[00:03] How much time is it showing for the photo to arrive? Dude, it's showing 15 minutes right now. Hey Gaurav, it's delayed again. The delay is coming, friend. Hey Gaurav, this has got delayed again. Leave it, friend.

[00:18] We will start, we will see when it is delivered. Ok sir. Get started. Shot ready and camera rolling. Action. So this video is about me and your vision board. For the past several years, I have been

[00:32] I also shared in a video how I created my visuals. Be it home, car, travel, relationships, giving back to society, growing, I shared how each of them turned into a visual reality.

[00:47] And I think everyone should make a vision board. That's why I'm making this video and explaining vision boards to you and also creating your own vision board. some time for the pictures I need for the vision board to arrive, till then let's talk about the vision board. It is

[01:02] possible that many of you may have heard this term Win Board for the first time today and it is also If I say it in one line then it is a school project. It is not an academic school project but a school of life

[01:14] project which is actually designed to give much greater benefits than practical marks and grades. Those benefits that we chase after school. We have career we chase after school. We have career goals, good physique, dream car, desired

[01:29] bank balance, a good partner, a big house and so many more things. But now how can it be that with one vision board you can achieve all this, get everything. There is you can achieve all this, get everything. There is

[01:44] practical science works. The science that has been used by Steve Haley, Jim Carey, Michael Jackson, Arnold, Virat Kohli, Sushant Singh and who knows how many such great achievers. knows how many such great achievers.

[01:57] Some of them used visualization, some used affirmations, some used the Law of And the single science on which all of them work is manifestation. [Music] But the tool we're going to create is a collective combination of these three techniques. So let's

[02:13] combination of these three techniques. So let's start the making of Viz Four. There are

[02:27] two types of people in the world. One who thinks that whatever happens will be seen. And the other people say that whatever happens, I will have to see it. And these are the people who start designing their tomorrow from today itself

[02:44] are in the first category then maybe you should leave this video here. Now until our pictures come, we are going to talk about two questions. First, how does a vision board work scientifically

[02:58] ? And secondly, which mistakes can have a negative impact on you? So let's start with the first question, how vision board works. One morning in 2013, at

[03:10] Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, a set is awash with dust. A team of more than 500 people is engaged in building an impossible set. The set, when

[03:22] completed, was spread over approximately 100 acres of land and land and cost approximately ₹60 crore to build. This was the cost approximately ₹60 crore to build. This was the

[03:44] complex building design, suddenly be built just by hard work? No, right? It was designed by production designer Sabo Serial and his team, who first made 1500 sketches on paper to make this concept a reality. Not

[04:00] building in the world, any project, be it a film, a government rule, a film, a government rule, a game application or your own intelligence, everything starts first on paper and then it becomes a reality. So think about the

[04:15] most important thing, your life, your future, your growth, and we keep carrying it only in our thoughts. This is the simple concept of vision board which has been used by many big personalities [even in music] in their own different ways.

[04:30] Like Jim Kaat, who, at the start of his career, had a $10 million check in his pocket and looked at that thought every day until it became a reality. Arnold used to imagine in his mind every day. To

[04:46] Jackson wrote a letter to his future version of himself, which contained everything he wanted to be at that time, and he became that in reality.

[05:03] Saw myself in the mirror and I was like you can't look like that. Even one of the biggest TV hosts [music] Steve Hawi still has a vision board on his phone to this day. a vision board on his phone to this day.

[05:18] Reinforce [Music] My Vision This is actually a vision board. Even many of my podcast guests like Akash Anand, Akash Gupta have said that whatever is their reality today was earlier on their vision board. It was

[05:30] written on his wall that he had to earn ₹25 crores. Then we took the photos and put them in the front of the [music] magazine. So some made affirmations, some saw their future with open eyes. But deep down, these are the three practices that have been performed by the greatest people

[05:44] and vision board is a concept where you practice these three concepts together daily. But now there will be many people who will literally be thinking that brother, how? How is it possible to look at your future, think true and it becomes true?

[06:00] And if this happens then everyone will become successful because everyone thinks about their good future and we will get the answer to these questions where some scientists conducted an experiment.

[06:14] He called 26 participants and gave them a task. He was told that a blurry visual would be played on the TV in front of him. But there will be some hidden pattern in them. Which they have to notice. This was his first step. The TV turned on.

