AI Summary

The video features an experienced TikTok coach analyzing five client videos to identify common mistakes and provide actionable improvements for TikTok Shop success. Each example is dissected for strengths and weaknesses, focusing on hooks, visual engagement, storytelling, and urgency.

[00:02]
Jump Starter Video Analysis

The video builds curiosity by showing incorrect use of the product (reverse cables) then reveals the solution. It demonstrates benefits concisely without wasting time. Improvements: add personal experiences and urgency to drive sales.

[04:07]
Bloating Relief Video Analysis

The video uses natural lighting and movement, speaking directly to a specific audience (30s women with bloating). Weakness: product shown too late (29 seconds), and only three scene changes. Recommendation: more visual variety and earlier product display.

[08:07]
Cuts T-Shirts Video Analysis

Strong hook with discount reveal ($54 vs. under $54 for pack). Then product demonstration and re-emphasizes discount at end. High urgency and clear value. Minor suggestion: add personal experience about shirt quality.

[10:25]
UTI Supplement Video Analysis

Uses a TV show clip to hook viewers with the problem, then bridges to the product. Good explanation of use cases. Missing: personal story, details on how product works, and strong urgency. Concept good but may not convert without these.

[12:52]
Sheet Mask Video Analysis

Voiceover style with good lighting and product demonstration. Weaknesses: script feels rushed, focuses on features not benefits, lacks scene changes. Urgency weak despite mentioning sale. Should emphasize the value of at-home facials vs. professional.

The coach emphasizes that while video structure and hooks are critical, adding personal experiences, urgency, and clear benefits are key to converting views into sales on TikTok Shop.

[00:02] that I coach. People who are struggling to break out of like 500 views, even 5,000 views, and I came across some of the most common and lethal mistakes that majority of beginners are doing on Tik Tok. And now, for being in the space for

[00:17] so long on Tik Tok, I've seen so many people talk about what exactly you you what you shouldn't be doing. So, in this video, I'm going to break down each one of these five videos that I studied that my clients were making and show you

[00:30] videos that is wrong and also correct. just what I would be recommending as somebody who has a lot of experience in this industry of over $22 million in sales from the clients that I coach. So,

[00:42] you'll start to see what you need to implement and what you need to start your sales and increasing your views on Tik Tok. Now, the first video that I have here is a video from one of my clients that is doing a faceless style

[00:55] video, but is promoting a product that is a jump starter. So, this is like a was actually trending really high in the past couple months. So, let's watch this about the things that he did well and the things that he can work on. Here's

[01:08] cables to the wrong terminals with the higher jump pack. Put the negative onto the positive, then the positive onto the negative, and look at this. it know that something's wrong. But when we

[01:22] flip them, it immediately goes green, letting you know that's correct. And if built-in flashlight on the side and a strobing red light, so you can put out have a flat tire, just screw on the air compressor attachment, lock it on,

[01:35] it. When you're done, zip it up in the carrying case, and you have it for next great gift, especially if you got a new driver in the family, or if you're just a really good price right now with free shipping. So, I'll link it down below in

[01:50] pick one of these up. Okay, so we just watched the entire video. Let's kind of important part was the beginning of this video. And what he did at the beginning was he was having motion. So, he moved, you know, with the product towards the

[02:03] actual like car. And he ended up building really good curiosity by process of like, you know, putting this product and using it wrong and what the actually do that. And in this case, the product would actually alarm you and

[02:17] that you can correct yourself. Basically, he's using curiosity to show you a benefit of the product. So, in my opinion, that was a flawless entry to this video. Another thing that he did really, really well is that he didn't

[02:29] literally just would tell you the benefits and then go right to the next parts, like, you know, this part where he's showing you, oh, in case your your part and then moves on. Like, he doesn't really waste your time at all. He

[02:43] process of putting this thing together and using it. He just like says this is know much more as a consumer. So all in all, the really good things about this and then solutions being this product being a solution to the problem. And

[02:57] with this product as well. Some points of improvement on this video is some personal experiences. something goes flat and, you know, whenever I hit that pothole on my street, it always

[03:11] because when you do those types of things and you tell those personal stories, it builds some kind of trust between you and the consumer. He did a enough. The other point that I would add in, and this is a very common one, is

[03:24] urgency. Like, yes, this is a product that I feel like I would want, but is there any, you know, true purpose of why I need it right now? because this converting, then you're not making money. Overall though, I really like

[03:38] done. I think another part he could add is also some type of uh, you know, face face, you just trust people a little bit more. But obviously, if it's a faceless Now, the second video that I have here is another one from one of my clients,

[03:52] and this is a bloating relief product, and this is a style of, you know, talking to the camera like I'm on a FaceTime call with a friend. That's kind video. And let's kind of break it down. >> Does it feel like once you hit your late

[04:07] 30s, like bloating is just part of your freaking everyday life. I eat pretty clean. I work out. I drink a lot of water. I move my body. And still by the end of the day, I'm just like, and if you're a busy mom, seriously, the

