And again, I'm going to be sharing my own personal marketing strategies that took my store

[03:20] So really quick for any beginners that don't quite understand how drop shipping works, you find a product to sell from your supplier, which I'm going to help you find today. You listed on your own online store for a price higher than the supplier's price.
[03:33] So let's just say the product cost of your supplier is $10, then the customer buys it from you for $60, then your supplier ships that product straight to the buyer and you're going to keep the profits, which in this case would be $50.
[03:45] So you're going to get to do that without having it by inventory upfront or shipping the inventory. So it makes it very easy for you as the owner. It's great because you can start this without any big commitments.
[03:57] So step number one is we're going to build your own online store. And it's never been easier to do this because AI can literally build it for you in less than 10 minutes. And this AI tool is 100% free. I put this AI tool right in the top of my description box down below.

[04:50] Just click access Shopify. We're going to type in our email and click start free trial. Just click skip for all of these. And here, you are going to want to select where your job shipping store will be located in.
[05:02] In my case, it's the US. So I'll just finish up the sign up process and click create Shopify account. Once we're signed up with Shopify, we're going to go back into the AI store builder and just click done.
[05:14] And now let's just go up to our Shopify tab, go to the link here and just copy this link here. Then go back into the store builder where it says store URL, just paste the link here and then click save, then click done.
[05:29] In this next step, we're going to just click access Shopify again. And this part is very important because at this stage, we're going to select the plan. If we don't have the plan ready, then we're not going to be able to continue with this any further.
[05:41] So let's sign up. And this is going to get you three months, like I said, for only a dollar per month. So let's just fully set this up. You'll put in your information here. And again, this is going to get you three months for only a dollar. Now I'm just going to set up our business address.
[05:54] And what I just did was I just put my home address and it was out of our tool address later, but nobody can see this. Then go back into the AI store builder tab and click done one more time. And now we just need to install the store builder app into our Shopify page.
[06:09] You can see right here in this funnel, here's another step for AutoDS. This is what we're going to use to get our supplier, which I'll talk about soon. So we can go right back into the AI store builder flow and register for AutoDS through here. You can use the same email that you used for Shopify and build your store to keep everything
[06:24] connected. So let's go back to Shopify, go to online store, preferences, scroll down and make sure you turn off the password protection on the store. So your store can go live and other people can find your online store to shop with you.
[06:39] And now you can see we have our full online job should be stored ready to go. And this looks so professional with winning products already added inside. And normally it would have literally took me days to create this kind of store and we literally
[06:53] got it done so fast, thanks for the power of AI. You guys can see it literally has everything you need here. You're about us page, shipping policy, return policy, order tracking and everything you're going to need to look like a legitimate business.
[07:05] And obviously you're going to want to customize this a little bit more. And we can do that just by going back to the Shopify dashboard. Just click on online store, click customize.
[07:17] And as an example, just scroll down and change our shipping policy. So now that you are in this customization area, just click on the shipping policy box.
[07:29] And on the right hand side, you'll see where you can change whatever you want. And now that that's all set, just read through everything here and you're going to just want to make any other changes that you want to hear then just click save.
[07:41] To change your logo, you're going to just go up here and click on the header here where it says edit your logo and theme settings. Just click theme settings and then head over here on the left, click change, click select
[07:53] from library. And here we can upload our logo. We made. I'm going to show you guys how to do that in step number three and how to make your logo for free. Super easy. I'll show you guys in a sec. Now you guys can see our store looks so much more professional with their own logo and name
[08:06] and now our store is good to go. Step number two is I'm going to help you find winning products for your online store. So first of all, what makes a winning product? I always say it's 25% to product, 75% how you market it.