[06:28] Visuals were shown to everyone. But the twist was that only half the participants were shown clips with patterns. So now in the second step, all of them were told to imagine any random pattern in their mind. Of course, many people

[06:42] imagined what they saw and many others something else. But now the real shocking part came when in the third stage they were again shown the same blurry visuals and they all saw the same pattern in it which they had imagined. Whereas actually there was

[06:56] they had imagined. Whereas actually there was but when researchers performed an fMRI of their brains, they found the same regions of their brains activated both while imagining and while viewing the patterns in real life.

[07:14] imagine something normal, a part of the brain called the cusiform gyrus becomes active. But in weak form. But when our imagination is very strong and close to reality then it becomes highly active. And this is the time

[07:28] when the brain starts shifting reality due to imagination. And associated with this is a deeper science called neuroplasticity. Let me explain what that is. Imagine you have some vacant land in which you plant just one seed on the first day. I can't

[07:41] vacant land in which you plant just one seed on the first day. I can't , pour some water and go away. Gradually you start coming every day. You water it every day, and over time, a

[07:54] whole plant grows where there was nothing [music]. The same thing happens with our brain. Where that empty land is our brain and that seed is a new thought. And watering daily means thought practice. That means whenever we

[08:09] put a new thought into our brain and start practicing it every day, time the brain actually starts creating new neurons. It does n't matter whether the thought is real or imaginary, it keeps creating neurons, keeps

[08:23] firing them [music]. And this is the back end science of Vision Boat. When you see, feel and imagine your future every day, your brain starts getting restructured around it and with time, it automatically starts showing you

[08:37] decisions and options accordingly. And because this practice is so important. So many people have followed. So I'm not just going to tell you about vision boards, I'm going to create one with you. But before that, there is one thing

[08:52] I want to talk about. Those are the mistakes everyone makes when creating a vision board. I have known this concept for many years and know many people who follow it. And through this entire experience and my personal research, I have come across some

[09:06] mistakes that people make and which become the reason for the failure of their vision board. You can skip this part if you want. You

[09:18] know about these mistakes. Because personally I will feel very bad and you will also feel very bad that you will make a Wiz board with so much hard work and it will not work. will make a Wiz board with so much hard work and it will not work.

[09:31] vision board has a negative impact on them. Let me talk about the first mistake. Imagine that after months of planning, you finally set out on a trek. And today is your first day. The weather is cold in the morning. There are dew drops around. There is a backpack on my back

[09:46] and it contains lots of snacks. Now your excitement level is so high that you charge the entire battery. The guide walks ahead of you and you follow him, thinking that today it will be a light warm-up track in which you will build some stamina

[09:58] and understand the route a little. [Music] But suddenly your guide turns back and tells you, brother, today we're going straight to the top of the mountain. Without stopping, without taking a single break. Think about how you will react now. How is it possible to reach the top of the mountain

[10:13] how you will react now. How is it possible to reach the top of the mountain today in just one day, brother ? You will not be able to accept this even if you want to. Reason because it is not practically possible. And neither will you be ready for this consciously nor subconsciously. But

[10:27] suddenly the guide tells you that no, no, the said it by mistake. Then you will breathe [music]. But

[10:39] this is a mistake that many people make while setting life goals. Meaning, while setting goals on the vision board, we set aspirational but impossible goals. We all know deep down which goal is possible for me and which is not. If you feel that it is

[10:54] build a private jet. No, I have to earn Rs 100 crore. Next year I'll be sitting with Elon Musk. Must be sitting with Shahrukh Khan. Is your age, stage, position, profile, your actions, your work in that direction? Internally you

[11:08] find it possible. Internally you are convinced, you have reached there that this could be the next step. I believe that according to our current situation, we all easily know which next goal is possible for us and which is impossible. And when you

[11:23] set a goal which you subconsciously know is very different from your reality, then a subconscious rebellion effect is created. This means that instead of motivating you for your goal, your mind starts demotivating you. It starts causing

[11:38] stress and anxiety. And in such a situation the vision board becomes reversed. Meaning you are seeing him every day. But instead of getting excited, to get upset. This means that while making a vision board, set goals that are beyond your current version. It should be

[11:53] possible for him, ambitious for him , aspiring, but realistic. Do n't be so far ahead that your mind says mission now. Apart from this there is another mistake also. No matter how many possible goals you create, if you

[12:07] make a mistake, you will fail your vision board. Do you remember what you insisted on the most during your childhood ? Remember. It could be curry to buy a toy or curry to buy a bicycle. In my case, I did it to buy a cricket kit. Whatever it may be.

