[00:00] For centuries, the human tribes of the

[00:02] eastern kingdoms thrived, though their

[00:04] existence was marked by constant

[00:06] conflict over land and power. Among

[00:09] them, the Arothi tribes stood on the

[00:11] northeastern borderlands, locked in a

[00:13] long and bloody history of skirmishes

[00:15] with the forest dwelling trolls of the

[00:16] Ammani

[00:18] Empire. The Arothi had retained the

[00:21] ancient art of weaponsmithing, a legacy

[00:23] passed down from their Vool ancestors.

[00:26] About 2,800 years before the Dark

[00:28] Portal, the troll incursions grew

[00:30] increasingly aggressive, posing a dire

[00:33] threat to the fractured human tribes.

[00:35] The Arothy, under the leadership of

[00:37] their warlord, Thoridan, recognized that

[00:39] humanity's survival depended on unity.

[00:42] Faced with the possibility of

[00:44] annihilation, Thoran declared himself

[00:46] king, vowing to unite the scattered

[00:48] tribes under one banner to stand against

[00:50] the rising troll menace. Thordan's

[00:53] campaign was not just one of conquest,

[00:54] but also of diplomacy and strategy. Over

[00:57] six relentless years, he brought the

[00:59] tribes together through a mix of

[01:01] political marriages, promises of

[01:03] prosperity, and when needed, through

[01:06] force. After each victory, Thoran

[01:08] offered his defeated foes peace and

[01:10] equality in a new vision of a united

[01:12] human nation.

[01:14] This pragmatic approach, rare for such a

[01:16] young and wartorrn race, won the loyalty

[01:18] of former enemies, transforming once

[01:21] bitter rivals into

[01:23] allies. Thordan's bold plan laid the

[01:25] foundation for a new era of human

[01:27] strength and cooperation. As they faced

[01:30] the looming threat of the Ammani Empire

[01:31] together, not as scattered tribes, but

[01:34] as a unified

[01:35] force. Thorin rise to power was marked

[01:38] by both strength and cunning. To bring

[01:40] the Alteraki tribe into his fold, he

[01:42] challenged her leader Ignaeus to a duel

[01:44] and emerged victorious, proving his

[01:48] dominance. For the fiercely spiritual

[01:50] tribes of Tus Fall Glades, he took a

[01:53] different approach, tapping into their

[01:54] religious beliefs by promising to honor

[01:56] and spread their traditions among the

[01:58] Aroathi people. But Thoridan's most

[02:01] clever move came when he asked each

[02:03] tribal leader to offer up their weapon.

[02:05] His blacksmith embedded shards from

[02:07] these weapons into his own greatsword,

[02:09] Strong Carr. This symbolic act held deep

[02:12] meaning for the tribes as they believed

[02:14] their ancestors spirits resided within

[02:16] their weapons. Now with the forebearer's

[02:19] essence bound to Thordan's sword, no

[02:21] warlord dared challenge him. For to

[02:24] strike against him would mean striking

[02:26] at their own ancestors.

[02:28] Under Thoran's banner, once divided

[02:30] human tribes united as one. He declared

[02:33] this new nation Aithor and established

[02:35] its capital in Strom, a city nestled in

[02:38] the region that would become known as

[02:39] the Aroathi

[02:42] Highlands. Athor's strength grew and it

[02:45] soon found a powerful ally in the high

[02:47] elves of

[02:48] Qualas. Together, they faced the Ammani

[02:51] trolls in the legendary troll wars,

[02:53] emerging

[02:54] victorious. In gratitude, the high elves

[02:56] swore loyalty and eternal friendship to

[02:58] Aithor and to Thoridan's bloodline,

[03:01] cementing an alliance that would shape

[03:02] the future of the Eastern

[03:04] Kingdoms. Athor stood strong for over a

[03:07] thousand years. But like all great

[03:09] empires, it eventually

[03:11] fractured. Roughly, 1200 years before

[03:13] the Dark Portal, Stum's noble families,

[03:16] lured by the promise of fertile lands,

[03:18] sought to leave the rugged Arothy

[03:19] Highlands for the northern regions of

[03:21] Lordon.

[03:22] Thordan's heirs, descendants of the once

[03:25] unifying Aroathi lineage, fought to keep

[03:27] Strom alive, believing the ancient

[03:29] capital should not be

[03:31] forsaken. However, the nobles left

[03:33] regardless, and soon even the Arothy

[03:36] bloodline, led by a figure named Falder,

[03:38] departed

[03:40] Stum. They traveled south and founded a

[03:43] new kingdom, Stormwind, in the

[03:44] wilderness of Azeroth.

[03:47] As Athor dissolved, the last remnants of

[03:49] the once great empire faded in a myth,

[03:51] with northern kingdoms recounting tales

[03:53] of the Arothy disappearing into the

[03:55] southern lands after the Empire's

[03:58] fall. Yet, the legacy of the Athor

[04:00] bloodline endured through Lord Anduin

[04:02] Lothar, a descendant of Thoridan. A

[04:05] legendary warrior like his ancestors,

[04:07] Lothar rose to lead the alliance of

[04:09] Lorderon during the Second War. Before

[04:12] the conflict with the orcish horde,

[04:14] Lothar invoked the ancient oath sworn by

[04:16] the high elves of Qualos to Thoridan's

[04:18] line, calling upon their loyalty once

[04:21] again. Lothar's heroic stand ended with

[04:24] his death at the siege of Black Rock

[04:25] Spire, marking the end of the Arothy

[04:28] bloodline in the Eastern

[04:29] Kingdoms. However, whispers persist of a

[04:32] surviving branch of Lothar's family in

[04:34] the distant Aroth Empire across the sea,

[04:37] keeping alive the legacy of

[04:39] Thoridan. And Lothar was one of the last

[04:41] living descendants of the Aroathi

[04:43] bloodline. Raised in the royal court of

[04:45] Stormwind, he shared a close bond with

[04:47] Prince Lane Ren and Medivh, forming a

[04:50] trio that would shape the future of

[04:52] Azeroth. In their youth, the three

[04:54] ventured into the untamed wilderness,

[04:56] facing dangers like the savage jungle

[04:58] trolls in Stranglethorn Veil, forging a

[05:00] brotherhood that would last into

[05:02] adulthood. Lothar's early years were

[05:04] marked by a deep dedication to the study

[05:06] of warfare and history. He joined

[05:09] Stormwind's military at a young age,

[05:11] where his natural leadership and combat

[05:12] prowess quickly earned him a place in

[05:14] the King's Honor Guard. His bravery and

[05:16] talent on the battlefield did not go

[05:18] unnoticed, and he was soon kned, rising

[05:21] to the prestigious rank of armsmen in

[05:23] the elite brotherhood of the horse,

[05:25] which was the official name of the

[05:26] Kingdom of Stormwinds knights before the

[05:28] first

[05:29] war. Lothar's fame spread beyond

[05:31] Stormwind, reaching the distant kingdoms

[05:33] of Lordon and even the magical city of

[05:35] Doran. His reputation as a warrior of

[05:38] unmatched valor and a leader of great

[05:40] wisdom set him apart, foreshadowing the

[05:43] legendary role he would later play in

[05:44] Azeroth's history. Years after the Null

[05:47] War, Stormwind settlers began expanding

[05:50] southward, encroaching on the land near

[05:51] the dangerous jungles of Stranglethorn

[05:53] Veil, home to the fierce Gurabashi

[05:55] tribe. Tensions quickly escalated and

[05:58] skirmishes broke out between Stormwind

[06:00] forces and the Gurabashi warriors.

[06:02] However, King Barthan Ren, now elderly,

[06:05] refused to order a full invasion into

[06:07] Stranglethornne. Instead, he focused on

[06:09] a defensive strategy, much to the

[06:11] frustration of his son, Prince Lane, who

[06:14] saw the need for more aggressive action.

[06:16] Although the king's defensive approach

[06:18] managed to hold back most Gurbashi

[06:20] raids, it couldn't prevent every attack.

[06:23] One raid was particularly brutal,

[06:26] resulting in the slow and barbaric

[06:27] slaughter of villagers in three Westfall

[06:29] towns. This horrific incident became the

[06:32] breaking point for Lane, Anduin, Lothar,

[06:34] and their lifelong friend, Medivh.

[06:36] Defying the king's orders, the three

[06:38] decided to take matters into their own

[06:40] hands and launched a dangerous mission

[06:41] south to bring war to the

[06:43] Gurabashi. Initially shielded by

[06:45] Medivh's powerful magic. The trio

[06:47] ventured deep into Stranglethorn Veil.

[06:50] But their defiance soon led them to a

[06:52] perilous battle with Jacqu Nun, a

[06:54] fearsome Gurbashi warlord empowered by

[06:56] the bloodthirsty god Hkar the Soul

[06:58] Flare. The fight was brutal, pushing the

[07:01] three friends to the edge of their

[07:02] abilities. In the end, they emerged

[07:05] victorious. Though they returned to

[07:06] Stormwind deeply shaken, not just by the

[07:09] battle, but by the frightening extent of

[07:11] Mediv's powers, which hinted at

[07:13] something far darker stirring within

[07:15] him. Though none of the Gurabashi trolls

[07:18] who witnessed Jacn's death survived, it

[07:21] didn't take long for the tribe to figure

[07:22] out who was responsible.

[07:24] Ferocious in vowing revenge, they

[07:26] rallied under Jacun's son, Xanun, and

[07:29] launched a devastating invasion, intent

[07:32] on raising Stormwind to the

[07:34] ground. Faced with the overwhelming

[07:36] force of the Gurbashi, King Barthan Ren

[07:39] ordered all of Stormwind's forces to

[07:41] retreat to the stronghold's gates,

[07:43] preparing for what he believed to be one

[07:45] final decisive battle for the kingdom's

[07:48] survival. As the battle raged,

[07:50] casualties piled on both sides.

[07:53] Barathan, determined to end the

[07:54] conflict, led a bold counterattack aimed

[07:56] directly at Zenun. In a fierce clash,

[07:59] the aging king came heartbreakingly

[08:01] close to slaying the troll leader. But

[08:04] fate had other

[08:05] plans. Barathan fell on the battlefield

[08:08] before he could deliver the final

[08:10] blow. Overcome with guilt and

[08:12] desperation, Prince Lane turned to

[08:14] Medivh, begging him to unleash the

[08:16] terrifying power he had once used to

[08:17] defeat Juck Nun. Though deeply afraid of

[08:20] what that power would do, Medivh

[08:22] reluctantly

[08:23] agreed. With a display of raw, untamed

[08:26] magic, Medivh annihilated the Gurabashi

[08:29] forces including

[08:32] Zanun. Avenging Barathan's death and

[08:34] securing victory for

[08:37] Stormwind. The kingdom was saved, but

[08:40] the price of Medivh's unleashed power

[08:42] left a lingering unease among those who

[08:44] witnessed

[08:45] it. In the aftermath of the battle,

[08:48] Anduin Lothar was elevated to one of the

[08:50] highest ranks in Stormwind's military, a

[08:53] recognition of his bravery and

[08:54] leadership in the war. Meanwhile, in the

[08:57] years that followed, Lothar quietly sent

[09:00] many apprentice spellcasters to Medivh,

[09:02] hoping to strengthen Stormwind's arcane

[09:05] forces. But Medivh, haunted by his own

[09:08] abilities, refused every one of them,

[09:10] retreating further into

[09:12] isolation. When reports of strange

[09:14] creatures lurk in the black morass began

[09:16] to surface, Stormwind was a buzz with

[09:19] speculation. Whispers spread through the

[09:21] streets suggesting the creatures might

[09:23] be vengeful spirits, trolls wielding new

[09:25] powers, or even an unknown race from

[09:27] across the Great Sea. Eager to uncover

[09:30] the truth, King Lane dispatched Andin

[09:32] Lothar to investigate. Leading a small

[09:35] force of the Knights of Stormwind,

[09:37] Lothar ventured into the Black Morass,

[09:39] unknowingly stepping into history's

[09:41] first bloody clashes between humans and

[09:43] orcs. Lothar and his men won several

[09:45] hard-fought skirmishes. Yet, for every

[09:48] orc they struck down, more seemed to

[09:50] pour in from the swamps. The orcs were

[09:53] relentless, their numbers swelling with

[09:55] each encounter. Overwhelmed and

[09:57] outnumbered, Loar was forced to pull his

[09:59] forces back before they could penetrate

[10:01] far enough into the morass to discover

[10:02] the source of these invaders, the Dark

[10:05] Portal. He returned to King Lane with

[10:08] grim news. These creatures were not a

[10:10] mere wandering band. They were being

[10:13] reinforced from somewhere, and Stormwind

[10:15] would soon face a full-scale invasion.

[10:18] Thus began preparations for what would

[10:19] come to be known as the First

[10:22] War. As the kingdom readed for battle,

[10:24] Lothar's first task was to recruit and

[10:26] bolster Stormwind's army. In the midst

[10:29] of these efforts, he and his soldiers

[10:31] encountered Medivh and his young

[10:32] apprentice Khadgar on a scouting mission

[10:34] near the Black

[10:35] Morass. Lothar urged his old friend

[10:38] Medivh to join Stormwind's defense.

[10:40] Aware of the Guardians inner conflict,

[10:42] Medivh, however, feigned reluctance,

[10:44] pretending to fear the full extent of

[10:46] his magical abilities. In reality, he

[10:48] was stalling, allowing the Horde time to

[10:51] gather strength for the impending

[10:53] invasion. Lothar also confided in

[10:56] Khadgar, sharing his concerns about

[10:57] Medivh's troubled past and urging the

[10:59] young apprentice to watch over the

[11:00] guardian as more than just a student,

[11:02] but as a protector. Little did Lothar

[11:05] know, the darkness stirring within

[11:07] Medivh was far greater than anyone had

[11:09] realized, and would soon plunge them all

[11:11] into a war that would reshape Azeroth

[11:13] forever.

[11:14] Wararchief Blackhand, the ruthless

[11:16] Orcish leader, unleashed raiding parties

[11:18] deep into Stormwinds territories,

[11:20] intending to spread fear and chaos among

[11:22] the human

[11:24] population. Villages across Britwood,

[11:26] Westfall, and the southern Red Ridge

[11:28] Mountains were devastated. Homes burned,

[11:30] inhabitants slaughtered or forced to

[11:33] flee. By the time Stormwinds patrols

[11:35] arrived to defend these settlements, the

[11:37] Horde had already vanished, leaving only

[11:39] smoldering ruins in their wake. The orcs

[11:42] moved with a precision and brutality

[11:43] that the humans had never before

[11:45] encountered. In response to the growing

[11:47] threat, King Lane named Anduin Lothar as

[11:50] the king's champion, the highest

[11:52] military title in the kingdom.

[11:54] Entrusting him with the task of

[11:55] eliminating the Orcish menace, Lothar, a

[11:58] seasoned strategist, quickly devised a

[12:00] plan to turn the Horde's mobility

[12:02] against them. He carefully studied the

[12:04] pattern of their attacks and set up

[12:06] ambushes along the Orc's retreat routes.

[12:08] Using this strategy, Lothar sent a loyal

[12:11] knight, Gavin Rrad the Dyer, to command

[12:13] large numbers of troops, strategically

[12:16] positioning them to outmaneuver the

[12:18] raiders. The plan worked brilliantly. In

[12:21] several cases, small units of human

[12:23] knights were able to intercept and

[12:24] destroy entire orc raiding parties

[12:26] without suffering a single

[12:28] casualty. The Horde, once believing they

[12:31] could crush the humans with ease, soon

[12:33] realized that they were facing an

[12:34] adversary unlike any they had fought

[12:36] before.

[12:37] Both sides now recognized that they were

[12:39] locked in a deadly game of wits and

[12:41] strength. A battle that would decide the

[12:43] future of Stormwind and its people. 3

[12:46] years after the Dark Portal had opened,

[12:48] the Orcish raids had wrecked havoc on

[12:50] Stormwind's countryside, leaving a trail

[12:53] of destruction in their

[12:55] wake. Farms, villages, forges, and trade

[12:58] houses lay in ruins, crippling the

[13:00] kingdom's economy. Even more devastating

[13:03] was the loss of critical food supplies,

[13:05] many of which had been destroyed or

[13:07] fallen into hoorde control, threatening

[13:09] Stormwind City with famine within a few

[13:12] months. Sensing weakness, Wararchief

[13:15] Blackhand seized the opportunity and set

[13:17] his sights on the Red Ridge Mountains,

[13:19] planning to use them as a staging ground

[13:20] for an assault on Stormwind City itself.

[13:24] The horde marched through the foothills

[13:25] of Redidge with little resistance,

[13:28] confident that the humans wouldn't dare

[13:29] attack until they reached Stormwind's

[13:31] gates. It was exactly the illusion

[13:33] Lothar wanted to create. As Blackhand

[13:36] led a raiding party into the mountains

[13:38] to seize Lakeshshire, Lothar sprang his

[13:40] trap. In a daring maneuver, he and his

[13:43] knights charged down the slopes,

[13:44] launching a sudden and devastating

[13:46] ambush that caught the orcs completely

[13:47] offguard.

