AI Summary

This video provides a step-by-step weekly content planning system to help content creators stay organized, avoid burnout, and grow their brand. The creator shares her 'busy blooming' method, emphasizing structure over rigidity, and uses Notion as a tool. Key components include setting a mission and yearly goals, defining weekly priorities, daily check-ins, and a flexible content calendar.

[00:00]
Introduction to the Problem

Content creators often feel unorganized and overwhelmed. The video promises a step-by-step weekly guide to take control.

[03:15]
Setting the Foundation: Mission & Goals

Start with a mission (your why) and yearly high-level goals. Avoid monthly granular goals to prevent posting for the sake of posting.

[06:56]
Weekly Priorities

Define 4-5 weekly priorities in order of importance. This hierarchy guides daily to-do lists and ensures the most important tasks get done first.

[09:58]
Daily Check-ins & Weekly Wins

Schedule a 5-minute daily check-in (morning) to plan your day in priority order, and a 10-minute weekly win session (Friday) to celebrate 4-5 accomplishments.

[12:35]
Content Planning Routine

Create a space for chaos (content ideas, mood board, brain dump). Use a content calendar with pillars per day or a weekly theme with different execution styles.

[18:00]
Flexibility & Energy Management

Your energy is crucial. If you're not feeling it, move content to another day. It's okay to take a week off. Trust the timing of your growth.

[22:10]
Daily To-Do List & Content Strategy

Write your to-do list the night before in priority order. Keep a separate page for content strategy (pillars, taglines, approaches).

By implementing a structured yet flexible weekly system—mission, priorities, check-ins, and a fluid content calendar—you can grow your brand without burnout. The key is to align your daily actions with your deeper mission and to celebrate your wins regularly.