[12:21] But we all will remember that whenever we insisted, father would say, come on, get so many marks. After that I will get you this bicycle. Do this and then I will get you a cricket kit. Now at that time we did not have that bicycle or that toy.

[12:35] But as soon as Papa said no, I will get it for you. Those words were enough. After that we did not get tired because the efforts we make are not out of compulsion but out of hope. There was no nervousness in the heart. There was just a sweet excitement going on

[12:49] just a sweet excitement going on and imagination started doing its work. We used to think and imagine that when we get the bicycle, we will go for a walk every day. When this toy comes, I will show it to everyone. As soon as the cricket kit arrives, I will go and play the match in the evening. There was no such

[13:03] kit arrives, I will go and play the match in the evening. There was no such emotion that this promise is just waiting for time. This will be accomplished, I will get it. I can imagine it, I can see it. This is bound to happen. The same

[13:16] beliefs and emotions are needed while building the vision road and after that. Because it is not just the excitement within you but an innate frequency which is unconsciously preparing you for that goal and it for you.

[13:30] Now, many people put their dreams on their vision board like they want this car, they want to travel like this, they want to go here, they want this kind of job , they want such a relationship, but they do

[13:48] that vision board becomes just a decoration for the house. There is no magic and no dream can be achieved. Now let me explain this thing a little technically. Listen carefully. It is a deep concept, it is spiritual as well as psychological. It is scientific and religions also talk about it.

[14:02] Your brain works like a radio station and every thought of yours works like a signal. For example, in radio, when we have to switch on a channel or a radio station, then accordingly we change the signal,

[14:17] change the frequency. Similarly, your brain needs to align the signals or thoughts of the goals you want to achieve, and the vision

[14:29] board helps align those signals. If I explain this in very simple language, then you can understand it like this that you are preparing for a job interview. Even before the interview, if your mind starts saying that there would be

[14:42] thousands of people like me. I am just an average candidate. The negative impact of thinking automatically takes over you [music]. As a result, your confidence becomes very low while giving the interview. You become nervous. While answering, your words start getting

[14:54] slurred and whatever you are thinking comes out in a wrong way. So as soon as you change the signal of your mind , tell yourself that I have I say whatever comes to my mind clearly, then you get a different feeling in the middle of the interview.

[15:09] As if the control of this interview has come into your hands and you are able to handle this interview. Now the thing to think about is that the preparation is the same as before. But the only difference is that the results are achieved when you remove your mind

[15:23] from negative noise and tune it to positive frequencies [music]. Sir sir those pictures have arrived. What is the matter? What a perfect timing. So let's get started because you know the whole concept of a vision board. I

[15:41] and we'll make it here, not here. So what do we need first to create our vision board ? For example, to prepare his special dish, a chef first needs the ingredients, that is, whatever needs to be added in it should be in front of him. Similarly, we need to have

[15:55] our ingredients in front of us before we create our vision board. So what are the ingredients? First of all, the board on which you will put your vision, your goals, your dreams. So it could be a poster, it could be a canvas board.

[16:08] you will get many options. I also ordered this one from Amazon. Their advantage is that these blocks are self-adhesive. Meaning, for these [music] no tape, no gum is needed. There is glue on the back of these. After making this, we can easily stick it on the wall

[16:21] we need tape or pins. And these pins came with it. So we will put photos with these pins. [Music] Now the next ingredient, the most important ingredient we've been waiting for, is photographs. So I got these photos printed. But it is

[16:34] very important to know how these photos were made. from Google and some from Pinterest. But I have created majority of the pictures with AI. When it is the era of AI, then take advantage of AI. I went to Gemini and

[16:49] gave him my picture and told him the aspirations of my vision board and got the images made and got them printed. So you can do this too. You can use Gemini. Jets can use GBT. You

[17:02] ingredients. But which pictures will these be ? It is very important to know in which categories the goals should be made? In which categories should the pictures be made? So generally I advise six categories. This keeps balance in life. If we focus on just one place, the

