It's [ __ ] hot. Holy [ __ ]

[02:08] Good morning. All right, so I wanted to hop on today. Hello. Hello. Oh, yeah. I want to also do this, too.

[02:20] Um, did this so then that way I can start cutting out the intros. Uh, and then people can just start watching straight people can just start watching straight from the start. How was your weekend or

[02:33] Oh, [ __ ] It's Friday. How was your New Year's, Tyler? Hello. Hello. Hello. Okay, so all right. Good morning. What's up, everybody? Welcome to another little workshop stream. Uh I wanted to try to

[02:47] workshop stream. Uh I wanted to try to sneak in another one. I I I plan on doing one tomorrow as well. Today's Friday. Plan on doing it every Saturday, but I wanted to add an extra one in this this week if we could. Um but also too,

[03:05] on the off chance that tomorrow uh I hang with the fam, then at least we got one in today. So, this this is considerate damage control. Consider it What's up, chef? Good morning, everybody. Good morning. Make sure you

[03:19] the YT side so that way we can push it to the yo- uh for those that are that are new to any of this. Uh these workshop streams are a nice little window where we can sit down and and talk shop, man. We we talk um today

[03:34] we're going to be talking about a lot of goals and and and goal setting for content creators in 2026. What I'm going to be personally doing, a couple things. Um we're going to talk about some things that I would suggest creators to be

[03:47] doing, you know, in relevancy to their specific uh I don't want to say like niche, but like their thing. You know, obviously if you're a tech reviewing content creator, you're going to be running uh different goals in terms of

[04:04] running uh different goals in terms of output of your content versus a gaming output of your content versus a gaming content creator uh in in 2026. Um I mean anywhere at all actually I guess. Uh it was a lot of fun. Hung out with the wife

[04:16] and pup and played some games. Nice dude. Nice dude. What's up space? Good morning everybody. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning gang. Make sure we are smashing that [ __ ] like button on the YT side. How

[04:28] the hell do we have four votes but not but not any any likes. What are you guys doing? Step it up, boys. Step it up. You guys are trying to rig the system. Trying to rig the system. Uh but yeah, so today's uh today's main thing I think

[04:44] is going to be talking about coming into a new year as a content creator. what I think uh a little bit of what I'm going to be focusing on. There's some things um that I'm gonna be doing this year that um you know I I guess that in

[05:00] itself is like a great conversation starter. Um I am I'm trying to practice where I I can't remember where I I read this.

[05:13] Um, damn. I can't remember. this, but it was this it was this general idea that um

[05:25] you guys need to stop announcing the things you're you're going to do and you need to just work in silence. And and it's kind of like this like basically it's kind of like this psych psychology idea built around

[05:44] where I read this or or watched this. It's this general concept and idea that the more that you announce things and the more you say you're going to do things and you get the re you get the public response

[05:56] before you've even put in the work, the dopamine that you get from it doesn't dopamine that you get from it doesn't essentially match the results after actually putting in the work. You know what I mean? This is why every year,

[06:09] year, you see so many people are like, "I'm going to start the weight loss weight. I'm going to start going to the gym." And people that know the benefits of the other side, of course, they're going to be supportive. Of course,

[06:22] people are going to say, "Yeah, yeah, go do that thing. [ __ ] yes. Go do it. You got this." And like the thing is in the online world in social media, you still

[06:34] even getting those positive responses, you get a rush of dopamine. You get a response. It gives you a positive feeling. But then when you go to actually do the work, when you actually go to the gym and you work out three

[06:46] times and the results of your physical appearance don't match the energy that it's [ __ ] soul crushing. It's it's very soul crushing. And this is rel this is relatable in any aspect. If you announce I'm gonna start doing thi like

[07:01] I'm gonna go after this goal as a content creator in 2026 and it's and it's a goal that it's like it's not actually obtainable. I'm going to get this many subs in 2026. I'm going to get make this much money in January 2026.

[07:16] it. Those things are are goals that are are more reward driven goals versus the idea more reward driven goals versus the idea of actual effort goals if that if that

[07:29] Maybe I'm botching that a little bit. Maybe somebody can help me find a better definition between those two. But like the general idea is the goals that are actually within your control to do that and doing those for yourself and and

[07:44] setting those goals for yourself and not for the public image. So you actually do do those things. Yeah. I I think over the last like 10 years um I think over the last 10 years a lot of people have been riddled with this

[07:59] concept of like oh just pe just just say things publicly because it will help hold you accountable. Oh but man dude yeah you really got to work in silence dude cuz then when you actually don't get those dopamine responses you don't

[08:14] get that constant fluffy feeling and then those things don't come through uh and then you let yourself down. I mean, really, nobody else cares. I guess Yeah, I heard work in silence and let the success be the noise, right? And and

[08:28] and you really should. You really should because dude, that's the worst thing is when you you [ __ ] tell all these people you're going to do this thing, you don't stick to it to a tea and you start creating this this idea in your

[08:42] head that everybody's coming after you, bro. Just just don't even stress about on your yourself. you need to set your own goals for you. They should be for you. Uh anyways, I I I think I truly believe that if your goals don't excite

[08:58] you and don't get you pumped for the future and don't encourage you to work harder, they're the wrong [ __ ] goals for you. Period. End of you can have general idea goals of like, oh, I think this is what would get me views and

[09:12] [ __ ] But I I'm telling you guys right now, you're not going to find real love and passion for what you do and really reap the the the benefits of the rewards for your hard work unless you genuinely love what you do. I I I something

[09:27] relates to this today. Something I heard today um or something I read today was today um or something I read today was insane and it's activity doesn't equal uh oh what what is it? Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I I got to find this. I got to

[09:39] find this. This thing was This was a bar. I I know I saved it. I know I saved it. If you tell people what you're doing, maybe uh maybe fall a little short. It will make you feel down and and quit. Just don't say anything.

[09:54] Yeah. You you you should just you should just set the goals for 2026 and make them for you. Um here it is. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This relates to the uh the the quote, "Never confuse

[10:09] activity with achievement. A rocking chair moves, but it doesn't go anywhere, dude." And it and it's so [ __ ] true. It's so [ __ ] true. So, a little of what I wanted to talk about today, um, a little of what I wanted to talk

[10:25] about today is let's set some real [ __ ] [ __ ] for 2026. Let's set real goals for 2026. I don't need to hear your [ __ ] I don't want to hear the over

[10:37] optimistic this year I'm going to do. Shut the [ __ ] up and get to work. That's that's what I want to be a result from the day. My and I I'm speaking to myself here on this one. I'm not trying to just be like

[10:53] one. I'm not trying to just be like uh a a um talk down to I'm just from a I'm just telling you to to to what what to write in your journal. This is me practicing what I'm preaching. This is what I'm doing coming into the new year.

[11:06] I'm not telling you guys my plans for this year. I'm not telling you guys the direction I want to go. Uh I'm not even I'm not even talking about aside from uh uh minimal things. Uh I'm not even telling my closest homies what I have

[11:20] envisioned for the years. I I Yeah, I'm just not I'm just not I'm I'm not [ __ ] business because at the end of the day, it comes down to me. And at the end of the day, me sharing things to get a response from other people that aren't

[11:37] with the [ __ ] and should be focusing on themselves anyways. It it none of it [ __ ] matters. I'm I am playing my own story mode right here and I got to focus in on my game just like everybody else has to. So, let's [ __ ] start locking

[11:52] in. But with that being said, I think there's some great like guidelines of of there's some great like guidelines of of thing of like relative focus goals that uh and systems that we can create coming into the new year. Just thoughts. Just

[12:06] thoughts. YES, SIR. WHAT'S UP, RETRO? Good morning. Hope you guys had a good new year. I cut my own hair yesterday. How does it look? I finally and just see what happens this year. And then I I I was like, dude, I'm over this

[12:19] [ __ ] I'm over this [ __ ] I I edited yesterday's video. I'm like, "My hair looks like shit." I've been trying to get into a better I've been trying to get into a better habit of of uh doing cutting my own hair

[12:34] in the last year. Uh because, dude, I was spending like $100. Okay, here we go. This is so like this. This right here, this is part of my goal coming into 2026 budgeting.

[12:48] budgeting. I want to set myself up for the future. Now, I could obviously I could set a goal of like, let's make a million dollars this year. That'd be great, right? Obviously, if I could make a

[13:02] million dollars this year, this could help me with my goals, which are I want to pay off both vehicles and the house. Now, we still owe 25 years on the house, but I've already started putting us in a process over the last x amount of months

[13:17] personal goal. I'm not telling you that these are the goals that you should have. This is my personal goal. We have we have some money invested. We have assets and [ __ ] We we have uh things that are growing money. Um and I am

[13:31] tired of watching some money grow while also debt exists. I want to eliminate choice that that I want to make. So, moving into 2025 moving into 2025 or 2026, I am making changes for me to

[13:46] to help with that goal to to help me out with that. Again, a lot of what we do as content creators or people in general is we create the [ __ ] fictitious goal. Again, IT WOULD BE GREAT TO MAKE A MILLION DOLLARS THIS YEAR, RIGHT? That

[14:01] would just take care of everything and then some. That'd be awesome. I'd pay a then some. That'd be awesome. I'd pay a [ __ ] ton of taxes. But outside of that, how can I actually set myself up longterm

[14:13] to realistically, comfortably make some of those changes I want to make? Well, it was like this last year. One of the things I had to assess was I'm spending $100 a month and getting haircuts. Now, I know they look good,

[14:27] but like come on now, guys. This isn't this isn't that bad, right? This isn't that bad, is it? I didn't do that bad. The reality is is I can step up, take

[14:40] [ __ ] 20 minutes twice a month out of out of my [ __ ] routine and I can do it myself and save me $100 a month. The reality is is I can show up on the weekend, I can meal prep my food and not [ __ ] justify the idea of Door Dash.

[14:56] [ __ ] justify the idea of Door Dash. The re the reality is is I I'm only 36. I don't currently need the sports car out. Well, 35. I'm only 35. I don't need that [ __ ] when I'm 40. That's what we did earlier this year. That's why we got

[15:10] rid of the Audi, the the this that. Yeah. I spent $70 a month on haircut. Yeah. And and I'm just like I'm done, man. I'm like, it's the Okay, this is a great thing, dude. I seen this meme online. Holy [ __ ] I never related with

[15:26] this. Um, now I'm not rich by Well, I I'm rich in the terms of quality of life. That's where I'm very rich. I'm not rich in the idea of like I don't have to work ever and like I just got enough money back to to just set us up

[15:40] for life and and create generational wealth wellness. That's like that rich. But what I seen was I seen this amazing quote and it said there's there's three steps to becoming rich. The first step is when you start fe finding some uh uh

[15:56] lawn as you're trying to find money. The second step is when you finally start finding money in your life, you pay somebody else to mow mow your lawn. And then the third step is when you really start holding on to money and investing

[16:10] your money and building wealth, that's when you start mowing your own lawn again. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know if you guys have ever seen that, but like things. Same thing with cutting the hair. Like for years when I was when I

[16:27] was starting my business and everything, bro, I would never waste a [ __ ] dime on getting my haircut. I would never buy nice shoes. I would never like I watch. You got me [ __ ] up. You got me [ __ ] up. I didn't spend a dime in my first

[16:42] like, [snorts] you know, five 10 years doing content creation. I didn't spend money on jack [ __ ] I wore shoes to the [ __ ] Souls came out. I I buzzed my hair as a routine.

[16:55] And then my business started doing well. Well, I I got to be a little bit more uh I I justified the idea of like I got to look a little better for for people. I got to uh I got I got to be well-maintained. I got to have a the

[17:07] started getting haircuts like when I was like 26 or something. And then, you know time. And uh yeah, now I'm to the point where I'm just like that is one minor

[17:20] change that I can make in my life that doesn't take too much time out of my day doesn't take too much time out of my day honestly to just do it myself and it sets us up for a better future cuz dude that [ __ ] adds up man. That [ __ ] e

[17:33] everything just adds up dude and it's the same concept with with anything you you can relate it to fitness and stuff. the more you constantly are like, "Oh, this little thing doesn't matter," the more you're like,, you know, if you need

[17:49] to eat 2,000 calories in a day to to hit your goals and you need to eat 200 grams of protein, right? And you got to adjust those things. The more every day you're those things. The more every day you're like, um, well, getting 50 grams less of

[18:03] protein a day and and then getting extra this, yada yada yada, it's not that big of a deal, dude. it ju it just stacks up and then after a month of constant ah

[18:15] well it's not that big of I didn't didn't quite hit that or ah I went a month you really didn't make that much progress. It's the same thing with content creation. You you can you can dream so [ __ ] big and be so [ __ ]

[18:30] hyped up and get so motivated because you watch something on the internet and then you can make all these plans and you can make all these ideas and then every day you show up. Uh, well, you know what? I'll I'll tell you what. I'll

[18:42] work really hard today. I'll just I'll just do a little bit of this. It's Dude, it's across the board. The discipline is little losses and it turns into big losses over time. Bingo. And and it's

[18:55] and it's in everything. It's in in every aspect. So, for me, that is those are my goals in 2026. I am personally for me.