[13:49] The Horde raiders, though ferocious,

[13:51] were quickly overwhelmed, and almost all

[13:53] were slain in the

[13:55] onslaught. Lothar himself came within an

[13:57] inch of killing Blackhand. But two

[13:59] warlocks from the Shadow Council

[14:01] accompanying the wararchief unleashed a

[14:02] torrent of fellfire, forcing Lothar and

[14:05] his forces to

[14:07] retreat. Though Blackhand had narrowly

[14:09] escaped death, he was humiliated by the

[14:12] ambush. Ferocious of the warlocks for

[14:14] failing to foresee the trap, he executed

[14:16] both on the spot, blaming them for his

[14:18] near

[14:20] downfall. Despite this temporary victory

[14:22] for Lothar, the Horde regrouped, and

[14:25] weeks later, they returned in force,

[14:27] capturing Lakeshshire and the

[14:28] surrounding land. The war was far from

[14:31] over, and both sides knew that the final

[14:33] showdown was looming ever closer. After

[14:36] the fall of Brightwood, Westfall, and

[14:38] the Red Ridge Mountains, the Horde set

[14:40] its sights on Stormwind City. Thousands

[14:43] of orc soldiers marched through Elwin

[14:45] forest, surrounding the city and cutting

[14:47] off all access except by sea. Warchief

[14:50] Blackhand tasked Kilrog Deadi and Choal

[14:53] with leading their Bleeding Hollow and

[14:54] Twilight Hammer clans in a brutal siege

[14:56] on the

[14:58] capital. Throughout the night, siege

[15:00] engines relentlessly bombarded

[15:02] Stormwinds walls, weakening its

[15:04] defenses. As dawn broke, Kilrog and

[15:07] Shogal launched their assault. Orc

[15:09] warriors stormed the battlements while

[15:11] warlocks rained fell fire upon the

[15:13] defenders, causing devastating

[15:15] losses. The situation grew dire.

[15:18] Stormwind teetered on the brink of

[15:20] collapse. Just as the city seemed doomed

[15:22] to fall, cries of alarm erupted from the

[15:25] rear lines of the horde. Lothar, along

[15:27] with a majority of Stormwinds knights,

[15:29] had circled around the horde by sea and

[15:32] now charged through Owen Forest,

[15:34] catching the orc rear guard completely

[15:35] by surprise.

[15:37] The knights cut through the horde's

[15:39] ranks with brutal efficiency. As the

[15:41] bleeding hollow in Twilight's Hammerclan

[15:43] struggled to regroup and fend off the

[15:44] knights, the gates of Stormwind suddenly

[15:47] burst open. The city soldiers emboldened

[15:50] by the turn of events poured out in a

[15:52] counterattack, flanking the orcs from

[15:54] the opposite side. Outmaneuvered and

[15:56] suffering heavy casualties, the Horde

[15:58] was forced into a chaotic retreat,

[16:01] fleeing back to the Red Ridge Mountains

[16:02] to rethink their strategy.

[16:05] This battle marked the greatest disaster

[16:07] the Horde had ever faced. The timely

[16:09] counterattack had been orchestrated with

[16:11] the help of information Lothar and King

[16:13] Lane received from Khadgar, who in turn

[16:15] had learned of the Horde plans from

[16:17] Garona. The intelligence proved critical

[16:20] in preparing Stormwind's defenses and

[16:21] turning the tide of the battle, securing

[16:23] a muchneeded victory for the

[16:25] kingdom. During the war, a rogue band of

[16:28] ogres led by the fearsome ogre lord

[16:31] Turok stole a tome of divinity, a sacred

[16:34] book cherished by the clerics of

[16:36] Northshshire. Determined to recover the

[16:38] tome, Andu and Lothar led an expedition

[16:41] deep into the ogre's lair, the notorious

[16:43] dead mines in

[16:44] Westfall. However, the mission quickly

[16:47] turned into a disaster. Lothar and his

[16:50] men were overwhelmed and taken captive,

[16:52] left to face slow and torturous deaths.

[16:55] For nearly 20 agonizing months, Lothar

[16:58] and a handful of survivors languished in

[17:00] the ogre's caves, awaiting what seemed

[17:02] an inevitable fate. Salvation came when

[17:06] Azerothian troops led by the defender of

[17:08] the crown and sent by both the Abbott of

[17:10] Norshshire Abbey and King Lane stormed

[17:12] the dead mines and freed Lothar and his

[17:14] men. With the atone of divinity

[17:17] reclaimed, Lothar returned to Stormwind,

[17:19] delivering the prized book back to

[17:21] Norshshire Abbey. Though weakened by his

[17:24] captivity, he rejoined the war effort,

[17:26] once again leading Stormwind's forces

[17:28] against the Orcish Horde. In the third

[17:30] year of the war, during a private

[17:32] conversation, Lothar expressed his

[17:34] concerns about Medivh to Khadgar,

[17:37] recalling the mage's mysterious coma and

[17:39] unusual behavior. Troubled by these

[17:42] memories, Lothar arranged for a message

[17:44] to be sent to Karazhan, asking Medivh to

[17:46] return to Stormwind to help address the

[17:48] deaths of Hugaren and

[17:50] Huglar. Lothar's worst fears were

[17:52] confirmed when Khadgar later arrived

[17:54] with a grim revelation. Medivh had

[17:56] betrayed humanity by opening the dark

[17:58] portal and summoning the orcs into

[18:01] Azeroth. Shocked by the news, Lothar

[18:04] shared this with King Lane, who refused

[18:06] to believe that Medivh would willingly

[18:07] betray Azeroth.

[18:10] The king argued that Medivh's

[18:11] questionable actions were likely part of

[18:13] a larger brilliant plan to defeat the

[18:15] Horde. Confident in the mage's loyalty,

[18:18] Llay believed that Medivh, alongside the

[18:20] armies of Stormwind, would be enough to

[18:22] turn the tide of the

[18:24] war. Faced with a heartbreaking choice

[18:26] between his loyalty to the king and his

[18:28] instincts, Lothar trusted his gut. He

[18:31] gathered a force and leaving the city's

[18:33] defenses in the hands of Gavinrad, led a

[18:35] daring assault on Karazhan to confront

[18:37] Medivh. Alongside Khadgar and the half

[18:40] orc Garona, Lothar ventured into the

[18:42] depths of the tower to face the mad

[18:44] guardian. In a climactic battle, Khadgar

[18:47] delivered a fatal blow to Medivh by

[18:49] stabbing him in the heart while Lothar

[18:51] dealt the final stroke, beheading the

[18:53] fallen guardian with a single strike of

[18:55] his great sword. Thus, Medivh became the

[18:58] first guardian in centuries to die in

[19:00] combat. His betrayal marking a turning

[19:02] point in the war and solidifying

[19:04] Lothar's legacy as one of Azeroth's

[19:06] greatest heroes. The death of Medivh,

[19:09] though a significant blow to the dark

[19:10] forces threatening Azeroth, could not

[19:13] halt the relentless advance of the

[19:14] Orcish Horde. Returning from Karazhan

[19:17] with heavy hearts, Lothar and his

[19:19] warriors hoped to salvage what was left

[19:20] of their homeland. But what awaited them

[19:23] was a kingdom in ruins. Stormwind, once

[19:26] glorious, had been reduced to smoldering

[19:28] ashes. The Horde had ravaged the

[19:31] countryside, claiming the surrounding

[19:32] lands as their own, leaving devastation

[19:35] in their wake.

[19:37] To make matters worse, King Lane, their

[19:40] courageous leader, had been murdered,

[19:42] and the people of Stormwind, once proud

[19:44] and free, were forced into hiding,

[19:46] scattered and broken. In the face of

[19:48] this overwhelming tragedy, Lothar and

[19:51] his companions swore a solemn and grim

[19:53] oath to reclaim their homeland at any

[19:56] cost. Yet, even as they made this vow,

[19:59] Lothar understood the truth. Stormwind

[20:02] was lost. The war as they had known it

[20:05] was over.

[20:07] With the kingdom in ruins and the enemy

[20:09] too strong to repel, Lothar made a

[20:12] decision to focus on saving what

[20:13] remained of his people, he declared the

[20:16] war lost and turned his efforts toward

[20:18] survival. Gathering the remnants of

[20:20] Stormwind's shattered army and as many

[20:22] civilians as he could, Loar led a

[20:24] desperate retreat across the Great Sea,

[20:27] steering them toward the distant shores

[20:28] of Lordon. There he hoped to find refuge

[20:31] and

[20:32] allies and perhaps the means one day to

[20:35] strike back against the horde and

[20:36] reclaim the homeland they had

[20:39] lost. With King Lane dead and young

[20:42] Prince Vyian still a child, the mantle

[20:44] of leadership fell to Anduin Lothar. As

[20:47] night champion of Stormwind, Lothar took

[20:49] on the role of Vyian's protector, vowing

[20:51] to protect the prince and ensure that

[20:53] one day Stormwind could be

[20:55] reclaimed. Together with Vyian and Arch

[20:57] Mage Khadgar, Lothar journeyed to the

[20:59] court of King Tyrannis Minithil II of

[21:03] Lorderon. Upon arriving in Lorderon,

[21:05] Lothar recounted the tragic fall of

[21:07] Stormwind to any who would listen. His

[21:09] words carrying the weight of a kingdom's

[21:12] destruction. His passionate and eloquent

[21:14] pleas for unity stirred the hearts of

[21:16] many, leading to an emergency council of

[21:18] the human kingdoms. Thanks to the

[21:21] political skill of his longtime friend,

[21:22] King Tyrannis, this council gave birth

[21:25] to the Alliance of Lordon. Lothar's tale

[21:28] traveled far, even reaching the ears of

[21:30] the high elves, who had long remained

[21:32] aloof from human affairs. Remembering

[21:34] the ancient debt they owed the Arothy

[21:36] bloodline for saving Quilos during the

[21:38] Troll Wars, the elves sent a contingent

[21:40] of their forces to join the

[21:42] cause. The wild hammer dwarves of Ary

[21:45] Peak, recently attacked by the Horde,

[21:47] also pledged their support to Lothar.

[21:50] As the Horde's conquest spread, the

[21:52] Bronzebeard dwarves and gnomes of

[21:53] Cosmodan were driven from their homes,

[21:56] prompting them to rally behind the

[21:57] Alliance as

[21:59] well. With these powerful allies now

[22:01] united under the banner of the Alliance,

[22:03] Lozar had forged a force capable of

[22:05] challenging the might of the Orcish

[22:07] Horde, a coalition of humans, elves,

[22:10] dwarves, and gnomes determined to

[22:12] reclaim their homelands and drive the

[22:14] Horde from Azeroth.

[22:16] Due to his unmatched skill in warfare,

[22:19] his extensive expertise battling the

[22:20] orcs, and status as a neutral figure,

[22:23] free from the political rivalries of the

[22:25] northern kingdoms, Andowin Lothar,

[22:28] descendant of Thoridan, was appointed

[22:30] supreme commander of the Alliance

[22:32] forces, the northern kings, wary of

[22:35] placing their armies under the command

[22:36] of a rival nation, found in Lothar the

[22:39] perfect leader to unite them in the war

[22:41] against the Horde.

[22:44] During his time in Lorderon, Lothar was

[22:46] approached by Alonzis Fowl, who was

[22:48] deeply saddened by the news of

[22:50] Norshshire Aby's fall. In response, Fowl

[22:53] introduced Lothar to a new order of holy

[22:55] warriors, the Paladins, and urged him to

[22:58] make them his commanders. Lothar readily

[23:01] accepted and soon appointed the

[23:02] promising young Talion, who reminded him

[23:04] of King Lane, as his second in command.

[23:07] Alongside Terallion, he named his old

[23:09] friend Admiral Dalen Proudmore, as well

[23:11] as Uther the Lightbringer and Khadgar as

[23:13] his lieutenants. By the time the orcs

[23:16] reached the shores of Lorderon, Lothar

[23:18] was 56 years old. Throughout the Second

[23:21] War, he led the Alliance forces from

[23:23] battle to battle with valor and

[23:24] strategic brilliance, earning the title

[23:27] Lion of Azeroth for the sight of his

[23:29] flashing shield as he cut through Orc

[23:31] ranks. After the Horde's mysterious

[23:34] retreat from Lord Deron and Admiral

[23:35] Proudmore's decisive naval victories,

[23:38] Lothar pressed the offensive, leading

[23:40] the Alliance armies to liberate much of

[23:42] Kasmadan, where he joined forces with

[23:44] Murdan and Bran

[23:46] Bronzebeard. His campaign continued into

[23:48] Azeroth, where he eventually breached

[23:50] the Black Morass itself. Sensing that

[23:52] the Horde was fracturing from within,

[23:55] Lothar saw his opportunity to strike a

[23:57] final blow. Gathering the remnants of

[23:59] his forces, he pushed Warchief

[24:01] Doomhammer south. driving the orcs back

[24:03] into the ruined heartland of Stormwind.

[24:06] There, the Alliance trapped the Horde

[24:07] within the volcanic fortress of Black

[24:09] Rock

[24:10] Spire. However, tragedy struck when

[24:12] Lothar and his troops were ambushed at

[24:14] the base of Black Rock Spire. The final

[24:17] confrontation between the two armies

[24:19] erupted in a devastating clash, a battle

[24:21] that would decide the fate of

[24:23] Azeroth. Amidst the chaos and bloodshed,

[24:26] Anduin Lothar, the lion of Azeroth,

[24:28] became separated from his troops,

[24:30] surrounded by the fury of war.

[24:32] In the heart of the battlefield, he came

[24:34] face to face with Orgrim Doomhammer. The

[24:37] two legends engaged in a fierce and

[24:38] grueling duel. Each strike resonating

[24:41] with the weight of their histories and

[24:42] the fate of their people. Lothar, though

[24:44] valiant, was worn down by the relentless

[24:47] onslaught. As the duel reached its

[24:49] climax, Doomhammer delivered a crushing

[24:51] blow, shattering Lothar's sword and

[24:54] leaving him vulnerable.

[24:56] In that fateful moment, Doomhammer

[24:58] struck again. His mighty hammer

[25:00] delivering a final brutal strike that

[25:02] shattered Lothar's skull. The fall of

[25:05] the Alliance's greatest hero sent shock

[25:06] waves through the battlefield. The sound

[25:09] of his death echoing like a

[25:11] thunderclap. It was a moment that could

[25:13] have broken the Alliance. A loss that

[25:15] seemed insurmountable. But instead of

[25:17] succumbing to despair, Lothar's death

[25:20] ignited a fierce burning resolve within

[25:21] the hearts of his comrades.

[25:24] Under the leadership of Terallion, they

[25:26] rallied with renewed fury, turning the

[25:28] tide of the battle and delivering a

[25:29] crushing defeat to the Horde. Lothar's

[25:32] sacrifice became the spark that fueled

[25:34] their final victory, ensuring that his

[25:36] legacy would live on through the triumph

[25:38] of the

[25:39] [Music]

[25:41] Alliance. At the age of 57, Anduan and

[25:44] Lothar never lived to see his beloved

[25:46] Stormwind rebuilt or freed from Orcish

[25:48] control. However, his legacy endures in

[25:51] stone. A towering monument depicting

[25:53] Lothar in his final battle. Defiant

[25:56] charge still stands in the burning

[25:58] steps, forever pointing toward Black

[26:00] Rockck's spire where he fell in

[26:02] battle. In a twist of fate, the

[26:04] materials used for the monument were

[26:06] hauled by orcs, forced into labor after

[26:08] their defeat in the Second War. Though

[26:11] Lothar is gone, his legacy continues to

[26:13] inspire the people of Stormwind.

[26:16] His name immortalized in stone and

[26:18] memory is carried by the kingdom's

[26:20] current king. A testament to the

[26:22] enduring spirit of the lion of Azeroth.

[26:25] The Alliance expedition to Dranor, led

[26:27] by the battleh hardardened veterans who

[26:28] fought alongside Anduin Lothar during

[26:30] the second war chose to honor his memory

[26:33] by calling themselves the sons of

[26:35] Lothar. As Khadgar explains, they did so

[26:38] in honor of the greatest, most selfless

[26:40] man we ever knew. In Honorhold, a

[26:43] monument of remembrance was built,

[26:45] serving as a tribute to everything

[26:47] Lothar stood for and fought to

[26:50] protect. During his lifetime, Lothar

[26:52] authored what is regarded as the

[26:54] definitive guide to warfare, a book

[26:56] titled A Treatise on Strategy. This

[26:59] masterwork written in his own hand

[27:01] details the optimal deployment of forces

[27:03] and battle tactics, providing timeless

[27:05] wisdom for securing victory on the

[27:07] battlefield. His legacy is honored every

[27:10] year during Remembrance Day. a solemn

[27:12] occasion where his courage and sacrifice

[27:14] are remembered as well as all those who

[27:16] have fallen in the line of duty fighting

[27:18] to protect the

[27:19] alliance. And that's going to do it for

[27:21] this one. Hopefully you did enjoy. Take

[27:24] care of yourselves. I'll see you in the

[27:25] next one. The kingdom of Stormwind stood

[27:28] as a beacon of prosperity and peace. Its

[27:30] fertile lands transformed into a

[27:32] paradise under the stewardship of its

[27:34] people. Knights of Stormwind rode

[27:36] valiantly across the realm, dispensing

[27:38] justice and defending the innocent.

