[00:00] So, within the last two weeks, I

[00:02] recently came across some videos where

[00:03] each one will go around explaining seven

[00:05] levels of whatever topic they are most

[00:06] focused on. So, just for the heck of it,

[00:09] I'm going to be doing the same thing.

[00:10] But in my case, I'll be going over seven

[00:13] levels of the power scaling system or

[00:15] tier system in anime. That means as I go

[00:17] through each set of the power tier list,

[00:19] I'll be measuring them based on the feat

[00:21] and destructive capabilities done by

[00:23] various anime and or manga related

[00:24] characters. Now, while keeping this

[00:26] intro as short as possible, welcome to

[00:28] Any Mano 9000, a channel where we talk

[00:30] about content related to anime, manga,

[00:32] and media. And in this video, I'll be

[00:35] explaining seven levels of the power

[00:37] scaling system in anime. Also, please,

[00:39] if you want to hear more of the contents

[00:41] I mentioned earlier, just subscribe to

[00:42] my channel and hit the noty bell.

[00:45] Starting at level one is street tier

[00:46] level. While relatively the lowest in

[00:48] this tier list, characters who are in

[00:50] this category aren't necessarily weak

[00:52] since their own physical stats are well

[00:54] within peak level and beyond, thus

[00:55] making them much stronger than the

[00:57] average human being, such as Spike

[00:59] Bugle, a hand-to-hand combat master and

[01:01] martial arts fighter who single-handedly

[01:03] took down an entire syndicate of

[01:04] assassins or Lloyd Forger, Spy X

[01:07] family's best secret agent, which is

[01:08] pretty evident when he soloed a castle

[01:10] full of other highly trained wise

[01:12] agents. Hemorra Kenchin will also fit in

[01:14] this category due to his mastery of

[01:16] swordsmanship as well as how he took

[01:18] down a large group of samuris on his own

[01:20] and fought evenly against his era's most

[01:21] toughest warriors. Even Tandro's own

[01:23] sword skills has allowed him to cut a

[01:25] piece of a train and briefly fought off

[01:27] some of the series most dangerous demons

[01:28] on his own. But for the most part, some

[01:31] of these feats are still within or

[01:32] slightly above the realm of human

[01:34] strength in anime. So they have limits.

[01:36] For level two is building level. This

[01:38] category is filled with characters who

[01:40] are considered to be superhuman. Whether

[01:42] it be physically or supernaturally, they

[01:44] have enough power to destroy, bring

[01:46] down, or hold on to objects that are the

[01:48] size of a large building or multiple

[01:49] city blocks like Okaroon, who fought and

[01:51] beat the evil eye twice, and the latter

[01:53] was strong enough to take down a giant

[01:55] wormlike monster. Plus, later in the

[01:57] series, after gaining a sort of power

[01:59] up, the former alone was able to nearly

[02:01] solo a group of powerful alien invaders

[02:03] with almost no trouble at all. Above him

[02:06] is Jottoro using his standstar platinum

[02:08] and with it he could break materials

[02:10] that as hard as diamond and was able to

[02:12] defeat the king of memes Dio. Another

[02:14] good example is Shihiro from the recent

[02:16] hit series Kakurabachi as he was able to

[02:18] fight against two opponents who were

[02:20] both able to respectively destroy and

[02:22] restore an entire large building within

[02:24] seconds or so. One more in this category

[02:26] is Taro Sakamoto who despite being

[02:29] somewhat out of shape was still strong

[02:31] enough to prevent a tower from

[02:32] completely falling apart. And a few

[02:34] episodes later, he was able to catapult

[02:36] his opponent into the air by jumping

[02:38] onto a plane's opposite wing and then

[02:40] hits the opponent using the plane's

[02:41] wheels, which is insane. However, that's

[02:44] nothing compared to level three, which

[02:45] is city level. And characters who belong

[02:47] here are regarded to be equal to a

[02:49] nuclear explosion. As such, said

[02:51] characters could easily destroy an

[02:53] entire city or something of similar size

[02:55] like a mountain. For instance, Eloquart

[02:58] from Helsing Ultimate was able to flood

[03:00] the entire streets of London in a sea of

[03:01] blood after releasing all the swords

[03:03] that he acquired over the years. Then

[03:05] there's Sukuna treating the entire area

[03:07] of Shabuya as his playground and

[03:09] destroying a large portion of Tokyo more

[03:11] than once thanks to the full might of

[03:12] his domain expansion and his other

[03:14] ability divine flame. And crazy part is

[03:17] Sukuna technically wasn't at full power

[03:19] when doing all of this. Of course, such

[03:20] feats are only surpassed by those like

[03:22] Goon, who after sacrificing all of his

[03:24] potential to use Nen was able to gain

[03:26] such a massive power boost that he would

[03:28] pose a threat to Mirrorum. And he just

[03:30] barely survived the nuclear blast caused

[03:31] by Nitro. Lastly, for a bit of

[03:33] nostalgia, we got Hero from the series

[03:35] Gundam Wing. And with his mech, Gundam

[03:38] Wing Zero, they can destroy a fairly

[03:39] large city after firing a single shot of

[03:41] the Twin Buster rifle, among other

[03:43] things. Moving up to level four is

[03:45] island level. And compared to characters

[03:47] in previous levels, the one in this

[03:49] category would pose a threat to an

[03:50] entire nation or two, which means it can

[03:53] just as well destroy islands to

[03:54] countries to eventually multiple

[03:56] continents, as was the case for Erin

[03:58] Jagger, which was only possible after he

[04:00] awakened the full power of the founding

[04:02] titan and uses to start the rumbling so

[04:04] he can stop out his enemies. But if we

[04:06] are talking about someone who could

[04:07] potentially destroy a country, it would

[04:09] be Saber from the Fate series,

[04:11] especially when unleashing her noble

[04:12] fantasm. Same thing with Kafka from

[04:14] Kaiju number eight as he can use the

[04:16] powers of a kaiju to kill other powerful

[04:18] kaijus whose 42 levels are above nine.

