AI Summary

A Radiant coach presents the 'One For All' (OFA) aim training routine for Valorant, designed to fix all mechanical problems. He emphasizes that while game knowledge is more important for lower ranks, aim becomes critical at Immortal+. The routine consists of seven exercises covering raw aim, movement, tracking, dead zone, gunplay, and crosshair placement.

[1:34]
Aim vs Knowledge

Knowledge and decision-making are more important than aim for ranks Iron to Immortal, but from Immortal to Radiant, raw mechanics become crucial for at least 50% of kills.

[4:46]
Optimal Sensitivity Range

99% of players should use sensitivity between 160 and 360 eDPI. Going outside this range makes no sense for Valorant.

[5:30]
Posture Requirements

Both arms on the table from fingertips to elbow, feet flat on ground with 90° knees, no wobbling. Don't sit too close to monitor.

[7:20]
Training Principles

Use main in-game sensitivity for all tasks. Focus on precision first; speed comes with time.

[8:13]
Exercise 1: Aim Playlist

Use the OFA aim playlist (first exercise) to build raw aim. Details in linked Google Doc.

[9:59]
Exercise 2: Stop-and-Shoot Timing

Practice range with bulldog, medium bots with armor. Strafe left/right, stop, flick, burst fire. Goal: kill all 30 bots with only orange accuracy indicators.

[10:39]
Exercise 3: Movement-Aim Connection

Easy bots with vandal. Overflick to one side, strafe into the bot, then one-tap. Goal: 30 kills, then move to medium bots for 20 kills.

[11:28]
Exercise 4: Tracking and Target Switching

Guardian, 50 static bots. Track first bot while strafing for 2 seconds, then shoot. Instantly flick to second bot. Goal: kill all 50 in under 100 seconds.

[12:18]
Exercise 5: Dead Zone Mechanic

Sage wall in middle, guardian, 50 bots. Use dead zone peeking: peek, shoot while moving, then return to cover. Goal: kill 50 in under 70 seconds.

[13:02]
Exercise 6: Deathmatch Gunplay

Three deathmatch games with 10 weapons (classic to outlaw). Get 5 kills per weapon to advance. Rules: record games, don't camp >3s, hyperfocus on peeking and clearing angles, be unpredictable, apply gunplay hygiene.

[14:42]
Exercise 7: Crosshair Placement Fix

VOD review of deathmatch recordings. Screenshot bad crosshair placements, recreate in custom server with Yoru clone, practice each angle 5 times. Use environmental lines as crosshair placement references.

Consistent daily practice with the OFA routine for two months will fix mechanical issues, but if stuck, aim wasn't the main problem.

[00:00] You just finished watching Valerant

[00:02] Champions. Your favorite player, Opus,

[00:04] hits some nasty shots and you want to be

[00:06] just like him. You start training in Aim

[00:09] Labs, practice range, and deathmatch

[00:10] while scrolling through hundreds of aim

[00:13] guides. But when you queue up in ranked,

[00:16] you don't see any improvements. You

[00:19] constantly feel like you're getting one

[00:20] tapped by the enemy team. It's like they

[00:23] always have some advantage that you're

[00:25] not aware of. Well, maybe they are

[00:27] smurfing, but after this video, I

[00:29] promise you will become the ranked

[00:31] demon, and they will be the ones

[00:33] trembling in fear. What's up,

[00:34] tricksters? My name is Charlatan. I'm a

[00:37] radiant coach that improved thousands of

[00:39] players, and I've literally spent the

[00:40] last 5 years studying how to help

[00:43] players just like you. I've also worked

[00:45] with a lot of professional FPS coaches

[00:47] and with one of the best aim coaches in

[00:49] the world. In this video, we will fix

[00:52] all of your mechanical problems once and

[00:54] for all. You will learn how to implement

[00:56] correct techniques into your mechanics

[00:59] while maximizing your skill with a very

[01:01] simple and effective routine. Also, this

[01:04] training covers every most important

[01:06] mechanical skill for Valerant. From

[01:08] fixing raw aim and movement problems all

[01:11] the way to polishing out your gunplay.

[01:13] So whether you want to deal with smurfs

[01:15] as a silver or you're struggling with

[01:17] consistency as an immortal player, this

[01:19] guide will provide you a clear path to

[01:21] improve all of your mechanics. But

[01:24] Papito, you always say that aim is not

[01:27] important and knowledge is what truly

[01:29] matters. Nope, those are not my words.

