[00:20] Put all that away. We're at 30. That's doable. We can work with 30. Uh can I put you on you? No. Put them there for now. >> Any lab that shoots people running from

[00:35] this mission will be left to die in the next one. It's good to know. Put over there, too.

[00:49] Then you back on. Perfect. All right, what are you going to tell me, buddy?

[01:02] I'm going to save before I talk to him. >> loner. Finally, a decent face in this bandit dump. We used to have more diggers like myself hanging out here back in the day. You want to hear some Iron Forest stories? Go ahead and pour

[01:16] me one then. I'll tell you all about what I saw there and who I met. Just don't ask me how I managed to get there. That's knowledge I'm not willing to That's knowledge I'm not willing to share.

[01:31] >> It's a strategic facility guarded by the IPSF. Why is it guarded? What is it mystery. What was there before and what's going on now are even bigger mysteries. But I can shed some light on the latter.

[01:50] Iron Forest? >> Yeah. So many of them, you couldn't squeeze is rodent in sight. and the IPSSF is vicious. >> No "Hello." No "Where are your coupons for trespassing on a military facility?"

[02:05] like that. They don't want to find a way to work it out. No wonder everyone thought that territory was impassable. territory was impassable. Got to get creative.

[02:20] Okay. >> We were just getting started. If you change your mind, I'll be here. Just don't forget to order a drink from Boozer. He doesn't like when people bring their own.

[02:38] >> I've got a job for you. It's real simple, and the pay is good. My buddies are planning to give a debtor of mine a warm welcome. I need you to help them out, so he cracks faster. We'll split the profits. It's an easy

[02:52] job for a stalker like you, and you'll make a lot of coupons. Deal? >> Ha, no way. If I spill the beans, you'll do him in yourself.

[03:05] You don't need to know his name. All you got to do is to stick around. >> It depends. The Zone is a fickle mistress.

[03:18] But no worries. Nobody's filed a complaint yet. >> I'm in. >> Great. I'll send you the coordinates. My

[03:30] buddies will meet you there. Do what they say, and make sure the deal goes through. They know about your payment.

[03:45] >> Like drink? >> Nah. First, we got to pour some shots. >> Formula one. Yeah.

[03:59] incorrectly. I'd recommend you save after starting this. Focus on doing this Oh. Okay.

[04:12] Sure. I appreciate the heads up on that. Thank you. >> It's going to be hard time

[04:27] still isn't resolved. Oh, man. Yeah, we'll go do it right now. Thank you. to work right, we'll load before the save.

[04:40] And thank you electric rules for that, by the way.

[05:00] Wow, look at this. Our stamina is not going down anymore. It's just staying at half a bubble and letting us sprint.

[05:16] as you're not over encumbered, I guess. Cuz can't we do that when we when when it's encumbered? It's a slower sprint than normal. It's a slower sprint than normal. Is it?

[05:29] right. That's cool. That's cool. Nice feature, man.

[06:17] Go ahead. Here, we'll tell you what to do. it's Jim again. >> When we are done with this customer, get >> When we are done with this customer, get a new piece.

[06:33] >> Here's the deal, Stalker. Freeze and hand over your coupons. Freeze and hand over your coupons. Do what we say, and you can leave.

[06:46] >> You want a deal? >> Sure. We take all your loot, and you get out of here. >> They ain't going to let you go, man. >> Shut up. >> Empty your pockets, Stalker. I'm getting

[06:59] >> Empty your pockets, Stalker. I'm getting tired of waiting. I'll help you rest in peace. >> Wake up! >> Cover me, boys. Fire at him.

[07:26] >> Don't don't don't don't do that with a grenade, please. >> Cover me, boys. >> One second.

[08:11] wife calls and you just got to you just got to talk to your wife, you know, mean that's that's part of life, right? It's just how life works. Uh oh. Oh, Tim Curry passed today.

[08:25] Man, Dolly yesterday and Tim Curry today? Damn it. Geez, life slow down.

