[00:02] not living up to my standard. So, I got to go in and fix those things. There's well, hey, this product is existing, hundreds of people are are buying it, who cares? No, that's like literally the [ __ ] point of everything that I'm

[00:16] doing. I just don't see a world where raising the bar is a bad thing.

[00:28] have a busy week ahead. Last week in the introduction episode, it was it's more kind of deeper picture, like opening up, letting some of you guys in. I want the overall objective from this week to be kind of

[00:43] >> [music] >> fixing the messes. So, for example here, [music] I should show you guys this. So, you guys know that I launched a 90-day creator blueprint. Now, the support on that has been insane. The feedback I've

[00:58] gotten so far has been really good. But, as it's been out and as I've had time to look at it and answer things and upgrade things, like or update things, like fix some [ __ ] There's just some things now that are not living up to my standard.

[01:12] So, I got to go in and fix those things. Like that's just like the only answer. well, hey, this product is existing, hundreds of people are are buying it, who cares? No, that's like literally the [ __ ] point of everything that I'm

[01:27] doing, what I'm trying to push other people to do is is when you know you have something to improve on or something to fix, even if you're still benefiting from the lesser option. You know, this is like just a great example

[01:40] of this is being a content creator. The video I put out yesterday, oh my god, plan this. We're talking about this video. And this is why I wanted to to talk about these scenarios and situations. My most

[01:53] popular video on my YouTube channel is this desk setup video. And it did great X amount of years. But, the reality is is

[02:06] now with what I know, where I am, what I know as a creator and what I have as a can make a better version. Now with the integration of AI, what I've learned about YouTube, I can make a more enjoyable video. So, that's what I did

[02:20] the other day. I literally took something from years ago that is doing video on my channel. And hey, maybe the new one doesn't perform as well, but maybe it doesn't hit the algorithm and get hundreds of thousands of views, but

[02:34] get hundreds of thousands of views, but this is a better video. It is more me, this is a better video. It is more me, it is more on brand, it's just more relatable to what I would make right now. I've improved on that. So, that's

[02:46] what I'm doing right now. With the the creator blueprint first, then I got to dive over into the streamer version, but let me just show you an example. So, this is the cover page of the 90-day

[02:59] creator breakout blueprint. How to stop being just a creator and build a real creator business in 2026. And basically what this blueprint is for the creator version and the streamer version is a

[03:11] foundation builder to what you're going to have to put together to thrive. And it's like well put together. There's nothing wrong with it, but this is is

[03:25] nothing wrong with it, but this is is me. This represents my style, my colors, the attention to detail. It's not even that, it's a whole new product. In fact, doing it this way was harder than doing it the first way. I'm not going to have

[03:40] any doubt now when somebody opens this up, they're going to be like, wow, some listen to the introduction of this and tell me that I didn't need to update the thing you read when you when you buy this product. This isn't a motivation

[03:56] guide. It's not a list of hacks or [ __ ] tricks to blow up. This is a simple operating system for creators who are tired of feeling busy, but stuck. If you post constantly, experiment across platforms and still feel like nothing is

[04:09] for you. You don't need to work longer hours, you don't need better luck, you need structure that works even when motivation disappears. This blueprint is straight. No extra tools, no guessing, just execution. So, like I can't help

[04:23] but think, if I'm a creator that that feels kind of lost and I'm taking like the chance to buy this creator product, right? And I see like graphics, I see presentation, and then the first page I read is that in like a solid package,

[04:39] ooh, am I amped up. God damn. But, if I open it up and it just seems kind of half-assed, I don't know. I guess they just perceive it as as this thing is like, ah, like these are nice words, I'm a little pumped up, but like, [ __ ] man,

[04:53] how lazy is the presentation of this? Sure, maybe I'm overthinking it. Maybe I'm wasting time going back through and redoing these things because again, the to be doing the cheat sheet, it's a lot more work, but it's going to be more

[05:06] interactive. Creators are going to feel like they're they're in control with this update. It's a better version. It's just an upgrade overall. So, on one side the other side, maybe me making this update

[05:20] 20, 30, 50 people are like, holy [ __ ] dude. This is just one month of of this guy correcting and putting extra work into something that he believes in. Maybe I should do that with my own [ __ ] Maybe I

[05:35] just don't see a world where raising the bar is a bad thing. So, so working on this right now. We're following some insane momentum. Lock it in, boys.