[01:32] And this is how the real quote sounds.

[01:34] You should mainly focus on developing

[01:35] your knowledge, decision-making, and

[01:37] some other important skills because they

[01:39] will make your ranked grind smarter,

[01:41] more efficient, and easier. Basically,

[01:44] if you improve some of these skills from

[01:46] iron to immortal, you can take at least

[01:49] eight out of 10 fights that work in your

[01:51] favor where your aim won't be a huge

[01:54] deciding factor. So, even if you have

[01:56] below average aim or your mechanical

[01:58] skill ceiling is not high enough with

[02:00] good gameplay and different play styles,

[02:03] you can still pave your way all the way

[02:05] up to high elo lobbies. But from

[02:07] immortal to radiant, you will have to

[02:09] rely more on your raw mechanical skill

[02:12] in order to take at least 50% of your

[02:14] kills. So aim is super important, but it

[02:18] is unhealthy to waste most of your time

[02:20] working only on this one skill. You just

[02:23] need to remember that you're training to

[02:24] become radiant and not to be a rank one

[02:27] in aim training community. Keep in mind

[02:29] that every skill matters if you want to

[02:31] be at the top. With that being said,

[02:33] everyone should have a daily practice

[02:34] routine that is focusing on their most

[02:36] visible mechanical problems and general

[02:39] fundamentals of this video game. But

[02:41] Papito, how can I find a good daily

[02:44] routine without spending enormous amount

[02:46] of time in this aim training rabbit

[02:48] hole? Well, today I proudly present to

[02:50] you the ultimate mechanical practice

[02:52] routine for Valerant One for all or you

[02:56] can call it the OFA aim training. You

[02:58] can use it as a warm-up or as a

[03:00] dedicated practice routine before, in

[03:03] between, or after your ranked games. But

[03:06] before we dive into the OFA, this video

[03:09] was made possible by today's sponsor,

[03:11] Valerant Tracker by TRN, which you can

[03:13] download for free by using my link from

[03:15] the description. This application allows

[03:17] you to analyze yourself and to always

[03:19] understand on which fields you can

[03:21] improve as a solo cube player. And in my

[03:23] private coaching sessions, this is the

[03:25] first thing that I do for my students.

[03:28] But this software is extremely useful to

[03:30] analyze your teammates and enemies as

[03:32] well. During your live games, based on

[03:35] these statistics, already at the start,

[03:37] you can see which players are the

[03:38] weakest of yours or enemy team, which

[03:41] can increase your chances of winning if

[03:43] you use this data in the smart way. For

[03:46] an example, you can check player

[03:47] parties, and if two or more enemies are

[03:49] queued up together, you can probably

[03:51] expect from them some higher level of

[03:53] team play. They also have integrated

[03:55] guides and lineups that can be extremely

[03:57] useful if you're learning new agents or

[04:00] if you simply want to increase your game

[04:02] knowledge while you're actually playing

[04:04] the game. Even though this video is

[04:06] sponsored by Valerant Tracker, I truly

[04:08] believe that this software can give you

[04:10] an advantage in your ranked games and it

[04:12] can help you to improve faster. Now, we

[04:14] need to cover the most important tips

[04:17] for good mechanics in Valerant. First of

[04:20] all, there is no secret to great aim.

[04:23] Consistent good practice will make you

[04:25] great. If aim is your weakness, you need

[04:29] to practice every day. Motivation,

[04:32] dedication, and hard work will take you

[04:35] far. Talent is meaningless without them.

[04:38] Perfect sensitivity does not exist, but

[04:41] you need to find the most comfortable

[04:43] one. 99% of players should use

[04:46] sensitivity that is in between 160 and

[04:49] 360 edpi. Going below or above these

[04:54] numbers makes absolutely no sense for a

[04:57] game such as Valerant. You can watch my

[04:59] settings guide where I've explained in

[05:01] depth how to find the best sensitivity

[05:03] for yourself. And during this one for

[05:06] all training, you should use your main

[05:08] in-game sensitivity for every task. Good

[05:12] equipment is important and it will

[05:14] definitely unlock your true potential,

[05:17] but you don't have to spend crazy amount

[05:19] of money. These would be some minimal

[05:21] recommendations for Valerant. And on our

[05:23] Discord server, you can find my personal

[05:25] top recommendations for all of these

[05:28] peripherals.