[04:19] digestion issues, the stress, hormones, everything to me just seems to like get out of whack the older we get. So, I'm on a freaking mission to find a digestive gummy that will help me not feel so bloated. And this one really

[04:33] caught my eye. I don't know if you know anything about the Lummy products, but I was actually using the Lummy Tone and loved the results of those. And so, when I saw that there was a Lummy deep load, I was like, "Mhm, I have to try it." As

[04:45] you can see here, you guys, it's a prebiotic and a probiotic blend. So, and they're going to be gentle on your system. So, if freaking bloating has tired of dealing with it and just feeling bloated constantly, I'm going to

[04:59] to your routine. >> Okay, so that was video number two and style video. First, let's go over the things that I really liked from this. lighting. The lighting is very natural. It looks very good. It's well put

[05:13] together. Secondly, she's moving while she's talking. So, she's trying to get more kind of just motion and visuals on camera. And then on top of that, throughout this entire video, she's speaking to a specific audience, which

[05:25] is my favorite part about this. The entire time she's speaking to people who are in their 30s, which is a very hyperspecific thing. And then she's also that are bloating. So, it drives right into that pain point of that specific

[05:38] sounded very natural. She didn't sound like she was faking anything or just like kind of, you know, abnormal in her speaking tones. Everything seemed true let's talk about some of the things that I would recommend fixing for this video.

[05:52] Number one is I don't remember what part of the video, but I think it's like, you know, 21 seconds or so into this video, she finally shows you the product. So, >> I don't know if you know anything about the Lummy products, but I was actually

[06:05] using the Lummy Tone and loved the results of those. And so, when I saw like, "Mhm, I have." >> So, it was actually 29 seconds into the product. And at this point, I'll be honest with you, probably 99% of the

[06:21] unless you are keeping really good retention. And so, this is definitely hurting if you are just showing the people on the screen the same scene, consistently, like if you haven't changed anything. So, in a scene like

[06:35] this, personally, I would be talking to the camera, but within the first like five seconds or so, I'd be switching it to a different angle, switching it, setting my phone down somewhere, or, you know, showing the product in a different

[06:47] location, showing the product at all. Her storytelling and the problems she's about everything is really, really good. It's just that it's visually not as video, I was counting how many different scenes that we could see and I only got

[07:02] three out of the I think it's a total of yeah, one minute long. She shows her through she shows the product and then she shows her face again. So with a things. First is I would go and look up, you know, how are these other creators

[07:16] promoting products like this or this is like this exact product? Are they doing their bathroom and maybe they're maybe they're walking around their house or just see how are they filming this product? And then secondly, I would

[07:28] definitely be using this product in different ways. I would be showing off hey, this is like what the product looks like. This is how it tastes. Like, is it a powder? Is it a gummy? Like all the little details. Um, but integrated into

[07:41] the story that she's already telling. With content like this, I definitely see the problem being that we just need more visual aid where a product like this is a lot harder because it's not as visually interesting. But overall, like

[07:53] structure and the way of like speaking to an audience down like pat. Now we're this is another one from one of my clients. This is Miguel. Awesome dude by the way. And uh his content has been doing really well recently. And I really

[08:07] me. He starts it off as a faceless style video and then moves it into a kind of he's doing really differently in this one is that he's very heavily pushing the sale of this product and the discounts and how the urgency is very

[08:21] exactly what he does. >> I think someone messed up at Tik Tok, y'all, because one shirt of these cuts is usually $54, but I got all four for under that. And if you're someone who's not familiar with the cut shirt brand,

[08:34] only are these things made out of polyester and cotton, but like look how stretchy they are. They got the U neck and they honestly just fit like so good. shirts you get from those big box stores. And like I said right now, I

[08:48] price or what, but if you guys do want to check them out, I put the link right here for you. So, this video is so good because how he structured it is so like smart for a product like this. This product on the tag he shows it. That's

[09:03] the first thing he does is he goes over and shows you how the tag says $54, but you can get all four, I think, for or a three-pack for under that. So, you're starts off the video by telling you how good the discount is. That really strong

[09:18] discount actually encourages you to stay on the video to see if it's actually worth buying, which then leads you into his really strong selling points that he he's gotten your attention with a good discount. And then he goes into the

[09:30] product demonstration and how good it is and like the quality. And as he goes through that portion, he then sells you again on the price anchor at the end. Again, literally, he does the hook again at the end. Overall, I like have no

[09:42] structure was very unique, especially for a product like this that is a little really good sale for it, which this one does. And then on top of that, he has lighting. He has the product displayed really well. If anything, if I were to

[09:57] thing I would add that I would say, you know, quote unquote is a problem, I would just say is, you know, add in more some personal experiences about like my like wrinkly around the neck and this one doesn't. you know, it's just

[10:10] something personal to make people, you know, trust you as the person promoting overall, like this video is top tier. Now, this next video is more of a unique more unique style video where you're kind of recording a screen of a computer

[10:25] and then you go into the product itself. This is generally a style that I don't personally prefer, but if it works for you, it works for you. So, this is that supplement. Now, let's watch the video and see exactly what she does. Oh my

