"Delivers on the promise of exposing handicapper scams and provides a concrete strategy, though it's essentially an OddsJam ad."

AI Summary

The video argues that paying for daily fantasy sports (DFS) picks from handicappers is a scam, as most are not profitable and often cherry-pick results. The creator, who was limited to $5 on PrizePicks after making thousands, shares a strategy using OddsJam's sharp money tool and fantasy optimizer to find positive expected value (EV) plays, enabling viewers to profit independently.

[00:01]
Why Handicappers Are Scams

Most paid handicappers are not winning, cherry-pick results, post fake screenshots, or make more money selling picks than betting. The creator questions why profitable handicappers would sell picks instead of betting themselves.

[00:43]
Creator's Limitation Proof

The creator was limited to $5 on PrizePicks after making $4,000-$5,000 profit, proving that profitable bettors get limited. This contradicts handicappers claiming to bet thousands daily.

[02:30]
Sharp Money Tool

OddsJam's sharp money tool shows cross-market EV plays, using liquidity from sharp exchanges like Novig and Profit X, which don't limit bettors. It compares odds across DFS apps to find profitable sides.

[03:51]
Example of a Sharp Play

For Carson Fulmer over 1.5 strikeouts, PrizePicks offers -119 (5-6 man) or -122 (3-man), while sharp exchanges have the under heavily juiced, indicating the over is a profitable play.

[05:47]
Fantasy Optimizer

The OddsJam fantasy optimizer scans markets for price discrepancies. For Caitlin Clark over 7.5 assists, PrizePicks offers -118 while other books are -130 to -145, showing value.

[07:13]
Using Orange Plays

Even orange (non-optimal) plays can be good if they still offer better odds than other books. Example: Breanna Stewart rebounds at -122 on PrizePicks vs -132 to -140 elsewhere.

[07:56]
Positive EV Strategy

Every slip should be positive EV. The creator never has an opinion on player props; they only seek value. Stacking value on each leg leads to long-term profitability.

Instead of paying handicappers, use tools like OddsJam to find positive EV plays and build your own DFS slips. This approach is more profitable and self-sufficient.

[00:01] If you're paying someone for PrizePicks slips, stop. Seriously, cancel that subscription because odds are you're probably paying someone who one, probably isn't winning, two, is cherry-picking their results, three, is

[00:13] just posting fake screenshots to you, or four, is making more money selling you picks than they actually are making the bets themselves. And here's the question that I always love to ask people who push back against the handicapper

[00:29] handicapper have a hundred thousand dollars in their PrizePicks account and is somehow getting a thousand dollars down every single day? Because I don't buy it. And I'm saying that as somebody who got limited to five dollars on

[00:43] PrizePicks after making four thousand dollars worth of profit. So no, I don't believe it when your handicapper is posting thousand-dollar slips with a hundred thousand dollars of profit in their account. Instead of letting you

[00:55] continuously get scammed by your handicapper, I'm simply going to show you how you can start profiting off of apps like PrizePicks, Dabble, Underdog, and Better yourself. Learning to profit on your own is way more valuable than

[01:10] paying somebody to profit for you, who one, is likely not actually going to make you any money, and two, is just scamming you as they're doing it. Now before we get into any strategy talk, I want to show to you that I'm not lying

[01:22] about being limited to five dollars on PrizePicks. I want you to know that this is the truth and that's a strategy that truly does work. So here we are on test. I'm going to try to enter a ten-dollar lineup right now. We're going

[01:35] to hit submit lineup and take a look at what happens at the top there. Five-dollar maximum entry is what I'm left with. So when I see people claiming that they're profitable on PrizePicks and then go on to show screenshots of

[01:49] them betting five hundred, a thousand dollars a slip, I know it's a complete lie. Because in my own experience, after becoming consistently profitable and not thousands of dollars, but a couple thousand dollars up to four or five

[02:04] thousand dollars, I got hit with a five dollar limit. So, yes, you absolutely should be extremely skeptical of your handicapper who's telling you that they've made hundreds of thousands of dollars off of PrizePicks and bet

[02:17] thousands of dollars a day. So, now it's strategy time. Let's dive into it. We're you're going to see on my screen now. OddJam is a software that I use for all my daily fantasy lineups, and it is

[02:30] the best way to bet on daily fantasy sports apps. The first tool we're going two tools today, is going to be the sharp money tool. So, I go into the sharp money tool. I already have it filtered to some of the most popular DFS

[02:43] apps, Better, Dabble, DraftKings, PrizePicks, and Underdog. And what we're seeing here are cross-market EV plays, which in a technical term is the profitable side of an arbitrage bet. What you truly need to know about this

[02:58] our left-hand column right here. We're going to see liquidity that has been posted onto sharp betting exchanges, Novig and Profit X. Now, Novig and Profit X are sharp exchanges because they do not limit bettors. There are no