[00:00] today is the last day that you will ever

[00:02] say the phrase I feel so unorganized

[00:04] with content creation on social media I

[00:06] have no idea what I'm doing every week

[00:07] and because I get it content creation is

[00:09] a lot figuring out what you need to do

[00:11] every single week is very very

[00:13] overwhelming but today we're going to be

[00:15] unpacking a stepbystep guide on what you

[00:19] are going to do every single week as a

[00:21] content creator on social media and so

[00:23] you just always feel like you were in

[00:24] control of a thriving content creation

[00:27] business because you have worked too

[00:29] hard your content is way too good for

[00:31] you to be overwhelmed for you to be

[00:32] stressed and for you to not feel

[00:33] organized sometimes I meet with content

[00:35] creators and they say I wish I just had

[00:37] a boss as an influencer as a content

[00:39] creator to tell me what to do every

[00:40] single week well today I can be your

[00:42] boss congrats through your new role I'm

[00:44] your boss as a content creator and

[00:45] here's what you're going to do every

[00:46] single week I so deeply believe that

[00:49] being a content creator entrepreneur

[00:51] building a business building your brand

[00:53] on social media is a way that you can be

[00:55] very very busy and in Hustle culture and

[00:58] working all the time and really excited

[00:59] and building what you want to build

[01:01] without being burned out and stressed

[01:03] and unorganized and chaotic and your

[01:05] mental health suffers your mood suffers

[01:07] and that's actually what busy blooming

[01:08] means is being really busy cuz I know

[01:10] you're busy building everything that you

[01:11] want to build but also you can still be

[01:13] blooming have a great thriving mental

[01:15] health feel really good enjoy the

[01:17] journey and really be thriving like busy

[01:19] and thriving busy blooming anyways as we

[01:21] all know I've worked in marketing and

[01:23] influencer marketing for over 10 years

[01:24] and you can take a girl at a corporate

[01:26] but you cannot take corporate out of the

[01:28] girl so today we're going to be breaking

[01:30] down my exact system that has taken me

[01:33] so many years to refine with balancing

[01:36] multiple different platforms on social

[01:37] media and a good system with content

[01:39] creation that isn't posting 10 times a

[01:41] day but still you post regularly it

[01:43] aligns with your lifestyle it really is

[01:45] fluid with how you're feeling it's not

[01:47] rigid but it's a structure and we are

[01:50] going to be using notion today if you

[01:52] ever see people with their aesthetic

[01:54] notion dashboards and they're checking

[01:55] off their list they have all their

[01:57] content organized and their whole life

[01:58] is just organized in notion that's going

[02:00] to be you by the end of this video and

[02:01] people are going to start coming up to

[02:02] you and saying how did you get so

[02:04] organized how did you make this notion

[02:05] and you're going to say I know I used to

[02:07] be you I used to be stressed but now I'm

[02:08] not now I have my together I have

[02:10] this thriving amazing content creation

[02:11] business so I've been using notion every

[02:13] single day for over 5 years when you

[02:15] learn how to use it properly you just

[02:17] like will not go back but that being

[02:19] said you can do what we're going to talk

[02:20] about today without notion on like a

[02:22] notepad or a notebook the way I think

[02:24] about what I'm going to talk about today

[02:25] is we have the busy blinging method to

[02:27] growing on social media in 3 months

[02:29] which you've chatted about and this

[02:30] today is the busy blowing method to

[02:32] organizing your content every single

[02:33] week and building what you want to build

[02:35] without getting burnt out and just

[02:37] always feeling organized when I first

[02:39] left corporate and started doing busy

[02:40] blooming and content creation full-time

[02:42] a few years ago I was the definition of

[02:44] burnt out and stressed all the time in

[02:46] such survival mode and hustle culture

[02:49] and not to be dramatic but this system

[02:51] I'm going to talk about today I swear is

[02:52] one of the biggest reasons I am able to

[02:55] do so many things and not struggle with

[02:57] burnout and getting in ruts and always

[02:59] feeling stressed with all that being

[03:00] said let's get into your new weekly

[03:03] content planning routine and let's get

[03:06] into

[03:08] [Music]

