This video provides a practical guide for small creators on how to secure brand deals, emphasizing that follower count is not the primary factor. The creator shares personal strategies for pitching, building a professional profile, and determining rates, concluding with a realistic income reveal from 2025.
A messy profile deters brands; a clean, niche-focused profile is essential for attracting collaborations.
You can secure brand deals even with 1,000 followers; the video will reveal the creator's earnings from the last year.
The creator's mistake was not proactively reaching out to brands; direct pitching is crucial for growth.
10,000 followers with high engagement is better than 50,000 with low engagement; brands value active audiences.
A clear niche (e.g., beauty, skincare, finance) in your bio helps brands understand your content and audience fit.
Clean up your entire Instagram profile, including bio and content, before pitching to brands.
Don't jump to high-end international brands; start with brands whose products you already use and create content for.
Avoid generic pitches like 'Hi, I'm an influencer'; instead, introduce yourself, mention your niche, and express genuine interest in the brand.
Your rate card depends on followers, engagement, content quality (DSLR vs iPhone), and usage rights (reel, static, ad boosting, etc.).
Don't negotiate down your rates; agencies share rate cards, and lowering your price can permanently undervalue your work.
PR is free product for review, while paid promotion includes money and usage rights; don't confuse the two.
Create a niche, professional profile, content portfolio, media kit, pitch to relevant brands, and follow up.
The creator earned a certain amount in 2025 while focusing only 20% on Instagram and 80% on studies, showing potential for more with consistent effort.
The video emphasizes that small creators can earn through brand deals by focusing on engagement, niche, and professional pitching, rather than follower count alone. The creator's income reveal demonstrates that even part-time effort can yield results, encouraging viewers to apply these strategies consistently.

08:18[00:02] is any brand going to choose your profile if your profile is all messed up. I want to give you a clear vision of how much did I earn in the last year with screenshots. Hello guys, what's up? Welcome back to my YouTube channel. I am listening.
[00:30] So as you read by the title we're going to discuss how to get brand deals as a small creator because you can get brides even at 1000 followers. I Want To Give You A Clear Vision Of How Much Did I Earn In The Last Year [music] with screenshots. So
[00:42] I'm going to say something which might annoy you but you literally don't need 100,000 followers to start earning through brand collapse. But there is also a huge difference between to them and creators who reach out to brands directly. Because this was my
[00:55] mistake. I Never Used to Reach Out to Brands. Because I did new about this thing. reached out to me right now. I just still don't reach out that much. But I have So, in this video, I'm going to tell you how exactly you have to pitch to
[01:08] brands, and how you have to tell your commercials and everything. You just don't have to get up and say, these are my commercials. You have to make a proper rate If you want all those things, please comment down and you will. I will share you the link
[01:22] where you can find all these details. And yes guys, I am going to reveal in the end how much did I earn in 2025 because I want to give you a realistic amount and what actually I got through Instagram brand deals. So, ya, wait till the end, you will
[01:34] get my income and this income by the way I, I have done nothing much because I didn't I was not focusing on Instagram last year because of my college. I was in focus at all. I used to apply it once a month or I did not apply it at all.
[01:47] brand promotions. You can even go and scroll down. So, if I am earning so much by being so less active, then if you post daily, then maybe you can earn three or five times more from this. So, the first step is stop thinking about
[02:02] followers because yes you get categorized your engagement and stuff and it's better to have like 10,000 followers with a 50K
[02:14] [music] engagement rate rather than having 50K followers with a 50K engagement rate. Do content is so strong that you're getting so much engagement. And the most important thing is to find your niche. Because niche is different for your page and you have to
[02:30] mention in bio whose niche is yours? Beauty, Skin Care, Passion and Maybe Finance and Cooking and Extra Stuff Like That. and Cooking and Extra Stuff Like That. Because how is any brand going to choose
[02:43] messed up, you need to find a niche. And with the help of beauty, we will do this for you. If your profile is messed up and it's mixed with everything, then you're barely going to get a collapse. This was my mistake number one. The second thing is make your
[02:55] profile brand ready. Before sending any email or DM to any of the brands. First of all, you have to keep your entire Instagram profile clean, starting from your bio, and whatever email you send, you have to make it with the proper format. And
[03:07] wait for the brand to reach out to you. Start making content with whatever beauty products you have. Because that's how your portfolio is going to build up and that's how product is being promoted like this and it is getting this engagement. And [music]
[03:19] you are aiming for beauty start posting content about beauty products about hair extra things like that so the brand has already viewed your content and they have an idea if they are a perfect fit for them and those who don't have all this
[03:33] then the third point is how to find brands don't directly jump to international and high end products high end brands because they are basically not going to take you you have to you have to email and DM those brands whose videos you have
[03:47] already made which level brands you have already made videos with as for example you have made Mars Swiss Beauty Wear so don't jump to like Rare Beauty and stuff like that like international so leave that is too far but then the most
[03:59] important thing is pitch please don't send hi hi I am an influencer of 10K followers and can we collaborate stop [music] no That's not how you pitch instead you can say hi I am Nisam Gambhire and I am a fashion and beauty content creator I came across
[04:12] your brand and I genuinely love your products and I would love to show your products to my audience extra extra main sab aapko link main bhendonggi kya kaise bhende hai and everything. [Music] So ya please comment for the link. Now the
[04:24] biggest question is how to charge? Because I was so confused about this thing and creators don't tell how much [music] they charge. So the rate card is depending on your purely. Because it depends on how many followers and how much engagement? How much?