[27:40] While the clerics of Northshshire Abbey

[27:42] brought healing and solace to the

[27:43] wounded and

[27:44] wary, since the triumph of the null war,

[27:47] the king's well-trained armies had

[27:48] upheld an enduring peace, fostering a

[27:51] golden era for the kingdom citizens.

[27:54] Yet, unbeknownst to the people of

[27:55] Stormwind, a dark force was plotting

[27:57] their undoing. Medivh, the powerful mage

[28:01] once revered as the guardian of Tyrus

[28:02] fault, had succumbed to a sinister

[28:04] influence. His mind twisted by the will

[28:07] of the dark titan Sargeras sought the

[28:09] kingdom's destruction. Medivh forged an

[28:12] unholy alliance with Gul'dan. A warlock

[28:15] from another world. A realm torn by

[28:17] chaos and

[28:19] corruption. Together they worked in

[28:21] secret to create a gateway between their

[28:22] two worlds. A portal that would become

[28:24] known as the dark portal. From this rift

[28:28] emerged the Orcish Horde, a savage and

[28:30] bloodthirsty army unlike anything

[28:32] Azeroth had ever seen. The humans caught

[28:35] off guard were baffled by the reports of

[28:36] strange creatures prowling the black

[28:39] morass. Rumors spread like wildfire,

[28:42] speculating the nature of these beings.

[28:44] Vengeful spirits, empowered trolls, or

[28:47] perhaps a race from distant lands across

[28:49] the great sea. But none could fathom the

[28:54] truth. The orcs were brutal and

[28:56] relentless. Their warriors wield axes

[28:59] and spears with deadly precision. their

[29:01] war cries echoing through the

[29:03] forests. Others rode upon fearsome

[29:06] wolves as black as a starless night.

[29:08] Their mounts just as ferocious as their

[29:11] riders. But it was their magic that

[29:13] struck the deepest fear into their

[29:14] enemies. Malevolent spells fueled by the

[29:17] fires of the twisting

[29:19] nether. The orcs, tainted by the demonic

[29:21] blood of Manoroth, were driven by an

[29:23] insatiable lust for war, tearing apart

[29:26] anything and anyone that dared to stand

[29:27] in their way.

[29:30] As the Horde marched on Stormwind, their

[29:32] cunning strategies and devastating power

[29:34] clashed against the ingenuity and

[29:35] discipline of the human

[29:37] defenders. The ensuing battles were a

[29:40] test of intellect, courage, and brute

[29:42] strength. With neither side willing to

[29:44] yield, the stakes were nothing less than

[29:46] the fate of Azeroth itself, and the

[29:48] victor would claim dominion over the

[29:49] land's future.

[29:53] Seeking answers about the mysterious

[29:54] invaders, King Lane entrusted Sir Anduin

[29:57] Lothar with a crucial mission to uncover

[29:59] the truth behind the strange new

[30:00] creatures that have been cited. Lothar,

[30:03] a seasoned and trusted warrior, gathered

[30:05] a small contingent of knights and set

[30:07] out to investigate the foroding black

[30:09] morass. It was here, amidst the swamp's

[30:12] dense foliage and treacherous terrain,

[30:14] that the Knights of Stormwind first

[30:15] clashed with the orcs, a savage enemy

[30:18] unlike any they had faced before. Though

[30:20] Lothar's men managed to secure a handful

[30:23] of victories in these early skirmishes,

[30:25] each fallen orc seemed to be replaced by

[30:27] two more. With each encounter, the

[30:29] invader's numbers grew, and the battles

[30:31] became increasingly

[30:33] one-sided. Realizing the futility of

[30:35] pressing deeper into the heavily

[30:36] fortified Black Morass, Lothar made the

[30:39] difficult decision to retreat. His

[30:41] forces had failed to locate the source

[30:43] of the orc's reinforcements, the ominous

[30:45] dark portal. But their sacrifices had

[30:47] not been in vain. Lothar returned to

[30:50] Stormwind with a grim report for King

[30:51] Lane. The invaders were not a mere

[30:54] raiding party, but an organized force

[30:56] drawing reinforcements from an unknown

[30:59] location. Meanwhile, the orcs under

[31:02] Warchief Blackhand's command took note

[31:04] of the humans awareness of their

[31:05] presence. The time for subtlety was

[31:08] over. Preparations and reconnaissance

[31:10] gave way to aggression, and the first

[31:12] war erupted in earnest.

[31:14] During this volatile time, Lothar

[31:16] crossed paths with the guardian Medivh

[31:18] and his young apprentice Khadgar on a

[31:20] patrol near the Black

[31:21] Morass. Ever the loyal friend, Lothar

[31:24] urged Medivh to lend his immense power

[31:26] to Stormwind's defense. He knew Medivh

[31:29] wrestled with the memory of the

[31:30] catastrophic magic he had unleashed upon

[31:31] the Gurbashi years ago, and he respected

[31:34] his reluctance to wield his full

[31:36] strength. Yet, unbeknownst to Lothar,

[31:39] Medivh's hesitance was a facade.

[31:42] Corrupted by the malevolent influence of

[31:44] Sargeras, Medivh sought to stall the

[31:46] kingdom's efforts, allowing the invaders

[31:48] to grow stronger. During their brief

[31:50] time together, Lothar confided in

[31:52] Khadgar, recounting Medivh's troubled

[31:54] past and imploring the young mage to act

[31:56] not just as an apprentice, but as a

[32:00] caretaker. However, Medivh's behavior

[32:02] became increasingly erratic. He vanished

[32:04] for days without explanation and

[32:05] returned to Karazhan, drained and

[32:07] irritable. His mental state frayed

[32:09] further with each passing day.

[32:11] The First War was no longer a distant

[32:13] threat. It had become a grim and present

[32:17] reality. Wararchief Blackhand unleashed

[32:19] a terrifying strategy upon Stormwind,

[32:21] ordering his raiding parties to strike

[32:23] deep into the kingdom's heartland. The

[32:25] idealic regions of Brightwood, now known

[32:28] as Duskwood, Westfall, and the Southern

[32:30] Red Ridge Mountains, became grim

[32:32] battlefields. Villages were burned to

[32:34] the ground, their inhabitants

[32:35] slaughtered or forced to flee in terror.

[32:38] By the time Storwinds patrols arrived to

[32:40] defend their lands, the orcs had

[32:42] vanished into the shadows, leaving only

[32:44] destruction and despair in their wake.

[32:46] For the first time, the human kingdom

[32:48] faced an enemy as swift as it was

[32:50] brutal. An enemy unlike anything they

[32:52] had encountered before. Amid this chaos,

[32:55] King Lane turned to his most trusted

[32:57] general, Anduin Lothar, bestowing upon

[32:59] him the title of King's Champion, the

[33:01] highest military honor in Stormwind.

[33:04] Lothar, a brilliant tactician, sought to

[33:06] turn the orc's own mobility against

[33:08] them. He studied the raiders patterns,

[33:10] predicting their movements and setting

[33:11] ambushes along the retreat routes.

[33:14] Aiding him in this effort was the

[33:15] steadfast knight Gavinrad the Dyer, whom

[33:17] Lothar entrusted with commanding large

[33:19] contingents of

[33:21] troops. In a series of decisive strikes,

[33:23] Lothar's forces dismantled several orc

[33:26] raiding parties. In some cases, small

[33:28] units of knights overwhelmed entire

[33:30] bands of orcs without suffering a single

[33:33] casualty. The Horde, initially so

[33:35] confident in its supremacy, soon came to

[33:38] see the humans as an adversary to be

[33:39] feared. A foe that matched their

[33:41] ferocity with

[33:43] cunning. Recognizing the scale of the

[33:45] threat, King Lane sent urgent messengers

[33:47] to the other human kingdoms, warning of

[33:49] the mysterious green-skinned invaders.

[33:52] Yet, the pleas fell on deaf ears.

[33:55] Stormwind's isolationist policies of the

[33:57] past, once a point of pride, now cast a

[34:00] long shadow. Many neighboring nations

[34:03] saw the kingdom's self-reliance as

[34:04] arrogance and dismissed its cries for

[34:07] aid. Even Lorderon, the most likely

[34:09] ally, offered only empty words of

[34:12] encouragement. Adding to the kingdom's

[34:14] woes, Deathwing, masquerading as a

[34:16] Stormwind noble named Dav Prestor,

[34:18] spread deliberate misinformation. He

[34:21] mocked King Lane's warnings, dismissing

[34:22] the orcs as nothing more than rebels

[34:24] within Stormwind's own borders. His

[34:27] deceitful influence ensured that no help

[34:29] would come from the

[34:30] north. As the Horde's war machine

[34:33] continued to ravage the land, Stormwind

[34:35] stood isolated, fighting not just for

[34:37] survival, but for the hope that their

[34:39] defiance might one day inspire others.

[34:42] Lothar and his knights, undeterred by

[34:43] the lack of allies, pressed on,

[34:45] determined to hold the line against an

[34:47] overwhelming foe. The battle for

[34:49] Stormwind had only begun, and the

[34:51] kingdom's resolve would be tested like

[34:53] never before. While the bulk of the

[34:55] Horde's forces clashed with the armies

[34:57] of

[34:57] Stormwind, Chieftan Kilrog Dead and his

[35:00] bleeding hollow clan turned their

[35:02] attention

[35:03] southward. Drawn to the lush, untamed

[35:05] jungles of Stranglethorn veil, which

[35:07] reminded them of the harsh beauty of

[35:08] their ancestral homeland, Kilrog sought

[35:11] to carve out a dominion for his clan.

[35:13] However, Stranglethornne was far from

[35:15] uninhabited. The Gurabashi jungle

[35:17] trolls, ancient masters of the region,

[35:20] saw the orcs as an existential threat

[35:22] and united in a rare display of tribal

[35:24] solidarity to repel the

[35:26] invaders. What followed was a savage

[35:29] conflict marked by cunning and

[35:30] brutality. Though the bleeding hollow

[35:32] orcs often outnumbered the trolls in

[35:34] open skirmishes, they were at a grave

[35:37] disadvantage. The Gurabashi knew every

[35:39] shadowed trail and concealed ravine,

[35:41] exploiting the terrain to deadly effect.

[35:44] They lured the orcs deeper into the

[35:45] dense jungle, seeding ground, only to

[35:47] unleash devastating ambushes that left

[35:49] scores of orcs dead. Despite their

[35:51] ferocity, the bleeding hollows suffered

[35:53] horrific losses. Their strength

[35:55] whittleled away by the trolls relentless

[35:57] guerilla tactics. When word of the

[35:59] mounting casualties reached Wararchief

[36:01] Blackhand, his patience ran dry. Deeming

[36:04] the Stranglethorn campaign a needless

[36:06] drain on his forces, he commanded Kilrog

[36:09] to abandon the jungle and rejoin the war

[36:11] against the humans. The trolls he

[36:13] decided would be dealt with another day.

[36:16] Amid the carnage of the wider conflict,

[36:18] the clerics of the Brotherhood of

[36:19] Northshshire emerged as unsung heroes.

[36:22] These devoted healers, armed with little

[36:23] more than their faith and the light of

[36:25] their magic, ventured fearlessly onto

[36:27] battlefields to aid the wounded. In the

[36:29] past, the Brotherhood's willingness to

[36:31] treat nles and trolls had occasionally

[36:33] granted them immunity from harm during

[36:35] conflicts. But with the orcs, there was

[36:37] no such reprieve. Once the Horde learned

[36:40] of the cleric's ability, they became

[36:42] prime targets. Orc warriors ruthlessly

[36:45] hunted them down, slaughtering the

[36:47] unarmed healers without mercy. Despite

[36:49] this, the clerics refused to abandon

[36:51] their sacred duty. Their bravery, often

[36:54] paid for in blood, became the stuff of

[36:56] legend among Stormwind

[36:58] soldiers. Elsewhere, Warchief Blackhand

[37:01] faced a different kind of problem within

[37:02] his own ranks. The Twilight's Hammer

[37:05] Clan, notorious for its defiance and

[37:06] erratic behavior, had become a thorn in

[37:09] his side. Many clan members disregarded

[37:11] orders, and some vanished entirely,

[37:13] drawn to unknown fates. Blackhand

[37:16] considered wiping out the insubordinate

[37:17] clan to set an example. However, an

[37:20] unlikely figure stepped forward to offer

[37:22] a solution. Choal, the mysterious and

[37:25] power-hungry ogre mage, acting as a

[37:27] Twilight Hammer's deacto leader. Togal

[37:30] proposed that he officially take control

[37:32] of the clan and bring it to

[37:34] heal. Blackhand reluctantly agreed, and

[37:37] to his surprise, the clan's discipline

[37:39] improved almost

[37:40] immediately. Under Choal's command, the

[37:43] Twilight's Hammer became an effective

[37:45] and obedient

[37:46] force. Yet, their transformation was far

[37:49] from genuine. Choal had tapped into the

[37:51] clan's obsession with dark energies,

[37:53] channeling the whispers of the old gods

[37:55] that grew louder in Azeroth's shadowed

[37:57] corners. To his followers, Choal

[37:59] preached that the hour of twilight, the

[38:02] apocalyptic event foretold by their

[38:04] masters, was drawing near and that the

[38:06] Horde's victory was essential to its

[38:08] arrival. Until that time, he urged them

[38:11] to maintain their facade of loyalty to

[38:13] Blackhand while secretly serving a

[38:15] darker

[38:16] agenda. Thus, as the fires of war spread

[38:19] across Azeroth, alliances formed,

[38:21] fractured, and conspired in the shadows.

[38:24] The stage was set not just for a clash

[38:26] of armies, but for the unfolding of

[38:28] plans far more insidious, where every

[38:30] player, knowingly or not, was a piece on

[38:33] the board of an ancient and malevolent

[38:35] game. 3 years after the Dark Portal's

[38:38] ominous opening, the Orcish Horde had

[38:40] left Stormwind's countryside in ruins.

[38:42] Farms were scorched, villages destroyed,

[38:45] and bustling trade houses reduced to

[38:47] ash. The kingdom's economy, once

[38:50] thriving, was in tatters. Worse still,

[38:52] the destruction of critical food

[38:54] supplies and the horde's control over

[38:55] fertile lands threatened a grim future

[38:57] for Stormwind City itself, which faced

[39:00] the prospect of famine within

[39:02] months. Seizing on this advantage,

[39:05] Warchief Blackhand devised a bold

[39:07] strategy. The Horde would march north to

[39:09] claim the Red Ridge Mountains, using

[39:11] them as a staging ground for a direct

[39:12] assault on

[39:13] Stormwind. Confident in their

[39:15] superiority, the Horde advanced into the

[39:17] Red Ridge Foothills with minimal

[39:19] resistance. To them, it seemed the

[39:21] humans were too broken to mount a

[39:22] defense before the Horde reached the

[39:24] city's gates. This belief played

[39:26] perfectly into the hands of Commander

[39:28] Anduin Lothar, who had carefully

[39:30] orchestrated their

[39:32] complacency. When an orc raiding party

[39:34] led by Blackhand himself ventured deeper

[39:36] into the Red Ridge Mountains, aiming to

[39:38] capture the town of Lakeshshire, Lothar

[39:40] sprang his trap. Without warning, his

[39:43] knights thundered down the slopes,

[39:44] encircling the orcs in a breathtakingly

[39:46] swift and devastating ambush. The

[39:49] raiders, though fierce, were overwhelmed

[39:51] by the suddenness and precision of the

[39:53] attack. Nearly all of them fell beneath

[39:55] the blades of Lothar's forces. In the

[39:58] heat of battle, Lothar came perilously

[40:00] close to slaying Blackhand, but two

[40:02] Shadow Council warlocks accompanying the

[40:04] wararchief intervened. Their Fellfire

[40:06] turned the tide just enough to force

[40:08] Lothar to retreat. Though Blackhand

[40:10] survived, the encounter left him

[40:12] humiliated. His close brush with death

[40:14] nodded his pride and his fury turned

[40:17] toward the shadow council warlocks who

[40:18] had saved him. Blaming them for failing

[40:21] to detect the ambush, he executed the

[40:23] two spellcasters on the spot. An act of

[40:25] rage that deeply angered

[40:28] Gul'dan. The loss of his subordinates,

[40:30] already limited in number, was a blow to

[40:32] the Shadow Council's influence, sewing

[40:34] seeds of tension within the Horde's

[40:36] leadership. Despite the Horde's initial

[40:38] setback, they returned weeks later with

[40:40] a larger force. This time they crushed

[40:43] the human defenders and seized

[40:44] Lakeshshire along with its surrounding

[40:47] lands. While Blackhanded claimed his

[40:49] prize, the cost of his hubris and the

[40:51] brewing discord within his ranks hinted

[40:53] at cracks forming beneath the Horde's

[40:55] seemingly unstoppable advance. For both

[40:57] sides, the battle for Azeroth was only

[40:59] growing more dangerous and

[41:01] unpredictable. With Brightwood,

[41:02] Westfall, and the Red Ridge Mountains

[41:04] already under Horde control, the orcs

[41:06] turned their attention to the heart of

[41:08] the kingdom of Stormwind, its capital,

[41:10] Stormwind City.