[03:15] it okay the first thing we're going to

[03:17] do before we get into anything before we

[03:18] get into content planning content ideas

[03:20] content calendars is you might know what

[03:22] I'm going to say but we are going to set

[03:25] the foundation of your week so there are

[03:27] three parts to setting a good foundation

[03:29] so every every week you don't get

[03:30] overwhelmed you don't get stressed it's

[03:32] check-ins which have completely changed

[03:34] my life your yearly goals and your

[03:35] mission and having consistent weekly

[03:38] priorities okay so before we get into it

[03:40] like I mentioned today we are going to

[03:42] be using notion I love notion more than

[03:44] I will ever truly be able to describe

[03:46] and for free you can use skillshare and

[03:58] organization in notion and you can

[04:00] become a notion expert there's also

[04:02] another really amazing class on

[04:04] skillshare it's by MKBHD who I'm such a

[04:06] fan of he did an entire class on YouTube

[04:09] success watching classes like this is

[04:12] productive and get organized and really

[04:16] use tools like notion and maximize your

[04:18] productivity and learn how to grow on

[04:19] YouTube from MKBHD it's one of the ways

[04:21] to really take this seriously and treat

[04:23] it like a business skillshare is just

[04:25] such a great resource to really level up

[05:01] in the description will receive a one-

[05:05] can get started today level up your

[05:07] content learn how to use notion and be

[05:09] more productive as a content creator

[05:11] okay so first thing we're doing is

[05:13] setting your foundation for the week so

[05:15] first we're going to talk about goal

[05:16] setting and then we're going to talk

[05:17] about check-ins so on a weekly basis

[05:19] with all of your content creation it's

[05:20] so important to have a grounding that

[05:22] you look at every single day so when you

[05:24] go into your daily to-do list your

[05:25] content calendar you have an anchor

[05:27] there that reminds you of your why which

[05:29] is your mission and how you're going to

[05:31] do that which is your goals so the first

[05:32] thing I'm going to do is write out my

[05:33] mission which is my why as a content

[05:35] creator and then I'm going to do my

[05:37] yearly highle goals for the whole year I

[05:39] have personally found that setting goals

[05:41] every single month or every single week

[05:43] or quarter is one of the biggest ways

[05:45] for myself but also people I meet with

[05:47] that we get in our own way and we get

[05:49] really stuck and it's actually like a

[05:51] form of self- sabotage I swear is

[05:53] setting really granular followers based

[05:55] numbers based goals if you set monthly

[05:57] strict goals of like okay I'm going to

[05:59] post every single day on Tik Tok in

[06:01] October or twice a week on YouTube in

[06:02] October or I'm going to hit 10.2k on

[06:05] Instagram in October if you have a

[06:07] monthly goal that's very numbers and

[06:09] followers based what you start doing is

[06:11] you start posting in your actions every

[06:13] single day or working towards something

[06:15] that actually isn't really deep down the

[06:17] mission of what you're trying to do on

[06:18] social media it's one of the biggest

[06:20] reasons we start posting for the sake of

[06:21] posting because you think okay I said I

[06:23] was going to post two times a day on Tik

[06:24] Tok or once a week on YouTube so that's

[06:26] what I need to do every single week I

[06:27] need to think of a video yes something

[06:29] actually happened and life happened and

[06:31] I actually feel really stressed or I'm

[06:32] sick or something blew up on Tik Tok but

[06:34] I said I would do YouTube but I'm going

[06:36] to stick to that goal I set for this

[06:37] month and just post for the sake of

[06:38] posting get videos up there so all that

[06:40] being said for goal setting I'm a very

[06:41] firm believer in big scary Blue Sky

[06:44] scenario yearly goals a mission

[06:46] statement and a clear why and then I do

[06:48] treat my content in Seasons which you

[06:49] talked about in the last video so step

[06:51] number one yearly goals in your mission

[06:53] first thing you're going to do in your

[06:54] notion next thing you're going to do is

[06:56] weekly priorities this has transformed

[06:59] my life one of the biggest things with

[07:01] content creation is the feeling that

[07:02] you're never really done you know what I

[07:04] mean like yes maybe you posted on Tik

[07:06] Tok but you didn't post on Instagram or

[07:08] maybe you did a really good YouTube

[07:09] video that's doing well but your Tik Tok

[07:11] is flopping or maybe you sold a digital

[07:12] shop but then maybe you should have

[07:13] posted more on your podcast like there's