[08:47] in my heart for Tim Curry because of his work on Red Alert, Command & Conquer.

[09:13] is. Perfect. Good job. You take everything else. Oh, there's someone else here? We save? No.

[09:48] >> Okay, that was real weird because he did not have a skull or a red X above his head when I looked on my my thing. And I'm pretty sure he was supposed to supposed to have the yellow skull on his head, which yeah, that that was very

[10:02] strange. Okay. then when we walked up, he like activated.

[10:14] >> Hey stalker, come over here. >> Got a bandage, man? I need some patching up.

[10:33] >> Uh thanks. Those thugs robbed me up real good. I'm lucky all I lost was money. I thought I was a goner. But by, that son of a [ __ ] I ought to kill him for setting me up

[10:49] You know what? That's exactly what I'm >> Oh. Tell me about Byby. What do you know about him? >> He hangs around the slag heap

[11:01] offering stalkers a part-time job. "Help my buddies and you can split the loot." But it's a setup. Those buddies of his just rob the stalkers blind.

[11:13] He keeps running the same scheme over and over again. And there are always guys who fell for it. >> Wow. Yeah, let's let's murder him. >> is the only option. >> That [ __ ] thug sure has a way with

[11:27] words. And I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Thought I'd make some dough, head. If you hadn't gotten here in time,

[11:42] Let's do it. >> hand dealing with Baba? >> Oh, yeah. I've got an idea that might just work. >> hangs around the Slag Heap. It would be tough to nail him there, but

[11:56] if we lure him out, taking him down ought to be a piece of cake, especially for a guy like you. But, you'll have to do it alone for the Are you in? >> I'm totally in. Let's go. What about

[12:09] >> Why do I have to go alone? What are you going to do? is there. >> Mhm. Oh, okay. That's fair.

[12:21] >> In the meantime, I'll collect the money for your bounty. I got nothing on me now. Those bastards took it all. >> Maybe. What's the plan?

[12:34] >> Go talk to Baba. Tell him I escaped, and I'm out for the revenge. Show him his convincing. Make him think he needs to run. Either way, he'll be scared shitless. Lure him outside, then deal with him.

[12:52] I wish I could be there when he croaks, but I swear, I'll pay you plenty of but I swear, I'll pay you plenty of coupons for his head. think we can help with that. Now,

[13:07] hopefully, I don't know um real quick uh to the chatter that gave us the the tip on this, where is the part that this quest bugs?

[13:19] Did Did we get that here, or is that something that happens later? >> I'm saving it. >> Something's off.

[13:43] >> I have no idea where he is. I can't see him over the foliage.

[14:31] shoot me. >> I got a little present for you. Cover me, boys. They're hiding. Take this from the side.

[15:20] Probably a little far for this gun. Yeah.

[15:40] Oh dude, you're going to be worth something, too. Here we go. this. That's another thing that I absolutely love about Stalker now is I remember before

[15:54] not only did we run from basically every mutant cuz they never dropped anything but pretty much every firefight we had to think to ourselves, is this fight going to be worth the repair cost? And that's because repair costs when I

[16:06] played sucked. They were horrible. Like they would you would they'd take all of your money. That's all it would like all the time. It was really expensive and it it hurt to repair your gear.

[16:19] They have adjusted that wildly. It is a a very different different experience now. They rebalanced all that since we played. So that is pretty badass. Oh, you're friendly, right?

[16:32] Oh, you're friendly, right? Right? Yeah, you're good. You're good.

[16:51] equipped or you you get during the quest when you talk to him or can bug and soft lock. >> Oh.

[17:06] I'm going to take that. I'm going to save it. Is Is really all that's up here? Really?

[17:22] I see so many soft lock disses in chat. This is unacceptable. Unacceptable. Mods do what they want.

[17:44] Oh. Oh. Oh, they must have just gotten in a fight with these guys.

[17:56] Okay. Cool.

