AI Summary

This video demonstrates how to create a fully automated food and recipe YouTube channel using only AI tools, without showing your face or cooking. The creator, Primo Franco, walks through the entire process from scriptwriting to video assembly, and explains how to monetize the channel through YouTube ads and affiliate marketing.

[00:00]
No camera or cooking needed

You can automate a food channel entirely with AI, without a camera, showing your face, or cooking anything.

[03:29]
Example channel: Detrás del Sabor

A channel with only 5 videos and less than a year old has thousands of views, with one video reaching 350,000 views, using simple stock images and informative titles.

[04:40]
Step 1: Choose a reference channel

Select a successful video from a reference channel to model the structure and format, not the exact content.

[05:06]
Use Google AI Studio for scripts

Google AI Studio is a free web tool to test Gemini models. Enable 'Grounding with Google Search' to get real data, then paste a command to generate a script based on your reference video.

[07:12]
Visuals: stock clips and AI generation

Combine stock clips (pre-recorded generic footage) with AI-generated clips. Use ChatGPT to break the script into detailed scene descriptions, then generate each scene in Google Flow.

[09:40]
CapCut can auto-generate videos

CapCut's video studio can create a full video up to 10 minutes by simply pasting the script, saving time but giving less control over visuals.

[11:34]
AI voiceover in CapCut

CapCut has built-in AI voices, so no microphone or voice recording is needed.

[12:02]
Editing and human touch

Assemble clips in CapCut's editor, but add human touches like good pacing, music, and synchronized subtitles to avoid looking mass-produced.

[14:30]
Monetization: YouTube ads and affiliates

Earn through YouTube Partner Program ads and affiliate marketing. The creator claims $100,000 and $200,000 in affiliate commissions from different platforms.

By mastering this AI-driven process, you can create a food channel that generates passive income through ads and affiliate marketing, but it requires consistency and a human touch to avoid being flagged as mass-produced content.

[00:02] food, recipes, or anything related to cooking, you 're probably thinking that you do need a camera, to put on an apron and record yourself, I do

[00:14] n't know, cooking in your kitchen, uh, showing the recipe. I want you to know something today. None of that is necessary, because today I'm going to show you how you can literally automate a food channel completely without a camera,

[00:32] without showing your face, without you having to cook absolutely anything. Look, if you don't know how to cook, you can still create a cooking and recipe channel, I repeat, using

[00:44] only artificial intelligence from beginning to end so you can build a digital business that generates passive income every day of your directly with Primo Franco, I mean, Primo Franco can see what you

[00:59] 're doing and tell you what to remove, add, take out, put in, or not do at all to get much faster results with your business, with your artificial intelligence channel, without showing your face, right? Applying

[01:14] to my new masterman/digital empire community where you'll have access to live one-on-one video calls, coaching—yes, group coaching too!

[01:27] —link in the description below so you can literally look Primo Franco in the eye and ask me questions live. Because you'll have doubts, you'll make mistakes, but the difference between being able to correct those

[01:39] mistakes in a matter of minutes and just guessing which button to press without getting results is obviously enormous, and that's what you're looking for: to finally build a

[01:53] YouTube automation business using artificial intelligence the right way. Digital Empires is where you need to be, not to mention if it's not meant for you, no problem. We can continue with the

[02:07] tutorial you came to see. Ready? Can we continue? Yes. Okay, perfect. Let's get to what really matters. Okay, I'm going to focus here on my screen. The what, the how, and the why of this whole process. The what is

[02:20] simple. Look, we're going to create food videos with script, narration, and images without you, my friend, appearing or cooking anything. You're going to see the rubber right now , step by step, because I'm going to show it to you. And the "why" is the most

[02:36] important thing for building a channel that you can practically leave on you have to do at the beginning. I repeat, when I say autopilot I mean the you have to do something. In other words, that channel will generate content week after

[02:50] will generate content week after week without depending on your time in front of a stove or your budget to buy recording equipment or having to be, I don't know, stirring something and showing, look, this is the cake or this is the, I don't

[03:05] know, the stew I've prepared. Because if you don't know how to cook, it would be even less possible. without artificial intelligence. But since we're going to use worry about cooking, much less showing your face or recording yourself

[03:18] in front of a camera at all. What we want here is for this to become a real digital business that generates passive income and real money over time. I repeat, with time. It's not because you do it just

[03:32] once, the money is going to fall from the sky because that's not going to happen. Okay? I want you to here on my screen to show that this works. Check out this channel called Behind the Flavor. He has only five videos published on YouTube in less than a year

[03:46] and he's already racked up thousands of views, okay? With a video that alone has over okay? With a video that alone has over 350,000 views. Its format is very simple, I would say it's simple. Images of different dishes arranged

[03:59] visually, as [music] you can see, with titles like each Italian dish explained in 10 minutes. I love that. Okay. No camera, no face, just well-presented information. And this in itself is a niche that has a