[05:49] updated. It's out of the way. Now I got to get started on the streamer version. Dude, it's like never ending. But, overall productive day so far. I still the streamer version as well. Like [music]

[06:01] I can't let one product be good and then not like match the other product with the quality. So, like now that I've gone through and I've done all this, got to do it again, which to be fair, I could have totally just used AI to

[06:15] design this. Like I don't have to design every single page and create the PDF booklet myself, but like I want to. Like this is what I'm talking about. I could save time and energy and some people even suggested

[06:28] that. But, it's like this is one thing that AI cannot replace. This [music] is my personal touch on this project. This is like me getting hands-on with the [ __ ] I've used AI for feedback and proofreading. So, like things that have

[06:43] definitely using AI, but yeah, I I wanted this to be like my branding and, you know, upgrade these blueprints >> match what I should have put together

[06:58] originally, but uh specifically what I would put together now. So, got to get the got to get the two matching. What's up, buddy? Kachow. Kachiga. We have an unhealthy addiction with cars here, buddy.

[07:12] with cars here, buddy. >> [music] >> Okay, so I got to I got to show you guys this. So, this is the new camera mount dope about this is yeah, I I can move it around. I can move it up and down as

[07:27] well. But, the thing is, to get even better quality to both horizontal and better quality to both horizontal and vertical, I've been testing lately using this Sony A75 for TikTok and like the vertical stuff and then this for the

[07:41] horizontal stuff. Let's go. >> [music] We're back. We slept with the windows open last night. It stayed so warm.

[07:54] Yeah, beautiful day here in Charlotte. Went for a morning walk outside, first of hopefully many in terms of what I'm doing. I was already having a very, very good week. Sales are up. Creator blueprint's

[08:08] done. Streamer blueprint's halfway finished, like the new versions of it. Streams have been doing insane. YouTube videos, verticals, everything's been doing good. And then, on top of that, I made a reaction to where for some reason

[08:24] people have just been leaving random comments saying, is this the Bur Peanut? Is this the Bur Peanut? And I swear to god, I don't hear it at all. It like couple weeks, people have been asking. We sound nothing alike, literally

[08:39] nothing alike. If you actually put my video up next to a video of his, the nothing, not even remotely close. But, it started becoming this meme across like all videos these last few weeks. So, I made a video in response to it.

[08:52] And the [ __ ] video blew up. I've gotten like a few thousand followers overnight. I wanted to make sure that I noted this down in in the video, even in noted this down in in the video, even in that instance, my creator mind, my

[09:05] streamer brain started to kick in and I started having this feeling of like, oh my god, I'm gaining all these new followers, I'm getting all this traffic followers, I'm getting all this traffic in this thing to where

[09:17] I know what he does. He plays Ark Raiders, right? So, all these people are following me, I'm getting this attention in that and the first thing that starts jumping into my mind is maybe I should start streaming Ark Raiders a whole

[09:29] bunch this week and and capitalize on that traffic. No, this is what creators always [ __ ] do. The second that kind of like random piece of content starts to take off, they make it their entire identity. I know for a fact

[09:44] every single day. I'm doing very, very well in what I'm doing and that is because I'm not currently playing games all day. Nothing wrong with sprinkling completely lean into it now. But, one thing I can take away from that seems

[09:58] like me and his personalities are pretty similar. I mean, that's why I [ __ ] with cuz he says the same [ __ ] I would say. He's just one of the [ __ ] bros. So, instead of me overcomplicating [ __ ] and being like, maybe I should really

[10:11] harness this traffic and [ __ ] Maybe I should just continue to be who I am on my videos and then maybe some of those people that are funding me now would be like, "Oh, [ __ ] I relate with this guy, too." Just a thought.