[05:30] Posture police. If you want to have

[05:32] great aim, you need to have the full

[05:34] stability for your whole body. Also, you

[05:37] want to bulletproof yourself for

[05:38] longevity and to prevent the Steven

[05:41] Hawking cosplay. Both of your arms

[05:43] should be placed on the table from tip

[05:45] of your fingers all the way down to the

[05:48] elbow. While aiming, you should be able

[05:50] to use full range of motion with both

[05:52] your wrist and forearm as well.

[05:54] Essentially utilizing your mouse pad to

[05:56] the full potential. Your feet should be

[05:59] placed evenly on the ground, creating a

[06:01] 90° arc in your knees. No wobbling in

[06:04] the chair, no excuse pose. You should be

[06:07] fully locked in. Everything else is just

[06:10] a preference, but I'd also recommend you

[06:13] don't make out with your monitor. When

[06:15] you sit way too close, you sacrifice

[06:17] enormous amount of peripheral vision,

[06:19] which is very important for proper

[06:21] information gathering. Just make sure

[06:23] that you can check everything on your

[06:25] screen by simply moving your eyes left

[06:27] and right. Neck workouts are not allowed

[06:30] in this gym. Same as autopiloting.

[06:33] If you're already trying to get better

[06:35] at something, make sure that you're 100%

[06:38] mentally ready for every task. If you

[06:41] how fast you're training, how can you

[06:43] expect to be fully focused in a 5v5

[06:46] ranked game? Though background music is

[06:48] allowed as long as it's not distracting

[06:51] you. For the final topic, remember to

[06:54] reset your aim both in-game and in aim

[06:57] trainers, but don't do it often. If your

[07:00] hand ends up in some unnatural position

[07:03] during training, reset it to your

[07:05] default position so that you're ready to

[07:06] take next shot or gunfight. You always

[07:09] want to aim from your strongest hand and

[07:11] forearm position. But you should try

[07:14] getting accustomed to using every inch

[07:16] of your mouse pad, no matter where your

[07:18] hand ends up during the fights. Now

[07:20] you're finally ready to begin with a

[07:22] one-forall method. Down below in

[07:25] description, you can find a Google

[07:27] document that explains each exercise,

[07:29] resting times, and for how long you

[07:31] should be doing them. Keep in mind that

[07:33] during every task, you should mainly

[07:35] focus on precision. Speed will come with

[07:38] time while bad habits are very hard to

[07:41] correct. Now open that document and it's

[07:44] time for the first exercise which is the

[07:46] offa aims playlist. In the following

[07:49] segment, I'm going to demonstrate how

[07:51] should you perform each task and why are

[07:53] they good for your aim in Valerant?

[08:13] Heat. Heat.

[09:05] Now for the second exercise, go into

[09:08] practice range and enable shooting error

[09:10] graph. The focus of this one is to fully

[09:13] develop proper timing to stop and shoot

[09:15] with full accuracy. You're going to

[09:18] enable medium bots with armor. And for

[09:20] the weapon, you're going to use the

[09:22] bulldog. You should constantly strafe

[09:24] left and right with only A and D keys

[09:27] while keeping your crosshair centered in

[09:30] the range. When the bots spawn, you're

[09:32] going to immediately stop, flick, and

[09:35] then burst fire. For every exercise,

[09:37] shooting arrowraph should only show

[09:39] orange to indicate maximum accuracy.

[09:43] Your end goal is to kill all 30 bots as

[09:45] you're getting better. And the reason

[09:47] why you're using bulldog is because you

[09:49] will have to kill them with two shots,

[09:51] which means that you cannot have any

[09:53] wasted bullets because of your improper

[09:55] timing to stop and shoot.

[09:59] For the third exercise, enable easy bots

[10:01] and buy the vendal. The focus of this

[10:04] one is to fully connect your movement

[10:05] with your aim. Press start. And when the

[10:08] bot spawn to your right, you should

[10:10] overflick to the right of the bot and

[10:11] then strafe to the left only using a key

[10:15] until your crosshair aligns on the bot's

[10:17] head. Then let go of the A and one tap

[10:20] the bot. If the bot spawns on the left,

[10:22] you're doing the left overflick

[10:24] following the same process. Make sure

[10:26] that you're not overflicking too much

[10:28] and your end goal is to kill 30 bots.