[19:08] That's how I'm setting up my personal path. Little W's. That's it. So, I'm getting the [ __ ] note I'm getting the notebook back out without flinging my notebook back out without flinging my pen across the room.

[19:23] like the early days when we were at Grinders in the early YouTube days uh Grinders in the early YouTube days uh years ago, but dude, I would fill these [ __ ] up, man. I would fill these up. So, I I started getting a little bit

[19:37] this year and and it's been super helpful. But the the idea from this is is a small W. So, like I I'll just give you an example of of today. Uh, Clean

[19:49] Max Studio for sale, right? That's not it's really not that hard. Like that is just such a minuscule objective. You're probably like, "Why is that on your list of objectives?" Because the Mac Studio that I haven't used in six [ __ ]

[20:04] months has been sitting on a countertop along with about $20,000 worth of other gear just sitting around. Yeah, that's why. Now, what do you think would put me in a better situation uh across the board? Just saying, you know what,

[20:19] that's not worth my time today. That that little thing is like, dude, I got bigger [ __ ] to fry today. Or do you think maybe putting myself in the process over the next quarter of eliminating one thing and then another

[20:33] hey, guess what? On top of that, that's money just sitting around, devaluing, depreciating. Oh, I can just take that when I sell this this [ __ ] Mac studio that I didn't realize I could still get $3,000 for that's just sitting around.

[20:49] think that's better just sitting back in a corner stuffing up space being in the back of my mind that I know something minuscule that I know I need to get I just go ahead chalk it on the list today and just say, "Let's just get this

[21:05] little thing done. All I got to do is clean it, take two two or three photos, put it online and get it out of my [ __ ] site and and add money back to my [ __ ] uh my bank account or pay off debts, do do the goals that we want to

[21:19] do. I can I can take that and apply it directly to the [ __ ] truck. Boom. There's $3,000 of payments I don't have to worry about because that shit's just sitting around. Little things like this are are the the

[21:31] very little goals that content creators, any people wanting to start their business, anybody wanting to start lose to to lose weight, these are the goals you guys are sleeping on. Th this goal for you could be I need to get my macro

[21:45] actual macros I want to do. And every day, you know, you need to do that every day. You know, you want to figure out the calculator. You don't know quite what to do yet, but you know you want to do it. You know you need to do it

[21:59] because you are disconnected from that idea and every day you put it off. It takes it takes [ __ ] 10 minutes. It put it as a goal for your day. Another goal for the day. Post one item for sale. So yesterday I did the very thing

[22:12] that I said today. Yesterday I got something, put it in the box, cleaned it. It's ready to go. All right. Let's get that [ __ ] thing online. Let's get that [ __ ] [ __ ] on on on eBay or marketplace or whatever, right? Uh check

[22:25] emails, dude. I slack with this [ __ ] dude. You would think you would. This is a big one for me. This is actually in my So, I have a a play plan for just just me coming in a 2025. So, these are like my daily things right here that I'm

[22:40] telling you guys, okay? And then like stream pulse to vertical workout like, you know, those are like the the things for the day, right? But but as a big picture, when I think long-term life counter, thanks for the sub. Appreciate

[22:53] that. Uh, I'm like super organized at work, but not at home. Yeah, you need to talk to my wife. You need to talk to my wife, Lemon. Uh, so I started notepading things I need to do this year in December. I uh

[23:08] so I can sell my house early 2027. And it's a long series of small task. That's brand and content creation. That's built that's starting a business. It's it's uh wanting to get better at a craft. It's wanting to just grow a live stream. It's

[23:24] it's wanting to lose weight. Everything is about the discipline of the small victories every single [ __ ] every day. every we we like the the thing is with 2026 we think we are thinking too big picture to social media posts the

[23:42] glorified [ __ ] right that's that's what a lot of us think coming into the new year they think okay starting the year I'm 30 pounds overweight starting the year I only have a thousand followers on social media and you think

[23:56] you know what this is the year this is the measurement in time where by the end of the year I will up to here, but they don't set realistic [ __ ] with that. They don't like, how do you get to that point? Well, you just

[24:09] can't [ __ ] say like, "Oh, well, I'm just going to [ __ ] walk into a gym every day." And like, you you you're going to have to learn the reps. You the weight loss portion is the getting your macros, the learning the the learning

[24:23] the nuances and things that that are going to be adaptable for you. Hey, maybe you're not a runner. Guess what? A 20 minute walk a morning on an empty stomach does a [ __ ] lie. Okay. Well, that's your thing. You did a little

[24:35] research into that. You figured that out that that works for [ __ ] you. It's So, so like that's like these are daily tasks that I just mentioned. So, here's tasks that I just mentioned. So, here's my here's my goals for 2026.

[24:49] And these may seem like super um I'm telling you what right now. I'm going to telling you what right now. I'm going to say this. My goals for 2026 might seem like what? That's that's it. That's all you're really going to do. Now, now take

[25:04] in mind I have like behind the scenes goals, directions I'm going to start moving, things I'm going to start focusing on, right? Brand building goals. None of your guys' business. I want I That's the type of [ __ ] I want to

[25:18] work and silence and and put my time and energy into. But here's my my like where I am, you know, just routine goals. One long form video a week. Now, I am going

[25:33] long form video a week. Now, I am going to try to actually start doing two long form a week. But one thing I did not do last year that I did do for years was I uploaded one long form video once a week. And you would think that that's

[25:47] really not a lot. How many of you guys put out 52 videos last year? At the end of the year, it's a lot. One long form video is 52 [ __ ] videos One long form video is 52 [ __ ] videos in a year. 52.

[26:02] is true. Uh, it's a little better. It is, man. It is. I need to eat more candy is, man. It is. I need to eat more candy bars in 2026.

[26:14] Yep. I legit did not set realistic goals when I did content. mad, mad respect for you, man. You've helped uh helped me be more disciplined and genuine in CC myself. Keep up the good. I appreciate that, man. Uh I legit

[26:28] did not set realistic goals when I did content streaming a couple years ago. It grew fast, but I had I had zero plan and it all tanked like instantly. Yeah, I lot. Especially when you want to put work into it and not just slap it

[26:41] together. Yeah, you got to slow play it. Well, and this is also the like also with you, you know, this is where I I kind of went in on you the other day, you know, and I need to be a little bit more cognitive

[26:54] I need to be a little bit more cognitive of this myself, a little bit more aware. Um, but here's also a thing in 2026 that a to do, man. You guys are going to have to cut out the [ __ ] man. You're

[27:06] going to have to cut out the [ __ ] A lot of you [ __ ] you you justify some [ __ ] myself included previously, I'm not doing this [ __ ] anymore. I'm done with it. I'm done with it. And and what I mean by this is,

[27:18] especially in the content creator space, we do this all the [ __ ] time. And it's like you set a goal of you want to be a certain thing, you want to do a brand a certain way, you have a strong suit in something. Uh but because the

[27:32] craft that you do is can be related in some way, you justify spending your time on that. The biggest example in this space is gaming. You guys realize how there? People that are good with cameras. People that have helped helped

[27:45] million-dollar businesses that have backgrounds in that [ __ ] And for some backgrounds in that [ __ ] And for some reason, they always go back to just streaming [ __ ] games. Like they they don't even want to build their brand

[28:00] on this, man. You don't even want to build your brand as a magic mag a gamer. You want to be a magician. Like that's what you want to be. But you waste your [ __ ] time going live playing games.

[28:15] If if it was life or death situation, you wouldn't do that. Like if you had no and you had to put your [ __ ] to the ground and you had to work it work like it was just like work on the strong suits. What what are you actually

[28:29] capable of doing? You you wouldn't waste your time doing it. We justify this as your time doing it. We justify this as people cuz cuz it it just it sounds easy. That sounds super easy. I I my I myself especially done this this this

[28:41] myself especially done this this this last year for sure. For sure. For sure. But I also needed a little bit of a rhythm boost back. I needed to get back in the momentum and and and get everything going. Uh happy new year. The

[28:53] one thing that works for me is to make achievable goals realistic. Uh one like made two two reels daily minimum create one long form YouTube. Yeah. Exact. you saying something. We're going back to it. Uh that's what that's what I was

[29:06] just saying. My goals for 2026 uh in in terms of like process and and uh in in terms of like process and and like showing up are one long form a week for sure. Um one short form a day. I'm committing

[29:21] to it. I'm going to make one short form video every single [ __ ] day this year. I don't think that's really going to be too hard for me to achieve. I think I can lock that in. Uh I need to check emails daily.

[29:36] I need to [ __ ] Dude, I'm so bad with e I I so bad, dude. I I like dude, there e I I so bad, dude. I I like dude, there are times where I'm like say this because I know some people are going to be like, "Wow, you're

[29:50] ungrateful." Dude, there are times where I'll check my email and I'll have missed I'll check my email and I'll have missed To be fair, I had a a a talent agency for a couple years. To be fair, I had a talent agency for a

[30:04] couple years, so they just did everything for me. Um, but bro, I've had like multi,000 brand deals just sitting in emails from like months that I didn't even respond to. Just sitting there

[30:20] because I just don't check my emails. Uh, so yeah, I got to get better at can you ask Biggie if he watched him before? Brother, I don't I don't watch anybody. I got I got a family. I got a kid growing up. Um I the the two the two

[30:34] to three people that I'll put up in background are homies or burnt peanut or anybody. I don't get involved in any community creator [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] about IRL streamers. I I don't care that they go do their thing. I respect

[30:49] [ __ ] I got my own [ __ ] to work on. Creating goals is huge, but realistic hit goals, but I always dream too big and get burned out. Bingo. [ __ ] relatable right there, brother. Relatable right there.

[31:04] What if you just want to game? Is it just acceptable because I enjoy it? Like, I suck at games and and content, but I enjoy both. I mean, yeah, if you have no actual goals or ambitions, that's fine.

[31:18] Hey, brother. I appreciate the uh I I appreciate the [ __ ] Was that Euro? I appreciate the super chat. Who is Bert Peanut? I ain't seen his stuff outside of the long intros. [laughter] He He just [ __ ] buddy ass content

[31:31] creator. Uh, do you recommend signing with an agency for content creation if you already have a following? Oh, [ __ ] man. It's a It It's Dude, there there's man. It's a It It's Dude, there there's never a good answer for this. Um, I've

[31:44] had nightmare agency situations and I've had blessing agency situations. I've heard of nightmare agency situations and I've heard of blessing. It's there. Let Let me just Let me just say this. There are good people and there are bad

[31:59] people in this world. There are genuine agents. I I had I had one of those over a couple years. Um, shout out Alex. There are genuine people that really do care about you. They do get to learn about you. Yes, they're going to profit

[32:15] off of the ability to help you grow, but it it is a mutual relationship to do it. There are agents out there. That's just the reality. Whether anybody wants to give you the worst case scenario, yada yada yada, there are agents out there

[32:28] that do want you to make money because and want you to have success because the better that you do, the better they do. That's just facts. That's just reality. There's a caveat. There are a lot of slimy agents out there. There are a lot

[32:43] There are a lot of snakes in this industry that want to take advantage of the next upand cominging person and just [ __ ] rob them blind. get you under shady contracts. It's very true. It's very, very true. Um, honestly, there's

[32:59] no easy answer, man. There's no easy answer. It's just kind of one of those things where if I feel like if you really feel like you're leaving money on the table because,

[33:12] okay, how do I say this? I think when it comes to agencies, if you are up and coming and you are at the point where you can manage your own time, like stop streaming the extra hour, you know, you know, stop [ __ ]

[33:26] spending the extra 20 minutes on the shitterter. Check your emails. Try to do it yourself. You know, with the innovation of AI in 2026, your ability to talk to AI to figure out how much you should be charging for things at your

[33:41] size based off of the projects, it it it it's so strong, right? Like you really can do your own [ __ ] right now. But the there become there becomes a point where it's it's really hard to keep up. Really hard to keep up, man. when I was getting

[33:57] hard to keep up, man. when I was getting like 30 40 million view months across socials. I was getting like dude I I don't even [ __ ] know dude I I don't even [ __ ] know 25 50 100 emails a day. And like the

[34:12] reality is is like 80% of it's bloat. 90 80 to 90% of it's people that just don't give you something for an affiliate code. Uh the other reality is 5% of it's "Oh, you're going to click this [ __ ] wonderful idea." You don't look at the

[34:28] [ __ ] you know, they got your mon social security number. So you got to watch it, man. You got like that comes with the gig. Uh so like like that comes with the gig. Uh so like I I would say if you if you're small

[34:43] should just be doing your own brand deals. You really should. Um, but as you grow, I think if you can find the right agency by meeting people over time and kind of getting to learn like I got to meet my

[34:59] I think like three months be my previous manager three months before uh I even You know, I gota I gota actually meet to really like talk to him and have some heartto-he hearts with him. And it's

[35:14] different. Yeah. Yeah. And then once he got promoted, I was just kind of like, I don't really want to work with anybody else. So, I was just like, whatever. on top of yourself. Dude, AI is just insane.