[08:18] So if you want to build a store that lasts, stop chasing quick trends, start choosing meaningful products. It means that people are genuinely passionate about and that have a future that you can continue to build a brand off of.
[08:30] Some examples of this is smart home energy savers, sleep technology, digital detox tools, sustainable non toxic home decor or clothing. Those are the categories that are scaling right now.
[08:42] So here's the four questions you got to ask yourself when picking your winning product. Do I have basic knowledge about this product that I can market? Does this product have a wow factor of some kind? What problem does this product solve? How can this product improve someone's life?
[08:56] The products that you're going to sell are going to make or break your businesses is very important. We're not selling what's cute and trendy anymore. We are positioning our businesses around a meaningful niche with consumer passion and we'll talk more about branding soon.
[09:09] So there's two ways about getting your products to sell. So of course, you can either search on platforms like AliExpress. Like I said before, we need to make sure our stores are automated, professional and half fast shipping times. We cannot be dealing with the old systems anymore.
[09:23] If you can of course use them, if you absolutely have to and to test products. But if you really want to take your business seriously, this is what I recommend. So let me show you guys a look into this platform so you can see if it's worth it for you guys
[09:36] to install and start using for your job shopping store. They have built-in product search features on their website here under Marketplace. And there's three main product research sections that they have that I use for my own
[09:48] product research. They have the Marketplace, the handpicked products, the ads buy, training products and TikTok analytics. The Marketplace tab is where you can find all the products and different suppliers on ODS has available.
[10:01] You can see the different categories here. I always narrow down my search by country, price range and category. They also have this fast shipping button which will show you the products with the fastest shipping times. You guys can see there's tons of products here that have literal two-day shipping.
[10:15] They also have the handpicked products section which they update this every single day. So you can always find new products added here. When you put a little bit of product that you're interested in and you can see all the data, there's a bunch of different insights on how to price the products, shows you what the profit
[10:30] of the product is, who the target audience is, and even shows you competitors that are selling it literally right now. And all this info just helps you decide on which product that you want to go for. So always just make sure to consider the potential profit that you can generate with
[10:45] your product. That way, once you find a product that you're interested in, you can validate it with these analytics here to see that it is truly a winner or not. I've been using this spy tool feature a lot called the ads by which is a tool that allows
[10:58] you to oversee active TikTok, Instagram and Facebook ads and content that's performing good on the platform right now. I'm able to filter this by views, shares, comments, get insights on what's trending and what's
[11:10] doing good on the platform right now. So for example, let's click on one of these ads. But now we can see it gives us deeper insights about engagement over time. When the ad was created and with product information, and you guys can see the link right here is
[11:23] to the original video. So you can literally just like go through, read the comments, check it out. The newest product research tool that they have is this TikTok analytics one literally in all this one place. You can see the products going viral, the prices, the seven day sales trends, commission rates,
[11:38] unit sold and how viral this is going. There's a lot of businesses that are capitalizing on TikTok shop, but they do not know how to build a brand. They do not know how to actually have an online store outside of TikTok shop. That's something you can capitalize on.
[11:51] See what's going viral on TikTok shop, see that they don't really have a brand for it or an online store and you can jump on that. And of course, as you guys know, because this is an all-in-one app, this app automates your entire store for you. So when you get an order, this app is going to ship that straight to the buyer and you guys
[12:05] can see how that works here. It's all set up through the app. You just load your balance here and then when someone places an order, it automates it right here for you guys. Another thing that I've used is this product customization option, which allows you to

