[00:30] financial maths major at Peking University one of the top two universities in China to make it interesting we're going to put some money on the line whoever loses pays the other person two thousand

[00:42] dollars clearly this isn't very fair to me the test is in Chinese he's done hundreds of practice papers before and he's obviously a lot smarter than me so we agree that for me to win all I need is half his score now instead of

[00:57] the prescribed two hours we're only going to be given one hour to complete it so let's get into it and see who comes out on top and see if the alcohol comes out on top and see if the alcohol is really as hard as they say

[01:09] very soon after starting the test I realized maybe this challenge wasn't a it's been nearly five years since I did a maths exam and I've forgotten some pretty important formulas which means I have no chance of solving the question
