The 5 Mounts from Ritual Sites in 12.0.5 & Where to Find Them

[00:01] video. Today, we're going to talk about

[00:03] mounts, and more specifically, we're

[00:05] going to talk about the five mounts from

[00:07] ritual sites in 1205, and where you get

[00:10] them all. Ritual sites are kind of like

[00:12] horrific visions and delves together,

[00:14] and yeah, some of these mounts have kind

[00:16] of a horrific vision vibe to them, where

[00:18] some of them are pretty secret. It's

[00:19] been a a lot of fun and a collaborative

[00:21] effort to find all of these on the PTR.

[00:23] But, before I jump into that, guys, I do

[00:35] All right, so yes, ritual sites. Ritual

[00:36] sites are a new feature of patch 1205.

[00:40] As mentioned, they are kind of a

[00:41] combination of visions and delves. Uh

[00:44] they are quite fun. Uh just a short kind

[00:46] of TLDR on how they work. There are two

[00:48] in total. You have the Daggerfang Point

[00:50] in the Ever song Woods, and the Broken

[00:52] Throne in Zul'Aman. These do rotate

[00:54] weekly, so some of the weeks you will

[00:56] not be able to get some of these mounts,

[00:57] as some of them are specific to those

[00:59] ritual sites, but yeah. And you can run

[01:01] them as many times as you like, and

[01:02] there's no timers or anything like that,

[01:04] which is quite nice. So, let's just jump

[01:06] into it with the first one, and that is

[01:08] the Void-Touched Snapdragon. Now, this

[01:10] comes from the Daggerfang Point ritual

[01:13] site. Now, in any tier of difficulty

[01:15] inside the Daggerfang Point ritual site,

[01:17] you're going to see washed up kelp

[01:19] around the map. These are located in

[01:21] these locations here. I would imagine

[01:23] there's going to be a HandyNotes add-on

[01:24] or something like that, and honestly,

[01:26] you're just going to remember where they

[01:27] are, cuz you're going to be farming a

[01:28] lot of these. Basically, clicking the

[01:30] kelp will spawn mobs. Most of the time,

[01:33] it's just random junk, and you get

[01:35] nothing from it, but there is a rare

[01:37] chance that the Void-Touched Snapdragon

[01:39] will spawn out of the kelp, and

[01:40] defeating it will drop the mount for

[01:43] you. So, yeah, a pretty easy one to get,

[01:45] but you just kind of want to passively

[01:46] farm that while farming at Daggerfang

[01:48] Point. Next up is the Void-Corrupted Hex

[01:51] Eagle. This comes from the Broken

[01:52] Throne, which is the ritual site in

[01:55] Zul'Aman. So, for this one, you need to

[01:57] enter a Broken Throne ritual site on a

[01:59] tier two plus. You want to head over to

[02:01] the ritual circle. This is here on the

[02:04] map, and I will leave the coordinates

[02:05] down below as well, and you'll see that

[02:07] it is a incomplete ritual. All you have

[02:10] to do here is pick up the missing

[02:12] candle, which is just on the wall under

[02:14] a tree right next to it. You want to

[02:16] place that candle in the missing spot,

[02:18] and then activate the ritual circle and

[02:20] defeat the eagle, and the eagle will

[02:22] drop a nice mount for you. The Void

[02:24] Corrupted Hexwing, which is actually a

[02:25] remodel of that really nice mount from

[02:27] Zul'aman, which is a little harder to

[02:28] get, but this one way, way easier. Next

[02:30] up, we have the Witherbark Warbear

[02:32] Mother. This is from the Broken Throne

[02:34] as well. Now, this one does not use the

[02:36] void effect which the other mounts have.

[02:38] This is just a recolor of the new HD

[02:40] kind of Armani bear mount. So, before we

[02:42] begin with this one, you need to

[02:43] purchase or acquire six Practically

[02:46] Pork. You can get this from the auction

[02:47] house, or you might already have it in

[02:49] your bags. You want to enter a tier two

[02:51] or higher in the Broken Throne, and the

[02:54] first thing you want to do is locate the

[02:55] Lost Bear Cub. They are located in this

[02:58] location here on the map, and I will

[03:00] leave the coordinates below. You just

[03:01] want to speak to the Lost Bear Cub and

[03:03] give it one piece of pork, and this will

[03:05] give you the Chub's pet. Now, that in

[03:07] itself is a secret, so you get a little

[03:09] bonus guide there. After that, you want

[03:11] to summon Chubs and head over to the

[03:13] meat pile. That is going to be in this

[03:15] location here on the map. Going over

[03:17] there with Chubs spawned will spawn the

[03:19] Warbear Mother, and all you have to do

[03:21] here is drop its health. Eventually, it

[03:23] will become neutral, and you want to

[03:25] give it five Practically Pork. Once

[03:27] you've done that, the mount will be in

[03:29] your bag, and that is how you acquire

[03:30] the Witherbark Warbear Mother in the

[03:32] Broken Throne. Next up is the Void

[03:34] Corrupted Lynx. This is listed as from

[03:37] treasures and rest spoils. Now, this

[03:39] one's actually pretty easy. Now, once

[03:41] you reach renown eight with the ritual

[03:43] site renown, which, you know, you can do

[03:45] in one session if you want, but you are

[03:46] going to get there pretty quickly. After

[03:48] your first run of a tier five ritual

[03:51] site, you will get the pattern for the

[03:53] Lynx mount. This is crafted by

[03:54] leatherworkers with 90 skill. This is a

[03:57] BOE pattern, so you can sell it if you

[03:59] really wanted to. You're also going to

[04:01] get the broken Lynx leash, which is a

[04:03] very important item as this is used to

[04:05] craft the mount. Now, don't worry here

[04:07] if you're not a leatherworker, you can

[04:09] place a crafting order for this mount.

[04:11] It does not take many materials.

[04:13] Obviously, it takes the broken Lynx

[04:15] leash, which you should already have, 40

[04:17] mote of primal energy, one infused scale

[04:20] woven hide, and two cinderhide armor

[04:23] banding. Very easy items you can just

[04:25] obtain from the auction house. And then,

[04:27] however you get it crafted, this will

[04:29] get you the void corrupted Lynx mount.

[04:31] Our final mount on the list is the void

[04:33] touched hawkstrider. This is a pretty

[04:35] easy one because all you have to do is

[04:37] reach rank eight on the ritual site

[04:39] renown. This is purchased for void light

[04:42] mal and will cost you 4,500

[04:45] from the vendor and is of course a kind

[04:47] of void themed hawkstrider mount. So,

[04:50] yeah, there you go. Those are the five

[04:51] mounts from ritual sites in patch

[04:54] 12.0.5. Nothing too complicated. I feel

[04:57] like the horrific vision ones were a

[04:58] little bit more full on. Most of these

[05:00] aren't too bad to get at all. And

[05:02] they're really great models as well. So,