[41:12] Thousands of horde soldiers marched

[41:14] relentlessly through Elwin forest. Their

[41:16] numbers so vast they encircled the city,

[41:19] cutting off all access except by sea.

[41:22] Warchief Blackhand entrusted the assault

[41:23] to two of his fiercest lieutenants.

[41:26] Kilrog Dead Eye of the Bleeding Hollow

[41:27] Clan and Chogall of the Twilight's

[41:30] Hammer. Together, they prepared to

[41:32] deliver what they believed would be the

[41:33] final blow.

[41:35] Throughout the night, the Horde siege

[41:37] engines hurled boulders and flaming

[41:38] projectiles at Stormwind's walls,

[41:40] shaking the city to its core. As dawn

[41:43] broke, Kilrog and Shogal launched their

[41:45] assault. Orc warriors surged toward the

[41:48] battlements in waves while warlocks

[41:49] unleashed torrents of fellfire,

[41:51] engulfing Stormwind's defenders in a

[41:53] blaze of chaos. The city soldiers fought

[41:56] valiantly, but their losses were

[41:58] devastating. By midday, it seemed

[42:00] inevitable that Stormwind would fall.

[42:03] Then a sudden clamor rose from the

[42:05] horde's rear lines. Shouts of alarm in

[42:07] the clash of steel echoed through the

[42:09] forest as the unexpected unfolded.

[42:11] Commander Anduin Lothar and the majority

[42:13] of Stormwinds knights had arrived,

[42:15] attacking the Horde from

[42:17] behind. In a daring maneuver, Lothar had

[42:20] transported his forces by sea, landing

[42:22] them beyond the Horde's encirclement.

[42:24] Now they charged through L1 forest,

[42:27] catching the Orc rear guard completely

[42:28] unprepared.

[42:30] The battlefield erupted into chaos as

[42:32] Kilrog and Choal scrambled to reposition

[42:34] their forces. Stormwind's great gates

[42:37] swung open. Fresh waves of soldiers

[42:39] poured out, launching a devastating

[42:41] counterattack. With Lothar's knights

[42:43] hammering the rear and Stormwind's

[42:45] forces pressing the front, the Horde was

[42:47] utterly

[42:48] outflanked. Orcs fell by the hundreds,

[42:51] their ranks thrown into disarray. Facing

[42:54] mounting casualties and with no room to

[42:56] regroup, Kilrog and Choal had no choice

[42:59] but to order a retreat. What was

[43:01] intended to be the Horde's moment of

[43:03] triumph became their greatest disaster.

[43:05] Blackhand's fury was boundless. The

[43:07] wararchief came perilously close to

[43:09] executing both Kilro and Choal for their

[43:11] failure, but stayed his hand. Knowing

[43:14] their clans might rebel if their leaders

[43:15] were slain. Instead, he ordered the

[43:17] Horde to withdraw to Red Ridge, where

[43:19] they would regroup and plot a new

[43:21] strategy.

[43:22] The loss was a humiliating blow, one

[43:24] that exposed vulnerabilities in the

[43:26] Horde's seemingly unstoppable

[43:28] campaign. Unbeknouncsted to the Horde,

[43:30] Stormwind's victory had not been mere

[43:32] chance. Lothar and King Lane had

[43:35] prepared for the attack after receiving

[43:36] critical

[43:37] intelligence. Khadgar, the young

[43:39] apprentice of Medivh, had uncovered the

[43:41] Horde's battle plans through Garona, the

[43:43] half orc spy whose loyalties wavered

[43:45] between her people and her human allies.

[43:48] Armed with this knowledge, Lothar and

[43:50] his forces had turned what should have

[43:51] been the kingdom's darkest hour into a

[43:53] moment of defiance that would echo

[43:55] through

[43:56] history. The Horde's retreat gave

[43:58] Stormwind a fleeting reprieve. But the

[44:00] war was far from over. The question

[44:02] lingered. How long could the kingdom

[44:04] stand against such a relentless foe? For

[44:07] now, however, the soldiers of Stormwind

[44:09] stood victorious, their faith in Lothar

[44:12] and their king stronger than ever. After

[44:14] the orcish horde's initial assault on

[44:16] Stormwind keep, they had learned enough

[44:18] about human tactics to refine their

[44:20] strategy. Warchief Blackhand, determined

[44:23] to strengthen the Horde's position,

[44:24] entrusted Orgrim Doomhammer with the

[44:26] task of establishing a forward outpost

[44:28] in the Swamp of Sorrows. The orders were

[44:30] clear. Build at least six farms to

[44:32] sustain the troops and build a barracks

[44:34] to protect the settlement and then

[44:36] create a strategic foothold. The

[44:38] outpost, named Kairos, was to serve as a

[44:41] launching point for Orgam's next

[44:43] campaign.

[44:44] From this swampy stronghold, Orgram led

[44:46] his forces with unrelenting

[44:48] determination, crushing any opposition

[44:50] in their path. Their first major test

[44:53] came at Grand Hamlet. Under Blackhand's

[44:55] command, Orgam constructed a makeshift

[44:57] outpost nearby to prepare for the

[44:59] assault. When the time came, his troops

[45:01] struck with ruthless efficiency. Grand

[45:04] Hamlet was burned to the ground, leaving

[45:06] no survivors. Its destruction a chilling

[45:08] testament to the Horde's growing

[45:11] dominance. Amidst this campaign of

[45:13] conquest, internal strife threatened the

[45:15] Horde's cohesion. A messenger brought

[45:17] grim news to Orgrim. Gracelilda,

[45:20] Blackhand's rebellious daughter, had

[45:21] fled with the outlaw Turok and his band

[45:23] of ogres. Furious at this betrayal,

[45:26] Blackhand ordered Orrim to handle the

[45:27] matter personally. Tracking the

[45:29] fugitives to the dungeons beneath the

[45:32] deadmines, Orgrim led a small party of

[45:34] warriors into the dark labyrinthine

[45:36] tunnels. Tur Rock and his ogres fought

[45:38] savagely, but were no match for

[45:40] Doomhammer's might. Gracelilda herself

[45:42] fell alongside them, a bitter end to a

[45:45] daughter's

[45:48] defiance. Upon returning from the dead

[45:50] mines, Orum was met with yet another

[45:52] crisis. Scouts reported that a newly

[45:55] established outpost near Redidge

[45:56] Mountains was under siege by human

[45:58] forces. With no time to waste, Orgam

[46:01] dispatched raiders to reinforce the

[46:02] position. Together, they drove back the

[46:05] attackers and secured the outpost. But

[46:08] Orgrim's work was far from

[46:10] over. Determined to root out the source

[46:12] of the human assault, he ordered his

[46:13] troops to scour the surrounding area.

[46:16] When they located the enemy encampment,

[46:18] Morgram led a decisive attack, utterly

[46:20] annihilating it and ensuring the threat

[46:22] was permanently

[46:24] extinguished. Blackhand, ever ambitious,

[46:26] had grander plans for his forces. He

[46:29] ordered Orrim to lead an army to Sunny

[46:31] Glade, a prosperous human town known for

[46:34] its mage tower. The wararchief sought to

[46:36] plunder the tower's secrets and learn

[46:38] how the humans wielded

[46:39] magic. Sunny Glade citizens, complacent

[46:42] in their prosperity, were unprepared for

[46:44] the Horde's ferocity. The town's

[46:46] defenders crumbled, their armies

[46:48] shattered before the might of

[46:49] Doomhammer's forces. True to Blackhand's

[46:51] instructions, the Mage Tower was spared

[46:53] from destruction. left standing as a

[46:55] potential treasure trove of arcane

[46:57] knowledge. Through ruthless conquest and

[46:59] unwavering discipline, Orgrim Doomhammer

[47:02] continued to carve a path of destruction

[47:03] across the lands of men. Yet, with each

[47:06] victory, the stakes grew higher, and the

[47:08] Horde's hunger for domination burned

[47:10] ever brighter. It was clear that their

[47:12] ambition stretched far beyond mere

[47:13] conquest. They sought to reshape the

[47:16] very world in their image. The Kingdom

[47:18] of Storm was desperate for a resolution

[47:20] to the relentless orcish onslaught. So

[47:22] they sent emissaries to parlay with the

[47:24] Horde. Yet if any returned, it was only

[47:27] in gruesome fragments. A stark message

[47:30] that the orcs had no interest in

[47:33] diplomacy. The mages of Stormwind turned

[47:35] to the esteemed Kieran of Deran, seeking

[47:38] their aid against the growing threat.

[47:40] But the Kieran Tour dismissed the orcs

[47:41] as little more than a minor local

[47:43] nuisance. Unwilling to divert their

[47:45] resources to a seemingly distant

[47:47] problem. Amid this turmoil, King Lane

[47:50] sought to test the metal of one of his

[47:51] most trusted champions, the defender of

[47:53] the crown. He appointed this figure as

[47:56] regent over a small parcel of land. A

[47:58] test not only of leadership, but of

[48:00] foresight and strategy. Under the

[48:02] defender stewardship, the town was

[48:04] transformed into a thriving farming

[48:05] center with six new farms established to

[48:07] bolster food supplies for Stormwind's

[48:09] belleaguered

[48:10] troops. Recognizing the danger of orc

[48:12] patrols reported nearby, the defender

[48:15] also oversaw the construction of a

[48:16] barracks to protect the settlement. The

[48:18] patrols, though few in number, were

[48:20] swiftly eradicated by the defender's

[48:22] forces, securing the region for the time

[48:25] being. The peace did not last. Spies

[48:28] soon reported troubling news. The orcs

[48:30] near Grand Hamlet were assembling a

[48:32] formidable army. Their sight set on the

[48:34] town. Responding to the threat, King

[48:37] Lane dispatched the defender of the

[48:38] crown, accompanied by a small detachment

[48:40] of troops to rally the town's folk and

[48:43] prepare for the looming battle. Through

[48:45] sheer determination and inspiring

[48:46] leadership, the defender managed to

[48:48] unite the people of Grand Hamlet into a

[48:50] capable militia. When the Horde's forces

[48:53] arrived, they were met with fierce

[48:54] resistance. Against all odds, the town

[48:56] was saved and Blackhand raiding parties

[48:59] were decisively routed. With Grand

[49:01] Hamlet secured, the focus shifted to

[49:02] ensuring lasting peace in the region.

[49:05] The defender of the crown identified the

[49:06] source of the Orca's threat, the outpost

[49:08] of Kyros, the staging ground for the

[49:10] Horde's final

[49:12] assault. Determined to eliminate this

[49:14] stronghold, the defender established a

[49:16] small encampment near the outpost,

[49:17] gathering troops for a decisive strike.

[49:20] When the time came, they marched on

[49:22] Kyros with unwavering resolve. The

[49:24] battle was hard fought, but under the

[49:26] defender's command, the Orcish outpost

[49:28] was utterly destroyed, leaving the Horde

[49:30] in

[49:31] disarray. Through bravery and strategic

[49:33] acumen, the defender of the crown had

[49:35] not only saved Grand Hamlet, but dealt a

[49:37] critical blow to the Horde's operations

[49:38] in the area. Yet, even as the dust

[49:41] settled, there was an unspoken

[49:42] understanding that the war was far from

[49:44] over.

[49:46] It had been nearly 20 months since Sir

[49:48] Andowin Lothar, the king's champion, had

[49:50] led an ill- fated expedition into the

[49:52] dead mines in search of the legendary

[49:53] tome of divinity. No word had been heard

[49:56] from him or his companion since, and

[49:58] many believed and lost forever. That is

[50:00] until the abbott of Northshshire Abbey

[50:02] claimed to have seen a vision of Lothar,

[50:04] a battered and desperate pleading for

[50:05] aid. The vision stirred King Lane into

[50:08] action. Determined to rescue his most

[50:10] trusted warrior, the king sent the

[50:13] defender of the crown along with a band

[50:14] of seasoned warriors and skilled healers

[50:16] into the depths of the dead mines to

[50:17] uncover Lothar's fate. The mines were a

[50:20] perilous labyrinth crawling with ogres.

[50:22] But the defender of the crown led the

[50:24] group with courage and precision,

[50:26] cutting a bloody swath through the

[50:27] monstrous ranks. Deep within the

[50:30] twisting tunnels, they found Sir Andin

[50:32] Lothar and several members of his

[50:33] expedition, gravely wounded, but alive.

[50:37] The healers worked swiftly, mending

[50:38] their injuries on the spot. Though

[50:40] weakened, Lothar was revived and soon

[50:42] returned to his duties as a king's

[50:44] champion. His survival a beacon of hope

[50:46] for the kingdom. Not long after, King

[50:49] Lane bolstered the defender of the

[50:50] crown's efforts to rid Elwan Forest of

[50:52] the Horde's dark influence. A contingent

[50:55] of knights was assigned to his command,

[50:57] establishing a forward outpost at the

[50:58] forest southeastern edge. From there,

[51:01] they launched an assault on a nearby orc

[51:03] encampment. The Orcish warriors were

[51:05] crushed and their defeat secured a vital

[51:07] foothold in the borderlands,

[51:08] strengthening Stormwind's defenses

[51:10] against further

[51:11] incursions. The defender's next mission

[51:14] came swiftly. Norshshire Abbey, a sacred

[51:17] haven, had come under siege, not by

[51:19] orcs, but by misguided human warriors

[51:21] manipulated by enemy agents to rebel

[51:23] against the crown. The defender, now

[51:26] reinforced by a platoon of knights,

[51:27] rallied his forces and arrived just in

[51:29] time to save the Aby's monks. Having

[51:31] driven off the attackers, the defender

[51:33] pressed onward, tracking the rebellion

[51:35] to its source. In a decisive battle, the

[51:37] rebel stronghold was obliterated,

[51:39] restoring peace to the region.

[51:41] Meanwhile, grim news arrived from Sunny

[51:43] Glade. The town had fallen completely to

[51:45] the Horde, its surviving citizens

[51:47] enslaved and taken to a hidden compound

[51:49] deep in Orcish

[51:51] territory. Scouts confirmed that the

[51:53] prisoners were concentrated in one

[51:54] location, and a path for their escape

[51:56] could only be created by destroying a

[51:57] fortified enclosure. Without hesitation,

[52:00] the defender of the crown led a

[52:02] detachment of warriors into the heart of

[52:03] the enemy's camp. They crushed the

[52:05] orcish forces and dismantled the

[52:07] enclosure, freeing the enslaved citizens

[52:09] of Sunny

[52:10] Glade. With the town's folk liberated,

[52:13] efforts to rebuild Sunlade began in

[52:15] earnest. A testament to the resilience

[52:17] of Stormwind's people. Yet, even as the

[52:19] kingdom celebrated its hard-one

[52:21] victories, the shadow of war loomed ever

[52:23] larger, and the defender of the crown

[52:25] knew that many battles still lay ahead.

[52:27] Each victory was a step forward, but the

[52:29] road to peace remained long and

[52:32] perilous. After the devastating fall of

[52:34] Sunnyade, the orcs had mastered their

[52:36] newly acquired magic, harnessing its

[52:38] destructive power to fuel their campaign

[52:39] of conquest. Emboldened by this newfound

[52:42] strength, they prepared to wipe out the

[52:44] last vestigages of human resistance in

[52:45] the nearby lands. South of Orgrim

[52:48] Doomhammer's encampment lay two key

[52:50] outposts of the kingdom of Stormwind,

[52:51] vital to the defense of the realm.

[52:53] Orcish scouts, after carefully surveying

[52:55] the area, devised a strategy. Hold back

[52:58] the human forces at their bridges,

[52:59] bottling them up while bolstering the

[53:00] hord's ranks for an overwhelming

[53:02] assault. Once their forces were primed,

[53:04] the horde struck with brutal precision.