[07:15] so many things to be doing all the time

[07:17] as a content creator as an entrepreneur

[07:19] and it's so easy to feel like you're

[07:20] never done you're always drowning you're

[07:22] never just like done for the work week

[07:24] it's also one of the biggest ways I do

[07:26] find we get in our own way too is not

[07:27] having clear weekly priorities ities and

[07:29] this is one of the biggest reasons I

[07:31] found that I always felt burnt out in

[07:33] stress and overwhelmed is because I did

[07:35] not follow a weekly priorities structure

[07:37] every single day so what I want you to

[07:39] think about and put in your notion or

[07:40] whatever you're working with at the very

[07:42] top Forefront is five or four weekly

[07:45] priorities and this is how you're going

[07:47] to function every single day so I will

[07:49] give you my weekly priorities to give

[07:51] you a bit of an idea of how to do this

[07:52] this could be prioritizing different

[07:54] platforms or different elements of your

[07:55] business so for example I have four

[07:57] weekly priorities and this is the order

[07:59] that I do my to-do list every single day

[08:01] so number one is clients that busy

[08:03] blooming we have editing clients we do

[08:05] their podcasts we their YouTube videos I

[08:07] have one-on-one coaching clients every

[08:09] single week if you also do coaching or

[08:10] one-on ones that might be your number

[08:12] one priority or maybe you really want to

[08:14] prioritize YouTube over other platforms

[08:16] but think about your number one priority

[08:17] I won't film a YouTube video or film a

[08:19] Tik Tok or do something else if our

[08:21] clients need something my number two is

[08:23] brand deal work so every single week for

[08:25] example I work with Instagram creators

[08:27] on Tik Tok if I have other brand deals

[08:29] going on that is always number two

[08:31] number three is Instagram so never

[08:33] getting into platforms Instagram content

[08:35] on busy blooming is number three and

[08:36] number four is YouTube for busy blooming

[08:39] and then number five is my personal test

[08:41] Barkley accounts I never used to think

[08:43] of my work in this way or my Platforms

[08:45] in this way of always being in a

[08:46] hierarchy and what this does is it

[08:48] guides your day-to-day so for example

[08:50] for me if I have a to-do list every

[08:52] single day of I want to film a YouTube

[08:53] video Fil A get ready with me for my

[08:55] personal Tik Tok or maybe one of our

[08:56] editing clients needs their podcast bag

[08:58] I organized my my to-do list every

[09:00] single day in order of those priorities

[09:02] and sometimes just not everything gets

[09:03] done in a day but because I'm doing

[09:05] things in that order I'm always getting

[09:07] the most important things to me done

[09:09] first because if I woke up and I'm like

[09:10] you know what I just like really feel

[09:12] like filming a get ready with me and I

[09:13] spend 3 hours doing that and none of the

[09:15] client stuff I didn't film The Brand

[09:17] deal and then the day goes by maybe

[09:19] something happens life happens filming

[09:20] that get ready with me is not the

[09:22] priority to get me closer to my mission

[09:24] of like what I want to do this was my

[09:26] personal biggest weakness as a founder

[09:28] and a crater is not doing the most time

[09:30] sensitive things first or the things for

[09:32] other people first I would just do the

[09:34] things I felt like doing when I first

[09:35] quit my 9o5 job but having a priority

[09:37] list of how you function every single

[09:39] day has made such a difference for me

[09:41] and these priorities might change for

[09:43] the year through the month the season of

[09:45] content that you're in sometimes

[09:46] different platforms or different content

[09:48] strategies or different things are just

[09:49] more important at different times so

[09:51] always check in those weekly priorities

[09:52] like is this really my number one

[09:54] priority right now really always refresh

[09:55] that and keep that super aligned with

[09:57] what you're working towards okay the

[09:58] last part of setting our foundation for

[10:00] our content planning routine is checkins

[10:03] and I am so deeply passionate about

[10:06] check-ins these have changed the game

[10:07] for me so what you're going to do is

[10:08] you're going to have a daily check-in

[10:10] and a weekly win I have a section for

[10:12] this notion of your daily check-in time

[10:14] and your weekly win check-in time and

[10:16] you're going to put them in your

[10:17] calendar your daily check-in could be

[10:19] literally 5 minutes and your weekly win

[10:21] check-in is 10 minutes but put these in

[10:23] your calendar and what you're going to