[18:34] Oh, yeah. Yeah, dude. They're I mean now. Look, there's one right there. View bot 331. bot 331. Oh, man.

[19:19] Yeah, nice try. That's exactly what a viewbot would say. Yeah. Mhm.

[19:43] I think every I think every single person in chat talks all the time. Yeah. I think pretty sure.

[19:59] they're >> Hi, you. It's good to see you. What are you doing? What do you want?

[20:15] don't see any coupons. >> Payment? Ain't your life valuable And since my buddies ain't calling back, I guess you foiled my little scheme. >> Well, consider receiving that. Run along now, stalker.

[20:30] >> You're awfully persistent, aren't you? There's nothing for us to discuss, I'm afraid. If you have any grievances, feel free to file a complaint or something. >> See, that's kind of unfortunate because in my mind I was like

[20:43] my character would be like let's step outside and talk about it or something. Mhm. Okay. So, I guess we could try showing Well, okay. So, here's here's the thing. Um if we show him the gun, then he would

[20:57] in the bar, right? So, >> be hard time for this lackey. >> Have you that copyon sends his regards. >> Huh? All right, I it. If that's all, run

[21:09] along. I'm a busy man. >> He asked me to show this to you. Look familiar? >> [ __ ] A copyon took out my men? He looked like such a wimp. >> [ __ ] I'm screwed. That son of a [ __ ]

[21:23] is coming after me. I better get the hell out of here and lay low for a while. Let the bastard turn the zone upside down looking for Look, why don't you help me get to my stash?

[21:35] Keep me safe and I'll pay you plenty. It's a win-win. Deal? >> You ready? Let's go then.

[22:04] >> Damn. >> Carnage is mid-robbery quest in Stalker 2, navigating a buggy but live gang ambush. Now hunting down the con man who set it up with murder firmly on the agenda.

[22:18] >> With murder firmly on the agenda. >> I didn't see that coming. >> What? >> What? >> [laughter]

[22:35] written. >> [laughter] >> With murder firmly on the agenda. >> [laughter] Don't Don't write that well, AI. I don't like that. Stop it.

[22:50] like that. Stop it. Stop it. dropped it in a stream and they just had a voice read that out as like a narrator

[23:05] >> So, like, you get to a stream and it's just like >> Welcome to the stream. Co carnage has just gotten to a mission where murder is firmly on the agenda. >> It's like, holy [ __ ]

[23:17] >> It's like, holy [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> Wait here. I've got something to take care of, then we'll move on. >> That's so funny. It's so funny you say that because I have something to take

[23:33] care of in the back of the shipping container, too. Isn't life silly? Oh, man. Look at that.

[23:56] agree. Ooh, we got a brand Dude, we could maybe could maybe maybe upgrade this a little bit. other places before we go. Hey, look at that. Nice.

[24:12] that. Nice. Blending in with the background there. or Shadow? Okay, so there's two different ways to

[24:25] can play it either chronologically, which would be uh Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and then Call of Pripyat. Um and that is chronologically in the order they came out.

[24:37] Or, you could play chronologically in the story, in which case in which case Clear Sky comes first, and then Shadow of Chernobyl, and then Call of Pripyat. I probably recommend it doing it uh I probably recommend doing it

[24:51] chronologically by release. So, I would say start with Shadow of Chernobyl, then do Clear Sky, then do Call of Pripyat. then do Call of Pripyat. And um the the biggest reason there is

[25:04] things that they've changed while the game has been like as they go through the franchise and it can feel a little step backwards-y at times. Um if you do it out of order.

[25:24] Uh so that's probably what I recommend. Now I also want to say for all of those patch. >> Listen up, diggers. We've got a parts of >> Uh because the earlier ones definitely have a a few issues here and there.

[25:57] Ooh. Bro, don't do that. >> I think we can stand like right here and watch it and I totally want to.

[26:11] >> Red style. Radio guidance. And the spare parts must be dropped correctly styled. Otherwise, I'm not responsible for >> Moans in agony.