[53:07] The outposts were obliterated and every

[53:08] human defender was cut down, leaving the

[53:11] southern reaches in flames. The triumph

[53:13] in northern Elwin forest further fueled

[53:15] Orgam's ambitions. It became clear to

[53:17] him that one decisive blow could shatter

[53:19] the kingdom of Stormwind, paving the way

[53:21] for total domination. His spies

[53:24] uncovered critical intelligence, a

[53:26] training encampment near the kingdom's

[53:28] heart, where knights and soldiers honed

[53:29] their skills. The humans, unaware of the

[53:32] Horde's proximity, were unprepared for

[53:34] what came next. Or's forces descended

[53:37] upon the encampment in a ferocious

[53:39] surprise attack, slaughtering everyone

[53:41] and reducing the site to smoldering

[53:43] ruins. With the destruction of this

[53:45] vital stronghold, the kingdom's military

[53:47] strength was significantly weakened,

[53:49] leaving them vulnerable to the Horde's

[53:50] relentless advance. The path to

[53:53] Stormwind Keep, King Lane seat of power,

[53:55] now lay open. Only two settlements stood

[53:57] between the Orcish Horde and the

[53:59] capital. The twin cities of Goldshshire

[54:01] and Moonbrook. These bustling hubs were

[54:04] lifelines for the kingdom, connecting

[54:05] the people to their

[54:07] king. Connecting the people to their

[54:09] king. Orram, understanding their

[54:11] strategic importance, ordered their

[54:13] complete and utter destruction. The

[54:15] Horde marched upon the Twin Cities,

[54:17] their war cries echoing through the

[54:18] land. The battles were fierce and

[54:21] bloody, but the Horde's might was

[54:23] unstoppable. Both cities were burned to

[54:25] the ground, their defenders slain, their

[54:27] citizens left to flee or perish. The

[54:30] destruction severed Stormwind's

[54:31] connections to its people, isolating the

[54:33] capital and leaving it as the kingdom's

[54:35] last bastion of hope. With Goldshshire

[54:37] and Moonbrook reduced to ash, the final

[54:39] march on Stormwind city was at hand. The

[54:42] hour of reckoning had arrived for the

[54:44] kingdom of Stormwind as the orcish horde

[54:46] prepared to bring their campaign of

[54:47] terror to its ultimate

[54:49] conclusion. The shadow of the horde

[54:51] loomed over the capital and all that

[54:52] remained was for Orgrim to strike the

[54:54] final fatal

[54:56] blow. Khadgar and Garona were the first

[54:59] to uncover the chilling truth about

[55:00] Medivh that he had betrayed Azeroth by

[55:03] aiding the Orcish Horde in their

[55:04] invasion.

[55:05] Determined to understand the origins of

[55:07] the dark portal and the Horde's arrival,

[55:09] Garona urged Khadgar to summon a vision

[55:11] of the past. Together, they peered into

[55:13] the flow of time, witnessing a haunting

[55:15] scene. In the vision, the warlock

[55:18] Gul'dan knelt as he received

[55:19] instructions from a shadowed figure who

[55:21] called himself the guardian. Khadgar and

[55:23] Garona's worst fears were confirmed. The

[55:26] guardian was Medivh. Horrified by their

[55:29] discovery, the pair fled Karazan,

[55:31] determined to bring this dire news to

[55:32] King Lane and his knight champion, Andy

[55:35] Lothar. Lothar, a man of decisive

[55:37] action, believed their tale without

[55:40] hesitation. King Lane, however, required

[55:42] time to consider the gravity of the

[55:44] accusation. Unwilling to wait, Lothar

[55:47] took matters into his own hands. In the

[55:49] stillness of Pre-dawn, he roused Garona

[55:52] and Khadgar from their quarters.

[55:54] Quietly, he led them to one of Stormwind

[55:55] Keep's towering spires, where a group of

[55:58] griffins awaited them, which were gifts

[56:00] from the dwarves of Kasmadan.

[56:02] Accompanied by a small contingent of

[56:03] loyal footmen, Lothar prepared for an

[56:06] urgent journey to Karazhan, entrusting

[56:08] the defense of Stormwind City to

[56:09] Gavinrad the Dire in his

[56:12] absence. The company soared through the

[56:14] skies, reaching the ominous spire of

[56:16] Karazhan with haste. Inside, they found

[56:19] no trace of Medivh. The tower seemed

[56:21] eerily vacant, its halls whispering with

[56:23] an unnatural

[56:25] stillness. Just as they prepared to

[56:27] leave, Arona discovered a concealed door

[56:29] hidden among the

[56:30] shadows. The passage led to an inverted

[56:33] reflection of Karazhan, a bizarre

[56:35] otherworldly mirror of the tower

[56:38] above. Descending into this labyrinth,

[56:40] the group triggered one of Medivh's many

[56:42] arcane traps. A horde of demonic beasts

[56:44] materialized, barring their path.

[56:47] Bothar and his men held the creatures at

[56:49] bay in a desperate fight, their swords

[56:51] flashing as they battle against

[56:52] overwhelming

[56:54] odds. Meanwhile, Khadgar and Garona

[56:57] pressed forward, venturing deeper into

[56:58] the twisted corridors of the inverse

[57:01] tower. Finally, their journey ended in a

[57:04] strange mirrored

[57:06] observatory. There, standing at the

[57:08] heart of this arcane chaos, was Medivh

[57:10] himself. Medivh stood before Khadgar and

[57:12] Garona, his presence radiating an

[57:14] unhealthy menace. His voice, both calm

[57:17] and terrible, confirmed their worst

[57:19] fears. He was not merely Medivh, the

[57:21] guardian of Tyrus Fall, but Sargeras,

[57:24] the fallen titan, whose dark influence

[57:26] had twisted the mage's soul. The war

[57:29] with the orcish horde was not merely a

[57:30] coincidence, but part of a plan

[57:32] centuries in the making. Free Sargeras's

[57:34] physical form from his tomb and bring

[57:36] about the utter annihilation of Azeroth.

[57:39] As Medivh revealed his sinister

[57:40] intentions, Garona, unable to bear his

[57:42] words any longer, lunged at him with her

[57:44] dagger. But the mages, ever vigilant,

[57:47] turned her assault aside with the spell,

[57:49] sending her reeling backward. The battle

[57:52] began in earnest with Khadgar and Garona

[57:54] throwing everything they had at the

[57:55] corrupted guardian. Yet Medi's power,

[57:57] amplified by the essence of Sargeras,

[57:59] was far beyond their

[58:01] capabilities. The duo fought valiantly,

[58:03] but it wasn't long before they were

[58:05] beaten down, kneeling and bloodied.

[58:08] Their strength nearly spent.

[58:10] Medivh raised his hand, arcane energy

[58:12] crackling as he prepared to deliver a

[58:14] killing blow to

[58:15] Khadgar. But at that very moment, the

[58:18] clash of steel echoed through the

[58:19] chamber as Anu and Lothar arrived. His

[58:21] blade glinted in the unnatural light,

[58:23] and with a roar, he charged his former

[58:25] friend, forcing Medivh to shift his

[58:27] focus. The duel between Lothar and

[58:30] Medivh was fierce and heart-wrenching.

[58:32] Lothar fought not just for Azeroth, but

[58:34] against the man who had once been his

[58:35] closest ally. Yet even Lothar's

[58:37] unmatched skill in battle was no match

[58:39] for Adiv's dark

[58:41] magic. As the fight wore on, Lothar was

[58:44] gravely wounded, staggering but defiant.

[58:48] His intervention, however, had given

[58:49] Khadgar a chance. While Medivh was

[58:52] preoccupied, Khadgar moved silently

[58:54] through the shadows, positioning himself

[58:56] for a final strike. The mages, sensing

[58:58] victory, turned back to where Khadgar

[59:00] had fallen, only to find the young mage

[59:02] gone. Before he could react, Khadgar

[59:05] emerged from the shadows, his rune

[59:07] inscribed sword aimed at Medivh's heart.

[59:10] Without hesitation, Khadgar plunged the

[59:11] blade into the guardian's chest, dealing

[59:13] a mortal

[59:14] blow. As Medivh faltered, the room

[59:17] erupted with a dreadful howl. Sargeras,

[59:20] the demon lord, began to tear free from

[59:22] Adiv's dying body, his dark essence

[59:24] clawing at reality. But before the Titan

[59:27] could fully emerge, Lothar, mustering

[59:29] the last of his strength, swung his

[59:30] sword in a final decisive stroke,

[59:33] severing Medivh's head. With that,

[59:35] Sargeras's essence dissipated into

[59:37] nothingness, and Medivh, the once great

[59:40] guardian, fell silent forever. He became

[59:43] the first Guardian of Tyrus fall to die

[59:45] in combat in

[59:47] centuries. Medivh's death sent shock

[59:49] waves across Azeroth. Gul'dan, who had

[59:51] been mentally probing Medivh's mind at

[59:53] the moment of his death, fell into a

[59:55] deep coma, leaving the Horde

[59:57] leaderless. Orgam Doomhammer, ever

[59:59] optimistic, seized the moment. He

[1:00:02] challenged Blackhand for leadership of

[1:00:03] the Horde in a brutal duel of supremacy

[1:00:05] and emerged

[1:00:07] victorious. With Blackhand slain, Orgam

[1:00:09] assumed command of the Horde, setting

[1:00:11] the stage for a new and bloodier chapter

[1:00:13] to the

[1:00:14] war. The Orcish Horde gathered like a

[1:00:16] storm on the horizon, brimming with

[1:00:18] savage anticipation. The moment of

[1:00:20] destiny was upon them. The growls of

[1:00:23] wolf riders echoed through the air as

[1:00:24] they spurred their monstrous mounts into

[1:00:26] a bloodthirsty

[1:00:27] frenzy. The ground trembled under the

[1:00:29] weight of the war machines as catapults

[1:00:31] were heaveed into position. Their

[1:00:33] payloads of fiery destruction ready to

[1:00:35] rain upon the human stronghold. Under

[1:00:38] the iron leadership of Orgrim

[1:00:39] Doomhammer, the horde unleashed its fury

[1:00:41] upon Stormwind Keep. The catapults

[1:00:43] roared to life, hurling flaming boulders

[1:00:45] that shattered walls and set the city

[1:00:47] ablaze.

[1:00:48] The bulk of the horde surged forward

[1:00:50] like a relentless tide, hammering the

[1:00:52] main gate, while the ruthless Black

[1:00:54] Rockck clan stormed the eastern wall,

[1:00:56] their war cries piercing the night.

[1:00:59] Within moments, the grand halls of

[1:01:00] Stormwind were illuminated by the

[1:01:02] flickering flames of destruction.

[1:01:04] Shadows riding on the stone walls as if

[1:01:05] the keep itself were alive with

[1:01:08] despair. Inside, the militia scrambled

[1:01:10] to combat the inferno. Their strength

[1:01:12] stretched thin as they fought to save

[1:01:13] their home. Yet, even as the defenders

[1:01:16] struggled, a darker deed was unfolding

[1:01:18] within the keep. Garona, the half orc

[1:01:20] emissary moved silently through the

[1:01:22] chaos. Due to Med's mind games and

[1:01:25] Gul'dan's lingering hold on her mind,

[1:01:27] she was compelled to follow the order

[1:01:28] set out by the shadow council. She

[1:01:30] sought out King Lane. Her mission was

[1:01:33] clear. As long as a strong heart sat on

[1:01:35] Stormwind's throne, the resolve of the

[1:01:37] people would not

[1:01:39] waver. Under the pretense of delivering

[1:01:41] her report, Garona struck. With swift

[1:01:44] precision, she assassinated King Lane,

[1:01:46] silencing the heart of the kingdom. But

[1:01:48] she was unaware that Vyian had witnessed

[1:01:50] her murder his father. But while Vyian

[1:01:53] wanted revenge, he couldn't understand

[1:01:55] why Garona had tears streaming down her

[1:01:56] face as she committed the act. She had

[1:01:59] grown to see King Lane as a friend, but

[1:02:01] couldn't stop herself from killing him.

[1:02:03] The light in his eyes faded as the blow

[1:02:04] landed. The spirit of Stormwind's

[1:02:06] defenders was extinguished. Word of the

[1:02:09] king's death spread like wildfire and

[1:02:11] the morale of the soldiers crumbled.

[1:02:13] Without their steadfast leader, the men

[1:02:15] faltered and the tide of the horde

[1:02:17] became

[1:02:19] unstoppable. As dawn broke over the

[1:02:21] smoldering ruins, Stormwind Keep lay in

[1:02:23] the hands of the Orcish Horde. The once

[1:02:26] proud city had fallen, and its defenders

[1:02:28] were scattered or slain. The death of

[1:02:30] King Lane marked the end of an era for

[1:02:32] the Kingdom of Stormwind. And the

[1:02:34] Horde's victory heralded the beginning

[1:02:36] of a dark chapter for Azeroth. Yet, even

[1:02:39] in the shadow of defeat, whispers of

[1:02:41] defiance lingered. Seeds of hope that

[1:02:43] would one day rise from the ashes of

[1:02:45] despair. That's going to do it for this

[1:02:46] one. I don't ask for this very often,

[1:02:48] but if you did enjoy it, maybe consider

[1:02:50] liking and subscribing. It helps the

[1:02:52] channel out. But with all that said,

[1:02:53] hopefully you did enjoy. I'll see you in

[1:02:55] the next one. Do take care of yourself.

[1:02:57] Driven by a vision to reshape the Horde

[1:02:59] into an honorable and unified force,

[1:03:01] Orgrim Doomhammer sought to root out the

[1:03:03] corruption festering within its ranks.

[1:03:05] His suspicions turned to Corona, whose

[1:03:08] dual heritage made her a pawn to powers

[1:03:10] beyond her control. Capturing her, Organ

[1:03:12] subjected her to relentless

[1:03:14] interrogation. Her mixed blood made her

[1:03:16] less resilient to pain than her orcish

[1:03:18] kin, and it wasn't long before she broke

[1:03:20] under the strain, revealing the shadow

[1:03:22] council's existence and its secret

[1:03:24] location. Armed with this knowledge,

[1:03:26] Orgrim wasted no time. He stormed into

[1:03:28] the council's clandestine meeting. His

[1:03:30] fury as unrelenting as his hammer. The

[1:03:33] warlocks who had wielded power from the

[1:03:35] shadows for so long found themselves

[1:03:36] powerless against his might. One by one,

[1:03:39] Orgam struck them down. Their twisted

[1:03:41] magic no match for his righteous

[1:03:43] path. Only a handful survived the

[1:03:46] slaughter. Shogal, the cunning ogre

[1:03:48] mage, and Guldan, the mastermind of the

[1:03:50] council among them. Though Orgrim

[1:03:53] despised Gul'dan, he recognized the

[1:03:55] necessity of

[1:03:56] compromise, the Horde's future demanded

[1:03:58] strength, and Gul'dan's dark power could

[1:04:00] still be of use. Reluctantly, Orgrim

[1:04:03] struck an uneasy alliance with the

[1:04:05] Warlock, binding him under strict terms

[1:04:07] that ensured Gul'dan's ambitions would

[1:04:09] remain unleashed for now. With the

[1:04:12] Shadow Council dismantled and Gul'dan

[1:04:14] brought to heal, Orgam turned his gaze

[1:04:16] outward. The foundations of a new horde

[1:04:18] were laid, one tempered by Orgam's

[1:04:21] vision of strength and

[1:04:22] discipline. The preparations for the

[1:04:24] second war began in earnest. The echoes

[1:04:27] of the first conflict still fresh in

[1:04:29] their minds of all who had

[1:04:31] survived. As the drums of war beat once

[1:04:34] more, Orgrim Doomhammer stood at the

[1:04:37] helm of the Horde, determined to lead it

[1:04:39] into an era of conquest and perhaps

[1:04:41] redemption. The path ahead will be

[1:04:43] fraught with peril, betrayal, and

[1:04:45] bloodshed. But for Orram, the dream of a

[1:04:47] united an honorable horde was worth

[1:04:49] every

[1:04:52] sacrifice. With Stormwind in ruins and

[1:04:55] the Horde's forces overwhelming, Andrew

[1:04:57] and Lothar faced a grim reality. There

[1:04:59] was no victory to be had. The kingdom of

[1:05:02] Stormwind was lost. Yet, even in the

[1:05:05] face of such despair, Lothar refused to

[1:05:08] surrender entirely. Rallying the

[1:05:10] battered remnants of the army and as

[1:05:12] many civilians as he could, he led a

[1:05:14] desperate exodus across the sea. Their

[1:05:17] destination was the northern kingdom of

[1:05:18] Lordon, where Lothar hoped to gain the

[1:05:20] aid of King Tyrannis Menithl

[1:05:22] I. The retreat was fraught with peril.

[1:05:25] Not all survivors could escape in time.

[1:05:28] And among the pursuing horde was the

[1:05:30] orcish hunter Ziggras, who became a dark

[1:05:33] legend for his ruthless pursuit of

[1:05:34] fleeing refugees. Ziggris hunted the

[1:05:37] defenseless for sport. his cruelty

[1:05:40] adding to the list of horrors that

[1:05:41] haunted the

[1:05:42] survivors. Upon reaching Lordon, Lothar

[1:05:45] delivered an impassioned plea to King

[1:05:47] Tyrannis in his court, recounting the

[1:05:49] horrors of the Horde and the stakes for

[1:05:50] all of humanity. His speech galvanized

[1:05:53] the king, who immediately called for an

[1:05:55] emergency council of war. In a masterful

[1:05:57] display of diplomacy, Tyrannis

[1:05:59] petitioned the rulers of Strongguard,

[1:06:01] Culty, Alterak, Gilaeus, and the magical

[1:06:03] city of Deran to unite against the

[1:06:05] Orcish threat. The response was mixed.