[10:25] do is you're going to have a meeting

[10:26] with yourself at these check-ins so

[10:28] every single day Monday to Friday have a

[10:30] section in your calendar the same time

[10:32] every single day preferably before you

[10:34] start work where you have a daily

[10:36] check-in of what you have to do that day

[10:38] and what is the order you're going to do

[10:41] it in that's a huge theme of just having

[10:43] your stuff together every single week is

[10:45] doing all your tasks in a specific order

[10:47] that are aligned with your priorities

[10:49] and your mission and you could make

[10:50] these fun like you could think okay

[10:51] every single day I'm going to have a

[10:53] coffee with my check-in but have

[10:54] something in your calendar 5 to 10

[10:56] minutes every single day for a check-in

[10:57] of what you need to do and what's the

[10:59] are going to do it in okay then this is

[11:00] a non-negotiable you have to have a

[11:03] Friday or Sunday weekly wins check in to

[11:06] end the week as your self- proclaimed

[11:07] boss you have to at the end of the week

[11:10] have a meeting in your calendar with

[11:12] yourself of four or five things that you

[11:14] are proud of from the week this could be

[11:16] screenshots of comments or DMS maybe you

[11:19] started that new series on Tik Tok or

[11:21] you signed a new brand deal or you

[11:22] reached out to brand or you pivoted your

[11:24] content or you tried something new like

[11:26] what are four to five things that you

[11:28] were so so proud of yourself for this

[11:31] again is one of the biggest ways I feel

[11:32] like we get overwhelmed and burnt out in

[11:34] a rut is we don't celebrate oursel when

[11:36] you are a content creator most likely

[11:39] you were creating content by yourself

[11:41] you were thinking of the ideas alone

[11:42] creating them alone editing posting

[11:44] having brand pivots and content

[11:46] strategies it can be a very very

[11:48] isolating job and it's also again so

[11:51] easy to feel like you're never

[11:52] succeeding you're always feeling at

[11:54] something you're always drowning and so

[11:55] you need to celebrate yourself I just

[11:57] have Fridays at 4 p.m. so you can do

[11:58] that with me too get yourself a

[12:00] Starbucks get yourself a little treat or

[12:02] make yourself a little fun drink at home

[12:03] and sit back and think about okay this

[12:05] week what are four to five things that I

[12:07] did that I'm proud of and you have to

[12:09] put these in your notion because

[12:11] throughout the week next week having

[12:13] that list of either screenshots of

[12:14] comments or things you did you're proud

[12:15] of is so important because you probably

[12:18] don't have a boss or cooworker telling

[12:20] you what you're accomplishing you just

[12:21] have to do it yourself okay so that

[12:23] completes setting the foundation we got

[12:25] our mission we got our goals we got our

[12:27] weekly priorities we got our weekly wins

[12:29] we got our check-ins that is a really

[12:31] good base of a system of how to work

[12:33] every single week and now we're going to

[12:35] get into the content planning routine so

[12:38] planning content on social media it is

[12:40] one of the most inconsistent things you

[12:43] will hear advice from on social media

[12:46] I'm sure if you follow me you already

[12:47] know my philosophy on you do not have to

[12:49] post 10 times a day let alone every

[12:52] single day I am so a Believer and you

[12:54] probably noticed this throughout my

[12:55] content as well of quality over quantity

[12:58] less is always more your energy is the

[13:01] most important thing as a content

[13:02] creator it is so much better to post one

[13:05] amazing video a week than 10 videos that

[13:08] are just posting for the sake of posting

[13:09] and like not a good representation of

[13:11] your brand always remember like what do

[13:13] you really try to do on social media who

[13:14] is it for that is why you're creating

[13:16] content to tell that person something

[13:18] not to hit something off your to-do list

[13:19] to post for the S of posting it's always

[13:21] a deeper thing content is always that

[13:23] deep as we always talk about but all

[13:24] that being said I do have to say this is

[13:26] the most rigid I have ever been with

[13:29] content creation and what I've been

[13:30] doing the last 6 months and the thing

[13:31] with content planning routines and

[13:33] calendars all these things we're talking

[13:34] about they need to flow with you and

[13:36] they need to fit into your life you

[13:38] don't fit your life around it what might

[13:40] work one month won't work the next so

[13:42] this is what I'm going to say for now

[13:43] that I've been loving recently but take

[13:45] this with the green of salt and adjust