[35:29] AI is just [ __ ] insane. Let me just let

[35:41] that feel like they're not worth anything too when approaching your your "Oh, I only got like a few thousand subs on on the I only got a few thousand um

[35:53] yada." Let me just tell you guys my first ever like major brand deal. Um, first ever like major brand deal. Um, is it 20 2018? Uh, 2018 I was on this

[36:07] goal of mine where I was uploading every single day to YouTube and I was creating like very high quality content. I wanted to get better at film making, photo, design, everything across the board, storytelling. Uh, so I uploaded a video

[36:19] find anything to make a video about, anything around the office, things that obviously talk about a lot of products and whatnot, but about a lot of the setup upgrades that I would make. Uh, made a lot of setup videos through that

[36:33] process. A a little company um in in the tech space who makes the majority of uh gaming parts in in some of these PCs. Uh, somebody discovered one of my videos

[36:45] when they were only getting 200 views a video. That's it. 200 views a video roughly all the time. Dude, I I used to get [ __ ] talking [ __ ] on my videos, say, "You only get 200 views a video. Why do you waste your time

[36:58] putting all this [ __ ] all this energy into these videos?" And uh honestly, I was just addicted to it. I just I I loved the idea of creating. Um so, I had 5,000 subscribers. Uh at that time, I was only getting like two or 300 views a

[37:12] video and uh maybe like the one random tutorial that would pop off. And this the way that I told a story and they gave me a $20,000 brand deal on the spot. Yeah. My first ever brand deal, I was only averaging a few hundred views

[37:27] on on long form YouTube videos. $20,000. Now, at that time, I mean, you're talking that's a that's a half a year to a third of years salary for me. One brand deal. One $20,000. That was my first ever brand deal that I ever got.

[37:42] So before any of you guys start really devaluing yourself and saying I'm not worth it uh because I don't have a lot of views yada yada yada, understand that a lot of brands, they don't only just pay for views. They pay for for many

[37:55] different things. But if if the right person at the right time comes and finds you and [ __ ] with your mission and your story and and likes the way you that you do things and and and they believe in you, they'll invest into you. That

[38:08] that's what brands and stuff will do. Now, what like and that's that is the reality by the way. This is why it's very important to hear the phrase you never know who's watching cuz you just never do. You never know who's watching,

[38:21] never do. You never know who's watching, man. Um, Todd, all these brands got money. Don't let them play you. Bingo. That's uh I mean >> [laughter] >> Dude, the amount of [ __ ] creators

[38:37] understand that like some of these guys are [ __ ] milking them dry. It's [snorts] a double-edged sword, man. Like, dude, it's it's back to like the

[38:49] It's back to like the whole affiliate argument, man. money in this industry, uh, being a content creator across the board. and

[39:04] advantage of [ __ ] and there are people that don't respect your time with [ __ ] Uh but also too there there are creators that give horrible advice on the idea of that give horrible advice on the idea of like um of

[39:22] pretending to uh of pretending that you are owed something way more than than than what you can just take advantage of. If that makes sense. And and what I mean by that is uh

[39:35] articulate this and put this into words for it to to click. You know what I for it to to click. You know what I mean? Uh because I I don't want people

[39:49] And and what I'm talking about is affiliates verse the idea of like sponsors. This is like a big trend that I've seen over the last few years as a the difference between an affiliate and a sponsor, man." A lot of creators give

[40:04] that dog [ __ ] advice. You got to know, man. Don't ever do affiliates. If I had never done affiliates, I wouldn't have made

[40:16] I wouldn't have made tens of thousands of dollars off of an affiliate link from a product I already bought. Anyways, that would have been just free promotion in my videos if I wouldn't have just done the damn

[40:28] affiliate link myself. If I wouldn't have taken advantage of something for company didn't approach me and say, "Hey, please do stuff for us. Please give us deliverables and and and we'll give you an affiliate link in return."

[40:43] My concept was I bought a product that worked for me and my setup and my videos, my setup videos were getting lots of views. That product wasn't sold on Amazon Associates. So, I couldn't get an affiliate link for there. So, I just

[40:56] went to the website and I got an affiliate through them, just myself. They no deliverables, no demands, nothing an affiliate link. And I would dollars if I wouldn't have done that. I was still going to make the videos

[41:09] anyways. I was still going to make the setup videos for my YouTube videos. Those were still goals of mine to make. I would have just missed out on the ability to tie something that I put together in in my setup in my

[41:21] environment, something that I I use to the ability to monetize off of it. So, while yes, affiliate links can be predatory and there are a lot of people there are a lot of people that try to [ __ ] um scam you out out of things

[41:35] and misrepresent what the power of affiliate links. On the other side, affiliate links. There's power off of monetizing off of things that you already [ __ ] have in the first place, off of using your own traffic to make

[41:49] off of using your own traffic to make money. So, you know, I just I I got to content creators are like, "No, dude. Don't do anything for free, man." Bro, that the the very essence of you promoting [ __ ] that you're paying for in

[42:03] your content is you doing some something for free at that point. Better for affiliate if it's stuff you use though. Yes. Correct. What up, use though. Yes. Correct. What up, Gatsby?

[42:21] Good morning. I don't have any kind of social media beyond DC and YouTube, so I'm learning as I go through content by myself. I always content always be me. base going for affiliates when you reach a certain level uh on the content? Wait,

[42:36] a certain level uh on the content? Wait, what do you mean? followers. That That's a horrible goal. Uh and my YouTube to 25 to 50 subs.

[42:48] fairly new to YouTube and I just got my first PC. I wake up every morning. I try to get my engagement up for shorts and Tik Tok expos. Is there anything I'm uh I'm not doing that I should be? Well, your goals are horrible. Yeah, those

[43:01] goals are I mean you you're setting like realistic follower and sub amounts, but like th those are bad goals. Like your goals should be activity output, not

[43:13] results because you can't control them. Is there no I mean 200 followers and it's probably achievable if you're actually pretty active. But but your goal should be that in itself. What's your activity? What's your output?

[43:27] What's your what's your output? Your ultimate goal is is 1,000 subs by the Change the goals, boys. Change. You guys got bad goals, man. got bad goals, man. first. Okay.

[43:48] 2026, you you've already [ __ ] failed. Like, you you should already I don't up. Like, obviously, I want to see you like just like switch. But guys, subs

[44:00] you you guys have to understand in 2026, subs and followers are a [ __ ] unrealistic metric to chase. One, they don't even really mean [ __ ] anymore. They really don't, man. You could have I know guys on YouTube with 30,000

[44:16] subscribers and their YouTube live streams are making more than people with 500,000 subscribers. I [ __ ] you not. I know guys with 30, 40, 50K making 20,000

[44:30] plus dollars a month just from ad revenue from their live streams alone. They're not even posting content. They're not doing anything. It's it's it it going after the sub and follower metric in 2025 as a goal. Uh bad in two

[44:45] ways. One, everything is about watch time and algorithm and and click. You you could have thousands of viewers on YouTube, for example, or or Instagram that watch your [ __ ] every single day because the more you watch the [ __ ] the

[45:00] algorithm is going to push that [ __ ] more to you. So, you don't even need it anymore. The homepages on these sites in 2026 are are insane, man. I guarantee YouTube homepage on your desktop, you'll find somebody that you probably watch

[45:13] actively. You're not even subscribed to them. You would have no [ __ ] idea. So, setting that goal first and foremost for that aspect is just silly because it really don't matter. You you your your goal should be always be output. The

[45:26] other thing IS YOU CAN'T CONTROL IT. You can't control that. So, let me ask you this, okay? If your goal is 1,000 subs by the end of 2026, but if you generate 10 million views this year and just for some reason don't get a,000 subs, are

[45:39] you going to be upset? Are you going to be unhappy about that? Well, you [ __ ] shouldn't be, buddy, cuz the subs don't [ __ ] matter. They don't matter, man. [ __ ] matter. They don't matter, man. So, with Let me even say too, setting

[45:52] So, with Let me even say too, setting views as a metric goal for 2026, they don't matter neither. Your goals for 2026 should 100% be your output. That's only way where you are going to get actual results for your effort and you

[46:08] are going to feel good about doing the [ __ ] It's the only way cuz every [ __ ] day that you don't do something and you just hope by the end of this big timeline something comes as a result of doing nothing. Holy [ __ ] You're just

[46:24] gonna kill your momentum and any energy that you [ __ ] have coming into the new year. However, now I let me ask you this. Okay, let me ask you this. Who do you think is going to feel better by February 2026? the person that put out

[46:39] going to put out a vertical every single day or the person that said or or the person that finally managed uh or the person that didn't have a routine, didn't have a rhythm, but somehow managed to get 100 new subs at the end

[46:56] of the month because that's like at least a a step towards the 1,000 subs by actually going to be more proud of themselves? because the the the other They're just at a process where they're

[47:10] to hook a 100red people in." Well, now 200? All of it comes down to one thing. You're going to have to show up and do you're going to have to show up and do the work. So, you set realistic goals

[47:22] that you can actually control the output that you can can do like uploading one long form video a week, uploading a vertical every day, going live three days a week because it actually fits in your schedule. Doing those things, doing

[47:36] less to produce more and have real goals is what's going to actually give you, ironically, the fictitional goals that you want right now. I I guarantee you right now, if you change your mindset from you want a thousand subscribers by

[47:50] the end of 2026 to you're going to make a daily vertical and you're going to stream two days a week or whatever it is that your goal is, I guarantee by the end of the year, you will have more than a thousand subs. You'll have way more. I

[48:03] anybody that makes [ __ ] vertical content every single [ __ ] day for the next 364 days now, they're gonna have more than a thousand subs. You just got to lock the [ __ ] in. It's It's the boring [ __ ] guys. It It's the [ __ ]

[48:17] outside the [ __ ] motivational videos that get your nipples hard, man. You out rounding you up like, "Good. That's great, man. You got A HEART ON. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT, MAN? GET THE [ __ ] OFF MY VIDEO. GO MAKE A [ __ ]

[48:30] VIDEO NOW. Go do it again tomorrow. Go do it again the next day. Hey, guess flop. Some of those videos are going to lose you subscribers. I lose subscribers and followers every single day that I pivot in [ __ ] content. But guess

[48:44] what? I guarantee you if I stick to my goals for 2026, by the end of 2026, I will be in a much better [ __ ] place. I'll [ __ ] put money on that, brother. I'll [ __ ] put money on that, brother. I'll put money on that.

