[00:01] version of of who I am. There's just no other way to to put it.

[00:22] >> Got the boots out for me again. I think I'm going to go with the the running >> You mean the tennis shoes? >> Okay, can you hear me? My tennis shoes? Yes, thank you. DAY ONE, WOOHOO! Before we do anything, before we go out and

[00:35] about, I got to start doing the whole we got to check in. Oh, [ __ ] How many Or >> How many inches is 60 inches? >> How many inches is 60 inches? >> How many How many inches is 6 ft? 12 * 5

[00:48] is 60 plus another 12. Quick maths. All right, so week one, 249.8. haven't hit 10,000 [clears throat] steps yet today. Haven't completed the day to

[01:02] to hit a diet. Haven't lifted, but I did get adequate sleep. That is something So, All right. Um and then also on top of this, uh I also have today's vertical planned.

[01:19] And we got a checklist of things uh that we need to accomplish today. Shall we? Um just like with the fitness side and with the content

[01:33] side, I want I I like I I I'm creating like a a habit-changing goal uh for the week as as well, too. So, couple things I'm trying to reintroduce into what I used to do. One was I You seen I got up all that water yesterday

[01:49] Um back in the day, I used to just make it very simple. I would go to the store. it very simple. I would go to the store. I I buy the 89-cent spring water gallons and I would buy 7 gallons a week and every day I would drink a gallon a

[02:02] gallon of water. It seems so mind-numbingly obvious to just do something as simple like that, but it's We'll we'll say like, oh well, we'll just use the water out of the fridge and

[02:15] then you don't actually measure that much or it's just like, oh, I'll get a a 1-gallon tumbler or, you know, a water bottle, a up every day. But then like you you don't you like fill it up halfway and

[02:28] then you don't refill it up again. It's just so easy to to buy 7 gallons and be like, okay, I got to finish this gallon of water today. On top of that, we got to meal prep today. So, I'm going to be cooking all 6 lb of my ground beef for

[02:41] the week. That's really about the only thing that I'm going to cuz like >> Make your potatoes on demand. Yeah, I think I'll make my potatoes on demand microwave those for a few minutes. The thing that about this is like the fact

[02:53] actively, it's just going to be so helpful because that was what put so much pressure on me to justify getting DoorDash or not eating at all. That would be a big problem of mine is I would go these days

[03:07] hours, I just wouldn't eat anything during like the entire stream. So then I calories are low, who cares if I just order a giant

[03:19] cheeseburger and french fries and milkshake through DoorDash because those total calories probably aren't even going to equal my calories for the day and I haven't eaten anything yet. The reality is is like

[03:31] that much actually will. It will it will it will surpass the calories. Yeah, the the whole goal this week I don't want to focus on like the glorification. Obviously, I'm not going

[03:45] to lose 50 lb this week. Obviously, I'm not going to get 15 sponsors and completely convert revenue into having week, if I can reach out to a couple brands and see if they want to join

[03:59] along in this journey and be a part of this, if this week I can make having a gallon of water normal or finding the right time to where it's like, "Okay, get your walk in." to help with the 10,000 steps, get your lift in, and then

[04:14] like getting that routine down, that's a W for me. Like we have 3 months at this [ __ ] It's going to be it's going to be a long journey. I'm not going to knock it all out this week.

[04:29] This week is all about what is my what is the new structure of my life going to look like or at least taking a step in that direction. It's insane how fast you realize you have a problem

[04:43] or a bad habit with social media the second you get rid of it off of your phone, which is the entire goal. Dude, I I find myself just constantly just like, "Oh, I got to check something." I'm like, "Oh, it's it's not there."

[04:56] which is like the entire point. It's also really good, too, because with me doing these, me taking a risk on videos, kind of like changing the the typical of of like what does well on this channel. Regardless of what any creator

[05:09] says, once you get to a certain point, you always live in analysis paralysis. And and I I upload a video and I go to YouTube Studio app all the time and I check to see how it's doing. I deleted YouTube Studio off of my phone, as well.