[10:30] individual that's going to be helping me update my website and whatnot to just making it look newer and cleaner and less gamer aesthetic like old 2020 crazy is the person that's helping me with my website, they're actually super

[10:46] involved in Shopify now. So, I was able to pick his brain a little bit and talk more about Shopify and and how I'm doing and and what we're doing and yeah, good. And what's funny about this is I met this person years ago playing Call

[11:01] of Duty. He had a background in web development. They started making websites for like all the major eSports orgs and major brands in the gaming where he made his next connection. But, I couldn't help but think about like how

[11:15] insane it is that, you know, 10, 15 years after we've we're connecting after not really talking for a couple years and updating

[11:27] each other on how much we're killing whatever thing we're doing. And all of what both of us are doing started because we played Call of Duty videos back in the day. Notoriously, this the story in itself

[11:40] repeats itself all the time throughout the course of history. And that is a group of people that are involved and interested in the same thing who are hungry and ambitious, lying themselves with each other and then they become

[11:52] successful and [ __ ] Like it is not a coincidence that over the last 5 years a large group of the circle that I'm involved with are making pivotable didn't have egos with each other. We we didn't think any less of each other

[12:07] based on social following or presence. All that mattered was we had similar relate with those and we would create conversations and we would share our goals and we would push each other to actually go after those [ __ ] goals.

[12:23] tough, we would check in with each other. If there was a [ __ ] flaw that other accountable. The point that I'm trying to make and why I just want to share this is because you have some of these people around you right now that

[12:39] are going to be the best thing that ever [ __ ] happened to you in your future and you have no idea. It is so important that the people that you have around you that may just seem like friends on a small level, but share the same ambition

[12:54] and the same goals, it's crucial that you guys keep each other accountable and you're going to be the shitty friend that like just says they're going to do >> and holds others back, just [ __ ] let other people live, man. One of the worst

[13:07] people is you just get random care packages. Johnny, I have too many [ __ ] socks, man. You got to stop. So, another content creator who owns a clothing company called Live Culture,

[13:22] going to be moving. So, with this clothing brand, he needs to do a end of location sale to just try to get rid of as much inventory as possible to get out of the area. So, he hooked me up with a new hoodie. Yes, sir. What are we

[13:37] talking about, gentlemen? See, and this is what I'm saying. I just got out of a call talking with Panda Skills, another content creator. We're just shooting the [ __ ] about YouTube, things that he's he's killing it in, things that maybe he

[13:50] but we just talked shop. He gave me some input and advice on on things with me. I So, I just get out of a call with that. I get a care package from my boy creator space, who's a part of the

[14:05] circle. I got my new hat in from my other homie last night, Blink Tattoo, where he's been testing his own merch and where I seen the package [music] that he put out and seen the quality that he did in the shipping. As you're

[14:18] building [ __ ] up, guys, while you have your own things that you got to work on, be it your stream growth or your videos or the creative side, just like how I this week have to work on improving the website

[14:32] stuff and some of the products. Like these are standards that that I need to work for. This is what I'm working on at at this chapter of of this month for super important about that. Aligning yourself with people that push

[14:47] you to want to do better and that the confidence and understanding of where you need to improve in certain aspects to match the energy that you receive from other people. The reason

[15:02] why I want these blueprints to be better, to have better packaging and better presentation, and it's not like I even need to do that. Like people are getting it without this this quality. But,

[15:16] naturally, when I see how serious my friends >> and my circle are taking their [ __ ] the only thing it does is makes me push myself to match the energy that I received from

[15:29] these guys. Cuz I feel like I don't deserve their friendship if I'm not going out of my way in the ways that they go out of their way for their communities. Maybe that's why Blink's killing it, Jaws killing it, Panda's

[15:41] killing it. Anyways, guys, we're over the announcement hump. Now it's about showing up and just bringing you guys behind the scenes. bit more this year on kind of explaining some more of the ins

[15:55] bit deeper, especially as like brand deals come in. You know, I just want to want to be helpful. So, the value that I want you guys to take from this today, the advice that I'd like to give in this particular video is invest your time and

[16:10] energy with the people around you. Also, assess that, man. If you have negative your dreams, they don't support your ambitions, they don't add any value to your life, that's that's weight, man. I don't care if it's blood or not.

[16:22] Negative [ __ ] losers will make you a negative [ __ ] loser surrounding somebody in your circle doesn't encourage you to be happy and be better, all I got for you guys today. I'm out. Peace. Doshes.