[48:59] actions. Yeah. You never ever ever set a goal in anything in life that you're you're going to get a girlfriend by the end of 2026. People are going to finally respect you by the end of 2026. That's essentially what you're saying

[49:14] when you set a sub or a follower goal. That's what you're saying. That like when you that's the comparison. Your father's going to finally love you again. Like the Sorry, I I don't mean to get dark, but like that's what you're

[49:27] essentially saying. You're essentially saying that your goals are trying to get people to like you. You shouldn't care if people like you. You shouldn't. Who gives a [ __ ] Who gives a [ __ ] brother? You think a lot

[49:42] gives a [ __ ] brother? You think a lot of people like Jake Paul? They hate him enough to allow him to earn $92 million to get beat up for four rounds. If bro, dog, if you think it, bro, if

[49:59] you think that it is an L on his behalf cuz you hate him. Holy [ __ ] You lost cuz you hate him. Holy [ __ ] You lost the plot, big dog.

[50:15] [ __ ] I ended the year uploading a long form and vertical every day for almost a week straight. Gained almost 100 subs within a week. Good [ __ ] Melo. Good [ __ ] Good [ __ ] love to [ __ ] hear it. So, what's uh All right, guys. So,

[50:28] it. So, what's uh All right, guys. So, what's um should I [ __ ] um close off to like kind of like sub and member only for a second and kind of give uh I I I want to do a better job at uh I've

[50:43] more because of what people thought. Not this year. I'm posting more in 2026. You this year. I'm posting more in 2026. You should. You should. Um especially relative to your your your thing. Uh okay. Let's actually break that down. I

[50:56] great topic right there. I think that's a great lead lead way. I wanted to figure out at at what point do we start talking about, you know, based off of different things and and uh like what people do, what's what's the right

[51:09] people do, what's what's the right amount? What's the right amount? in 2026, I think you post as many verticals as you can a day.

[51:23] I I I I I'm dead ass serious. I'm not even [ __ ] kidding. If you can post verticals a day. If you're a gaming content creator, if if it there uh actually [ __ ] I love this post. Let's actually [ __ ] dive into this uh

[51:39] bookmarks. Bookmarks this this content strategy. Now, this is a 2026 YouTube strategy playbook. Um, however, I think this works everywhere. Uh, and this is from Patty

[51:53] Galloway. And if you don't know and respect Patty Galloway, you are you're missing out. Um, all right. So, here here's here's kind of the idea across the board. A lot

[52:06] of this this kind of harps down more into YouTube, but this is the area where into YouTube, but this is the area where I'm like, can I zoom in here, guys? How do I in there? a way

[52:20] on um I'm using Chrome. Isn't there a way to scroll wheel something and zoom in? You guys know what I'm talking about? Oh, wait. What is this? There we go. There we go. There. Uh oh.

[52:36] Okay, never mind. I was I was hoping to zoom in on this because you you guys clearly can't see this. So, here here's especially with posting the verticals. Choose your YouTube operating

[52:48] model. I would let's just for the sake of the conversation control scroll. Okay, that is what it is. But for some reason, it's not Oh, okay. There we go. There we go. So,

[53:04] let's not talk just YouTube. Let's talk general. I think this is where like seeing this this is where I I believe uh people need to figure out with what they do what their output their 2026 operating model should be for verticals.

[53:20] Uh so one is sniper approach low upload frequencies one to two month focus on frequencies one to two month focus on quality. Now this also can relate to um you know not being as long but same thing on vertical your sniper approach.

[53:37] This is your This is your like it takes you maybe maybe instead of doing every day vertical, it's every other day because you put so much time and energy into the vertical. This is this is like the storytelling people. The you know

[53:51] what I mean? Uh which I don't think a lot of you guys in here are unless you're doing something that takes time and you're creating a vertical around that. Like so like you're building a PC, you're putting together a table, you

[54:03] know what I mean? Like you're getting really creative. What's up X? in the EDC probably post more than most folks, which helps a ton. Right. You go by, you typically go by the machine gun operator, right?

[54:25] right? I'm gonna add another [ __ ] one to this. Just [ __ ] atomic bomb. And and and this is that's man I know people are

[54:37] going to disagree with this because people are going to say algorithm and and if if watch time if this and that bro with how everything has been this is just what I'm going to point out too like maybe things changed this year how

[54:51] everything has been when it comes to the vertical stuff in 2026 everything has ended up in the more that you post the better the results. Now, do some things flop? Abso fuckingutely. Yeah, some shit's gonna

[55:05] flop. It just is what it is. Some of the shit's gonna flop, guys. It just is what it is. Is what it is. The whole point of the rapid posting is you're just posting so much it doesn't matter. If you post five verticals in a day and two or three

[55:22] well, doesn't matter. Just keep going. Just keep going. And then a lot of that has like a trickle down effect. as as some start doing well, the other ones start start doing better. Oh, they start doing a lot better. That but that's what

[55:35] I would do with vertical. I I would assess what what your [ __ ] is. Like don't know every single person's this is where it's it's going to have to it comes down to your output. Like ask yourself could how many verticals could

[55:49] you realistically make off of what you want to do? How many could you realistically make? And that that's why I use like, you you're a streaming gaming content creator, bro, be posting five [ __ ]

[56:04] five verticals a day if you can. Now, if you're somebody that's more a little bit more like X where he's talking about things and and products and and whatnot, hey, I I if you got enough stuff laying around to talk about something once a

[56:18] day, [ __ ] it. Right, X? Right? Because over time, then you can pick up that pace. But even still, if you can't do once a day, that's when you maybe consider the idea, okay, well, do you take more time in the editing process if

[56:31] you can't do every single day? Because the whatever thing it is, like we have Miller in here, he's a PC guy. He builds he builds like PCs and [ __ ] powerlifting shorts on YouTube, even if I batch them at once, they all hit a

[56:47] guys. Yeah. Uh, some people will tell you to disperse your [ __ ] I've been testing that theory over the last couple months. None of dude, times of the day, posting multiple at once. None of it matters. None of it

[57:00] YouTube shorts, you shouldn't do it because subscribers uh you'll you'll ruin like like average subscribers. Dude, I just I mean on the rare occasion maybe, but I just don't see too many active

[57:15] subscribers even give a [ __ ] about shorts. And YouTube's algorithm is really good at saying like, "Okay, hey, well, this person uploads shorts." And uh like, let me just use a couple examples in here. And like YouTube's

[57:28] Biggie uploaded a short." Now, based on the history, Tyler, Miller, posters, none of those guys will watch Biggie shorts, but I hate everyone and some dude, they they do. So, hey, when it goes up, let's push it to the guys that

[57:44] push the long form videos and the streams to the guys that watch it. I I think that's where coming into 2026, YouTube is just a powerhouse. Is like a lot of the things that like made people skddish on doing different things on one

[57:58] channel, dude, YouTube's gotten so good at at [ __ ] pushing the right [ __ ] to uh especially I've been experiencing this over the last couple months, you know, testing the the gaming streams and stuff here. Uh, I mean, yeah, the more

[58:13] stuff here. Uh, I mean, yeah, the more the more diverse [ __ ] you do try to push to one channel, it it is it is going to backfire a little bit. It is going to backfire a little bit. But this like general idea that uh this general idea

[58:28] that you if you do long form videos, you can't post short form videos because it'll ruin your entire algorithm. It's just it that that narrative is so dead. Yeah. Also W with the also with the shorts uh things thing tends to be they

[58:45] don't funnel their viewers to long form early or they just get subs that only watch shorts. Well, that's because the shorts in vertical content is extremely exacerbated. It's just dopamine riddled [ __ ] I

[58:57] shorts Yeah. I mean that's one thing you can also do too. Yeah, that's definitely what that's what a lot of people do as well. Yeah,

[59:09] they'll have it to where like instead of uh um happy new year, uh instead of it uh um happy new year, uh instead of it actually notifying everybody at at once, it will uh it will just allow it to go to people's feeds. I would say if you

[59:24] me, just do that. Just disable that. Now, you can only do that on desktop, though. If you make verticals, please God post everywhere. Yeah, that's that's one thing I just like uh I mean there is a cave a it's a double-edged sword there

[59:39] a cave a it's a double-edged sword there that's a it is I guess I gota a period of time you understand just do better on other [ __ ]

[59:52] [snorts] So, I think you should be I think you out [ __ ] and then like once you figure it out, like stick to a rhythm.

[1:00:07] Yeah, I think that's what you should be doing. Tell me the Tell us the truth. We want to hear um

[1:00:19] your results in 2025 has nothing to do with the platforms or the other people around you. It's actually because of the things you didn't do and you're starting the new year off of hype and the idea that all these things are just going to

[1:00:31] year. But at the end of the day, if you still don't do the things that you know you need to do, you're just going to have another unhappy year.

[1:00:47] short that got 400K flopped on Tik Tok thanks to uh AI. I kind of understand why, dude. AI is pretty [ __ ] crazy. Facebook Shorts, Tik Tok have been cooking, learning reels and snap. Yeah, I mean, I've been posting everywhere,

[1:01:00] but I've just like learned like because of the following that I grew on Tik Tok, So, I've just stopped posting them now. But everything else, yeah, across the But everything else, yeah, across the board. Well, no, even YouTube, man.

[1:01:13] YouTube is uh YouTube shorts is a weird algorithm, man. Like any of like the motivational, informative stuff that dude, some of those things like popped on Instagram and and uh and Tik Tok. Uh like my how

[1:01:27] to make uh my how to make money as a content creator uh video is doing really well on Instagram and Tik Tok tanked on YouTube which is just I don't YouTube is

[1:01:39] fascinating their shorts I think that the thing is I think the YouTube shorts algorithm and this is very powerful if there's one the YouTube shorts algorithm is still like two to three years behind

[1:01:54] which like it Sounds like a negative, but the thing is that means that in the next year or two as it adapts, it's just going to [ __ ] blow up. There you go. Promise. Uh, go play Battlefield with the boys today. So, uh,

[1:02:09] Battlefield with the boys today. So, uh, because I'm not getting on. Um, because I'm not getting on. Um, yeah, thing that a lot of people don't understand

[1:02:23] understand about YouTube. Everybody always harps at at YouTube to like do do this now, man. Do this now. Uh we've seen that during like the whole the Twitch failures over the last five

[1:02:36] years. Everybody wanted everybody wanted YouTube to just be an exact replica of Twitch. Just replicate Twitch, man. I'm so done with Twitch. They're this that. so done with Twitch. They're this that. just replicate Twitch, man.

[1:02:51] And everybody said, and what's ironic about that, too, is "What the [ __ ] You're just copying [ __ ] Twitch." Um, he's like, "What do What do you [ __ ] want here, man? You want YouTube

[1:03:06] but you pat that [ __ ] kicked it?" hypocritical. Anyways, anyways, everybody wanted YouTube to just snap a finger and become Twitch. But like I even said in videos in 2020, why do you

[1:03:20] guys want YouTube to become Twitch? Why? Twitch is failing for a reason. You think the things that you like about Twitch are the best things, but like it's still failing. It's a It's a It's a bad product. Think about it.

[1:03:37] Think about it. You want to leave the platform and but for some reason in your head you're like the other platform has to be exactly like it. It's a bad product. To the fundamental core of Twitch and its

[1:03:53] fundamental core of Twitch and its existence, it is a bad product. Period. It It just is. That's why it's failing. So why in in any [ __ ] world would YouTube just do that? Would would

[1:04:08] YouTube change what's working for them? What's bringing in billions of dollars What's bringing in billions of dollars of ad profit a year

[1:04:21] no sense. So, this is what YouTube's done throughout all the years is they have been a slow adapter. they they have always been okay let's they they have always been okay let's see what really works from this and

[1:04:36] adapt to this over time. So over the last five years, great example with this is instead of YouTube saying, "Okay, what's so good about Twitch?" Okay. what's so good about Twitch?" Okay. Well, people gift a lot of subs.

[1:04:50] I'd say I' I'd say that's what's good there. Uh spaming of chat, emotes, and interaction, sure, but at the end of the day, while that gives you a fluffy

[1:05:02] feeling, does it really help a streamer grow? No. Like honestly, can you guys, that, by the way, can you guys find me one streamer in the last 10 years that

[1:05:15] one streamer in the last 10 years that solely only grew solely from community interaction in their chat?