[04:21] Although it is a bit unclear at how 42

[04:23] level can be measured in strength, let's

[04:25] assume they are equivalent to some of

[04:26] the most deadliest earthquakes. Finally,

[04:28] we got Isizuku Madora aka Deku. And when

[04:31] unleashing the full extent of one for

[04:33] all, he not only becomes powerful, he

[04:35] also became the strongest hero in the

[04:37] world, taking down two of the most

[04:38] dangerous villains in the process. Heck,

[04:40] even using just the embers of the quirk,

[04:42] one single punch from Deku was able to

[04:44] affect the weather in Japan as well as

[04:46] places as far as America. Reaching level

[04:48] five is planetary level. Characters who

[04:50] go under here are better known as planet

[04:52] busters. Of course, in much broader

[04:54] term, said characters could just have

[04:56] enough power to destroy a small moon to

[04:58] a large planet. One, for example, is

[05:00] Riyoko Matoy from Killer Kill, as she

[05:02] was able to punch through what might be

[05:04] a moonsized hole after the Earth was

[05:06] engulfed in billions of life fibers.

[05:08] Let's also not forget how she casually

[05:09] lift the gigantic scissor blaze and use

[05:11] him to literally cut a building apart.

[05:13] Then there's Asta, who at one point did

[05:16] cut down a giant magic based meteor and

[05:18] could likely do more after learning the

[05:19] advanced level of key. Essenor is

[05:21] another who is potentially a planet

[05:23] buster, especially since his powers were

[05:25] strong enough to beat three of the demon

[05:26] and goddess rac's most powerful warriors

[05:28] and even briefly take on the demon king

[05:30] once he enters the one ultimate. A

[05:33] similar case can be almost said for

[05:34] Luffy, at least when he uses Conqueror's

[05:36] Haki to split the sky and transform into

[05:38] gear fifth, which allows him to

[05:40] basically have low tier tune force. Last

[05:42] but not least is Naruto, who alongside

[05:45] Kuruma could be a moonle opponent with

[05:47] just a single punch and at his very peak

[05:49] can overpower Ishiki, a godlike alien

[05:51] who had enough power to destroy the

[05:53] world. Coming in at level six is cosmic

[05:55] level. Although they don't show it too

[05:57] much, the characters in this category do

[05:59] have the potency to destroy an entire

[06:00] star system to that of a whole galaxy.

[06:03] As is the case for Sonic after obtaining

[06:05] all seven Chaos Emeralds, plus Ichigo,

[06:07] as he fought evenly against base form

[06:09] Yuabok, who fought evenly against the

[06:11] leader of squad zero, Ichibet, who also

[06:13] happens to be stronger than any member

[06:15] of said squad. And one of them was able

[06:17] to shake the entirety of all three

[06:18] worlds just by releasing her bonkai.

[06:21] Also, FYI, Ichigo did all of this in his

[06:23] Shikai form. So imagine his true bonai

[06:26] in the anime later on. Now the one who

[06:28] best represent this category is Saitama.

[06:31] Granted the character rarely gets

[06:32] serious in most situations, but when he

[06:34] does, a single punch at max level can

[06:37] create a noticeably large hole in the

[06:38] universe and destroy Jupiter with just a

[06:40] sneeze. What's more, thanks to Saitama's

[06:43] unlimited potential, he can get stronger

[06:45] as the fight drags on. At last, we made

[06:47] it to level seven, universal level. The

[06:49] characters at this stage are well known

[06:51] to have immeasurable strength. Or to be

[06:53] more accurate, they are so strong that

[06:55] there's no exact upper limit of how far

[06:57] their powers have reached. As far as we

[06:59] know, while their powers are considered

[07:00] universal, they could also be

[07:02] multiversal or aliversal. For instance,

[07:05] Sailor Moon's powers could be within or

[07:06] above universal level. Of course, in

[07:09] terms of multiversal, obviously we have

[07:11] to mention Goku as he is one of the

[07:13] strongest fighters in Dragon Ball's 12

[07:15] universes, especially with his Ultra

[07:17] Instinct form, which allows him to fight

[07:19] off those who are equal or stronger than

[07:21] a god of destruction. We should also

[07:23] include Joker from Persona 5 since he

[07:25] did kill an actual god once. As for

[07:27] outversal, that will be Sunjun Wu from

[07:29] solo leveling. Considering his constant

[07:31] time of oral farming has allowed him to

[07:33] grow to the point that he can now take

[07:35] on other versal gods and could still be

[07:37] getting stronger with his shadow army.

[07:39] Finally, the character who reached the

[07:40] highest level and be considered the

[07:42] strongest in all of anime is Simon from

[07:44] G Logon. Not even a debate, Simon's

[07:47] power is every sense of the word

[07:48] infinite. I mean, he can actually summon

[07:50] a giant robot that's about the size of a

[07:52] universe and summon an even bigger one

[07:54] that overshadows multiple universes. Not

[07:57] to mention, Simo can also somehow attack

[07:59] in all directions throughout time and

[08:01] space, as well as having the ability to

[08:03] continuously evolve in order to overcome

[08:05] any challenges. Simply put, if there is

[08:08] one anime character who can take on the

[08:09] strongest fictional characters in Marvel

[08:11] and DC comics, it'd be Simon. Okay,

[08:14] that's all seven levels of the power

[08:15] scaling system in anime. If you guys

[08:18] have any thoughts regarding the

[08:19] characters that have been placed in each

[08:20] power set, just leave a comment down

[08:22] below.