[13:46] it as needed so the first thing you want

[13:48] to do is have a space for your chaos

[13:51] because I know if you're anything like

[13:52] me we are very creative we have a lot of

[13:54] ideas we scroll on Tik Tok and we're

[13:56] thinking oh I should do that or we'll be

[13:58] falling asleep at night and serious idea

[13:59] will come in your head and it's such a

[14:00] good thing to have a creative mind but

[14:02] what you need is a space to organize

[14:04] that chaos and those busy Minds that we

[14:06] all have so I always have a section in

[14:07] my notion or in your notebook so not

[14:09] only having somewhere to dump your

[14:10] content ideas but organizing them in a

[14:12] specific way per content pillar and then

[14:15] also having a spot for links and a mood

[14:17] board so having just a one page to put

[14:20] your content ideas your mood board all

[14:22] of that in one section to have a go-to

[14:24] hub for all the creative chaos ideas

[14:26] links mood board all your notes other

[14:28] things I always have in my notion is a

[14:30] brain dump section so this is more on

[14:33] the emotional part if you have certain

[14:35] Journal problems which I have in this

[14:37] notion these I used to use a lot mainly

[14:39] at the beginning of my business because

[14:40] you get in so many like chaos ruts

[14:42] spirals especially the beginning and I

[14:44] have questions like what are you feeling

[14:45] the most resistance to what are you

[14:47] feeling the best about with content what

[14:48] do you need more of in your daily

[14:50] routine what do you need less of what do

[14:51] you want to change about your content if

[14:53] anything you posted went viral what

[14:54] would it be have a set list of Journal

[14:56] prompts that you go to when you're

[14:58] feeling in a rut chaotic overwhelm that

[15:00] really help you get grounded in the line

[15:02] is another really good way to organize

[15:04] that creative chaotic amazing mind that

[15:06] we all have so having two sections for a

[15:08] bit of a brain Dum one is content ideas

[15:10] and inspiration and one is mindset okay

[15:13] now let's get in to the content calendar

[15:15] okay I actually do love a Content

[15:17] calendar this actually goes against what

[15:18] I usually say but I have been loving the

[15:20] last 6 months a calendar so in this

[15:22] specific format I have the calendar on

[15:24] the right side and my content pillars on

[15:26] the left so what I have actually been

[15:28] doing is for the bsy blooming accounts I

[15:30] have a Content pillar per day you can

[15:32] actually see them right here I've

[15:34] actually just started posting on the bsy

[15:35] blooming Instagram the last six months

[15:37] we have never really been on Instagram

[15:39] so that's why I've actually been doing

[15:40] more of a schedule I've been having so

[15:42] much fun over there if anyone wants to

[15:43] go check it out busy blooming on

[15:44] Instagram but so an option is you have a

[15:46] Content pillar per day like for us

[15:47] Monday is mindset confidence Tuesday is

[15:50] like a technical social media tip so for

[15:52] Content pillars they are buckets of

[15:53] content I talk about these all the time

[15:55] and it really depends again what season

[15:56] of content you're in for my personal

[15:59] brand on social media I'm actually doing

[16:00] the fall content strategy that we talked

[16:02] about last video where I'm not having

[16:04] specific content pillars if you're doing

[16:06] that then this might not apply right now

[16:07] but if you're not and you do want

[16:09] specific content pillars like at busy

[16:10] blooming I have content pillars you

[16:12] could either assign them option one per

[16:14] day like Monday is Fitness Tuesday is f

[16:17] set or you can have different content

[16:18] pillars per platform so different

[16:20] pillars and buckets of content for Tik

[16:22] Tok Instagram YouTube Etc you can also

[16:25] just have a theme for the week and then

[16:27] every single piece of content is a

[16:29] different execution style so for example

[16:31] say your theme for the week is how to

[16:33] stop care people think about you okay

[16:35] great say you post three to five times a

[16:37] week okay our theme for the week is how

[16:38] to care people think so we have three to

[16:40] five pieces of content to execute that

[16:42] idea so what you can do is take that

[16:43] idea every single week and put it into

[16:45] different styles of content you could do

[16:47] a carousell about that carousels are

[16:49] like popping off right now everywhere

[16:51] something actually on Instagram is your

[16:53] car cells if you add music actually go

[16:55] into the reals feed which is such a good

[16:57] thing that they're doing so anyways Sals