[1:06:08] Most of the human nations pledged their

[1:06:10] allegiance to the burgeoning alliance,

[1:06:12] recognizing that unity was their only

[1:06:14] hope of survival. Yet there were

[1:06:16] dissenters. King Pyold of Altter

[1:06:18] hesitated. His fear of the Hord's might

[1:06:21] outweighing his loyalty to humanity.

[1:06:23] King Gen Grey of Gilaeas, ever proud and

[1:06:25] isolationist, believed his kingdom could

[1:06:27] stand alone and withheld his support.

[1:06:29] Despite these cracks in unity, the

[1:06:31] alliance was forged and preparations for

[1:06:33] the Second War began in

[1:06:35] earnest. Years after the war's end, a

[1:06:37] solemn monument was erected to honor

[1:06:39] those who had fallen in defense of

[1:06:41] Azeroth. The stone of remembrance

[1:06:43] standing proudly at Hero's Vigil in the

[1:06:45] heart of the stone Karen Lake became a

[1:06:47] symbol of sacrifice and

[1:06:49] resilience. Its inscription served as a

[1:06:51] reminder of the countless lives lost and

[1:06:53] the courage of those who stood against

[1:06:55] overwhelming odds, ensuring that their

[1:06:57] memory would endure through the ages.

[1:07:01] Warchief Orrim Doomhammer sought to

[1:07:03] understand his enemy beyond the

[1:07:04] battlefield. From captured prisoners, he

[1:07:06] gained valuable insights into human

[1:07:08] culture and politics, eventually

[1:07:10] grasping the immense strategic and

[1:07:12] symbolic value of Lord Ron's capital

[1:07:14] city. Its fall would shatter human

[1:07:17] morale and solidify the Horde's

[1:07:18] dominance. But such an ambitious

[1:07:20] conquest required mightier weapons than

[1:07:22] the Horde currently possessed.

[1:07:24] Four years had passed since the orcs

[1:07:26] first set foot on Azeroth, and constant

[1:07:28] war had taken its toll. The Horde's once

[1:07:31] great strength was now stretched thin,

[1:07:33] and their efforts to scavenge

[1:07:34] Stormwind's ruins yielded little of

[1:07:37] value. The kingdom's infrastructure was

[1:07:39] in shambles, offering no easy means to

[1:07:41] rebuild their war machine. But amidst

[1:07:43] these challenges, hope stirred in the

[1:07:45] form of the Dragon Maw Clan. In their

[1:07:48] relentless pursuit of power, the Dragon

[1:07:50] Maul had unearthed a relic of

[1:07:51] unimaginable power, the Demon Soul. An

[1:07:54] ancient artifact forged in the fire to

[1:07:56] the War of the

[1:07:58] Ancients. Though its true power remained

[1:08:00] locked away, its potential was

[1:08:02] undeniable. Tasked with unraveling its

[1:08:04] secrets, Necro Skullcrusher began the

[1:08:06] painstaking work of unlocking the

[1:08:08] artifact's full destructive

[1:08:09] capabilities.

[1:08:11] With time, Doomhammer believed the demon

[1:08:13] soul would tip the scales in the Horde's

[1:08:14] favor, paving the way for the conquest

[1:08:16] of Lord Ron and the total subjugation of

[1:08:21] Azeroth. The orcs had recently forged a

[1:08:23] tenuous alliance with the Ammani forest

[1:08:25] trolls, a savage tribe whose hatred for

[1:08:28] humanity burned as fiercely as the orc's

[1:08:30] thirst for

[1:08:31] conquest. News of Stormwind's

[1:08:33] destruction was met with glee by the

[1:08:34] trolls, who eagerly pledged their

[1:08:37] support to the Horde's war efforts.

[1:08:39] However, their loyalty came with a

[1:08:41] condition. Warchief Doomhammer would

[1:08:43] first need to rescue their imprisoned

[1:08:44] leader,

[1:08:46] Zuljin. He was being held captive near

[1:08:48] the human settlement of

[1:08:51] Hillsbrad. Around the same time, the

[1:08:53] warlock stirred from the magical coma

[1:08:55] that had claimed him during the first

[1:08:57] war, a result of his ill- fated attempt

[1:08:59] to probe the mind of the fallen guardian

[1:09:01] Medivh. Doomhammer, who had already

[1:09:04] purged the Shadow Council and much of

[1:09:05] Gul'dan's network of warlocks, was

[1:09:07] determined to finish the job and rid the

[1:09:09] Horde of their poisonous influence. But

[1:09:11] Gul'dan begged for his life and offered

[1:09:13] a proposition in exchange for his

[1:09:15] survival. Denying any allegiance to the

[1:09:18] demonic Burning Legion, the Warlock

[1:09:20] promised to create warriors of

[1:09:21] unparalleled strength, beings that would

[1:09:23] rival humanity's most skilled magi and

[1:09:27] clerics. Skeptical but intrigued,

[1:09:29] Doomhammer allowed Goldban to prove his

[1:09:31] worth. To this end, he sanctioned the

[1:09:33] creation of a new clan, the Storm

[1:09:36] Reavers. Under Gul'dan's leadership,

[1:09:38] this new faction would channel the dark

[1:09:40] magic needed to forge Doomhammer's

[1:09:41] secret weapon. Though the wararchief's

[1:09:44] distrust of the warlock remained as

[1:09:45] sharp as ever, it was a dangerous

[1:09:47] gamble. But in war, Doomhammer knew even

[1:09:50] the most treacherous tools could

[1:09:51] sometimes serve a

[1:09:54] purpose. True to his word, but with a

[1:09:56] cunning twist, Gul'dan set about

[1:09:58] crafting the new warriors he had

[1:10:00] promised. His plan, however, was riddled

[1:10:02] with treachery, as he sought to ensure

[1:10:04] their loyalty would belong to him alone.

[1:10:07] Alongside his ogre, Lieutenant Shogal,

[1:10:09] Gul'dan gathered the spirits of his

[1:10:11] fallen shadow council. While the orcs

[1:10:14] held their dead as sacred, human corpses

[1:10:16] abundant in the wake of the Horde's

[1:10:18] conquests would serve as perfect vessels

[1:10:20] for these vengeful souls. Through his

[1:10:22] grim rituals, Gul'dan achieved his goal.

[1:10:25] The spirit of Terran Gore, once a

[1:10:27] powerful orc, was bound to the body of a

[1:10:29] fallen human knight.

[1:10:30] From this Macob union rose Terran Khan,

[1:10:33] now known as Terran Goriend, the first

[1:10:35] of the death knights. These twisted

[1:10:38] creations wielded the chilling power of

[1:10:40] necromancy instead of fell magic. Their

[1:10:42] grotesque forms and violent nature of

[1:10:44] blight even Doomhammer found

[1:10:46] revolting. Yet, the warchief could not

[1:10:49] deny their effectiveness. In the face of

[1:10:51] looming war, the Horde would need every

[1:10:53] weapon it could muster, no matter how

[1:10:56] unholy. As Doomhammer rallied ogre

[1:10:58] enforcers to bolster his forces, a harsh

[1:11:01] reality loomed. Many of the Horde's

[1:11:03] warriors on the other side of the dark

[1:11:05] portal could not be mobilized in time

[1:11:06] for the coming

[1:11:08] conflict. Turning his gaze closer to

[1:11:10] home, Doomhammer set his sights on the

[1:11:12] dwarven kingdom of Kasmadan. The forges

[1:11:15] and mines of the dwarfs promised the

[1:11:16] materials the Horde needed to replenish

[1:11:18] its dwindling supplies of weapons and

[1:11:20] resources.

[1:11:21] The home of the Bronzebeard clan within

[1:11:23] the rugged mountains of Kasmadan was a

[1:11:25] land of untold wealth. Rich veins of

[1:11:28] metal ore crisscross its depths.

[1:11:30] Reservoirs of oil lay waiting to be

[1:11:32] tapped. And the mighty forges of the

[1:11:33] dwarves produced weapons and armor of

[1:11:35] unparalleled quality. For the Horde, it

[1:11:38] was a treasure trove of resources, one

[1:11:40] that could fuel their war machine and

[1:11:41] secure their dominance. Recognizing the

[1:11:44] strategic value of Kasmodan, Doomhammer

[1:11:46] made a bold decision. Before turning the

[1:11:49] Horde's fury northward toward Lordon,

[1:11:51] the dwarven stronghold would have to

[1:11:53] fall. A full-scale invasion was

[1:11:55] unleashed upon the region as Orcish war

[1:11:57] band swept across the mountains, seeking

[1:12:00] to rest control of its riches from the

[1:12:02] [Music]

[1:12:03] Bronzebeards. The battle for Casmodan

[1:12:05] had begun, and the dwarfs would soon

[1:12:07] face the unstoppable tide of the Horde's

[1:12:09] ambition.

[1:12:11] 6 years after the dark portal had first

[1:12:13] opened, the Horde's war machine rumbled

[1:12:15] into Kasmodan, braving a ferocious

[1:12:17] blizzard that blanketed the mountains in

[1:12:19] ice and snow. The dwarves of the

[1:12:21] Bronzebeard clan, however, were far from

[1:12:23] unprepared. Anticipating the orc's

[1:12:26] advance, demolition teams expertly

[1:12:28] collapsed mountain tunnels and passes,

[1:12:30] forcing the Horde to navigate a

[1:12:31] labyrinth of

[1:12:33] obstacles. At the same time, the dwarfs

[1:12:36] called upon their steadfast allies, the

[1:12:37] gnomes of Nomegon, to join the defense.

[1:12:40] Together, the two races pulled their

[1:12:42] ingenuity and resources, fortifying

[1:12:44] defensive positions throughout the

[1:12:45] rugged terrain of the region. Yet, even

[1:12:47] with their skill and determination, the

[1:12:49] alliance of dwarves and gnomes struggled

[1:12:51] to ste the horde's relentless

[1:12:54] tide. Outnumbered in facing an enemy of

[1:12:56] brutal strength, their fortified outpost

[1:12:58] and settlements fell one by one,

[1:13:00] engulfed by the fury of the orcish

[1:13:02] advance.

[1:13:03] The snowy slopes of Kasmodan became

[1:13:05] battlefields soaked in blood. With

[1:13:07] hundreds of defenders sacrificing their

[1:13:09] lives to protect their

[1:13:11] homeland. As the ferocity of the hordes

[1:13:13] assault proved too much to withstand,

[1:13:15] the defenders were forced to make a grim

[1:13:16] decision. The dwarves retreated to the

[1:13:18] safety of their ancient mountain city of

[1:13:20] Iron Forge. While the gnomes withdrew to

[1:13:22] their home in Nomegon. Though the heart

[1:13:25] of their civilization endured behind

[1:13:26] unyielding stone and steel, much of

[1:13:29] Kasmodan lay in ruin, a grim testament

[1:13:31] to the unstoppable might of the orcish

[1:13:33] horde. Doohammer turned his full

[1:13:35] attention to Iron Forge, the

[1:13:37] impenetrable mountain bastion of the

[1:13:38] Bronzebeard dwarves. To him, the dwarves

[1:13:41] posed the greater threat, and he

[1:13:42] believed their destruction would break

[1:13:44] the remaining resistance in Kasmadan.

[1:13:46] The Horde quickly laid siege to the

[1:13:48] subterranean stronghold surrounding the

[1:13:49] mountain city in a brutal campaign of

[1:13:51] attrition. Within Iron Forge, the dwarfs

[1:13:54] knew this was their final stand.

[1:13:56] Determined to defend their ancestral

[1:13:57] home to the last, nearly the entire

[1:13:59] population took up arms. Miners,

[1:14:02] blacksmith, and warriors alike

[1:14:04] transformed the city into an unyielding

[1:14:07] fortress. When the Horde's forces

[1:14:09] stormed Iron Forge, they made a

[1:14:10] ferocious resistance. Every step forward

[1:14:13] came at a staggering cost. 10 orcs fell

[1:14:16] for every dwarf brought down. The siege

[1:14:18] dragged on, and the toll on the Horde

[1:14:20] grew unsustainable. Reluctantly,

[1:14:22] Doomhammer was forced to concede defeat,

[1:14:24] ordering his forces to

[1:14:25] withdraw. Meanwhile, a similar scene

[1:14:28] played out at Nomegon. Orcish forces

[1:14:31] advanced on the Gnome city, but the

[1:14:32] defenders proved more than ready. The

[1:14:35] gnomes used their ingenuity and advanced

[1:14:36] technology to devastating effect.

[1:14:39] Explosive traps rigged in the forest

[1:14:41] surrounding their city ripped through

[1:14:42] the orcish ranks, claiming countless

[1:14:44] lives before the Horde even reached

[1:14:45] Naron's gates. When the attackers

[1:14:48] finally arrived, they were met by the

[1:14:50] city's colossal Iron Gate, which

[1:14:52] withtood weeks of a relentless

[1:14:53] bombardment by Horde siege engines. Like

[1:14:56] Iron Forge, Nomegon remained

[1:14:57] unconquered, and the siege was

[1:14:59] eventually abandoned. The twin defeats

[1:15:01] at Iron Forge and Nomegon were a bitter

[1:15:03] blow to Doomhammer's campaign in

[1:15:05] Casmodan. Though the Horde haded claimed

[1:15:07] much of the region, the unyielding

[1:15:09] resistance of the dwarves and gnomes

[1:15:10] ensured that their mountain citadels

[1:15:12] remained untouchable, standing as proud

[1:15:14] symbols of defiance in the face of the

[1:15:15] Horde's might.

[1:15:17] The siege of Iron Fort and Nomegon had

[1:15:19] bled the Horde dry of time and manpower,

[1:15:21] but Doomhammer understood that victory

[1:15:23] did not require the cities to fall. The

[1:15:25] wealth of Kasmodan's resources, its

[1:15:27] abundant metal ores, oil, and forges

[1:15:30] were already in his grasp. It was a

[1:15:32] prize worth the

[1:15:33] cost. Rather than waste more lives on

[1:15:35] feudal assaults, Doomhammer redeployed

[1:15:38] his forces strategically. The Bleeding

[1:15:40] Hollow Clan was stationed outside both

[1:15:42] Iron Forge and Nomegon, tasking with

[1:15:44] keeping the dwarves and gnomes bottled

[1:15:45] up in their mountain strongholds for the

[1:15:47] remainder of the

[1:15:49] war. This blockade ensured the defenders

[1:15:51] could not interfere with the Horde's

[1:15:52] greater

[1:15:53] plans. Meanwhile, the Hordemith set to

[1:15:56] work, exploiting Kasmodan's riches to

[1:15:58] forge vast quantities of weapons, armor,

[1:16:00] and siege engines. Under the unrelenting

[1:16:03] heat of commandeered forges, the Orc war

[1:16:05] machine roared to life, stronger than

[1:16:07] ever. With their armors now fully

[1:16:09] equipped and bolstered by the spoils of

[1:16:11] the dwarf's homeland, the Horde moved

[1:16:13] one step closer to achieving its

[1:16:14] ultimate goal, the total conquest of

[1:16:17] Azeroth. While the Horde forged its war

[1:16:19] machine in the south, the human leaders

[1:16:21] of Azeroth convened in Lordon's grand

[1:16:23] capital city. The Council of Seven

[1:16:25] Nations was a gathering unlike any other

[1:16:27] in history, bringing together the rulers

[1:16:29] of humanity's fractured kingdoms to

[1:16:31] debate the growing orcish threat and the

[1:16:33] prospect of unity in the face of

[1:16:34] annihilation.

[1:16:36] In attendance were King Tyrannus Menith

[1:16:38] II of Lorderon, King Gen Greymane of

[1:16:41] Gilaeus, Lord Admiral Dalon Proudmore of

[1:16:43] Culturas, King Aiden Perinold of

[1:16:46] Alterak, Arch Mage Antonitis of Daleran,

[1:16:49] and King Thorus Trollbane of

[1:16:51] Strongguard. Representing the fallen

[1:16:53] kingdom of Stormwind was Sir Anduin

[1:16:55] Lothar, the lion of Azeroth, whose grim

[1:16:57] warnings carried the weight of a nation

[1:16:59] lost to the Horde's wrath. As the

[1:17:01] council deliberated, refugees from

[1:17:03] Kasmadan arrived, bearing news of the

[1:17:05] Horde's brutal invasion of the dwarven

[1:17:06] lands and their inevitable push

[1:17:08] northward. The reports painted a dire

[1:17:10] picture, shocking the human rulers and

[1:17:12] adding new urgency to their

[1:17:14] discussions. King Tyrannus and Anuan

[1:17:17] Lothar pressed relentlessly for unity,

[1:17:19] arguing that only a united alliance of

[1:17:21] all humanity could hope to stand against

[1:17:22] the Horde's overwhelming might. Their

[1:17:24] appeals found strong allies in Lord

[1:17:26] Admiral Proudmore, whose bond of

[1:17:28] friendship with Lothar made him a

[1:17:29] staunch

[1:17:30] supporter. King Thorus Trollbane, whose

[1:17:33] close ties with Lord Ron reinforced his

[1:17:34] commitment to the cause. Arch Maj

[1:17:37] Antonitis, having studied the Horde's

[1:17:38] dark power and witnessed their

[1:17:40] destructive potential, also lent his

[1:17:41] voice in favor of an alliance. Yet, the

[1:17:44] path to unity was not without obstacles.