[10:38] god, I can't get another UTI. Said that if I get another, I'm not allowed to zoom in for meds anymore. He said that having this many is like very troubling. Girl, you should have been drinking your cheeky bonsai bye-bye UTI. Enjoy one of

[10:51] these hibiscus lemonade packets after intercourse, a workout, when you're dehydrated, or after you've been holding it in for a while. And don't worry, it's gynecologist approved. Okay, so obviously at the beginning we saw her

[11:03] showing a situation from a TV show of somebody who is getting another UTI. attention about the specific problem that they might have, which I actually think is a really good way to do it. Now, people who experience that type of

[11:16] into this video and kind of stay a little bit longer or even, you know, if they've seen that scene, then they're probably going to stay at least once or well with this scene is that she bridges the gap between the scene and her

[11:30] product right here. She basically is talking about the problem that that girl been taking your cheeky bye-bye UTI or whatever it was." So, she kind of She doesn't she doesn't go just right into the product and just start selling

[11:44] like kind of laughing about the situation or not laughing, but like kind The other thing that I think she does really well with this is that she does go into what this product would be used for. So people who are holding it in

[11:58] longer, people using it after a workout, for example. So she kind of goes over really good. But I would definitely say that the part that we're missing is more who's obviously selling this to us, which is her. So I would feel like I

[12:12] would I would want to hear more about how this product works, like what what is in it that's making it do this stuff. some actual personal experiences that she's gone through and I would definitely need some more urgency about

[12:24] someone needs to purchase this right now. Overall, I think the concept is views, but I don't think it's going to convert as well unless you have all this is a really good video, a really good concept. I think we just need some

[12:38] to truly sell this product. Now, let's this one, we'll talk about the style that is actually a voice over style, kind of filmed like as if it's a talking head style, but it's actually not. And

[12:52] mask product. So, let's kind of watch >> You can get a 10-minute professional facial, or you can do this for the next on this bundle right now is literally stupid. The pore perfecting collagen

[13:05] texture. It's all about pore perfecting, smoothing, and firming your skin. You're strengthen the skin barrier, and improve skin elasticity with this mask right here. This is the Biocolen Real Deep Sheet Mask. This is one of those masks

[13:19] several hours. Whether you do that during the day or you sleep in it, it you're comfortable with. If you've ever said your skin is looking dull, dry, or Nioinomide is going to brighten your skin. It's also going to improve your

[13:31] skin texture. Hyaluronic acid is going to add that longasting moisture. And the appearance of pores and also increase skin elasticity. There was ever a time product like this that makes it super easy and inexpensive. I don't know how

[13:45] going to link it below so you can grab yours today. I wouldn't wait on this >> Okay, so as you can see in this video, she's obviously doing a face tof face over, meaning that she's not talking to the camera when she's filming. She is

[13:58] so some of the things that I've seen in this video that are good is that her lighting is one very good. She is in the in. So she looks like she's in a bathroom. She has like kind of a a night

[14:10] gown on, like a head thing on. She also demonstrates this product really well. on. She uses it. Like she does everything to really make you see things that I personally would recommend doing on top of this or also fixing is

[14:26] visual angles changed or some like movement here because I've seen the same this kind of product is a little bit harder because it's like where are you that's just the nature of a product like this. It's a little bit harder to film.

[14:40] extremely rushed. Like it was very necessarily comes off natural. Also throughout the video there was a lot of product uh features that were talked about how this product does this this

[14:53] terms were but it didn't talk about the specific benefits. So like what do those products benefits actually do or what do the features do? Like how does your skin feel in the morning after you use this, right? Like those are the benefits not

[15:07] closest thing to a good benefit is the fact that you can I think she said that you can do facials at home now which is a good benefit. then people kind of somewhere and actually get this all done and pay a ton of money. So, in my

[15:20] opinion, that's a really good benefit, but it's also kind of more of a feature. Also, she mentioned it two times in the video, one towards the beginning and one towards the end about this product being uh on a sale or a discount kind of

[15:32] building some urgency, but it wasn't very strong. And so that is good in some cases, but in a product like this, you really want to drive the sale because it interesting compared to the other millions of products that are very

[15:45] just talked about with the cuts t-shirts uh video we just saw we just saw. Like but what makes that video do so well is the fact that he talks about how crazy the sale is. And I think a product like this could be very beneficial for a

[15:58] real with you guys. reviewing videos on Tik Tok shop is just one layer of this kind of, you know, pill pillar to doing Tik Tok shop. So, well, there are dozens considering when you're trying to make $100 a day, let's say. And honestly, the

[16:13] best education that you can do is execution. So, actually going out and you can only really know what to do unless you have learned the basic foundation. That's why I highly recommend go watch this completely free

[16:26] YouTube guide on how to do Tik Tok shop. I have it all broken down going over all of the basics and everything that you need to get to $10,000 a month on Tik that and you would like to watch it, I'll have it linked here in the video