[04:11] huge audience. I would say a global, worldwide audience, because everyone, all people, regardless of country or language, are know. Do you like to eat? I love it and I think everyone

[04:25] watching this video right now loves it and likes it. So that makes it, I would say, one of the most searched topics on YouTube all year round, regardless of the season, because it's an evergreen niche. So, let's go through the

[04:38] Look, first you choose your reference channel and a specific video that has already performed well within this channel, okay? And I'm going to show you how to do it. In other words, let's say it has really great views above all else,

[04:53] okay? Above normal, I would say , for that channel. And here, as I always tell you, the idea is to model the structure, to model the format, but not, I repeat, but not to copy the exact content. So, you take the title of that

[05:07] video and what you do is come to Google AI Studio. And Google AI Studio is like, let's say, Google's kitchen or laboratory for creating artificial intelligence. Because? Because it's a free, web-based tool,

[05:21] okay? where you can try out the most advanced Gemini models, customize your own robot, and even create applications without needing to be a programming expert. So, once you're here in Google AI

[05:34] options to choose from. For example, code and chat, image generation, video generation, speech and music, among others. So, to write creating a video, all you're going to do is go directly to the large text box

[05:49] in the center where it says, "Start typing a question." Then, right below that box, you'll see several small buttons that you can turn on or off. And one of them says initiation, as you can see

[06:02] here on my screen, with Google search, and what you need to do is make sure it's turned on. Very important, it is highlighted when it is active. So, this is key because this way the model will investigate real data on the

[06:16] internet before, I repeat, before writing, instead of making up the information. With that activated or active, however you want to say it, you paste the command you see on the screen into that same text box , where you explain

[06:30] that you want a script inspired by the format of your reference video, but with your own theme and your own angle. Then you press enter and in a matter of seconds you have the complete script, ready to narrate, without panels or

[06:44] headings that you have to clean up afterwards. Okay? By the way, I'll leave all the video below in the description so you can copy and paste them. Look carefully, okay? Because they are there . He says, "These are the commands

[06:58] I used in this video. There are a lot of links, a lot of links, so read carefully, because a lot of people say, 'I can't find them, Franco.' I say, 'Look again.' Exactly, there it is. Okay, completely

[07:11] free for you. Second, for the visual part, you're going to combine two things. Let me get a little coffee. Perfect. The first is stock clips, okay? Which, professionally recorded by other

[07:24] people of, let's say, generic things like a pan frying something, hands, uh, I don't know, chopping vegetables, or a steaming hot dish, just served, okay? These use them without any problem. All of this is already available for

[07:39] anyone to use in their own videos; they even give you permission. The artificial intelligence, but for this, you first need to know exactly what you should generate, because that way you save time instead of

[07:52] you edit." So, for that, you're going to come to GPT chat, paste this command you see here followed by your complete script, and ask it to divide it into a list—okay? —a numbered list of scenes with an ultra-

[08:08] detailed description for each one, of what should appear on screen at that exact moment in the narration. Then, with this list, you're going to come directly to Google Flow, the same tool I've already shown you in

[08:20] previous videos, and there, within the video generator, you paste the description of each scene one by one, as you can see here on my screen, and in minutes you'll have your clip ready without having recorded a single thing yourself. And something

[08:33] I particularly love about Flow is that with a single prompt, a single master command, it can generate up to four different variations of that same command, which is truly amazing. So you can choose the one that

[08:47] looks best or the one that best fits your video without having to regenerate from scratch if the first one doesn't convince you. So that's a plus, an advantage, I'd say. The best thing about Flow is that It has a free account with

[09:00] a few credits. So, you can use that to try it out without you learn the process. Basically, you're just dipping your toes in the water, which is what I still images if you prefer; it's all up to

[09:14] tools are there, my friend. You can use them, and many of them even have free trials or give you free credits to try them out. It's up to you . Don't let this be just another tutorial where you say, "Oh, how nice,

[09:28] like 1,000 tutorials saved. Maybe that's what you're going through, but don't continue. I mean, Take action once and for all. Okay, so watch this clip. Okay, it looks like

[09:40] a real chef cooking chicken, but it's not. It's artificial intelligence, my friend. Amazing. Now, there's something that could simplify your life, save you money, I'd say, in essence. A lot of time. So that makes you only

[09:54] focus on creating scripts. In CapCut, which is my favorite video editor, you can create complete videos of up to 10 minutes just by pasting the script. Okay, you heard right, just by pasting the script. I'll leave a link

[10:08] create a CapCut account, if that's really appeals to you. You don't have to worry about generating each click separately, or You simply come to the CapCut video studio , once you create your

[10:22] account, paste your complete script as is, and the tool itself takes care of interpreting all the text, okay? And assembling the entire video for you, that is, obviously with its own images or clips automatically generated according to what

[10:36] your script says. And this is the ideal option if you want to produce content quickly, that is, without worrying too much about why not, that is, without dividing your script into scenes or generating each one manually. Okay? I'll leave it at that.