[1:05:28] Only grew from community, not like they didn't create any content. They weren't a [ __ ] great creator. They just had really good channel points, man. So, they grew because of that. Rich with the $2. My god. Jesus

[1:05:43] did. Jesus did. Yeah. Can anybody think of anybody? I I sure as hell can. I can't think of one person that grew because of the tools that every streamer thinks they the tools on Twitch that every

[1:05:56] they the tools on Twitch that every streamer thinks they need. person. So if those things aren't important, so years and said, "Okay, everybody's yelling us about chat interaction and

[1:06:11] and whatnot." But the reality is is there's one very important metric with there's one very important metric with live streaming. It's the watch time. I have no idea of the people that you're talking about. No idea. I'm talking blew

[1:06:25] up. Who Who the hell is Mr. Ballin and storyteller guy? And they create no content whatsoever. Whatsoever. They create no content.

[1:06:48] Hassan. Wait, what? Hassan? Hassan has no interaction in his chat. What? Guys, the reframing of the question. Okay, so like here's an example.

[1:07:00] A lot of people don't like YouTube because YouTube doesn't have a built-in community channel points. They think they need to have these things to be successful streamers. YouTube focuses on the idea of, "Do we actually need this

[1:07:14] [ __ ] to keep viewers on this platform?" Answer is no. That's why they don't have it. That's why it doesn't matter. That's why it's not there. It It doesn't It doesn't matter. It doesn't actually matter. It gives it gives you a feeling.

[1:07:30] Oh, you misunderstood. Yeah, it g I'm talking about the things that are on Twitch that people say, "Dude, it's so good that Twitch has this. It's so good that Twitch has this." But if you actually break it down, does it really

[1:07:42] actually benefit the platform having it? No. It's there to give you a feeling as a creator that you have all these options to help with your community growth, but they don't actually grow your brand.

[1:07:56] your brand. They don't actually grow it. They don't actually grow it. Do you get what I'm saying? RAY, WELCOME TO THE MEMBERS CLUB. Looking good.

[1:08:12] So, when you look at YouTube over the last 5 years, instead of them just being like, "Let's just become Twitch 2.0 I know and completely neglect their [ __ ] VODs. They said, "Okay, how can we take what Twitch is the gold

[1:08:27] mine Twitch is sitting on that they don't clearly [ __ ] respect and how do we take advantage of that on YouTube and what YouTube has done now?" Like, I don't think you guys realize YouTube streaming. Oh my god. I I hate that I

[1:08:41] talk about this because I'm talking about it on a channel that's got a lot about it on a channel that's got a lot of inactivity and and age, but I'm telling you right now, there are going to be people in this stream that in

[1:08:53] 2026, they're going to start just actively uploading or uh streaming to YouTube and they're going to see exactly what I [ __ ] mean. Exactly what I mean. eggs. It It's It's in the last 5 years,

[1:09:08] what YouTube did with the streaming side of things is is really what Twitch should have been doing. They should have been developing some kind of system of discovery over there, some kind of algorithm that would actually suggest

[1:09:20] things, which they never [ __ ] did. Uh, which, you know, to Twi Twitch's defense, if you're only going to be known as a streaming platform, the billions of people just coming there to check [ __ ] shorts and and see how to

[1:09:32] [ __ ] tie a a tie and [ __ ] It's like the place to go to like learn [ __ ] You know what I mean? So, you know, to their defense, but like, let's just be real. Twitch has been around for 18 years. They had plenty of time to be a social

[1:09:45] media platform. Plenty of time. Plenty of time, man. What are you [ __ ] talking about? So over the last five years, you know, just one example as why YouTube's a long game player is is they looked at the benefit of things. What's

[1:09:59] watching a live stream. The longer that people stay and watch, the better for the platform. That's it. You can run ads on the [ __ ] doesn't come down to the other [ __ ] all that other stuff is is is there to it's

[1:10:17] it it's what Twitch developed with is like community feeling. Um the the reality is is like for example some of you guys in here that are averaging let's say 50 viewers on Twitch and you get uh what would be like

[1:10:33] a good amount of subs for 50 viewers on Twitch like two to 300 subs. Is that genuinely don't know. I don't I don't know what that comparison would be. I know there's people that have like whale whale viewers.

[1:10:47] Well, ads aren't uh in intrusive on YouTube because they don't have to be. YouTube because they don't have to be. They don't have to milk the [ __ ]

[1:10:59] want I want to break this down on like the idea like really shock you. I want blow your mind. Let's just say on the high end. So, let's just say um uh what does that equate down? Say 200 subs. What is What is 200 subs on Twitch

[1:11:13] What is What is 200 subs on Twitch again? 150 or 100 would be uh 250. So again? 150 or 100 would be uh 250. So it' be $500 in a month, right? $500 at respectful. Wait, I mean 50 viewers, you're not

[1:11:25] Um just you moving to YouTube and not having anybody gift memberships. If you were to carry that that viewership to making that in the ad revenue alone.

[1:11:40] What? Like what? You're making that in the AD REVENUE ALONE. M WITH [screaming] THE FIVERR, BOYS. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MEMBERS TURNED ON ON YOUTUBE, my guy. Appreciate you. I have 700 subs

[1:11:54] and had zero viewers when I went live for an hour. Not sure what I did wrong. No, we're talking about uh about subs. What about all the AI slop killing real content creators like you and me? It's crazy. They're not killing us. What are

[1:12:08] crazy. They're not killing us. What are you talking about? create like Okay, two things with the AI create like Okay, two things with the AI stuff. Uh first and foremost, um

[1:12:23] first and foremost, there's a lot of eyes on the internet. Uh there I I I'm not dead. Are you dead? You know what I mean? Like is is are you just not like uploading anymore because like AI has completely replaced you or are you are

[1:12:37] you creating a theory in your head that eventually you'll get replaced cuz you're not replaced. So like getting worked up about it is I I think getting worked up about it deters people from taking advantage of the AI. Everybody

[1:12:50] should be taking advantage of the AI. But also too like I don't know. I just ain't got time to worry about this. Like I know what you're talking about. Like the the crazy just like completely 100% artificial AI videos. I don't know. I

[1:13:02] don't pay attention to them, man. AI slop has its place, but it isn't going to replace this feeling. Yeah. Like I just there's something that AI is just never going to do. I'm sorry.

[1:13:14] I don't think bubble's going to pop. I I I don't think it's going to pop.

[1:13:26] Yeah, I mean I use it to [ __ ] just help with organizing everything, man. help with organizing everything, man. I'm using AI with my taxes right now.

[1:13:39] channels on YouTube. Uh I mean it would obviously if you get your audience uh to obviously if you get your audience uh to to watch the [ __ ] Yeah.

[1:13:55] Chad GBT got me a got me to dial in my Roadcaster Duo way better. Helped with hooks and understanding analytics. Bro, the to buildin AI that they have on YouTube Studio is [ __ ] insane. Also too, guys, a lot of AI

[1:14:10] hasn't been regulated yet. Like if you guys don't think that these companies and [ __ ] are after a period of time are going to have to get capped cuz like none of these places are just going to keep paying these people [ __ ]

[1:14:26] ridiculous money making [ __ ] up out of thin [snorts] air. like they've already started that process. So I I don't I don't know. I just don't see a world where we're replaced. I just don't see it. Now, I I

[1:14:41] adapting with AI that you will be replaced for sure, to compete, man. It's just so insane. I'm using AI for so many of my goals in

[1:14:53] 2026 that I'm working on behind the scenes and and none of it involves like making my content at all. The ass studio AI on YouTube helped me get over uh 64K views. Yeah, it's insane, dude. It's insane. Is it

[1:15:08] better to start multi on YouTube horizontal uh only with kick? I feel like vertical lives on YouTube are not vertical lives are pushed way more on YouTube. But it's it's a bit of an exacerbated metric. Maybe you flip-flop

[1:15:23] exacerbated metric. Maybe you flip-flop those. Verticals get pushed really [ __ ] hard on YouTube, brother. Really [ __ ] hard. But it's it's not a good push. It's inflated. It's just like Tik Tok, man.

[1:15:36] like will share like a screenshot of their like post stream analytics on Tik their like post stream analytics on Tik Tok and it's like I got I got 60,000 views and like the average watch time was 2 seconds. It's like bro I uh I mean

[1:15:51] it's like being a billboard but it's like I don't know man. like I don't know man. Verticals will boost watch time

[1:16:09] horizontal will boost watch time way more. more. Way more.

[1:16:21] time way more than vertical, brother. Way more. Way more. way way way more.

[1:16:36] watch time on vertical. What he's talking about, by the way, guys, if you're not partnered on YouTube, you can use live streaming to get the watchtime metrics for partnership on YouTube. So that way you can you can get all the uh

[1:16:48] monetization benefits. Yeah, your YouTube shorts do work towards that watch time. What I'm trying to tell you is is like um is is like um having having like 50,000 views on a

[1:17:03] having having like 50,000 views on a YouTube short stream. Uh a 2,000 viewed YouTube short stream. Uh a 2,000 viewed uh a 2,000 viewed uh um a 2,000 viewed YouTube long long form stream is going to do astronomically

[1:17:18] better in watch time in comparison. A ast like not even comparable. Not even ast like not even comparable. Not even comparable, brother. comparable, brother. Not even comparable. I'm talking like

[1:17:34] uh have that example.

[1:17:50] what's this one? Let's do this one.

[1:18:11] >> quiet. One second, guys. We'll we'll we'll just pull some [ __ ] up. this one. Okay, that's why since uploaded. Yeah, if you want, by the way,

[1:18:24] if you're looking in your metrics since uploaded will be the difference between uh literally since the second you went go live verse the go live verse the >> the uh the post the post stream.

[1:18:54] Um, let's see. Here we go. both these up? There we go. There we go. Great comparison. Great comparison.

[1:19:08] Great comparison. So, this is a YouTube short stream that got pushed in the shorts feed. 47,000 views. That's miraculous. Hell yeah, brother. Hell yeah, brother. Hell yes.

[1:19:27] Look good, right? Look good here. Uh 47,000 views. Okay, here's a horizontal stream. What? 2.6K views.

[1:19:44] YouTube horizontal stream almost knocked out an entire out an entire an entire

[1:20:02] high. Um, there YouTube's doing this thing right now. Yeah, it it it does. It does. YouTube's doing well and the thing is if you stick so like okay here's the thing that I'm

[1:20:16] learning too with live streaming on on YouTube as it's adapting and [ __ ] uh to really take advantage of it to really take advantage of it you do want to stick to what your audience would also watch after the

[1:20:31] YouTube is is done that make sense so like the [sighs] I was getting good gaming streams on YouTube, especially if I was getting

[1:20:43] hosted from my boy. Um because these guys in the late night to early morning uh hours are getting put into YouTube's auto playlist. So people that go to bed

[1:20:55] watching [ __ ] this is the thing that's crazy about YouTube right now. Um live streams are in that playlist because the the longer you stay and watch the better people in into that [ __ ] They just throw live streamers into that [ __ ] now.

[1:21:09] throw live streamers into that [ __ ] now. Uh, however, what I noticed on my channel, since I'm not like the reality is the most people that find this channel, they don't watch gaming live streams. They specifically

[1:21:22] don't watch RedSec gaming live streams. So, once my VOD is once my stream is done, even if my stream did well, it typically is dead on my end. I'm getting 1% click-through rate. Uh, I'm barely making any ad revenue off the VODs. But

[1:21:38] then what I noticed is when I started doing these workshop streams, people are watching these streams because this is what the type of content is here. And to back this theory up, I talked to a gaming bud who his his channel has been

[1:21:53] like, we'll just say Arc Raiders, right? His his channel's been gaming content for years, right? And he he focused heavily on creating long form content. He is to the point now with the the streaming to YouTube that he might be

[1:22:07] done uploading long form content and he might be replacing it with just the VODs of his streams. So what he does is he goes live only for a few hours out of the day to to just like make it all about the stream and and make it I'm not

[1:22:23] names. To make it all about the stream, right? And there it's not just him, by the way. there. There's like three or four people that I've talked to. Um, but these guys, dude, somebody right now is getting like

[1:22:38] 10,000 [ __ ] viewers just live streaming just live streaming to YouTube. But the the thing about it that's crazy is because that's what their general content is. That's what that's what

[1:22:50] people genuinely consume them with. People are watching their VODs. So, some of these [ __ ] are going live and they're making from the live stream in a few hour live stream 200, 300, $500

[1:23:09] in ad revenue from the live stream from a few hour live stream. And then the VOD is doubling that over a period of like a week or two because people are watching

[1:23:21] those VODs, too. It's [ __ ] insane. It's [ __ ] insane. It is insane.