[1:17:46] Centuries of rivalry and mistrust

[1:17:48] lingered between the kingdoms, and some

[1:17:50] leaders remained wary of sacrificing

[1:17:52] their sovereignty. Even so, the tide of

[1:17:55] opinion began to shift, driven by the

[1:17:56] undeniable threat of the Orcish Horde

[1:17:58] looming ever closer. The Council of

[1:18:00] Seven Nations would soon shape the fate

[1:18:02] of humanity and of Azeroth itself. Amid

[1:18:05] the growing calls for unity, two voices

[1:18:07] stood firmly opposed. King Gen Greyman

[1:18:10] of Gilaeus and King Aiden Paranold of

[1:18:12] Alterak. Their initial resistance

[1:18:14] stemmed from doubt. Both rulers

[1:18:16] questioned whether the orcs truly posed

[1:18:18] a threat significant enough to warrant a

[1:18:19] grand alliance. But as a report to the

[1:18:22] Horde's brutality grew harder to ignore,

[1:18:24] their objection shifted to something

[1:18:26] more self-s serving. The fear of losing

[1:18:28] regional power in a unified

[1:18:31] front. For Paranold, the stakes were

[1:18:33] especially grim. Deep down, he harbored

[1:18:35] a crippling fear that humanity had no

[1:18:37] real chance of defeating the Horde. To

[1:18:39] him, resistance seemed feudal, and he

[1:18:42] was unwilling to risk his kingdom for

[1:18:43] what he saw as a hopeless cause. Grammy,

[1:18:46] on the other hand, cloaked his defiance

[1:18:48] and pride. Confident in Galaas's

[1:18:50] isolationist policies and the strength

[1:18:52] of its defenses, he insisted the kingdom

[1:18:54] would stand alone, unaided against any

[1:18:56] threat. While the rest of the council

[1:18:58] debated unity as humanity's only path to

[1:19:00] survival, these two kings clung to their

[1:19:03] fears and pride, casting long shadows

[1:19:05] over the council's efforts. Their

[1:19:07] reluctance underscored the deep

[1:19:09] divisions that had always plagued the

[1:19:10] human kingdoms. divisions that the

[1:19:12] Alliance would need to overcome if it

[1:19:14] were to stand a chance against the

[1:19:15] Horde's relentless

[1:19:17] advance. Tensions within the Council of

[1:19:19] Seven Nations reached a breaking point

[1:19:20] as heated arguments threatened to tear

[1:19:22] the fragile discussions

[1:19:24] apart. King Gen Greymane and Aiden

[1:19:26] Paranled, frustrated and defiant, came

[1:19:28] dangerously close to abandoning the

[1:19:30] negotiations altogether. The prospect of

[1:19:32] unity seemed to crumble under the weight

[1:19:34] of mistrust and pride. It was then that

[1:19:37] Talion, one of Lordon's most revered

[1:19:39] priests, rose to speak.

[1:19:41] Standing tall with Stormman's young

[1:19:43] prince Varian Ren at his side, Thalian's

[1:19:46] voice cut through the chaos like a

[1:19:47] beacon of light. In an impassioned and

[1:19:49] heartfelt address, he painted a grim

[1:19:51] picture of what lay ahead if humanity

[1:19:53] remained

[1:19:53] divided. Using Stormwind's fall as a

[1:19:56] dire warning, he urged the gathered

[1:19:57] rulers to look beyond their pride and

[1:19:59] ambition, reminding them that humanity's

[1:20:01] survival depended on its unity. With

[1:20:04] fervor and conviction, Terallion invoked

[1:20:06] the shared virtues of all humankind,

[1:20:08] bravery, devotion, and leadership. He

[1:20:10] spoke of these qualities as the very

[1:20:12] foundation of their strength, proof that

[1:20:14] together they could overcome even the

[1:20:15] might of the Horde. His words resonated

[1:20:18] deeply, silencing the room and

[1:20:20] commanding the attention of even the

[1:20:21] most skeptical

[1:20:23] leaders. As he concluded, the hall

[1:20:25] erupted into applause. Terallyian's

[1:20:27] speech had broken through the barriers

[1:20:28] of doubt and distrust, inspiring even

[1:20:31] the most reluctant kings to reconsider.

[1:20:34] That very day, the council cast their

[1:20:36] votes, and for the first time in

[1:20:37] history, humanity's kingdoms came

[1:20:39] together as

[1:20:40] one. The Alliance of Lordon was born. A

[1:20:43] united force forged in hope, courage,

[1:20:45] and the shared resolve to face the

[1:20:46] Horde's onslaught head on. It was

[1:20:49] swiftly decided that Andwin Lothar, the

[1:20:51] lion of Azeroth, was the ideal choice to

[1:20:53] lead the Alliance's military. Hailing

[1:20:56] from the fallen kingdom of Stormwind,

[1:20:57] Lothar held a unique neutrality among

[1:20:59] the squabbbling nations, making him a

[1:21:01] unifying figure in a time of great

[1:21:04] division. When the mantle of Supreme

[1:21:06] Commander of the Alliance was placed

[1:21:07] upon him, Lothar accepted it with

[1:21:09] humility, but also with a deep awareness

[1:21:11] of the monumental responsibility he now

[1:21:13] bore. Few in history could claim to

[1:21:15] command the combined might of all

[1:21:17] humanity's kingdoms, a force

[1:21:19] unprecedented in scale and purpose.

[1:21:22] Lothar's first act as supreme commander

[1:21:24] was decisive. He ordered the armies of

[1:21:26] the Alliance to gather in the Hillsbrad

[1:21:28] foothills, a key region standing between

[1:21:30] the Horde and the Northern

[1:21:31] Kingdoms. There, the Desperate forces

[1:21:34] would begin training, fortifying their

[1:21:36] defenses and preparing to meet the

[1:21:37] Orcish advance. Yet, even as the armies

[1:21:40] rallied, Lothar recognized the need for

[1:21:42] something greater, an ideal to inspire

[1:21:44] unity and purpose among the diverse

[1:21:46] cultures and traditions of the Alliance.

[1:21:49] The solution came from the Church of the

[1:21:50] Holy Light. Archbishop Alonzos Fowl, an

[1:21:53] ally of Lothar and a revered spiritual

[1:21:55] leader, proposed the creation of a new

[1:21:57] kind of champion, warrior priests, who

[1:22:00] could embody the virtues of the light

[1:22:01] while standing firm on the battlefield.

[1:22:03] A handful of knights and other chosen

[1:22:05] individuals were trained intensively in

[1:22:07] both marshall combat and the divine

[1:22:08] teachings of the light. These men and

[1:22:10] women would represent the highest ideals

[1:22:12] of humanity, courage, faith, and

[1:22:14] selflessness. This new order of warrior

[1:22:17] priests became known as the Knights of

[1:22:18] the Silver Hand, a shining symbol of

[1:22:20] hope for the Alliance. Their formation

[1:22:23] marked a turning point, giving the

[1:22:25] armies of humanity not just a cause to

[1:22:26] fight for, but heroes to rally behind.

[1:22:29] With the armies gathering and the

[1:22:31] paladins ready to take the field, the

[1:22:32] Alliance stood poised to face the Horde.

[1:22:34] United in purpose and brimming with

[1:22:36] newfound strength.

[1:22:38] Archbishop Alonza's foul subjected the

[1:22:40] fledgling paladins to a grueling and

[1:22:42] unrelenting training program. Forging

[1:22:44] them into warriors as steadfast in

[1:22:46] combat as they were in their faith. When

[1:22:48] the Alliance army began massing in the

[1:22:49] Hillsbrad foothills, the paladins

[1:22:51] marched alongside them, gleaming symbols

[1:22:53] of hope and divine strength amid the

[1:22:55] gathering storm. Each paladin was

[1:22:57] entrusted with a sacred librim

[1:22:59] personally bestowed by foul, a toone

[1:23:01] embodying a specific virtue they were to

[1:23:03] uphold. These Librims served not only as

[1:23:06] tools of their devotion, but as constant

[1:23:08] reminders of the ideals they

[1:23:09] represented. Courage, passion, justice,

[1:23:12] and sacrifice. The Archbishop's wisdom

[1:23:15] shone through in his chosen champions.

[1:23:17] Each one a beacon of humanity's shared

[1:23:19] values. Lothar observed the paladin's

[1:23:22] progress with admiration. Their

[1:23:23] discipline and dedication impressed him

[1:23:25] deeply, and their effectiveness on the

[1:23:27] battlefield was undeniable.

[1:23:29] Recognizing their potential, Lothar

[1:23:31] selected two of the finest among them,

[1:23:33] Tallalion and Uther to serve as his

[1:23:35] lieutenants. With the Paladins now at

[1:23:37] the heart of the Alliance's

[1:23:38] preparations, they became living

[1:23:39] embodiment of unity and purpose, ready

[1:23:41] to lead the charge against the Horde's

[1:23:43] darkness. Under Lothar's command, and

[1:23:46] with the light shining in their ranks,

[1:23:47] humanity's army grew stronger and more

[1:23:49] resolute by the day. As a threat of war

[1:23:52] loomed ever closer and Lothar worked

[1:23:54] tirelessly to strengthen the Alliance's

[1:23:56] forces, seeking aid from any quarter

[1:23:58] willing to stand against the Horde, his

[1:24:00] attention turned to Qualos, the ancient

[1:24:03] homeland of the High Elves. Drawing upon

[1:24:06] his heritage as a descendant of King

[1:24:07] Thoridan, Lothar invoked an ancient oath

[1:24:10] made by the high elves during the Troll

[1:24:11] Wars, a pledge to come to humanity's aid

[1:24:14] in times of dire

[1:24:15] need. Yet, the high elves did not see

[1:24:17] the Horde as their concern. King

[1:24:19] Anisterian Sunstrider, cautious and

[1:24:21] aloof, dismissed the Orcish threat as

[1:24:23] distant and irrelevant to his people's

[1:24:25] safety. Reluctantly, he fulfilled the

[1:24:27] bare minimum of his kingdom's ancient

[1:24:29] obligation, sending a small token fleet

[1:24:31] to support the Alliance. Despite this

[1:24:33] lukewarm response, not all high elves

[1:24:35] agreed with their king's indifference.

[1:24:37] Among them was a legendary ranger

[1:24:39] captain Windrunner, who defied

[1:24:42] Anisterian's orders and rallied a band

[1:24:44] of like-minded elves to join the fight.

[1:24:46] Driven by a sense of duty and forboding,

[1:24:48] Yria led her rangers south to answer

[1:24:50] Lothar's call. Though disappointed by

[1:24:53] Qualasa's lackluster response, Lothar

[1:24:56] welcomed the elves who did come with

[1:24:57] open arms. Valyriia and her skilled

[1:25:00] rangers proved invaluable to the

[1:25:01] Alliance. Their precision and expertise

[1:25:04] a vital asset in the coming battles.

[1:25:06] Even in the face of reluctance, Lothar's

[1:25:08] call to arms had stirred a glimmer of

[1:25:10] hope and solidarity, uniting those

[1:25:12] willing to fight for the survival of

[1:25:14] Azeroth. As the human kingdoms rallied

[1:25:17] their forces in the north, Orgrim,

[1:25:18] Doomhammer, and the Horde prepared for

[1:25:20] their next decisive strike. After

[1:25:22] carving a bloody path through the

[1:25:24] wetlands north of Kasmadan and

[1:25:25] shattering dwarfven defenses at Dun

[1:25:27] Algaz and Dun Motor, the orcs faced a

[1:25:30] critical obstacle, the Thandal Span.

[1:25:33] This narrow crossing was the only land

[1:25:35] route into Lord Ron, a choke point that

[1:25:37] could be easily fortified and held by

[1:25:39] the Alliance. Rather than fall into the

[1:25:41] trap of a direct assault, Doomhammer

[1:25:43] devised a bold and unexpected plan. The

[1:25:46] Horde would bypass the Thandal span

[1:25:48] entirely by constructing a fleet of

[1:25:49] warships to launch a surprise invasion

[1:25:51] into the heart of the human lands. It

[1:25:53] was an audacious gamble, one that would

[1:25:55] require convincing the Horde to embrace

[1:25:57] a strategy far outside their traditional

[1:25:59] strengths. With the support of Gold and

[1:26:01] his Storm Reaver clan, Doomhammer

[1:26:03] succeeded in rallying the orcs to his

[1:26:05] vision. Construction of the fleet began

[1:26:07] in earnest along a secluded bay in the

[1:26:09] southwestern wetlands, a location that

[1:26:12] would later become known as Menithl

[1:26:13] Harbor. Though the orcs had little

[1:26:16] experience with naval warfare, they

[1:26:17] adapted swiftly with guidance from their

[1:26:19] allies. The ogre's brood strength and

[1:26:22] the Ammani trolls maritime knowledge

[1:26:24] proved invaluable, and together they

[1:26:26] built a crude yet formidable armada of

[1:26:28] warships. The Horde's fleet, though

[1:26:30] rough and varied in design, embodied

[1:26:32] Doomhammer's cunning and

[1:26:33] resourcefulness. As the vessels took

[1:26:35] shape, so too did the promise of a

[1:26:37] devastating attack that would strike

[1:26:38] fear into the heart of the Alliance and

[1:26:40] forever alter the course of the war.

[1:26:42] Despite their efforts to shroud their

[1:26:44] actions in secrecy, the Horde's

[1:26:45] construction of a vast fleet was

[1:26:47] eventually uncovered by human scout

[1:26:48] ships patrolling the seas. Yet, the orcs

[1:26:51] remained undeterred, completing their

[1:26:53] massive vessels with tireless resolve.

[1:26:56] Doomhammer was certain the Horde would

[1:26:58] reach Lord Ron before the fledging

[1:26:59] Alliance of Nations could mount a

[1:27:00] coordinated defense. His gaze was fixed

[1:27:03] firmly on Lord Ron's capital city,

[1:27:05] believing that its fall would unravel

[1:27:06] the alliance and pave the way for Horde

[1:27:09] dominance. When the fleet was ready,

[1:27:11] hundreds of ships laden with orc

[1:27:13] soldiers, supplies, and war machines

[1:27:15] departed from the wetlands and began

[1:27:16] their voyage across the Great Sea toward

[1:27:18] human

[1:27:19] territories. However, their progress did

[1:27:21] not go unnoticed. Naval forces under the

[1:27:24] command of Admiral Dalon Proudmore, a

[1:27:26] seasoned mariner from the island nation

[1:27:27] of Culterus, intercepted the Horde near

[1:27:30] the island of Zelair. The ensuing battle

[1:27:32] showcased the stark difference between

[1:27:34] the two fleets. The orc's lumbering,

[1:27:36] hastily constructed ships were no match

[1:27:38] for the swift and maneuverable vessels

[1:27:40] of the Culturous Navy. Proudmore's

[1:27:42] forces reigned devastating cannon

[1:27:43] volleys upon the Horde, tearing through

[1:27:45] their wooden halls with brutal

[1:27:46] precision. One by one, the orca ships

[1:27:49] were reduced to wreckage. Their

[1:27:50] passengers plunged into the unforgiving

[1:27:52] depths of the

[1:27:53] sea. As ship after ship sank beneath the

[1:27:56] waves and countless Horde warriors

[1:27:58] drowned, Proudmore saw an opportunity to

[1:28:00] end the threat entirely. His forces

[1:28:02] pressed the attack with renewed vigor,

[1:28:04] determined to annihilate the Horde fleet

[1:28:06] before it could reach Lord Ron shores.

[1:28:08] Yet Doomhammer had prepared for such an

[1:28:11] eventuality. He had ordered the Dragon

[1:28:13] Maw clan to unleash their newly enslaved

[1:28:14] Red Dragons as an aerial countermeasure.

[1:28:17] Though their training as battle mounts

[1:28:19] was incomplete, the red dragons arrived

[1:28:21] as the battle of Zulair raged. Under the

[1:28:23] command of Necro Skullcrusher, three of

[1:28:25] these mighty creatures descended upon

[1:28:27] the Alliance fleet. Their fiery breath

[1:28:29] turning Proudmore ships into blazing

[1:28:31] infernos. The tide of the battle shifted

[1:28:34] in an instant. Alliance ships burned as

[1:28:36] their crews scrambled in desperation.