[16:59] out your music you could put the

[17:00] carousel on Tik Tok and Instagram so

[17:01] that's your Monday post is a carousel

[17:03] about how to stop careing people think

[17:04] Wednesday your post is doing a voice

[17:06] over with a bunch of b-roll of you

[17:08] working and you're talking about and

[17:09] you're talking about how to not care

[17:10] people think your have little captions

[17:11] on the screen your Friday piece of

[17:13] content is a video with you with a

[17:14] little microphone you're going to stop

[17:15] careing people think about you here's

[17:16] who you're going to do it in 30 seconds

[17:18] and then throughout the week on your

[17:19] stories you're doing polls and carousels

[17:21] and questions and advice about how to

[17:22] not care people think you do a YouTube

[17:24] video or a podcast about how to not care

[17:26] people think that's another way to

[17:27] organize your content every week is

[17:29] doing a theme for the week in different

[17:30] execution Styles or doing a Content

[17:33] pillar per day is another way to do it

[17:34] but regardless I would do my content

[17:36] pillars if you're in notion on the left

[17:38] and then I have my content calendar on

[17:40] the right so for my content calendar

[17:41] what you want to do is think about okay

[17:43] how much can I realistically post per

[17:46] week without getting burnt out and

[17:48] without getting overwhelmed I always say

[17:49] I think three to five times is such a

[17:51] good amount of content so in this

[17:52] specific template there's a spot here

[17:54] for hook and URL and ideas and all of

[17:57] that but you basically just want to go

[17:58] through your calendar and have different

[18:00] pages or sections for each idea for me

[18:02] personally when I organize my content I

[18:04] always like to think about the hook

[18:06] first I love hooks I think it's so fun

[18:08] to be so bold and like just so out there

[18:11] with YouTube titles and what you're

[18:12] saying in Tik toks and different things

[18:14] so I always start with the hook when I

[18:15] personally plan content even for YouTube

[18:17] videos I always write out the title and

[18:19] the thumbnail first before I even write

[18:21] out notes for the video I personally

[18:23] plan my content on Sunday evenings for

[18:25] the following week which I really like

[18:26] but I usually only do one week at of

[18:28] time and I try to have a good mix

[18:30] between carousels text on screen talking

[18:33] to camera videos podcast Clips using

[18:36] podcast audio under Vlog be roll Clips

[18:38] something I really want to say like I

[18:40] said at the beginning of this section as

[18:42] well of the video is your energy is so

[18:44] important and life happens we're human

[18:46] beings some days you wake up and you're

[18:49] stressed or something happened that's

[18:50] offset your mood maybe you didn't sleep

[18:52] that well maybe you're not feeling that

[18:54] well maybe something at work came up or

[18:56] just something happened don't let

[18:57] yourself get in the mind instead of like

[18:59] okay I am like not thriving today or

[19:01] something happen but I said I would do a

[19:04] sit down talking video on Wednesday on

[19:07] Instagram so I'm going to post that

[19:09] video and have a complete mental

[19:10] breakdown because I said I'd post it I

[19:12] need to be consistent so I'm going to do

[19:14] it no we're not doing that what we're

[19:15] going to do instead we're going to wake

[19:17] up we're going to have our daily

[19:18] check-in we're going to think okay I'm

[19:19] feeling this way today these are my

[19:21] priorities I really have to get my

[19:23] client this thing but posting on

[19:25] Instagram is like my fourth priority so

[19:27] instead of pushing myself to the Limit

[19:28] and getting extremely burnt out and

[19:29] getting that video done I'm just going

[19:31] to take my mouse on my notion and move

[19:33] the video to tomorrow and have some

[19:34] peace and take a break and go for a walk

[19:36] and the video will just be better in

[19:37] general when you're feeling your best

[19:38] filming it so what I'm trying to get at

[19:40] is with your C calendar Let It Be fluid

[19:42] let you move it with you again you have

[19:44] your mission you have your goals

[19:46] grounding you every single day you have

[19:48] those daily check-ins like always really

[19:50] meet yourself where you're at and the

[19:52] thing is if you're having a complete off

[19:54] week it is okay to take a week off of

[19:57] content or two weeks off of content you

[19:59] have so much time to get where you want

[20:01] to go as a content creator I know it

[20:03] feels like there isn't that much time I

[20:06] know it feels like okay right now if

[20:07] you're watching this in real time it's