[13:27] using to promote your store right away. But once you are sure about a name for your business and you want your store to look even more official, getting a custom domain is going to be worth it. For example, guys, Rihanna has Rihanna.store.
[13:39] Shopify uses Shopify.com and Behance is Behance.net. You guys can see the ending of these links, that part like .store.com.net, that's the domain name.
[13:51] And it sets each website apart. I personally am creating all of my online stores with .store because it just makes the most sense, especially from a customer's perspective. Even Mr. Beast, Cristiano Ronaldo and a million others are doing the same thing and Mr.
[14:04] Beast actually completely changes his usual .com for a .store because it just makes sense. So if you're in the online store game, .store doesn't just make sense, it actually is proven to bring in more sales.
[14:16] Websites using .store actually gets two times more of the visibility on Google, just because of the way that people are searching for things. And just by using a .store domain, it also gives you access to discounts up to $2,500 on
[14:29] even more e-commerce tools like Wix, ShipStation, Vista Print, MailChimp, and so many more. You can get a .store pretty much from anywhere from your Shopify, through Namecheap, through GoDaddy, .store can be found anywhere.

[15:08] In my opinion, the first step to really building a brand in 2026 is picking your name. Not just doing random trends, not having a general store, that's done. I want you guys to build a mission that you can truly stand behind.
[15:20] Forget the general stores guys, those days are gone. People want to buy from brands that mean something. Normal stores nowadays just look messy and scammy, and you guys are not going to be building on that. When you pick a clear mission and niche, you can build an entire ecosystem of products that
[15:36] all serve the same thing to one customer. It instantly makes your store look more professional, more aligned, and more trustworthy. Let me give you an example of this. Just say you picked the non-toxic lifestyle niche, where you top people all about just different
[15:50] ways to live non-toxic. You could build an entire movement around exposing the harmful ingredients and chemicals and things. In everyday products, candles, clothes, housework items, and then position yourself as the brand
[16:05] that solves that problem and shows the outcomes. Educational content, plus emotional storytelling, plus high quality products, instant brand authority guys.
[16:17] In that case, you wouldn't be just selling a product. You were selling a piece of mind, safety, and values. In 2026, this kind of niche is what's winning. Brand positioning is literally everything, and I really want you guys to brainstorm this.
[16:30] Customers are informed more than ever before. People care about transparency, ethics, and wellness. Whether it's non-toxic, AI-driven wellness technology, sustainable fashion, or smart eco-home vines, the most profitable stores in the game are built on a cause, on a mission.
[16:47] Not just a catalog, your store should not be that. Pick one niche that solves a problem. Or connect to a growing value. Then build content that educates those people, and positions your brand as the fix.
[16:59] That is how you create momentum, virality, trust, and sales all at once. For example, there's this one girl that I follow. She's not quite doing job-shipping. I'm pretty sure she does ship her own products, I mean, you never know, but I'm pretty sure
[17:12] she does have actual inventory that she ships herself. She could have a warehouse, who knows, but every single one she does, she sells out because she picked her niche as non-toxic products.
[17:24] And it's something that aligns with people. Even me, I started thinking about, oh, all these closer polyester, I want to start wearing non-toxic clothing after she educated me that polyester is bad for her skin. So I align with her brand image and her idea behind her brand.
[17:39] And I'm telling you, every single time she launches, she sells out because she's aligning with people's values. That's what we can learn from this. That's how you stop guessing. Build a brand that rises instead of just trying to catch waves.
[17:53] Like I said, guys, the new era of job-shipping is not about selling cheap stuff. It's about selling relevance to someone's belief and life. To pick a name for your business, guys, and to create a logo, you can literally do it all with ChatGBT.
[18:05] Just go to ChatGBT.com and just type in, give it a description of your brand and like what your goals are and it will help you to pick a business name. And then once you have that business name, you can ask it to create you a logo and it will literally create you a logo in seconds.
[18:18] Done. That used to take 30 minutes to an hour before. Not anymore. So our last step, guys. And then most important one, because this is how you're going to become a millionaire, is marketing.
[18:30] You have two options here. The option number one that people will always tell you by ads. Option number two that made me personally a millionaire, organic marketing. My recommendation to you guys is 100% learn organic marketing.
[18:42] Even if you were to buy ads, you still need a good ad to actually make sales and a big budget. I personally know people that have spent thousands of dollars on ads and have made nothing. So you have to be very careful with this. And I also refuse for that to be you. And remember guys, marketing needs the most critical part of your journey.
[18:56] This is the part of your journey where you're either going to fail and give up or where you're going to keep going and thrive. And when? Now, marketing guys is so, so big of a topic that I actually made an entire playlist for you guys on my YouTube channel.

[20:57] I just didn't know, like, I wasn't in the position to spend too much. So I did not get an LLC when I first started. And again, guys, this is not legal advice. I'm not a lawyer. I'm not a tax accountant. Just telling you my story. And not just me, tons of other people too.
[21:10] I wouldn't get an LLC just starting because tested first, I don't even know if you're going to keep that name first. Once you are sure about a business name and everything like that, then you can get it. It's very easy to set up. Again, I showed you, um,
[21:23] talked about that more in my one hour free course. Taxes as well. So many people are worried about taxes, like your paying taxes anyways, but people don't realize that with a business, you have more tax benefits than you do as an employee.
[21:35] So don't worry about taxes. You'll figure those out later. Make that money first. If you're sitting here researching worried about the taxes, you're wasting time because you should be trying to make money. You're not going to have to even pay taxes if you don't make money.
[21:47] So focus on making money first, guys. You will figure out the taxes. You can get a free consult with an accountant in your area. Every country state is a little different. So you can get a free consultation once you are ready