[10:31] Once you hit that benchmark, you can

[10:33] move on to medium bots while trying to

[10:35] get at least 20 kills.

[10:39] For the fourth exercise, enable 50

[10:41] static elimination bots and buy the

[10:44] guardian. You should position either far

[10:46] left or far right like this. You're

[10:49] going to kill bots in the pairs of two.

[10:51] First bot, you're going to track his

[10:53] head perfectly while you're constantly

[10:55] strafing only with your A and D keys.

[10:58] You will do this for two seconds before

[11:00] you stop and take an accurate shot. Then

[11:03] once you kill the first bot, instantly

[11:05] flick onto the second one and delete him

[11:07] with only one bullet to the head. If you

[11:09] miss the second bot, he becomes the

[11:11] first one and you simply repeat the same

[11:13] process. The focus of this exercise is

[11:16] to work on smooth tracking with precise

[11:18] target switching when you're fighting

[11:20] multiple enemies. And your benchmark is

[11:22] to kill these 50 bots in less than 100

[11:25] seconds.

[11:28] For the fifth exercise, you will keep

[11:30] guardian 50 static elimination bots, but

[11:32] you need to switch onto sage. You will

[11:35] place the sage wall in the middle of

[11:37] range like this. The focus of this

[11:39] exercise is developing a proper timing

[11:41] for dead zone mechanic. If bot spawns on

[11:44] the left based on audio, take the cover

[11:46] behind the wall. Peek the bot with a

[11:49] key. And when your crosser is right on

[11:50] his head, immediately let go of a key,

[11:53] one tap the bot with full accuracy, and

[11:56] then immediately press the D key to move

[11:58] behind the wall again. If the bot spawns

[12:01] on the right, follow the opposite

[12:02] process. With this task, you're trying

[12:05] to master the perfect timing of firing a

[12:07] fully accurate shot while you're moving

[12:10] before and after you shoot. Your

[12:12] benchmark is to kill these 50 bots in

[12:14] less than 70 seconds.

[12:18] For the sixth exercise, you will play

[12:20] three games of deathmatch like a gun

[12:22] game, but we are going to maximize the

[12:25] efficiency of this training. You will go

[12:27] through these 10 weapons starting with a

[12:29] classic pistol and ending with a outlaw.

[12:32] We are only using these weapons because

[12:34] they will teach you almost everything

[12:35] that you need to know when it comes to

[12:37] the proper gunplay hygiene. With each

[12:40] weapon, you need to get five kills in

[12:42] order to move on to the next one. Your

[12:44] goal is to get 50 kills in less than

[12:47] three deathmatch games. But how are we

[12:49] going to maximize the efficiency? Well,

[12:52] by following some strict rules. Rule

[12:54] number one, you need to record all of

[12:57] these games because we'll use them later

[12:58] for the final exercise. Rule number two,

[13:02] camping the same angle for more than 3

[13:04] seconds is not allowed. Rule number

[13:07] three, hyper focus on how you're peaking

[13:10] and clearing angles. You need to

[13:12] properly clear every single angle that

[13:14] you're engaging, even if enemies cannot

[13:17] be there. Hold the W key to get to an

[13:20] angle while placing your crosser on the

[13:22] most probable position from which

[13:24] enemies can kill you at that moment of

[13:26] time. When you reach an angle that you

[13:28] want to peak, pre- aim it with proper

[13:30] crosser placement in the wall and only

[13:33] use A and D keys to clear it. You want

[13:36] to practice wide, short, and jiggle

[13:38] peaks, as well as actively thinking when

[13:41] you want to let go of W and start

[13:43] pressing A and D. The rank playbook on

[13:45] my Discord server can help you a ton

[13:47] with this exercise. Rule number four, be

[13:50] unpredictable during your gunfights.