[1:23:37] broken. It's See, this this is the point. This is the point. This is Oh, going. This is what gets my nibs hard. That's the thing. It's not broken. YouTube took five years and behind the scene they moved in a direction where

[1:23:53] scene they moved in a direction where they seen real value from live streaming completely took what Twitch could have [ __ ] done and ran with it. And it's benefiting YouTube. It's benefiting the advertisers and it's benefiting the

[1:24:08] advertisers and it's benefiting the creators. A winwinwin across the [ __ ] board. A win. The longer the be the more these streams do better both in the live stream and in a vaude format. It does better for YouTube. The ads get pushed

[1:24:20] front of people, real [ __ ] viewers. Every they make more money. They pay gives more money to the [ __ ] creators. It's just a [ __ ] vicious cycle. It's just a [ __ ] win-win vicious cycle. Which is another reason

[1:24:34] vicious cycle. Which is another reason why with the AI talk, I just I don't see a world why we should be stressing about AI and and why we should not be and and why you shouldn't be using AI because YouTube would not be

[1:24:48] creator wasn't safe in the long long term. They dude, they they have made so much [ __ ] money off of creators. YouTube is now the And not only that,

[1:25:00] they they want to be the entertainment. YouTube is now the number one live uh uh YouTube is now the number one live uh uh played app in America on TVs. If you don't think they don't want to go after more in 2026 and 20 like dude, the

[1:25:15] the goals that they have by 2030, we probably can't even fathom what they probably can't even fathom what they actually want to be. Twitch or even question if I should even bother Twi I don't even [ __ ] with

[1:25:29] Twitch, brother. I don't even [ __ ] with Twitch. I don't [ __ ] with it. I don't [ __ ] with Twitch. How about changing gaming niche? It's hard against the uh the algorithm. Well, it really depends on your following, too. But also

[1:25:43] too, that's a great [ __ ] segment. I wanted to watch this video. Oh, [ __ ] wanted to watch this video. Oh, [ __ ] It's a half an hour. God damn it. I alley. I thought you just gave me an alley. Oop, brother. I was about to

[1:25:57] alley. Oop, brother. I was about to [ __ ] It's a half an hour long. conversation that some of us have been having lately. going to disrespect him with that. He put he put some time and energy into

[1:26:11] put he put some time and energy into that and and it's this general idea that so like let me ask any of you guys this. Okay, let's say are are you talking in the perspective of your channel currently has

[1:26:24] is one thing and you want to move into gaming? gaming? >> Is that what you're talking about? The the the thing is this goes back to the point of talking about

[1:26:39] the only reason that's stressful is if you worry about the dumb analytic which is the subscriber count. It's the most dog [ __ ] analytic to [ __ ] stress about it. It really is cuz at the end of the day if you just want to p if you

[1:26:53] the day if you just want to p if you gained six 16,000 [ __ ] followers uh like I don't like making camera gear videos. Like this shit's just not fun. I'm genuinely a passionate gamer. I love games through and through. I want to

[1:27:06] new channel, man. Just make a new new channel, man. Just make a new channel. COD videos for a year. Now I want to change the view drop.

[1:27:20] change the view drop. just make a new channel care about the views that you had on the come up of your current channel. You didn't care about that. You didn't care cuz you knew that you'd

[1:27:36] had to build something. The reality is is you build an audience from COD That audience doesn't want to watch the other thing you're doing. So, it's either a you acknowledge that that whatever say you gain 10,000 subscribers

[1:27:51] in COD. It's either a you acknowledge that that's just going to be an inactive number for you moving forward and you just keep building and rebuilding and you get over the view count to subscriber ratio or you just make a new

[1:28:03] channel. Man, it's just what it is. I I'll be honest. If I didn't have the Big channel. That's the only thing tying me to this channel. I just love I love the branding. That's a [ __ ] dumbass [ __ ] reason for me to stick you. I

[1:28:17] would benefit so much off of just making a new channel. So much, man. I would benefit so much off of a new channel and just committing. Not not not like, oh, I'll do stuff on some stuff here and make that. I'm talking like go all in on

[1:28:32] a new channel. I I would benefit so much off of it. literally what I'm trying to tell you. You have to get into the mindset of are

[1:28:48] you stressed about a ratio or are you stressed about the success of you? That's what you got to be stressed about. You do not have to get stressed in the mindset of new niche, new channel because it's it's also depends on the

[1:29:01] because it's it's also depends on the [ __ ] size. Sure. If you've grown a million subscribers doing Fortnite [ __ ] gaming videos and you want to start doing [ __ ] woodworking, okay, you got me. You got me. But I I'm sorry

[1:29:14] to tell you guys, if you guys got 2,000 subs, 10,000 subs, 20,000 subs, and you say make a new channel just to make a new channel because like you just stay focused in one place. But you don't have to. It's it's got it's you complicate

[1:29:30] things way more than what you need to. I mean, you're on my you're on a channel. The case in point is where you're at right now. The case in point is where this YouTube channel documenting my weight loss 10 years ago.

[1:29:46] weight loss 10 years ago. You're in here right now. to have to pay [ __ ] $20,000 in [ __ ] taxes this quarter because of

[1:29:58] the career that I developed using this channel. wants. It's very very relative to your

[1:30:12] wants. The only people like That's your that's your that's really genuinely your choices. Either either

[1:30:26] you get over the I Oh my god, what just happened? My Chrome crashed. either you get over the idea of like, hey, like you're you're not going to get the same views that you're that you're getting and you just say, you know what, I'm

[1:30:40] going to stop creating a fictitious ratio in my head, which is like you like think you need to get a,000 views a video on on the new thing you're doing. make a new channel, man. But the thing is here's here's the caveat.

[1:30:55] You you got to focus on the new channel. That's that's where I went wrong over the years. 100%. I made all these new channel, tried all these side things. You got to stick to the new channel. Just stick to it.

[1:31:09] You just got to stick to it. Period. End of go all in on that. Don't [ __ ] try to split your time. You go all in on the new channel or you stick with the channel. You get over the the subs and you just go with it.

[1:31:28] Again, it Sean, it depends. It it's super subjective. It's it it's it just depends on your emotions, your feeling, like what what you're comfortable with. You know what I'm saying? Like it it it is super dependent on you, brother. It's

[1:31:41] super dependent on you and and what brings you happiness, man. cont. I appreciate you, brother. I appreciate you. LOOKING GOOD, LOOKING

[1:31:56] HANDSOME. Good morning, motivation. Yeah, there's there's no one-stop shop, guys. There's no one-stop shop. No one-stop shop. I cannot give you that answer. What all I'm trying to introduce with the idea is

[1:32:12] I'm trying to introduce with the idea is there's no such thing as a dead channel. There are only dead metrics. CORNBREAD, WELCOME BACK, BROTHER. There's only dead metrics. If that bothers you, then maybe make a new

[1:32:27] bothers you, then maybe make a new channel. Yeah. exactly Okay. Here here's what I'm trying to say. Here's what I'm trying to say. What I'm trying to tell you guys is you you guys are talking on the theory

[1:32:43] you you guys are talking on the theory of your emotions versus what an algorithm will punish you for. Two completely two different things. move with the super chat. Look at looking handsome, brother. Appreciate

[1:32:58] you. Appreciate you. We're talking two different things here. I I I tried so hard to articulate that in that video. What I mean by what I tried to to demonstrate in that video is in 2026, brands are not punishing you or

[1:33:16] the platforms are not punishing you for doing new things. They they don't restrict you. They don't they don't just hold you back like people articulate they do. However, you still have to remember you

[1:33:30] don't get to dictate your audience. That goes over a lot of people's heads, man. It doesn't matter if YouTube will push your new video to new people even

[1:33:42] though you've created content over one thing. But if your old audience who is getting the alerts don't [ __ ] with it, they the alerts don't [ __ ] with it, they don't care

[1:33:55] there. Now, there used to be a time where you were handcuffed your [ __ ] You were like really hand right- which is like essentially what I do. Yeah. You love the idea of different things in playlist because that's what makes me

[1:34:09] I love that idea. You just love creating. I [ __ ] relate with that so creating. I [ __ ] relate with that so so heavy. I I gave YouTube an idea years so heavy. I I gave YouTube an idea years ago that I think YouTube

[1:34:23] I I think YouTube should be able to tie multiple channels to one page. So like I think you guys should be able to subscribe to Big E the page and I think you should be opted in to be notified of the different sections of of my channel.

[1:34:38] opt in to be notified to the channel as a whole. Does that make sense? I and I creator like oh my god imagine if they did that with Mr. Beast. Mr. Beast could just be this whole entire network. You would be a network page essentially a

[1:34:54] would be a network page essentially a whole entire page and within that there would be like multiple variations that's only for like massive pages. I mean you wouldn't why why would it have to be only for massive? This is where

[1:35:08] you could [ __ ] theoretically say like you're you're uh your Erupt TV and like you're So like you have your Erupt TV YouTube page and in your page you have a

[1:35:20] channel page of gaming or your lifestyle music festivals. There there you go. Yeah. Stuff like that. Obviously I'm not a developer. I don't know what that know how impossible that'd be. But like I I love that idea. I I love that idea

[1:35:35] because then you wouldn't have, you know, more Tin the Tatman and and [ __ ] like that. You would create these uh essentially subreddits inside of your been done because I just gave you an example, right? Like you could have or

[1:35:48] maybe that's a bad example. No, no, it's it's not because you'd have would have different sections to consume different content. As a dev, it's very possible. There you go.

[1:36:18] exactly. And that that's that's what I'm to say. I can tell you all sub counts don't matter like they used to. Ex Exactly. Reviews. I have over 150,000 subs, make uh make $300 a month on

[1:36:31] YouTube, and I use to make $7,000 to 9,000. YouTube changed for worse. Ah, disagree with you, brother. That's where I got to disagree with you, though. I don't think it changed for the worse. I really don't.

[1:36:47] And um and like I used to make more on YouTube, too, for sure. YouTube, too, for sure. But the barrier for entry on YouTube was so much strong or was just tough before, man. It was very very tough.

[1:37:03] Um, and what what I mean for that is like you had to have a lot of knowledge to get a channel up and running back in the get a channel up and running back in the day. You really did. You had to you had

[1:37:17] day. You really did. You had to you had to have experience and [ __ ] and YouTube, for better, for worse, I think for better. Uh, the changes they made, create some passionate videos and blow up, dude. And that wouldn't have

[1:37:32] happened back in the day. I So, it's it's a double-edged sword. I get what you're saying, man. But also, too, it's like, you know, we are holding on to channels with check marks, man. The most

[1:37:46] successful people that I've seen in this industry, they've moved on from their channels. Maybe something maybe something that we need to even dive into, huh? They've moved on.

[1:37:58] I mean, Casey Neistat's channel wasn't his first channel. Roman Outwood's channel wasn't his first channel. You know, they there's just two mega pivotable people that I think of. David Dori's Well, David Doick's channel was

[1:38:11] completely different. You get what I'm saying though? It's You get what I'm saying though? It's like

[1:38:26] a [ __ ] ton of your stuff. Oh yeah, dude. You get you get [ __ ] with that a lot now, Sean. My best year was last year so far. I can't wait to see. Ironically, my best year was last year

[1:38:43] risk that I took with other deals, too. Put myself in other situations. I made a lot last year because I went really really hard on kick. Uh maybe not the best thing. Probably a lot of the other brand stuff uh slacked for sure. For

[1:38:57] sure, dude. Um Huth, man, I appreciate the ad uh the the super chat on the the ad uh the the super chat on the advice, man. Thank you, man. Um,

[1:39:10] don't get it. What's up, Big Bad? New Year's was good, man. Chill, dude. Uh, it it sucked. My sister was supposed to come to town and she didn't end up uh coming to town, so that kind of [ __ ] sucked. And she got sick last minute. I

[1:39:24] was really excited for her to see the the kid. Um, but uh yeah, New Year's was Year's? I just realized that it feels like it's a Monday. I keep forgetting that it's Friday after New Year's. [sighs] I keep forgetting that. Um, but

[1:39:39] yeah, I don't know, man. I don't know, dude. Uh, Sean, because like the point is I think you could still hunker hunker down and utilize your channel to monetize to get back into that $7,000 a month uh frame. It's just one human

[1:39:55] month uh frame. It's just one human psychology is it's very um psychology is it's very um Was that your first hurdle? Was experienced like you had like an era of big dip and you've been down and you

[1:40:10] haven't like because like for me I'm on I'm on roller coaster. I'm on a I'd say I'm leveling up. It's just so weird cuz like I made so much money last year but I feel like I was on a comedown of a roller coaster, you know? And

[1:40:25] that's like that's the trajectory of like the whole entire career uh in a is like you're going to have ups and downs, right? You're going to have those downs, right? You're going to have those peaks and valleys. Um,

[1:40:41] this been your first big experience of like having really pivotable months and then like not like you're like where where do we go back? A big reason especially for IRL streamers or even Fortnite with copyrighted music, even if

[1:40:54] it's 30 seconds where the entire 12 your entire 12hour stream shares revenue, just cut cut the clips, you're done. Fixed. Easy. Yeah, the the tools are there for that. Now, Richie, you know how many times I

[1:41:07] get copyright struck while I'm while I'm live? There's an automation tool at the end of your stream where you literally hit cut those segments.