[26:24] before my coffee. Mhm. Mhm. Moans in agony.

[26:37] Do NPCs sometimes not make it inside? Uh they didn't in the first tr- in the happen. You could just find bodies after emissions, but I don't know if this is this one's that way. I'm not sure. I haven't played it enough with the uh

[26:52] the AI life updates. >> There's an active emission out there. >> There's an active emission out there. Stay in cover.

[27:05] I tried to see if it happened a lot before the update. So it definitely happens now then. Awesome. is not coming to this game. This is not a co-op game.

[27:19] I I would not Basically I'm saying don't hold your breath.

[27:35] tomorrow? Yeah, yeah, I'll be checking out tomorrow morning. Yep.

[27:56] it's looking good. It's looking real good. Yep. the stalker guys are? The stalker guys are selling online

[28:10] skins, so they probably have something coming. out now, diggers. >> What do you mean?

[28:23] >> Me? Oh, I'm sorry. Okay, I can feel my knife out.

[28:41] loot. >> Okay, you you I'm going to go ahead and Well, we'll we'll bank it for now. Now, this

[29:00] And I think we also have some scopes we can put on it. Let's take a look at our >> Bring back some loot next time. >> Multiplayer is planned for Stalker 2 and game you get weapon weapon skins and suits.

[29:20] Do they have like a date and stuff for that or is it just like when they can? Uh let's put this away.

[29:39] we'll probably sell. Water away. We need some beer for our boy, don't we? Do we have any beer? Let's sell them We got We got some beer.

[29:52] going to actually try to get some a scope on this other one. Uh put all down. We'll save that for like some sniping later. Put you away, like some sniping later. Put you away, too.

[30:09] thing? We have a tactical pistol silencer, a pistol suppressor. Oh, we can put the the 4x scope on there. Great. Can we put this on it, We can. So, we can pick between those. Now, does

[30:24] this go on you, too? Hell yeah, it does. Hell yeah, it does. Wonderful. Um okay. So, that'll be good to start with.

[30:39] Now, we got to see if we can afford some upgrades. tear us apart now. Either them or the bastards.

[30:55] Don't Okay, first you got to do a repair cuz that's life. Blarg. Um Um here.

[31:11] an easy one there. Spread decrease, easy one there. next upgrade quite yet. Weight reduction, sure. That's another great cheap one. Fitness.

[31:26] Fitness. Oh, flatness.

[31:50] Dude, we just like fully upgraded this gun outside of night vision goggles. >> If you want to talk business, stop by. Oh. There we go. I don't know why that was

[32:05] There we go. I don't know why that was taken off, but back on now. Okay, let's keep going with what we were planning on do Oh.

[32:18] Big sigh. All right, guys. I got to go for now. Uh we will of course be back in this game um probably like tomorrow afternoon. So, we are going to check out Star Wars Zero Company tomorrow. And that may be the beginning of our like

[32:31] Star Wars morning, Stalker afternoon and evening thing. Um what I do want to say is I do want to keep the pace up on Stalker 2 So, one thing I may do is I may play Stalker 2 in the cozy. This is your

[32:47] early warning. I will try to keep main story stuff as out of the cozy as But, with all the games we have coming up, um I do want to try to get like as many hours as I can just wherever they fit in my schedule. And uh and so we may

[33:02] we may do some Stalker 2 or maybe even some Star Wars um in cozy. Right now as a quick note, the cozy are generally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday if I yeah, and also as a quick note, as a quick note, I do not plan on doing any

[33:15] Stalker 2 DLC in the cozy. I know a lot of my EU friendos are very much looking forward to that. We will keep all Stalker 2 DLC, all the new stuff out of the cozy stream. Um we'll keep that in the mains wherever they can fit.

[33:29] All right. Awesome. So, I'll be back in like an hour and then we've got uh at Show from Gamescom. Should be awesome and I back, we're going to watch that. All right, guys. See you soon. Bye-bye.