[03:12] limits. It is a peer-to-peer platform, which means that sharp bettors and syndicates love going here because they know they can put up as much liquidity as they want, win as much money as they can without ever being limited by the

[03:25] house. Now, we're going to see plays where there is money being backed by sharp bettors, and we're getting a better price on our daily fantasy sports app or a sports book if you were using this for your DraftKings, FanDuel,

[03:38] BetMGM type of bets. Now, what we're seeing on this top prop is Carson Fulmer Chris over one and a half player strike outs. And we can see that if we're using a five or six man flex play on PrizePicks, that average odds is minus

[03:51] 119. You can bet the over or the under, you're going to get minus 119 as a set price. Me personally, I love using three-man slips on PrizePicks and DFS apps. That would get your odds to minus 122 on PrizePicks. We can then go over

[04:04] and see that on No Vig, on Profit X, they actually are not offering an over, but the under on this prop is heavily favored to a less probable outcome. We're seeing plus 141, plus 139 on the under 1.5 strikeout, which means the

[04:20] over would be heavily juiced well above the minus 119 or minus 122 odds that we be a profitable play. Now, we can take a look at this Wrobleski prop for the Los Angeles Dodgers under 5.5 strikeouts. We're seeing over a $1,000 worth of

[04:36] over on the right-hand side, we can compare the odds. So, again, we know on Better you're getting minus 118 for a five or six-man flex play, minus 122 for that three-man slip. We can compare it. Kambi, minus 126. FanDuel, minus 130.

[04:51] amount of liquidity going into this prop, minus 137. We're getting that same exact prop over on Better at minus 118 to minus 122 odds. That is incredible value, and that is how you should build

[05:05] every single daily fantasy slip. So, when I was not limited on PrizePicks and day, I would go in and I would probably take these top three props right here. Plunkett, Wrobleski, and Perkins, because I know they're all cross-market

[05:20] EV plays, or in simple terms, they're all profitable plays on PrizePicks. It doesn't guarantee that my three-man slip is going to hit, but I know that I have a mathematical edge on each pick. And each individual pick in that three-leg

[05:33] parlay is a sharp play. That's the first tool. That's half the strategy that I would use on DFS apps. The other one is the Odds Jam Fantasy Optimizer. And of tools over at Odds Jam, you can get a free week trial when you sign up using

[05:47] promo code takes. We'll put the link in the description of this episode. Here we are on the fantasy optimizer. Now, what I always like to do is filter to minimum data points of three. The fantasy optimizer is going to take your DFS app

[05:59] like PrizePicks and scan the market to find price discrepancies and line that? Well, we can see here. Here's a Caitlin Clark prop, over 7 and 1/2 assists. Now again, if we're taking this on a five or six-man flex play, we're

[06:14] getting minus 118 odds on each individual leg. If we took it as a three-man slip, we're getting minus 122. Well, we can see here that OddsJam fantasy optimizer is going to tell us that PrizePicks, I have it filtered for

[06:26] a five-six-man flex play, is at minus 118 odds when FanDuel is at minus 132, 118 odds when FanDuel is at minus 132, DraftKings minus 145, Caesars minus 134. every single book offering the same exact prop is in the minus 130s or minus

[06:44] 140s when we're getting minus 118 on PrizePicks or even if you wanted to do a three-man slip at minus 122, you're still getting insane value against the rest of the market. On the OddsJam fantasy optimizer, all these plays in

[06:58] the green are optimal plays. They're profitable plays. What I like to start doing is if I've gotten two out of my three legs made between the fantasy there's no more remaining plays, I'll dip into these orange plays, and I'll do

[07:13] because it's not green doesn't mean it's not a good play, so we can see here rebounds. Let's say I'm doing my three-man slip on PrizePicks, so I know in my head I'm getting minus 122 odds on this play. Well, I can still see FanDuel

[07:27] minus 132, 10 cents higher. DraftKings minus 137, Caesars minus 136. Across the board, we even see this dip into the minus 140s. I know I'm still getting incredible value by taking Breanna Stewart, even though it's in the orange

[07:43] level instead of being in the green. The fantasy optimizer and the sharp money tools are two tools that will help you profit off of DFS apps. From my experience, they are by far the best strategy you can use. Every single slip

[07:56] you take on PrizePicks should be positive EV. I cannot tell you the last time I took a slip on a daily fantasy sports app where I had an ounce of opinion on whether my player was going to go over or under their point prop,

[08:09] their rebound prop, or whatever prop I'm making a bet on. All I want to do at the end of the day is find value, and if you stack 10s, 100s, 1,000s of slips together, getting value on every single leg of your parlay, you will end up

[08:24] profitable long-term. So, instead of paying a handicapper every month to tell you what picks to make, do it yourself. I just taught you the strategy, the blueprint on how you can beat daily fantasy sports apps. You should not be

[08:37] paying a handicapper. I can tell you the edge is not having some secret insider send you the plays. That's exactly why I use OddsJam to scan the market. It's going to be better, more profitable, and more sufficient than paying a