[1:41:22] I was just uh talking with um um uh that just that just happened to um I am Rob. massive playthrough. >> Yeah. Yeah. That that [ __ ] that shit's

[1:41:36] been that guys that shit's been fixed for probably about two years now, right X? It it's a great feature, too. Yeah. Rob hit me up. Um he did a massive partnered stream and was like, "Brother, I cannot delete this VOD."

[1:41:52] Um, and one song on it got got the whole thing struck. He's like, "What what do I do with that?" And uh, yeah, we just we just clipped out the segment and he got all the ad revenue back for it. And and

[1:42:07] also the purgatory ad revenue while it's editing. You got to do it. You got to editing. You got to do it. You got to get it going. wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You don't get ad revenue from a stream while

[1:42:22] you're live. You get ad revenue from the stream after you. So, while it's happening, no, no, no, no. Just so that way you're clear. While it's live, if it gets copyright struck while it's live, they don't get the ad revenue.

[1:42:40] There's no ad revenue to exist in that moment. what you're saying now. Yeah. And I just talked to YouTube about this, too, because I had we had I had to help Rob with this [ __ ]

[1:42:55] with this [ __ ] Now, if stream, the entire stream, they get a portion of the ad rev.

[1:43:07] Yes, we we all run ads during live. Yes, I I get what you're saying, Richie. But I'm telling you right now, after the stream is done, if you process the turn off stream, not the company does not get a a dime of the the ad revenue.

[1:43:25] shut down. Yeah. Some companies demand a takedown like NBA or WWE, but there's no ad revenue. Your stream gets pulled down. Right. That's that's what we're explain.

[1:43:38] Like if I So if I'm live and before I edited my alerts, my Pulse Malone thing would go up and it would flag, right? And my stream made $100 in ad revenue.

[1:43:50] As long as after the stream and it says, "Hey, here's copyright. I cut those right there. I'm getting my $100 of ad revenue. Post I'm getting my $100 of ad revenue. Post Malone's not getting anything at all."

[1:44:09] takedowns are tough. I don't really know the advice to give to that because I've never Oh, well, I did have one takedown. I live streamed the Apple event a couple years ago. That's a big no no. That's a [ __ ] big no no. When I made my most

[1:44:24] money, YouTube sent uh unlimited notifications from 2011 to 2018. Now they only send three in 24 hours. I went from 10 videos a day to three a day due to the 24-hour limit. So, the game changed, man. Listen, I guys, this is

[1:44:40] where like I'm this is where I am. [sighs and gasps] Take what I'm about to say because I didn't do a good job at this myself over the years. Game changes. We got to

[1:44:53] adapt, man. Just ain't got adapted to the game, brother. That's what it is. you had a recipe that worked and it was great recipe. I can tell you other recipes that worked. Do do you remember? Shout out to any of real OG's uh like

[1:45:09] yourself. You remember what it was like in 20 2010 to 2012 or 2013 I think is like on YouTube? Used to be a time on YouTube that if I had 10,000 subscribers and I go it was it was first off

[1:45:24] everything on the timeline was not alphabetical. Uh not uh what is what is the term for like timeline based just timeline numerical? No. So basically if

[1:45:37] I'm going to take five names in here take Biggie, Marine X, Richie, take Biggie, Marine X, Richie, uh Tyler Bear.

[1:45:50] uploaded and then after X uploaded and then Richie uploaded and then I uploaded. Chronological. Thank you. Thank you. Your YouTube homepage was that timeline. Whoever was the most recent upload was

[1:46:04] at the top of the page. Also too, before 2013, shout out to the OG's. I could go to somebody's page, like their YouTube video. Their YouTube video

[1:46:16] would show up to my subscribers. Why do you guys think? This is something that a lot of people don't know. You guys wonder why the [ __ ] Faze Clan trickshotting era did so good? Because YouTube was a

[1:46:31] completely different beast. Completely different beast. Everything was the most recent upload. You went to your page. Things weren't suggested to you. was it was only who you were subscribed to,

[1:46:46] right? The most recent things that went live were at the top of your page. So time of the day with your subs, that was very very important. But the thing that a lot of people don't remember about those days and why so many trickshotting

[1:46:59] videos and channels did well is if you liked a video from somebody else, that video would show up on your page. These were the original agencies and the original farming on YouTube because what

[1:47:14] would happen is that a a gaming clan channel like FaZe Clan that had a 100,000 subscribers, not only when they would upload somebody's video, somebody's trickshotting thing to their channel.

[1:47:27] Well, what they could do is they could go like the other members of the team and then those videos would show up in the subscription feed as well. But the games change, man. The games change. Yeah, likes held likes

[1:47:44] held a lot more weight back then, man. A lot more weight. But the game change. The games change, man. And you you got to adapt, brother. I think you're I give yourself credit for, Sean. I I think you had a great period where like,

[1:48:00] yeah, you're you're right. YouTube used to work like that. But I I think what you're missing out on is you could take the new system and you can benefit even more off of it because also compared to 2011 to 2018, there's

[1:48:14] some things that's different from now uh from then to now. Ad revenue substantially changed, brother. So like you only need a fraction of the views with the watch time to get the same ad

[1:48:28] day. So you don't even though while you're like back then it benefited you from uploading so much the notifications went down and now you only get three a day. The reality is you don't need 10

[1:48:40] videos a day anymore. You don't need three. three. You you don't need it.

[1:48:54] collaborating with Peanut because he's funny as [ __ ] too. Everybody is looking at like the Peanut situation as everybody's just looking at it as like a um um how do I say this? Like a uh Yeah,

[1:49:10] dude. Peanut's [ __ ] funny. Um I think everybody's looking at it as like well him. they want to go off of his juice right now, which like don't get me people, but I don't think you guys understand that like his personality is

[1:49:23] just [ __ ] hilarious and people just like people levitate to that. That's that if you're a burnt peanut hater, you're just you you're just a sad person in general. You you're just not happy. Like, you don't have to enjoy watching

[1:49:38] his stuff, but what the guy's the guy is just having fun memeing in a character and people [ __ ] love it. People love this [ __ ] man. Yeah, he he's so damn funny, man. He's Guys, I don't think you understand. He's

[1:49:54] generational [ __ ] stream talent. Burn There There's only been in our Burn There There's only been in our lifetime a few streamers. Do you Do you realize the amount of wives out there, husbands out there, to

[1:50:10] anything related to gaming? They don't play video games at all. And as as now on the background. They don't even understand what's going on in Arc

[1:50:23] Raiders right now. They just know that that [ __ ] is funny as [ __ ] man, it's it's hysterical. It's [ __ ] hilarious, man. It's [ __ ] hilarious.

[1:50:40] hilarious, man. It's [ __ ] hilarious. And um yeah, it's just you know and also are like oh I'm just going to replicate that. Yeah. No you're not dude you you don't understand like that is the kid that you grew up with in school that

[1:50:56] like he just came up with the funniest [ __ ] phrases and funniest things knows what I'm talking about. Maybe maybe some of you guys are that guy but Everybody had that friend growing up where you were like, "Dude, how does he

[1:51:12] [ __ ] phrases and shit?" Everybody had that friend. For mine, it was a guy weird things and then next thing you know, everybody would be saying these weird things. He'd always come up with these new new like [ __ ] just the just

[1:51:26] the gayest [ __ ] possible, man. Just the stupid silliest stuff possible. And like [ __ ] and it would become a popular thing amongst the group to to [ __ ] meme the [ __ ] That is that is peanut. Not everybody's like that. Just not

[1:51:40] everybody's like that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. I mean, really, you think about it, the thing is that's so genius about Peanut is he says the same [ __ ] 15

[1:51:56] things over and over again, but it's just so [ __ ] funny every time. He like like that RIGHT THERE. EVERY TIME HE GETS A KILL, he says the same Hooray. But you look forward to it AND THEN WHEN

[1:52:12] IT HAPPENS, YOU LAUGH AGAIN. It's genius. It's [ __ ] genius. And then it gets everybody else saying it. You You can't replicate that [ __ ] I see. Dude, I get that every [ __ ] day lately. Biggie,

[1:52:26] I'm going to become the [ __ ] burnt peanut of kick. I'm going to become the be a bird peanut, but I'm going to No, you're not. Just don't even do it, man. brother? Because you ain't doing it. You ain't doing it, man. Y don't do it. And

[1:52:41] also, I guess that's also a lesson in itself. Never do something off the idea of the adrenaline and dopamine you get off of the attention somebody else is doing. That is a recipe for disaster. You just can't copy somebody. You just

[1:52:55] can't. Man, I think that's a great [ __ ] lesson of of of you know, while things moving into 2026, at a certain point, gang, Sean, talking about today, you got to realize your strong suits. My strong suits are

[1:53:11] very simple. I'm not burnt peanut, man. I'm not I'm not burnt peanut. I'm not going to get burnt peanut momentum. I'm not going to get burnt peanut energy. No, brother. It ain't happening. That [ __ ] ain't happening. It ain't

[1:53:24] happening. Ain't me, man. That don't mean I can't be successful in in my thing in in my strong suits. Guys, everybody everybody, everybody has a strong suit with something. And you don't think you do,

[1:53:41] something. Everybody has a strong background with something. Everybody has passionate about and educated in. Everybody has that one thing that like, you know, everybody else around them thinks is silly and and and stupid, but

[1:53:56] you [ __ ] love that thing. Everybody. And the problem over these last x amount And the problem over these last x amount of years is everybody will is too many of you guys and gals went out there and you've seen the success of other people

[1:54:08] and you thought to elicit that emotion and response, you had to be just like them. In reality, you've been sitting on a gold mine this entire [ __ ] time, not just sharing the things that you're passionate about. Period.

[1:54:21] passionate about. Period. End of. everybody. Stop trying to be like somebody else. Just talk about the [ __ ] I gives you. I'm making this video today because I get amped about up about this.

[1:54:36] Not off the idea that that I'm talking about myself, but off the idea that out of the hundreds to thousands of people that will hear this,

[1:54:48] know what it's going to do from for 2026. I know it's going to set their ass on [ __ ] fire, man. And if you know, you know, you get exactly what I'm don't and just think that everything can be replicated and everything's only

[1:55:02] about luck and everything's only about uh well, I have a [ __ ] situation, you're just going to stay in the mindset and thus you're going to sit in another year wishing you would have done [ __ ] more.

[1:55:17] Period. Period. Yeah. At the end of the day, at some point you got to be yourself, man. How you how you supposed to [ __ ] with people supposed to be be able to [ __ ] with you if you can't even [ __ ] with

[1:55:30] yourself? You know what I'm saying? This is why like Yeah. I don't know, man. I don't know. We I was just talking about this with some creators. Like I still got the gambling deal. Uh I'm

[1:55:44] actually in Let's see if they messaged me right now. Uh, I still got the gambling deal and um I let a few people over the last couple years genuinely make me believe that by having this thing uh uh be a part of

[1:55:58] couldn't uh take advantage of the other things and it's just so silly. It's just part of who I am. I [ __ ] with it. You don't have to [ __ ] with it. But I'm going to I'm going to do that. I'm going to do that [ __ ] like here in a little

[1:56:11] bit. We're going to go live over on kick and I'm going to spin some [ __ ] slots and and that that's that's part of my thing. You don't have to watch it. You don't have to be a part of it, but I I I'll do that. Uh you know me cuz I I I'm

[1:56:27] my own person. And with that in in the new year, I'll work hard on the other stuff, not making that my entire identity, making it a a part of the process. and I'll grow and scale and do my thing

[1:56:44] and the things that I want to accomplish this year. Uh so I think that's the big takeaway from a lot of this [ __ ] Uh I think that's a big takeaway from a lot think that's a big takeaway from a lot of this [ __ ] boys, is in 2026. Yeah,

[1:56:56] sure. Let's let's lock in guys. Let's create some realistic goals here, man. Let's create real goals with everybody. What are you doing? What's your output? What are you doing? What's your output? Not you want to lose 50 pounds.