[17:15] balance will be disturbed. So you should think about your goals in six categories. So the first category is career. We all have to grow in our careers. We all have to grow in our careers. Right? But it is very important to have clarity on how much to do and how to do it. It

[17:28] Right? But it is very important to have clarity on how much to do and how to do it. It what level do I want to take my business this year? Is there any income or any amount that I want to create this year from my job or my business? There is a specific

[17:43] skill that I want to master. There is a position I want to reach. Whatever aspiration you have in your mind, it is someone is preparing for UPSC and wants to see himself as an officer, then

[17:57] or a student looking to get into a specific college. He can create his own picture in front of the college. So let's paste the picture of careers. which I told it which businesses I am focusing on this year.

[18:12] Which business do I want to start? What kind of expectations do I have? So, along with the growing graph. So, let's put this picture here. What let's put this picture here. What

[18:26] want to invite to give value to the audience through my podcast. I shared that visualization with AI and here is my AI generated visualization. What kind of event am I looking to do this year? After seeing this picture, my vision is clear in my mind as to what I have to cover in that event

[18:38] my subject. So, this will be an important reminder for me. The next very important part of life. When relationships in life are sorted, when relationships are going well, then everything is going well. And if there is no happiness in relationships then there is no

[18:53] happiness in profession or anything else. So it your partner. You may have friends. There may be people around you. For example, when I set my relationship goals, what kind of

[19:07] relationship do I want with my team? I want that friendly relationship with my team to develop and be good. I should be able to give time to my friends. This is one of my shortcomings which I gave very little time to my friends in my life. I improved a bit last year and want to improve further this year. Being able to

[19:19] improved a bit last year and want to improve further this year. Being able to n't turn out as good as the one I made, so I'll recreate it and But yes for now. I put it on a vision board. Relationship goals. This vision is a

[19:34] reminder for me to grow my relationship with my partner. Let us enjoy together. Create good movements and good memories. The next category is also very large. There is every category. Only then is life balanced. The next category is health. They

[19:47] say that when your health is good, you have 100 goals. But when your [music] health is bad then the only goal is to get your health back. I what is your desire regarding your health? What is round? That should be on your vision board. So that

[20:00] you keep getting that constant reminder. For example, my goal is not to have a muscular body. My goal is to stay fit. Have an energetic body and move around daily. and let us paste it here. The next category is society.

[20:14] real use is when we are useful to others. You can be of financial help to someone and if you feel that my income is not at that level right now or I am not earning right now then [music] we can be of help to others by giving time. So what can be our contribution towards the society?

[20:27] n't matter. Its cost does not matter but the thought that matters is that I have shared this in a couple of videos before because when I wanted to study, the family conditions were such [music] that I could not complete my studies. I completed

[20:41] my 10th, 11th and 12th exams only because my relatives gave me money. So this cause is very close to my heart that I should be able to help those people who are not able to complete their education [in music] and come from such families where there is no money in the family.

[20:55] 100+ students last year of God Has Been Kind [music]. In Gunjan and I have been able to fund the education of 250 plus students so far. And this year too, the goal is to help more students [with music]. And to keep this constant reminder in front of me,

[21:09] it came on vision mode. After this, the next category is personal goals. You may have a , you may want to travel somewhere [music] , you may want to buy something for yourself, you may want to learn something, you may want to pursue a hobby , you may want to have an experience

[21:22] or you may have an aspiration regarding your personality , like being confident or being a good communicator or having wisdom. So my constant thought which I have learnt from Swami Vivekananda ji is that he had a very good line which meant that run fast but

[21:36] with a stable mind. Meaning there is no harm , no problem in fulfilling your dreams. But the mind inside should be stable. That should be cool [music]. And this is my constant goal. This is always my goal. I will

[21:48] created two images here. Which means yes I have to grow and learn things and be useful to people. These videos have to reach more people. Jobs have to be created , businesses have to be created. But while doing all this, that inner stability should not

[22:03] go anywhere. Run fast with a stable mind. That peace of mind, that peace, that joy should always remain. And I also believe that only when you are stable from within, you are able to grow so much from outside. Otherwise, you just remain stuck in short term growth. So here comes

[22:17] my travel aspiration for this year. And the sixth and last category is your finances. Do you want to save ? Are you looking to invest? ? Are you looking to invest?