[13:53] Standing still and just randomly

[13:55] spraying is not allowed. Move during

[13:57] your fights as much as you can. Apply

[14:00] the proper gunplay hygiene with all of

[14:02] the techniques that we practice in the

[14:04] range. moving and shooting in different

[14:06] patterns. For an example, if you jiggle

[14:09] picked an enemy, instead of engaging him

[14:11] again from the same position, move

[14:13] closer or further away from the wall to

[14:15] disrupt his crosser placement and abuse

[14:18] a fast dead zone peak to delete him with

[14:20] one tap weapons. Rule number five, your

[14:24] end goal is practicing proper gunplay

[14:26] with the main traits of each weapon. In

[14:28] the Google document down below in

[14:30] description, you can find a separate

[14:32] video where I demonstrate how should you

[14:34] use each of these weapons and what

[14:36] should be your main focus during the

[14:38] practice. Make sure to watch that video

[14:40] before you start with this training. For

[14:42] the final exercise, you're going to do a

[14:44] VOD review of these three pre-recorded

[14:46] deathmatch games. The goal of this one

[14:48] is to finally fix your crosser placement

[14:51] forever. We're going to use the picture

[14:53] memory and mindful repetition, which is

[14:55] much better rather than fixing it based

[14:57] on feelings. Now, during the VOD review,

[15:00] screenshot every fight in which you had

[15:02] a bad crosser placement on some common

[15:04] or off angle. Then, create a custom

[15:06] server. Select a map on which that fight

[15:08] happened and make sure to pick Yoru.

[15:11] We're going to use his clone in order to

[15:13] mimic enemy movement and positioning.

[15:16] So, let's say for an example that on

[15:18] bind, you really struggle fighting

[15:19] enemies on aite from showers. With yoru

[15:22] clone, we can mimic the exact enemy body

[15:24] position or even movement on these

[15:27] common angles. Then go into showers and

[15:30] when you're ready, activate the yuru

[15:32] clones and go for a peak. You should

[15:34] repeat this process for every fight at

[15:36] least five times and try to memorize how

[15:39] your crosser placement should look like

[15:40] when you're clearing these angles. You

[15:42] can also develop some temporary crosser

[15:44] placement lineups as a third wheel that

[15:47] can help you with this problem. For an

[15:49] example, everything in Valerant is built

[15:51] with intention. You can use every box,

[15:54] every object, every line on every wall

[15:56] as an indicator for your crosser

[15:58] placement. Single boxes are almost the

[16:01] same height as a player model. So when

[16:03] you're peeking enemies from showers, as

[16:05] long as you place your crosser slightly

[16:07] lower compared to the height of these

[16:08] boxes, you'll be ready for every fight

[16:11] at the backside. But also, this seventh

[16:14] line on the wall in showers is literally

[16:16] a perfect crosser placement lineup for

[16:19] all of these fights. Even now as an

[16:21] all-time Radiant player, I'm still using

[16:23] some of these lineups that I've

[16:24] memorized years ago, especially for

[16:27] fights for which you cannot gamble

[16:29] having a bad crosser placement, such as

[16:31] doing some fast desit.

[16:35] So, with just 15 minutes of this daily

[16:37] custom server practice, and by actively

[16:40] applying this picture memory training in

[16:42] your ranked games, you can fix your

[16:44] crosser placement much faster than if

[16:46] you just mindlessly spam hundreds of

[16:48] death matches. Now, if you do this one

[16:50] for all routine every day for at least

[16:53] two months and you hit all of the

[16:55] benchmarks, I guarantee that your aim

[16:58] won't be holding you back anymore. But

[17:01] if you're still stuck, your aim was not

[17:03] the main problem to begin with. Roll the

[17:06] closer. Yo, tricksters, Papito here. Did

[17:09] you know that you can get free coaching?

[17:11] Yes, you heard that right. Every week on

[17:13] our Discord, I make giveaways as a thank

[17:16] you for letting me pursue my dream.

[17:18] Also, through Discord subscriptions, you

[17:20] can unlock tons of other coaching

[17:22] content, such as the Radiant Ranked

[17:24] Playbook with guaranteed monthly VOD and

[17:27] Tracker reviews. Once we reach 1,000

[17:30] subscribers, I'll be moving to NA for 2

[17:32] months to play on your server and to

[17:34] make even more content. And by the way,

[17:38] if you enjoy the videos, I stream every

[17:40] day doing coaching and playing ranked,

[17:42] so make sure to show up live. Thank you

[17:44] for the support and keep on grinding