[1:57:09] going to get 10,000 steps in a day? You're going to go to the gym every other day? It's the same thing with [ __ ] content creation, man. Who gives [ __ ] content creation, man. Who gives a [ __ ] about 10,000 [ __ ] followers?

[1:57:23] What are you going to create? What system are you going to adhere to and stick to so you can be proud of yourself for showing up and putting in the the the effort? Let's let's lock in on those this year.

[1:57:37] Upload a vertical every day, every other day. I don't care what it is, but pick that goal and [ __ ] don't tell anybody. Don't [ __ ] yap to everybody. Don't tell everybody. This is your year. Shut the [ __ ] up and and and write the

[1:57:50] [ __ ] down in your little notepad and ev and and and every day and every day tell yourself you're going to do this [ __ ] You're going to [ __ ] cross this thing on the list. Just five [ __ ] things. Doesn't matter.

[1:58:05] actually do. That's what we're going to do this year. Lock it in, boys. Can't go there and copy. Try to be like Queso. He's not acting. He's just being Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

[1:58:22] for a lot of people, man. Um I know I said I I tweeted that like not too long ago, bro. I think this I don't know, man. It's just the way going to be a lot of like new faces that like blow up this year because again,

[1:58:38] kind of downsides to certain things with YouTube and everybody's changing algorithms. Dude, it's it's a it's a it's a fair playing field. It's a very very fair playing field. Uh, a lot of

[1:58:52] very fair playing field. Uh, a lot of people have a chance now to succeed in and [ __ ] that they enjoy. Um, and I don't think we're going to see that slow down this year. I think like great great uh great little update to end out on um

[1:59:06] before I go switch over to kick. Um I don't know if you guys seen so for any of my OGs in here, this is crazy because this is how it used to be. So X is slowly rolling out this thing. Now I have it on my end on iOS. It's not

[1:59:22] out on Android yet, and I guess it's not out on all iOS, but X is rolling out out on all iOS, but X is rolling out this thing to where if you just share a a video to YouTube via the app, I think, or even

[1:59:37] maybe if you just copy the link, instead of it giving a link in an external site, of it giving a link in an external site, it automatically

[1:59:52] And it looks like just an X video. This is a YouTube video on X. This is a YouTube video on X. You don't have to click an external link and and go. It will play the video from YouTube. You get the [ __ ] analytics and metric

[2:00:05] metrics if if people actually watch on YouTube. Now, the good thing about video so that way you like we actually go over everything. But the good thing about YouTube that a lot of people don't know is YouTube doesn't have on long

[2:00:19] form videos, it doesn't have a short attention span watch uh view count. So, the good the bad thing about that is if somebody's scrolling a past and they just see your video for two seconds, they're not going to count as a view,

[2:00:35] which is actually a good thing because if they aren't going to click stay and if they aren't going to click stay and watch even on X, YouTube isn't going to punish you for the click-through rate, for the viewer

[2:00:49] acknowledge it. So for all the people that will be swiping across the feed and just come across the video, doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. However, if somebody actually stays on X

[2:01:03] However, if somebody actually stays on X and watches that video on X, all the benefit that you would get on YouTube, just you just got on X. I don't know how ads work though, cuz I have YouTube Premium, so I don't know

[2:01:18] how that works. I'd love to see somebody that doesn't have YouTube Premium to go watch my video on X and it's it's on here. So, you'd have to have the update and the new feature cuz this is what it typically looks like.

[2:01:33] But with the new update, basically it would look like a a X video on the page like this. How this is just playing. It looks like this. It's crazy, dude. 2026 people still argue against posting links. Well, people are [ __ ] brain

[2:01:47] links. Well, people are [ __ ] brain dead. So, so there's that. Um, but the point being why pointing that out too is like there

[2:02:02] why pointing that out too is like there was a time in social media where you could do that on Facebook, you could do that on on X,

[2:02:15] view. Shout out to anybody that remembers those those back in the day. Shout out to anybody that remembers those days. You could post a YouTube and it would play on Facebook and all those views that you got on Facebook

[2:02:28] YouTube metrics. It used to work like that on X everything. And then all the websites started play uh fighting for their own watch time. You know, Facebook doesn't want you uploading a YouTube video to Facebook to get Facebook views.

[2:02:43] They want you uploading a video to Facebook. However, why X is doing this is because they have started to realize, well, if they make it hard for you to click a YouTube link and you don't want to watch a YouTube video, the odds are

[2:02:57] YouTube video on YouTube. However, if they open it up now and you just click stay and watch it on YouTube, it just it work it benefits everybody.

[2:03:10] They get served ads like they would on YouTube if they weren't signing. Okay. What are you? I don't have short feet. The [ __ ] are you trying to say, brother?

[2:03:23] The [ __ ] are you trying to say, brother? What are you trying to say, brother? What are you trying to say, brother? Huh? You saying I got short feet

[2:03:37] it uh had same [ __ ] and the thing was a template. Only downfall is social security and a few issues. Avoid spam accounts to be made uh for like are you essentially? Is that what you're talking about?

[2:03:56] the shorts mode. Um I need to Yeah, I got the dual stream output. without it. Yeah, I'm using it right now. I need to

[2:04:12] tomorrow's workshop stream we don't uh we don't use it. have it up uh on the thing or something? Talking about this uh

[2:04:30] Like the fact that my stream looks like this. So this right side is going to the short speed. The only bad thing is the analytics doesn't show like I'd like to see right now in the analytics how much of it's been pushed to the shorts feed.

[2:04:46] try. Yeah, because we shoot we try to shoot for these workshop streams every some of the things that I'm working on in 2026, but there will be more of these. There will there will be more of these. Yeah. You believe in multireaming

[2:05:01] or create a community on one platform uh once before you start spreading out? I I just ah man again it's kind of one of those subjective things Richie like I'm those subjective things Richie like I'm not multistreaming everywhere um but ah

[2:05:13] dude for the average person the tools for multireaming are just so [ __ ] good right now they're just so [ __ ] good dude you know what I mean

[2:05:25] so it's like you you you'd almost be ignorant not to not to suggest ignorant not to not to suggest multistreaming

[2:05:40] thumbnails and it takes time. I just want to game. Any advice? Well, you want to just only game or do you want to try to grow gain on following?

[2:05:53] me ask you this. If I told you guaranteed I'll give you a If I told you guaranteed I'll give you a contract to sign and I say, "Hey, just spend the time to make a thumbnail a couple days a week for the next six

[2:06:07] months and I'll guarantee you gain 5,000 subscribers and you start making hundreds to thousands of dollars off your [ __ ] If I gave you the guarantee, would you do a thumbnail?" You would do a thumbnail every day, would you not?

[2:06:20] You would create take the time to create a thumbnail every day. Yeah. That's yourself. I don't even need to give you the yourself by not doing that [ __ ] by not doing the things that you know you need

[2:06:34] to do now to get to an end result. But just because you're not currently there, that's that's what you're doing. I got Dude, I got big friends that do this. [ __ ] that are like, "Yeah, I mean, I would stream more if I made more

[2:06:48] money off of it." Brother, brother, you have half a million followers across socials. If you just stream more, more people would come and you would make more money off of it. You just want the [ __ ] right away. It

[2:07:02] develop the trust between between the individuals. Yeah. Rome wasn't built in a day, brother.

[2:07:16] I appreciate you, man. Uh my buddy Evil Crossover sent me. Hey, dude. Love that, man. Love that. Yeah. I mean, Richie, dude, uh as as I I I know we're in like a whole different thing as people that have been around like on our channels

[2:07:30] energy into things and we built this brand identity and everything, got verified, got the got the YouTube play button that we worked hard for. Uh, I guys are coming from. I I really do. I relate with you way more than what you

[2:07:44] think. It's really hard to walk away from something. Um, uh, like me, like I like I said, my stubbornness is I have the Big E account on YouTube. That's that's my stubbornness. Um, but also too, um, for me personally, and this is

[2:08:01] where I I like I'm not going to give you the the same advice. For me personally, the the same advice. For me personally, I feel like I still have a general I feel like I still have a general uh overall path that I've always adhered

[2:08:13] to on this channel and and I really think I can bring it back in. That's for me. You know, while I've veered away over the last couple years and tried some things, I feel like I can I I really feel like I can veer it in.

[2:08:27] where I I'm like, it really comes down to you guys. It's not going to be the case for everybody. It It's really not. That's where like um I I know guys as you just want somebody to be able to

[2:08:40] give you the uh the rationalized answer for your decisions, but at at a certain point, you're going to have to just try to follow your gut, man. And for some the gut is you're going to have to just move on from a a thing that you put a

[2:08:54] built and you're going to have to [ __ ] restart again. Um the thing the this. This is not my first YouTube channel. Um, I had a YouTube channel

[2:09:06] that was in comparison at the time was way more successful than this one. Uh, way back in the day, uh, but it was kind of the same concept. Um, you know, I grew that channel making like Call of Duty [ __ ] montage videos and [ __ ]

[2:09:21] And, um, I just I just I just knew that if I wanted to go in a different same. It would just So, I just made a new channel. And like I've had to reset,

[2:09:33] you know, multiple times in this industry. Um either due to complacency or or inactivity or or complete nuclear, man, this [ __ ] won't work out. This [ __ ] will never be anything, you know, just because it got

[2:09:47] tough. Um [ __ ] the system, man. [ __ ] this. This is all all this that. Uh yeah, re I've rebuilt many times, dude. Uh but the key thing is I've rebuilt. is the first time you've really experienced a challenge in in the aspect

[2:10:05] because Yeah, dude. Peaks and valleys, man. Peaks and valleys. If like it's a roller coaster, brother, even if you're having an extreme period, you got to you got to rem you got to

[2:10:21] educate yourself on the idea that this too shall pass, big dog. This too shall Uh just over in the deep end and see how deep it is. That's very true. See if you deep it is. That's very true. See if you can [ __ ] swim. Yeah. Yeah. I think

[2:10:36] that's what we do. Uh coming in in 2026, boys. Set some achievable goals. Systems are changing, man. Uh I I chase the things that like [ __ ] make you happy, dude. 100%. If that's one thing that like lesson learned for me in 2026, uh

[2:10:52] like lesson learned for me in 2026, uh 2025

[2:11:05] results. It did a lot of activity in 2025. Got a lot of views in 2025. I made money in 2025. A rocking chair can move, but it still >> [snorts] >> It's [ __ ] deep, man.

[2:11:22] >> It's [ __ ] deep, man. It's deep. And uh that's that's where I just would give some of my best experience advice. Focus on the strong suits and focus on the things that make you happy in the

[2:11:35] Because that's where you make real momentum. That's where you create the relatability. That's where you grow a real community. It's not hard in 2025 to get views or 2026, excuse me. Not hard. Not hard at all.

[2:11:52] stream. You can just watch the stream, brother. right, gang. I'm going to get a pot of coffee or get a cup of coffee. Jesus to kick, uh we're going to be do doing a little bit of DGEN over there, boys. Uh

[2:12:06] as usual, the VOD on YouTube will stay live. So if you missed out on anything, man, just go check it out. That's why I do want to work at keeping these a couple hour time frame so that way people can digest this [ __ ] Uh, but

[2:12:19] yeah, guys, let's [ __ ] lock in for the year. L make some real [ __ ] goals [ __ ] deal with them, man. Let's [ __ ] do them. All right, guys. Uh, love you, YouTube. I'll see you guys later. I'm out. Peace. Move. Feel free

[2:12:34] with us over there. Feel free to come on over. All right. Later, YouTube. over. All right. Later, YouTube. All