[22:31] many times the question arises that if we think of an amount that we have to earn in our career, then the financial goal has not been achieved. There is a difference between earning money and making money. We are earning , invest it, grow financially or are we earning and

[22:43] spending it? So if we have set financial goals then we will ensure that we work on our habits. Work on your savings and investments. The next thing I would suggest if you're making a vision board is to have a statement, a

[22:55] line that you want to remind yourself that you want [music] to be in front of you and that it's important to you. Your journey is important. Print that out and people have some lines which are a part of their life. For example, Shahrukh

[23:08] the best. Muhammad Ali's constant reminder that I am the greatest, [music] I am the greatest. So what is your affirmation? What reminders do you want to give yourself?

[23:20] example, these are three quotations that I want to have in front of me. Out of which two have always been a part of my life and one I have added this year. So the first constant reminder that I have been giving myself regularly for the last few years is Man Neeva Mat

[23:34] Ucchi which are the lines in Ardaas. Which means Humble Mind Elevated Thinking. Meaning, always remain connected to the ground. Never leave your roots. There is no need to bring any ego. What is its point? But don't think high, it means

[23:48] thinking big, elevated thinking, high thinking. The second one I added this year is Enjoy the Journey. Meaning, enjoy all this [music]. The real goal is enjoyment. We have to work hard and create good content and grow and

[24:04] change people's lives. But not with any stress. Let's enjoy this. And the line I always say is to be happy after finding something [music] or to find it while being happy. So you want to get everything but don't wait for happiness. We are happy right now. Enjoy the [music]

[24:18] journey. And the third line which has changed my life a lot is to be thankful, always be thankful that whatever has happened is good for me. Whatever is happening is happening in my favor. Be thankful for everything every day. If any problem has arisen, it has come to solve it for me.

[24:33] Even if a speed breaker comes, it comes to save me. I am grateful for everything. Thank God. Now after this, one very important point remains. But before that let me tell you that you can order it as per your convenience. Meaning, when you look at your vision

[24:46] want to visualize? Is it more important to you? Which way do you want to go? I have put the quotations in the centre , this is my way. Whether you want to put the quotes at the top, at the bottom, or in what order you want your visualization to run

[24:59] , you can do it as per your convenience. Now at last there are three important points [Music] If you've worked so hard to create a vision board, don't miss these three things. The Where do you keep your vision board? Do n't put it inside the cupboard [MUSIC]. It should be in a place

[25:13] where you can see it. Maybe when you get up from bed, it should be on the wall in front so that when you get up in the morning and sit on the bed, you can see the vision board. You may see vision boards while coming and going. It is important for him to be in such a place. Only then will

[25:27] Your brain 's RS will be activated. The second is time. One is that we will see it while walking. But one time proper looking at that vision board [music]. Feel it. It's not like, yes, I saw the vision board. We are not finished. You

[25:42] look at those pictures. Feel the emotions behind them. Feel that state. Take your mind to that state to understand what kind of emotion it is. What kind of pride is this? What kind of achievement is this? What kind of happiness is this? When it is a part of my life. We have

[25:57] dreams. If they are our own then they are not in a hurry. That should be looked at properly. We have to look at our future. So he should be given time. And third is monthly review. This is especially for those who are new to the vision board process, who have

[26:09] not done such practices , manifestations, visualizations in their life. It is possible that you may have created something in excitement with which you do not feel any emotional connection. So maybe after a month I'll sit down and see if

[26:22] Do I feel these and do I ever feel any misalignment that no problem. I thought at that time [music] then you should remove it. Or is there any such aspiration or not, friend, I have realized that this is

[26:36] my aspiration, add it, then review is very important. This does not mean that you are looking at the vision board not even connected to him. Deep inside you feel that this is not possible n't have to do this and yet it does n't have any points on your vision board. So this was

[26:48] my small attempt to make a vision board with you in front of you. [Music] Let me tell you the science behind it. Let me show you practically what kind of things can happen. use the board. And my book The Manifestation Blueprint is now available on Amazon.

[27:02] Available in book stores. If you want to purchase it, I have shared the complete blueprint inside this book. Step by step how to turn your thoughts into reality. With neuroscience, practical

[27:15] [music] shared inside it. So if you are interested in reading this book See you again in the next video. Till then stay happy and keep sharing happiness. I stay happy and keep sharing happiness. I love you all.