[04:38] followers and how much engagement? How much? How much engagement? How much of gender ratio and everything is calculated how your shots are being? Are they shot by D is LR which is professionally shot and edited and are they shot by. iPhone and you are editing all the
[04:51] stuff matter and this is how you understand how much you have to charge. So it also [music] depends on is a reel is a static post ad usage rights for one month for two [music] months ad boosting for one month story collaborative reel non collaborative
[05:05] reel extra then there is other thing also like so the rate card is depending to you purely because it depends on how many followers how much engagement how much [music] how much engagement how much of gender ratio and everything is calculated how your shots are
[05:21] being are they shot by d is LR which is professional shoot and edit editing and they are shot by iPhone and you are editing all the stuff matter [music] and from this you understand how much you have to charge. Also it also depends on whether it is a reel or a
[05:33] static post Ad usage rights for one month for [music] Two months Ad boosting for one month Story Collaborative reel Non collaborative reel Extra Then there are other things which means in my entire video I will show just a small part of the product.
[05:48] So all these have different charges. And that's how you're going to decide your rate card. Stop creating a random number rate card because your rate card has already been circulated around a lot of agencies. So if you
[06:03] charge someone ₹0000 and if you charge and if you get negotiated by another agency to ₹ 10,000 the other agency knows that your last end which you have negotiated is ₹10,000 they won't pay you even ₹ 1000 you will not get even ₹1 above ₹10,000. Because they know that word
[06:17] in 10,000 with that agency. So, keep that with your rate card for all these brands and all these agencies. So please don't change it because I also faced this because let's say I was not getting any collapse. So I to it like it's fine. OK I will do it.
[06:31] because one is agreeing to pay me that much. Even after saying that my content is boosted up. My content is very good right now and I have nice engagement. Mice followers right now. creators and you have to keep that in mind. And guys stop taking water
[06:45] collapse because creators suffered you to people who take water collapse because guys work so hard for a free product right now please and the difference I am just going to tell you the difference between PR and paid promotion. So PR is basically brands
[07:00] launched and whether they have changed the packaging or whatever it is, it is some kind of a new product. So they send it to you all in free and they genuinely wanted you all to try it out and then give just a review, it is not a paid promotion. It's like you must have seen
[07:13] I have received so much love. So it's up to you that you are promoting it and not the end. I mostly don't promote it on my page. [MUSIC] I posted a story and something like that. I only promote paid collapse on my
[07:25] I upload normal videos only for paid collabs but they are not PR ones. So or and PR people also if I genuinely like a product then I do share it and paid collabs are something where the brand sends you the product [music] and money
[07:37] to you if you have to make a video and you get changes, revenges, everything, a lot of things, difference between PR and paid [music] promotion if you are a small creator and want to take brand deals here is what I will do. The first thing is create your niche
[07:50] then make your profile look professional. Number three, create content that proves what you can do, so brands can check those out. Fourth, build a brand media kit where you can include all your email formats, your rate card, and extra things. Number five,
[08:04] you're already making videos of and [music] pitch to them. And the last track Everything and Follow Up. So I promised I'm going to share how much I earn in 2025 by doing content creation like [music] part time and I didn't even
[08:18] focus on my content creation. Income Barely Focused. The ratio was I focus 20% just on Instagram and the rest 80% on my studies [music] and everything. So this is how much I earn in 2025 and I hope [music] and pray and manifest that you
[08:33] focus more and you will get more. So for more such videos please subscribe. I like, share and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Also comment below for the link of everything from how do you pitch to brands and how to make your rate card?
[08:45] And what all to include in the rate card. How to pitch for PR packages, everything. and also let me know if you want more such and also let me know if you want more such videos. And or, bye-bye.
[08:58] videos. And or, bye-bye. [music]