[20:08] the end of the year it seems like

[20:10] everyone else is popping off on social

[20:11] media and you feel like you have to

[20:13] quickly hit your 2024 goals you have to

[20:15] get as much content as possible or this

[20:17] is the time you have to like blow up on

[20:19] social hit your next era and try to get

[20:21] out of this scarcity mindset that if you

[20:23] don't do certain things you won't get

[20:25] what you want you will get what is yours

[20:28] there is a reason something is not

[20:30] happening if you were not blowing up on

[20:32] social media or your podcast isn't

[20:34] exploding or your business isn't growing

[20:36] yet there's a reason either the business

[20:38] is not what it needs to be when it blows

[20:40] up it actually might be a completely

[20:42] different business or if you do One Day

[20:44] become a full-time content creator maybe

[20:46] it's on a completely different platform

[20:47] that you're on right now and that happen

[20:49] for a reason or maybe it's a completely

[20:50] different subject that you're talking

[20:52] about and that's when you really explode

[20:53] maybe you're not the version of you that

[20:55] can handle all the things that are going

[20:56] to happen happening to you like maybe

[20:58] you need to go through something or

[21:00] learn some lessons there is a reason

[21:02] everything is happening the way it's

[21:03] happening the timing it's happening and

[21:05] one of the best skills to learn as an

[21:07] entrepreneur as a content creator is

[21:08] when to push and when to pull back when

[21:10] you're in alignment and when you're

[21:11] having resistance if you were feeling

[21:13] like you are constantly pushing yourself

[21:15] to film and create and work in the

[21:17] business to do things go back to those

[21:19] Journal prompt and have a little

[21:20] check-in with yourself and a brain up

[21:22] and think okay am I actually like

[21:24] enjoying this like do I actually even

[21:25] like creating content what I'm talking

[21:27] about honestly if I could change

[21:29] everything and Rebrand it and I knew it

[21:30] would be successful would I what I'm

[21:32] trying to just say is I really want you

[21:34] to feel like every week you're having

[21:36] fun with content it feels really good it

[21:38] is fun you don't feel stressed out you

[21:40] don't feel burnt out because you just

[21:42] deserve to have fun and be happy with

[21:45] all these things and it is possible to

[21:47] grow and be busy and work a lot and grow

[21:49] all the things you want to grow and feel

[21:50] really good it just takes a bit of

[21:52] structure and organization and getting

[21:54] the mindset of it's okay to push things

[21:55] and push things a week or take a week

[21:57] off or pivot or do whatever you need

[21:59] which I will do a video very soon on

[22:00] like mindset and all these things but

[22:02] all that being said I want you to feel

[22:03] like every week you have the structure

[22:04] you have your priorities you have your

[22:06] check-ins your calendar moves with you

[22:08] and it's not rigid but it's structured

[22:10] okay the last two things we're going to

[22:12] talk about super quick is your daily

[22:14] to-do list and your content strategy

[22:16] with a daily to-do list what I found

[22:17] works for me is to always always make it

[22:20] the night before so when you wake up in

[22:22] the morning your to-do list is always

[22:23] done also when you write your to-do list

[22:26] do it in order of how you are going to

[22:28] do it that align with your weekly

[22:29] priorities but having a to-do list

[22:32] before that's in order of your

[22:33] priorities I feel like is one of the

[22:34] best ways to do things and having a

[22:35] to-do list in something like notion

[22:37] where you have your goals and your

[22:39] mission and everything all around it in

[22:40] one place is a really nice way to do it

[22:42] so you're always like grounded and

[22:44] anchored by what you're doing lastly for

[22:45] your content strategy I just have a page

[22:47] in there to write out your content

[22:49] strategy your pillars your brand

[22:50] taglines your onliners your current

[22:52] approaches of how you're posting all of

[22:54] that can be separate but I feel like

[22:56] this is a really good structure in a

[22:58] week basis of how to think and how to

[23:00] work and how to do everything and

[23:01] organize your content your brand and all

[23:03] of that that I think will really help

[23:04] you feel like every week you have it

[23:06] together you're in alignment you're

[23:07] feeling good you're not stressed you're

[23:09] not burnt out you're having fun and I

[23:11] hope this video was helpful I am so

[23:14] passionate about finding a system that

[23:16] works well for you as a Creator as an