[05:23] So, I can't check any of that [ __ ] And it's good because like right now, I I would stress about it, but for the last few days, I just stopped, going to go to the park. I am going to go start my 10,000 steps. Um over the

[05:40] last few months, I've been trying to get the Apple Watch out more, so that way I don't have to have my phone with me, so that's what I'm going to do uh today. Lately I've actually been I've been walking with no audio in either. I just

[05:55] walking with no audio in either. I just listening to Mother Nature do its thing. any b-roll with it. >> [music]

[06:14] >> All right, meal number one of the day before you get the the lifting. Look, starting to realize with myself over this last year is I have to accept the fact that if I don't get the [ __ ] out of the way at the start of

[06:29] the day that I know I need to get out of the way, I'll never do it. It's a really really bad habit. I I need to be more disciplined in my day in general, but I mean yeah, just to like get into things like I I I just I

[06:45] have to get it done. Like I have to get this lift in [music] right now or I'll get so busy in my day that I'll just justify the idea of like uh I've done if I get the lift in now after getting some morning cardio in

[06:59] >> and once I get content going, once I get started creating, like doing my crafts, that I have no problem with like structuring and organizing and staying would replace one for the other, but for the last few years that's what I've done

[07:14] with fitness is like if I don't get the workouts done at the start of the day and get a kick-start in the day of like the good habits, I'll get so busy with the streams or the creative [ __ ] that those will just over place everything

[07:27] else. So but yeah, I I talked yesterday about the whole concept of like being disappointed in myself for for stopping, but since we're day one in and I would I would be lying to say that I I stress about the idea of being able

[07:42] there's so many things in my life that if you tell me like do something for x like I'm going to do it. And And even last year, I I did 75 Hard. But I guess >> [music] >> to break is in order to really

[07:59] completely change my life, I have to do just that. Like I mentioned earlier with the routines and habits, I think the most important thing to do over this next 90 days is not objectively lose the weight, but more so completely change

[08:14] how I actually do things. Because it's it's really not hard to go through like weight loss, for example. The hardest thing is putting yourself in a position to actually do it long-term. That's where I've always

[08:28] screwed up, man. When I lost weight the first time, back in the day, I tried to adjust doing all of that to where I could still also party as well. And And like I got away with it because I was in my mid-20s, and I had so much

[08:41] weight to lose. Like going from complete inactivity to doing something, I think it just helped kick-start that first transition. But I didn't do everything on genuinely trying to change everything about my life. I still was trying to

[08:55] constantly tap back into the old person that I was. I don't want to go back to just like the old habits and [ __ ] I I like I genuinely want to change, man. I genuinely want to change for the better. And not even just for myself, but like

[09:09] And like look, I know you can't control anything. Like I could get hit by a bus anything. Like I could get hit by a bus tomorrow. But like if I can control an outcome to put myself in a better situation to not be so unhealthy that by

[09:22] the time I'm like 50, 60 years old, I could run into unhealthy complications as a result of treating myself like [ __ ] for so long. going to want to go down the option or the path where hopefully I have some

[09:36] form of control. I don't know, you just you think more about you think more about like your your child growing up at a young age without you. And if you have the option to control it

[09:49] now, like I I think of like being in that situation you know, 10 years, 15 years down the line and my son losing his father early. Obviously, if in that moment I had the option to take a lot of those years back

[10:06] would I would do that in a heartbeat. Yeah, there's a lot of pressure on this because I got to stop doing something out of the glorification of just one little goal. I actually just seen a video of Sam Sulek

[10:21] >> I would rather fall short of a [music] big goal and consider myself a failure than lower the goals to the level which I can accomplish all [music] of them just so I can feel like I'm a success.

[10:35] And it's less about the goal setting and it's more about the [music] mindset of being okay being the failure. >> And like that clip is so powerful because that's just where I am. You know, I

[10:47] the day, if you just actually show up for a period of time, like you can lose big goal is like, how am I going to change how I live my life to actively

[10:59] keep up with it when I'm 40, when I'm 45, when I'm 50 years old. Now is the most important time in my life to completely rewire my brain from honestly completely rewire my brain from honestly 36 years of bad experience and and

[11:13] falling back on my goals and just picking little goals and accepting who I was. I seriously have to kill off the old version of of who I am. There's just no other way to to put it. So, like I know the work that's ahead. This isn't

[11:26] going to be just like a do something for a few months and if you just stick to this daily thing, like I'll lose the weight and then life will just change. I put in the work. Like, the whole point of this is like, no, this is this is

[11:40] really like I got to switch. I I have to change for the long term. So, anyways, got to pound this bowl of monster mash and get this workout in. Courtesy of

[11:52] Shoutout to ChatGPT for my next 4 weeks of lifting cuz it set me up, man. It's noon right now, and I've already checked off the lift for the day. Uh I'm already off the lift for the day. Uh I'm already at like 7,000 steps for the day as well.

