[08:22] competitive Advantage all right by identifying and capitalizing okay on emerging trends you can stay ahead of your competition so with these products search to understand that they are trending today and that there're still

[08:37] favorable opportunity for me to enter into the market so with this proactive latest products before they become saturated in the market giving you a unique selling proposition so if you're writing this stuff down go ahead and

[09:57] show you guys in a second but this is one of the Tik Tok ads that are working really well in this market now mind you guys okay I'm going tell you why this is working really well as you guys know the fitness Niche is coming up and it's

[10:11] really just now starting okay new year new me going back into the gym going back on a diet when you guys can utilize a product like this and pair it with a trend or season like working out or Fitness saying if you guys are measuring

[10:25] your food you're able to understand your calorie intake allowing you to be be able to go into the new year with a new me if you guys understand how I'm doing these products and how you guys can make them come together go ahead and say I

[10:38] understand in the chat section because that's how you guys can go with the marketing angle to be relevant with the trend that is happening so here's one ad here's another ad that is working well in the market okay this one is more of a

[10:52] Facebook ad you're going to notice it's more just featuring benefit wise uh you to allow you just to be able to measure different foods and understand you know if you're actually measuring the right thing or not okay so make sure that if

[11:07] you guys do understand that you guys go ahead and say I understand on the competitor product page we are noticing that this competitor is selling this $29 I do want you guys to check out their product description see some

[11:19] things that you would take some things that you wouldn't take other products reviews like because this is going to give you a good understanding of you from this competition and what you should not now mind you here is another

[11:33] competitor who is selling this product this one was selling it for $29.9 uh $29 $37 you are noticing that they have different variations available from black green red white and yellow while this competitor only had black and white

[11:48] so that is where your advantage can come into um is being able to sell more variations so this a little bit of what their prodct description looks like and from it and and and all of this is in that cheat sheet on AliExpress you're

[12:02] this item for 99 okay it does have 4.6 star rating with over 5,000 sold in 600 reviews to qualify that the uh that the actual qualification of this being quality is

[12:17] there and that this product has been sold in the masses by other drop I like looking for again you're not just doing product validation when you're selling products you're also doing supplier validation and you do want to

[12:29] make sure that you're utilizing the right suppliers and by the way AliExpress this has great content behind it I mean images videos if you're not utilizing this in 2024 make sure to utilize it because it can go a very very

[12:42] long way all right so that is product number one again selling price is number one again selling price is anywhere between 30 and 40 uh $30 to $50 anywhere between 30 and 40 uh $30 to $50 and the sourcing price is 9 all right

[15:50] about an hour and a month and a half great product that you guys can take advantage of especially with the fitness Niche okay these are the two ads that I definitely would

[16:03] recommend you guys taking advantage of now on AliExpress you're going to notice that we're going to get this product for 80 cents with free shipping all right see the qualities there there is multiple different colors too like

[16:16] can take advantage of now when we come to this list uh what going to go ahead and open up the competitor's website and see what they are selling the product for so this competitor right here is selling this

[16:30] product for $30 okay and you are going to notice that they are I mean it's a guys haven't seen one so I'll give you guys a couple feedback on why I like guys should be utilizing to take advantage of this as well first thing

[16:45] first I really love how their store is only three colors Max black white and one accent color write that down and say I wrote that down secondly I like how highlighting the sale that's currently happening but they're not doing a really

[16:59] good job with that because it is saying Black Friday sell Black Friday is over today so when you're not highlighting the right Trend it does not help with customers coming to your store knowing if this is even relevant or

[17:12] not I like how they name the product they didn't just name it a silent basketball okay they named it the silent swish silent basketball you're noticing way the people who are in here saying you know why would you go and and

[17:26] deliver from Auto from aliex listen I want you guys to understand I'm not from AliExpress I'm giving you an understanding of what the product cost is my suppliers and the ones I recommend using is autods and if you do want to

[17:41] use autods as well and you guys want to check them out be able to see how I was able to find these products you guys can do it right here on autods dcom umac okay this is going to give you guys a 30-day free trial with them now mind you

[17:55] because I want to repeat it you can find the best products in the world but you also need to do supplier validation I'm just showing you an estimate of how much the product cost is going to be it's up to you to validate the supplier when you

[18:09] doing a couple different things you need to be asking for their order processing shipping and handling times you need to be making sure that they have direct communication somewhere you can talk to them immediately you want to make sure

[18:22] negotiable pricing you want to make sure that they've been in business for over a year you want to make sure the product quality has 4.5 star rating or more you guys have to do the supplier validation yourself I'm just giving you the

[18:36] and look okay other things I really like about the store is that they're highlighting the product in their text and then giving a small description and then

[18:49] they're highlighting features and benefits and then having gifts or images showcasing what is put in text now the reason why this is important okay is because ultimately you have two types of buyers

[19:01] reading buyer and a visual buyer and a reading of these words and and really nitpick everything to make sure that they're people are going to say elevate your gaming space and there's going to read

[19:14] or the images they're not even they're not going to do anything more than that they have good reviews but they don't really have the best reviews so really utilize all right and by the way let me know what

[20:57] something I can really sell or not um Paul in my in my mentorship private supplier who gives you 4 to 10 day delivery on any product worldwide without having to buy any products up front all right what you're going to

[21:11] notice okay here's some features of this product okay high quality material pain relief psychic decompression belt so on and so forth okay when we go to the ads what you're going to notice is that they're going to be highlighting mainly

[21:27] problem now mind you in the comment section this ad's only been out for like section this ad's only been out for like a couple weeks like two a couple weeks like two weeks 2.7 th000 comments or likes 800

[21:39] comments and over 600 shares okay so I want you guys to understand that and really utilize that to your advantage okay now mind you read and look through these benefits and understand is this going to be doing

[21:54] the things that I should be looking for when it comes to a winning product doing this across the board okay here's another ad 1.1 th000 comments 900 shares

[22:06] 3.4 th000 likes I'm never going to show you ads that are not relevant or that cannot work in the market today but if you guys think and understand why I chose this product drop a number one for yes or two for

[22:19] no when you can tap into somebody's fear and make them realize that without this product that their life is going to continue to be in a position of unha deal with pain on a day-to-day basis but you are the solution with this product

[22:34] you can always sell to the masses all masses all right so basic uh Paul Aaron Michael I want to make sure you guys are Ronnie Antonio uh you know Ferris I want to

[23:12] this product they have a 44 in option they have a 55 51 in option for you know extra large people okay and they even have this option right here which is $90 in consideration when you're selling these products is you can sell if

[23:29] just a little bit bigger guess what you're upping your selling price now to 40 more do or four five more dollars here's what the product description looks like again you guys can take a lot of the things that um they are utilizing

[23:44] put it in your own words or use chat gbt to go ahead and utilize it um but this recommend you guys looking through again they have multiple through again they have multiple variations this one is 70 this one is uh

[23:57] 60 and this one is a best value for 110 so really really look into this understand why they're upselling these products um and if you're understanding why go ahead and let me know on AliExpress we're going to get

[24:24] I always like to look for at least a 2.5 to 3x margin on the product that I'm selling meaning if the competitor is selling the product for $65 okay then I know that the most that I would spend on the product itself when

[24:38] I go out there and fulfill it would be $26 this is going to allow me to understand am I going to be profitable with this product overall okay there's into selling products like ad Spin and the cost that associate with your

[24:53] Shopify store so having a 2.5 to 3x margin minimum on every product that you sell is always going to allow you to stay in the best position possible um profitability all right if you guys are enjoying this so far today some of these
