[38:06] on demand is a great business a great business I'll show you some examples a lot of you guys don't realize that some of the biggest guys in the industry are of the biggest guys in the industry are doing print on demand look

[38:20] flipper.com now flipper.com is like an exchange broker to sell your you know your e-commerce website your e-commerce business if you type in on flipper.com on demand

[38:35] screen I have haven't I can you guys see the computer screen yeah you guys can see it right if you type in print on demand change it to highest price you're going to see some print on demand stores so all of these are confidential

[38:50] because they're scary they're scared that people are going to copy them but are selling for five million dollars three million dollars one million um let's let's let's see if we can find one that's actually showing themselves

[39:06] to the public this company here is asking for 148 000 it's a five-year-old business they do around about in profit eight thousand around about in profit eight thousand dollars a month let's have a look

[39:28] and shine let's have a look at what the site is print-on-demand store they're literally just putting you know writing and text onto a t-shirt let's see what apps they're using they

[39:42] must have a print on Demand app right let's have a look demand company that I'm familiar with I don't think no they're not

[39:58] demand you you guys can see if you look at the listing you're gonna see it says it's print on demand look Shopify Etsy self-fulfillment so they use an Etsy to do it you can connect print a full with Etsy and then do it through Etsy

[40:19] two twenty five thousand dollars on a monthly basis a million Revenue 30 profit margin so basically they've made around about 200 000 of running the store then they're gonna make 148 000 of selling the store imagine you being left

[40:32] don't think that's a bad thing yeah I have no I don't think that is a bad have no I don't think that is a bad thing at all

[40:44] will have to put you in timeout so yeah guys biggest tip I can give you go on to companies like flipper search for like like niches you're gonna find for like like niches you're gonna find them like look at this one here

[40:59] even have it blatantly written in their selling description as well let me get rid of this one here we go eight-year-old e-commerce Shopify store with over 50 net profit margins nine years old they're doing

[41:12] around about seven and a half thousand dollars a month in profit look if we look here Drop Shipping as a monetization fulfillment method that

[41:24] that basically means they're doing print on demand remember print on demand is a part of Drop Shipping um you can see here the key highlights um you can see here the key highlights customer base countries are selling in

[41:36] their p l their revenue let's have a look at their website

[41:51] website and they're saying how much how much the start of their company they're saying they've generated annually 188 000 pounds but what have they done over the nine years

[44:52] wouldn't sell it you'll try and upgrade it and I understand where you're coming you realize sometimes you realize when you run a store that you can only take it so far and then after that it hits a ceiling