[12:06] Daily execution, I planned my post, I posted my post, and I engaged with my post. So, for the creator blueprint, day one is actually already done, but I plan on doing um a follow-up post. I got a really good question on the video, and I

[12:22] was like, oh, this would make a great a great idea. But, dude, when it's noon, and I already have a lift done, I'm already halfway through I've already got the post done for the day. I'm about to get to work uh on a

[12:37] talking about and why like checking things off the list uh is so important. the things off that I've also accomplished today. But, like, doing it's this is like the new dopamine that I need to create. Before, a lot of the

[12:52] the old dopamine was like, you know, the dopamine of trying to get support while I'm live, or the dopamine of eating shitty food. I know that the only way that I'm really going to stick with a lot of this [ __ ] is I needed to develop

[13:05] that that new dopamine. Now, my goal isn't for the rest of my life live everything on like a check sheet. The whole entire premise or idea is doing

[13:17] something for 90 days goes past the point of just trying. It gets into the world of creating a habit, and and even goes to the extent of seeing real goes to the extent of seeing real results. So that way I get addicted to

[13:31] the new thing. It's just a very rewarding feeling. And it is only day this isn't going to be everyday. There're going to be days where I don't It's like get the the things that aren't as

[13:44] glamorous or aren't as fun out of the way. [music] Get the workout out of the way. Get the lift in. Get the editing of the vertical. Get it done. Once you post get to see the results. You get to see the interaction. I'm fired up, man. It's

[13:59] this. [music] Anyways, I got to stop the yapping because I'm going to get yelled yapping because I'm going to get yelled at by my management.

[14:22] we officially applied the first place today. They do things a little bit weird nowadays. We've been homeowners for a long time and then even outside of that, any renting that I've done was always kind of like

[14:36] Ohio, it's like somebody owns like a um a shitty house and a couple guys dollars a month. Rental company tried to come back to us and was like, "Yeah, we verify your income." I'm like, "Uh I gave you my taxes and other things."

[14:52] They actually said, "It's no big deal. Our credit and everything passes." But this is uh this is the house that we really really want. So inspector comes tomorrow as of now.

[15:05] they said it would probably be like inspection. The thing is it's one of we're so ready to move that we won't don't want to dick with stuff. We have

[15:19] so much upside on the house that at this point, it's pretty much like set in stone that we will have a closing date of June 30th because even if the inspector comes back and cuz our house was built in 2020. So, even if

[15:34] the inspector comes back and says "Hey, your this is bad. Your that is bad." We're we're not going to take our money and pay for it and delay time. We're basically just going to take less for

[15:49] the house at this point. There's just literally no point in us stressing about literally no point in us stressing about it ourselves. Like I spend $5,000 repairing something right now to get more out of the house or I take $5,000

[16:02] I close earlier. Like it just it's redundant at that point. Good news Getting the rest of my steps in today. Actually as well. Got the calories in.

[16:15] Stayed active today. Got everything checked off the list. Got the brand deal the brand portion of a video up-and-coming video that I got coming out here soon. I got that sent off to the management to see what they think.

[16:29] Everything looking good. Okay, so we just got back. Um everybody's talking this new controller. Apparently, it's like controller that all the hackers use. That the aim assist is used in Apex, but

[16:42] I snagged it. Give it a try. I needed a new one anyways. About to get on some with one of the the homies that I haven't played with in a while and just a chill little evening. Yeah, guys. Um I'm not shooting for daily with the

[16:55] vlogs. Just a just heads-up. Make that very very clear. Next few days is actually going to be very very busy. So, we'll see [music] if um just I told the boys the other day when I want to share, I'm going to share.

[17:08] that. Some people are confused cuz they they think that there's like some kind of optimization for this. There's not. Like this isn't for like the idea of are these videos going to result in selling more products or or scaling my

[17:23] channel [music] or growing my analytics. These or growing my analytics. These selfishly are for me. They like a 100%. And hey, maybe that's not a good thing. Uh but at the end of the day it's my

[17:36] goddamn life. It's it's uh it's my experience, man. That's all I've ever done to get anywhere I ever wanted to be. I messed around [music] with [ __ ] I picked up something and I tried. And uh it's through the trying and failing

[17:51] where I usually learn a lot. So that's why I was like screw it. We're going to uh few months in in sharing a little bit more of the raw side. So hope you guys enjoy. The feedback has been has been

[18:05] great. I'm seeing a lot of like OG actives coming around uh the the last few days. So I love seeing y'all. Also love some of you guys saying like uh you just been throwing these up for the morning coffee and and getting ready to

[18:19] the day and it it kind of snaps you into gear. I love that [ __ ] That gets me we're we're doing something right. So but I'm cooked, man. I I am cooked. Day one complete. Got a long journey ahead. I'm going to go play some games for a

[18:34] couple hours. That's all I got for you guys today. I'm out. Deuces.