[10:48] That's up to you. Now, the difference between these two approaches, let's say, is the level of control you have. Because if you use Google Flow scene by scene, as I showed you at the beginning, you decide exactly what is

[11:01] seen at each moment of the video, with greater precision over every visual detail. If you use Capcat's full generator , you save a lot of time because you're not really creating anything; you've just given it the script,

[11:16] and Capcat takes care of absolutely everything. But you give the tool less control over how it interprets each part of your script. I'll leave that up to you. So, both approaches work. Obviously, the

[11:28] difference lies in how much time you have available and how much control you want over the final result. Then, with your script ready, you generate the narration , and what does Capcat do? It has its own

[11:41] built-in AI voice bank. So at this point, you don't need a microphone, to record your own voice, or to clone it at all. I'll leave a link to Capcat in the description of this. This video shows you how to use that

[11:55] option or method directly by creating your account and applying what I just showed you . With the script, the narration, the stock clips, and the AI-generated clips or video

[12:07] , you go into the regular CapCut (or CapC, however you want to pronounce it) editor, drag everything, as you can see here on my screen, to the timeline in the correct order according to your script. That's it

[12:22] effects, transitions, or music are up to you at this point. But look, I've even seen a couple of tutorials on how to edit with CapCut. There are tons on YouTube, especially for beginners. That's what

[12:35] I did at first, to be completely honest. You'll see it's not rocket science . So please don't overthink it, because if my cousin Franco tells you it's not rocket science , someone who doesn't have much

[12:47] editing knowledge—because I'm not a professional editor or anything— Even though I edited hundreds of videos when I first started. None of them were perfect, really, but like I said, you gradually practiced like a master, so I'll leave that up

[13:01] to you. Give the video your human touch. Remember not to just string the images together; pay attention to the rhythm of the cuts, for example, make sure the music matches the tone of what you're

[13:13] saying, and especially that the subtitles are well-synchronized. Because if your video looks like it was put together automatically, I can say that, let's say, thought behind it. YouTube might even detect your content

[13:27] as generic, and you know what's going to happen, or that it's mass-produced. And that works against the platform, and the platform realize you're creating mass-produced content, or they think you're

[13:40] creating mass-produced content, and we don't want that. Okay? This is where I can tell you that you understand the true potential of all this, because once you have this process... Once you've mastered it, you already know how to create that content, and this is going to

[13:53] sound redundant or contradictory, even though I 'm telling you not to create content en masse or make it look like mass-produced content, but at a certain point, if you already like hotcakes. I mean, good content, obviously with thought

[14:08] behind it all, with details and so on, you can even put it out every day artificial intelligence. So, what do you do? You repeat the same formula, only changing the topic of each video, and the content starts coming out

[14:21] like, I repeat, like hotcakes, or hotcakes, but anyway. So, uh, that's all you have to explain to me: how does this become a digital business, my friend? That's a very good question,

[14:34] actually. Remember that your channel starts generating money in two main ways, and both actually work at the same time, right? One first is with YouTube advertising. Remember that when your channel meets the

[14:47] YouTube starts placing ads on your videos and pays you a share—a piece of the pie, so to speak—for those money for YouTube above all else. So, the more views

[15:01] a video accumulates, the more often your ads are shown, and the more money you receive for that specific video. And here's the important thing: a video you uploaded, I do n't know, 6 months or a year ago, can still be paying you today, okay? Story of

[15:16] mind. For example, if people keep watching it, the content stays there on YouTube for months, even years, okay? And that becomes passive income because at a certain point you

[15:29] generating revenue. Now, you can also leverage affiliate marketing. example, this plaque you see—I was paid $100,000, okay, by a platform for being an affiliate, literally. And there's another one above it. You can go to my social media

[15:44] and also... I've shown—you can't see it on camera right now—that I've made $200,000, and there's even more affiliate marketing. I didn't create the product; I simply promoted it as an affiliate because I use it, and I even did it with my YouTube channel, okay? And I do the same

[15:58] with different YouTube channels where I don't show my face, I don't record my voice, and artificial intelligence does 90-95% of the hard work How do you earn with affiliate marketing? With a YouTube channel, you become an

[16:12] affiliate for a product within the niche you 're focusing on in your videos, and you put the affiliate link in the description so that when someone clicks on it and buys the product, the company you

[16:24] 're affiliated with (or affiliate, if you're a gentleman) understands where the sale is coming from. Then, they share a percentage of the sale with you, which is the commission you earn for being an affiliate. Here, there's $100,000 in

[16:36] commissions. I repeat, direct commissions. There's $200,000 in direct commissions above . So, none of this happens overnight. Obviously, you have to refine the process, but I can guarantee that if you

[16:48] perfect all of that little by little by taking action, you can literally live off a real online business. If you want more proof, watch the video here on screen showing how I generate over $3,000 in 30 days per

[17:02] month. Yes, consistently. And how my client managed to bill over $4,000 in 30 days as well by applying what I teach. Check it out.