[1:28:38] Unable to respond to the airborne

[1:28:40] assault. Faced with mounting losses and

[1:28:42] unable to combat the dragons, Admiral

[1:28:44] Proudmore made the difficult decision to

[1:28:45] retreat. The Alliance fleet scattered,

[1:28:48] leading the Horde remaining ships to

[1:28:49] sail onward

[1:28:50] unchallenged. Though battered, the Horde

[1:28:53] fleet survived and continued its

[1:28:54] relentless march toward Lordon, carrying

[1:28:56] with it the promise of war and

[1:28:59] destruction. With their decisive victory

[1:29:01] at Zoldair, the Horde secured an

[1:29:03] uncontested landing in the Hillsrad

[1:29:05] Foothills. The region, illprepared for

[1:29:08] such an invasion, offered little

[1:29:09] resistance. As human forces scrambled to

[1:29:12] respond, their efforts descended into

[1:29:14] disarray. Unable to muster a coherent

[1:29:16] defense, Doomhammer marshes entire army

[1:29:18] inland. Though the enslaved red dragons

[1:29:20] refused to continue their slaughter of

[1:29:22] humans and remained behind, the Horde

[1:29:24] pressed on, seizing territory with

[1:29:26] ruthless efficiency. Doomhammer's forces

[1:29:28] advanced towards the Alterak Mountains,

[1:29:30] a treacherous but direct route to

[1:29:32] Lordon's capital city. Supreme Commander

[1:29:35] Andamin Loar, predicting the Horde's

[1:29:37] movements, hastily ordered the Alliance

[1:29:38] to block their path. While the northern

[1:29:40] and western routes to the capital were

[1:29:42] now fortified, the human armies were in

[1:29:44] a fragile state. Their morale shaken by

[1:29:47] the Horde's seemingly unstoppable

[1:29:48] ferocity and

[1:29:49] numbers. However, their spirits were

[1:29:51] bolstered by the arrival of the newly

[1:29:53] trained paladins of the Knights of the

[1:29:54] Silverhand, who rode among them like

[1:29:56] beacons of hope. The stage was set for a

[1:29:59] confrontation unlike any before. In the

[1:30:01] shadows of the Altra Peaks, the full

[1:30:03] strength of the Horde clashed with the

[1:30:04] united might of the Alliance for the

[1:30:06] first time. The battlefield erupted in

[1:30:08] chaos as the two forces collided.

[1:30:11] Despite their brittle state, the

[1:30:13] Alliance held their ground. Lothar's

[1:30:15] paladins wielding the light with

[1:30:16] righteous fury inspired their comrades

[1:30:18] to fight on. Valyriia Windrunner's elite

[1:30:21] elven rangers unleashed deadly volleys

[1:30:23] of arrows, felling scores of orcs with

[1:30:26] precision. From behind the lines, the

[1:30:28] magi of the Kiranthur, led by Khadgar,

[1:30:30] unleashed arcane devastation, turning

[1:30:33] the skies and earth into weapons against

[1:30:34] the Horde. Yet, as the battle reached

[1:30:37] its zenith, an eerie shift blanketed the

[1:30:39] field. A dense, unnatural fog rolled in,

[1:30:42] cold and heavy with the scent of decay.

[1:30:45] It crept across the bodies of the fallen

[1:30:47] Alliance soldiers, and wherever the mist

[1:30:49] touched, the dead rose once more.

[1:30:52] These reanimated warriors, twisted into

[1:30:54] grotesque forms of undeath, turned their

[1:30:57] weapons on their former comrades. Amidst

[1:30:59] the chaos, a new chilling foe revealed

[1:31:02] itself, the death knights. Cloaked in

[1:31:05] shadow, these harbingers of despair rode

[1:31:07] at top skeletal steeds, commanding the

[1:31:10] reanimated dead with malevolent

[1:31:13] precision. The Alliance forces, already

[1:31:15] strained, now faced a horror beyond

[1:31:18] comprehension. The Horde's assault,

[1:31:20] bolstered by the unholy might of the

[1:31:21] Death Knights, threatened to overwhelm

[1:31:23] even the most stalwart defenders. Yet,

[1:31:26] despite the terror and carnage, the

[1:31:28] Alliance stood firm. Their unity and

[1:31:31] resilience tested like never

[1:31:33] before. The battle in the shadow of the

[1:31:35] Altter Mountains was more than a clash

[1:31:37] of armies. It was a harrowing glimpse

[1:31:39] into the dark forces that sought to

[1:31:40] engulf Azeroth in despair. The death

[1:31:43] knights, unholy champions of the Horde,

[1:31:45] were a terrifying force to behold.

[1:31:47] Wielding dark necroantic magics, they

[1:31:49] unleashed devastation upon the

[1:31:51] battlefield. Their spells turned the

[1:31:53] fallen into relentless undead minions,

[1:31:56] and their very presence exuded a

[1:31:57] malevolent aura that seeped into the

[1:31:59] hearts of their enemies. For the human

[1:32:01] soldiers of the Alliance, the sight of

[1:32:03] these mounted harbingers of death

[1:32:04] wreathed in shadow and malice, was more

[1:32:06] than just a physical threat. It was a

[1:32:08] psychological assault.

[1:32:10] Fear and despair spread like wildfire,

[1:32:13] causing the Alliance lines to waver and

[1:32:15] falter under the relentless pressure.

[1:32:17] But just as the tide seemed on the brink

[1:32:19] of turning irreversibly in the Horde's

[1:32:20] favor, the paladins of the Knights of

[1:32:23] the Silver Hand charged into the fray,

[1:32:25] wielding the radiant power of the light,

[1:32:27] their arrival was like a dawn breaking

[1:32:28] through the darkest of nights. Their

[1:32:31] presence steadied the faltering Alliance

[1:32:32] ranks, rekindling hope where despair had

[1:32:35] taken root.

[1:32:36] Holy energy blazed from their weapons,

[1:32:38] cutting through the undead ranks and

[1:32:40] dispelling the death knight's vile mist.

[1:32:42] Tallally, Uther the Lightbringer and

[1:32:44] their fellow paladins moved through the

[1:32:46] chaos with purpose. Their divine power

[1:32:48] healed the wounded, fortifying the

[1:32:50] resolve of the Alliance forces and

[1:32:51] rallying them to fight

[1:32:54] on. Under their leadership, the human

[1:32:56] soldiers shook off their initial terror.

[1:32:59] Their courage reignited by the sight of

[1:33:00] these holy warriors standing unyielding

[1:33:02] against the

[1:33:03] darkness. With their morale restored and

[1:33:06] their ranks reformed, the Alliance

[1:33:07] launched a counterattack. United under

[1:33:10] the inspirational aura of the Paladins,

[1:33:12] the soldiers surged forward, crashing

[1:33:14] into the Horde lines with newfound

[1:33:16] ferocity. Steel met Steel, and the

[1:33:18] battlefield roared with renewed vigor of

[1:33:20] the Alliance. The Horde's momentum

[1:33:22] faltered. Their dark champions no longer

[1:33:24] able to seow chaos

[1:33:26] unchecked. What began as a near collapse

[1:33:29] transformed into a rallying victory for

[1:33:31] the Alliance. The light of hope borne by

[1:33:33] the paladins proved stronger than the

[1:33:35] shadows cast by the death knights and

[1:33:37] the alliance forces stood firm against

[1:33:38] the horde's

[1:33:39] darkness. As the conflict dragged on,

[1:33:42] the once fierce clashes in Hillsrad

[1:33:44] devolved into a grinding stalemate.

[1:33:46] Skirmishes erupted sporadically across

[1:33:48] the region, but neither side could claim

[1:33:50] decisive

[1:33:52] superiority. Though evenly matched for

[1:33:54] the moment, Doohhammer knew that time

[1:33:56] was not on the Horde's side. The

[1:33:58] Alliance's capacity to summon

[1:34:00] reinforcements from their far-flung

[1:34:02] kingdoms grew stronger with each passing

[1:34:04] day. Determined to outmaneuver his foes,

[1:34:06] Doomhammer sought an alternative route

[1:34:08] to Lordon's capital city, one that

[1:34:10] bypassed the heavily defended front

[1:34:12] lines. His solution lay to the east

[1:34:14] through the dense forest and untamed

[1:34:16] lands under the shadow of the Ammani

[1:34:18] trolls. But traversing such a path

[1:34:20] required allies who knew the region

[1:34:22] intimately. The Ammani trolls, long

[1:34:24] embittered by their grudges against

[1:34:26] humanity and their high elven rivals,

[1:34:28] agreed to guide the horde. On one

[1:34:30] condition, the orcs of first make good

[1:34:32] on their promise to liberate the

[1:34:33] captured Ammani warlord, Zul Jinn. When

[1:34:36] scouts located Zul Jinn imprisoned in a

[1:34:38] camp near Durnhold Keep, Doomhammer

[1:34:40] acted swiftly. He organized a raiding

[1:34:42] party of seasoned warriors who descended

[1:34:44] upon the prison with ruthless precision.

[1:34:47] The defenders, unprepared for such a

[1:34:48] ferocious assault, were quickly

[1:34:50] overwhelmed. Zuljin was freed. His chain

[1:34:53] shattered and the warlord stood before

[1:34:54] Doomhammer, a symbol of the troll

[1:34:56] people's

[1:34:57] resilience. In return, Doomhammer

[1:34:59] extended an invitation. The Ammani would

[1:35:02] have a permanent place within the Horde.

[1:35:04] Their strength bolstering the Orcish

[1:35:05] ranks as they marched toward domination.

[1:35:08] At first, Souljan scoffed at the offer.

[1:35:10] To him, an in alliance with the Horde

[1:35:11] rire of servitude, a path that would

[1:35:13] make his people subordinate to Orcish

[1:35:15] ambitions. Doomhammer, however, assured

[1:35:18] the troll leader of his autonomy,

[1:35:20] promising that the Ammani would stand as

[1:35:21] equals and not

[1:35:23] underlings. Still, Zuljin demanded one

[1:35:26] further guarantee. If the trolls join

[1:35:28] the horde, the orcs must help them

[1:35:30] destroy their ancient enemies, the high

[1:35:32] elves of

[1:35:33] Qualos. Doohhammer understood the way to

[1:35:36] this condition. The path to Qualas would

[1:35:38] take his forces farther north than he

[1:35:40] had initially planned, delaying his

[1:35:41] ultimate assault on capital city. But he

[1:35:44] also recognized the precariousness of

[1:35:46] his position. The Alliance's forces were

[1:35:48] vast, its leadership formidable, and the

[1:35:51] Horde needed every advantage it could

[1:35:52] muster. Reluctantly, the Wararchief

[1:35:55] agreed to Zuljun's terms, forging a pack

[1:35:57] that would forever change the course of

[1:35:59] the war. With the Ymani trolls as

[1:36:01] allies, the Horde now had the means to

[1:36:02] navigate the perilous eastern routes and

[1:36:04] strike at the high elven kingdom. The

[1:36:06] campaign ahead would be brutal and

[1:36:08] unrelenting. But for Doomhammer,

[1:36:10] securing victory required bold moves and

[1:36:12] unlikely alliances. The Hord's march

[1:36:15] toward dominance over Azeroth continued,

[1:36:17] its ranks swelling with a shared thirst

[1:36:19] for vengeance and conquest. With their

[1:36:22] preparations complete, the Horde began

[1:36:23] its eastern march. The path ahead fought

[1:36:26] with peril and

[1:36:27] opportunity. A formidable rear guard of

[1:36:29] Black Rockck Orcs, led by the fearsome

[1:36:31] Verarac Sour Fang, ensured the safety of

[1:36:33] the main force as they navigated the

[1:36:35] treacherous mountain pass into the

[1:36:37] hinterlands. Guided by the Ammani

[1:36:39] trolls, the Horde advanced swiftly

[1:36:41] through the dense untamed forests. Their

[1:36:43] sight set on

[1:36:44] Qualas. Along the way, Zuljin called

[1:36:47] upon every nearby Ammani warband,

[1:36:49] rallying his people to join the march

[1:36:50] for vengeance against their ancient

[1:36:52] enemies. For a time, the Horde's advance

[1:36:55] was unhindered. The trolls deep

[1:36:57] knowledge of the Hinterlands allowed the

[1:36:58] army to avoid natural hazards and bypass

[1:37:01] hostile terrain. But their relative calm

[1:37:03] was shattered when dark shapes appeared

[1:37:05] in the skies above. winged figures that

[1:37:07] were not the Horde's red dragons. These

[1:37:09] were the Griffin riders of the Wild

[1:37:10] Hammer Dwarves, the fierce and reclusive

[1:37:12] defenders of the region. The Wild

[1:37:14] Hammers, isolated in their mountain

[1:37:16] stronghold of Airy Peak, had little

[1:37:17] knowledge of the Horde or its war path

[1:37:19] until the orcs entered their domain.

[1:37:21] Viewing the invading force as a real

[1:37:23] threat to their safety, the Wild Hammers

[1:37:25] wasted no time in striking back. Led by

[1:37:28] Kurdan Wildhammer, the dwarves descended

[1:37:30] from the skies on their mighty Griffins,

[1:37:31] raining enchanted Stormmers upon the

[1:37:33] Horde. The attacks were relentless. The

[1:37:36] dwarves struck with precision, diving in

[1:37:38] from above and retreating to the safety

[1:37:39] of their peaks before the orcs could

[1:37:41] respond. The Stormmers, imbued with

[1:37:43] shamanic power, wrecked havoc among the

[1:37:46] Horde's ranks, scattering formations and

[1:37:48] leaving destruction in their wake. The

[1:37:51] Wild Hammer's fierce griffins soared

[1:37:52] unchallenged as the Horde's dragons had

[1:37:54] been left behind with the fleet, leaving

[1:37:56] the orcs vulnerable to aerial assaults.

[1:37:59] The Horde, unprepared for such a foe,

[1:38:01] suffered heavy casualties. Entire

[1:38:03] battalions were whittleled down under

[1:38:04] the dwarves unyielding bombardment.

[1:38:07] Despite their formidable strength and

[1:38:08] discipline, the orcs could find no

[1:38:10] reliable way to counter the wildmer's

[1:38:12] aerial tactics. Each passing day saw the

[1:38:15] Horde's numbers dwindle as they pushed

[1:38:16] deeper into hostile territory. Yet, even

[1:38:18] as losses mounted, the Horde pressed on,

[1:38:21] driven by Doomhammer's resolve and the

[1:38:23] promise of vengeance shared with their

[1:38:24] Armani allies. The journey to quell the

[1:38:27] loss was proving far more arduous than

[1:38:29] anticipated. But the Horde's

[1:38:30] determination to claim victory and the

[1:38:32] Wild Hammer's commitment to their land

[1:38:34] set the stage for a fierce and

[1:38:35] unpredictable confrontation in the

[1:38:37] battles yet to

[1:38:38] come. To resolve the relentless threat

[1:38:41] posed by the Wildhammer Dwarves,

[1:38:43] Doohhammer launched a daring assault on

[1:38:44] Airy Peak itself. The towering mountain

[1:38:47] stronghold home to the Griffin Riders

[1:38:48] was the heart of the Wildhammer

[1:38:50] resistance. With the capital under

[1:38:52] direct threat, the Wildhammers recalled

[1:38:54] all their forces to defend their home.

[1:38:57] But Doomhammer's attack was more than a

[1:38:58] straightforward siege. It was a

[1:39:00] calculated diversion. As the Wild

[1:39:02] Hammers concentrated their strength on

[1:39:04] the battle outside Airy Peak's gates,

[1:39:06] Doomhammer led half his forces away from

[1:39:08] the Frey under the cover of chaos.

[1:39:11] Slipping northward undetected, he left

[1:39:13] the remainder of the Horde to maintain

[1:39:14] the assault on the Hinterlands, ensuring

[1:39:16] the dwarves and their allies remained

[1:39:18] occupied. It was at this pivotal moment

[1:39:20] that Anduin Lothar arrived at the head

[1:39:22] of the Alliance army.

[1:39:24] Marching into the hinterlands, he

[1:39:26] swiftly joined forces with the embattled

[1:39:28] wild hammers. Together, the combined

[1:39:30] might of the Alliance and the Griffin

[1:39:31] Riders broke the Horde siege. The orcs

[1:39:33] caught between two determined forces

[1:39:35] were driven back into the dense forest

[1:39:37] of the Hinterlands. Grateful for the

[1:39:39] Alliance's timely intervention, Kur and

[1:39:41] Wildhammer pledged his people to their

[1:39:43] cause. The Griffin riders of Airy Peak

[1:39:46] with their Stormmers and unparalleled

[1:39:47] aerial prowess became a critical

[1:39:49] addition to the Alliance's arsenal.

[1:39:51] Their arrival was especially welcomed by

[1:39:54] Lothar, who had long worried over the

[1:39:56] Horde's aerial dominance, bolstered by

[1:39:57] their dragon

[1:39:59] riders. However, the victory at Ary Peak
