11:40[00:01] reason that you're not getting the reach? Might not be anything, but maybe didn't realize that YouTube recently released a bunch of brand new you're enabling and disclosing every time you go to upload content if you're
[00:15] things are absolutely nothing cuz by the end of this video, you're going to know right now because if you don't make these, they're destroying your views. creating content that's simply the wrong length. Then lucky for you, YouTube
[00:29] actually lets you see what length you should be making content. Now, the simple. You want to come over to YouTube Studio. You want to click on analytics. you want to type in whatever you're going to post about. For example, let's
[00:42] say I was making a video about Chatd 5.6. We could then come over here into want to do is you actually want to take a screenshot of this right here. And then come over to ChatBT. You want to
[00:54] upload this screenshot. and you want to say based on this screenshot and the say based on this screenshot and the length plus views, what length should I make my video on this topic. Now, what this is actually going to do is analyze
[01:07] this image right here. And it shows you exactly what length you should target right here and why based on the videos and a breakdown of the topic, the length, and how many views these videos actually got. Mistake number two is not
[01:19] probably wondering, Rob, what on earth do you mean by that? What I'm talking content into shorts that you could post Facebook, and everywhere else that you could upload shorts content. And in the
[01:33] past, this used to be a full-time job to be able to do this. In fact, it was only needed to hire people in order to do this. But now, there are AI tools that could literally predict which parts of your video will go viral and then cut
[01:47] those up into shorts. Check this out. And that's exactly why it strongly suggests that you use Nexus Clips in order to do this for you because their clip for you. It's going to edit it for you and it's even going to add
[02:00] subtitles. So all you have to do is upload the long form video and boom, straight from that that are ready to publish. Here's how it actually works. So you literally just log into Nexus Clips and sync up your YouTube channel.
[02:13] Now you're going to see video to clips right here and you're going to see edit already have a clip and you wanted to do it or video to clips. If you want AI to simply click on create clip right here. You scroll down to the video that you
[02:28] want to create clips for. For example, this video right here. And then you drag don't know how to do that, they have a very simple tutorial on how to actually do it. As you can see, this then goes through and processes and actually
[02:41] figures out what parts of the video that it should clip out. In addition to that though, I can highlight the top things that I actually want to do. For example, moments that demonstrate effective use of task scheduling or anything I put in
[02:53] here, click generate new moments. I'm going to skip this step and boom, this generate those for me. So, now Nexus Clip has literally gone through, made all these clips, and it gives you a score of how likely this is to
[03:07] this right here, all I have to do now is click create clip up here. I could go ahead and I can adjust the length. For example, I want this to be 17 seconds. Then I click into edit up here, which will bring me in here where I can now
[03:21] stickers on here. I can add subtitles. I could change framing. And then boom, export this video. And that's exactly why I'd strongly suggest you go to the Clips today. This is an absolute no-brainer. It's going to help you
[03:35] subscribers without you doing extra work because their AI features are amazing. Mistake number three is you need to make sure that you're not disclosing AI the mess this up and this could actually get you banned. So please don't skip this.
[03:50] through and making sure that you're disclosing whether or not you're using the next level because if you're not, YouTube is actually banning channels. So she uses AI in a lot of her content. And we can actually see she put that in her
[04:05] description. It says the world's first 100% AI clone humanly run channel on AI news. Now, in addition to that, when you actually come into the settings on a here, you are going to see where this says AI use. This says, "Was AI used to
[04:21] generate or edit your content in any of the following ways?" And then it gives you three different ways. I would be more cautious than not to click yes on going to hurt your views. It's not going to hurt your reach. All it's simply
[04:35] going to do is add this very small disclaimer into your content right here. In fact, this video that I'm showing you right here literally got almost 700,000 small disclaimer because if you don't add that, two things are going to
[04:47] happen. One, it could increase the odds that YouTube actually bans your channel you're using AI. And two, this could actually lead to you losing trust with your audience, which over time is going to cause you to lose views, lose
[05:01] one of the worst things that could happen to your YouTube content. Mistake number four is another thing that I see so many creators messing up because they automatically turning on language settings, and these could actually be
[05:13] you want to make sure you're paying attention to is going to be your this video right here, we can see that this video is doing pretty good. It's got me 12,000 views, 100 subscribers. If we click on audience right here, and we
[05:28] the top geographies that are watching this piece of content. And if we click on more right here, this even shows us how long they end up watching. So, what we see is the US, the UK, around 5 minutes, which is good. India, 3
[05:42] down, we're going to see a bunch of Now, what you want to make sure that you do, let's say that you see a country that's destroying your reach, like Mexico right here. What that proves to
[05:54] me is that people watching my content in Spanish don't actually like it. So, if we actually come over here, we click on languages right here, we could actually different languages that my content's
[06:06] is happening with your content. So, if we actually come down here, we could see Spanish published, published. What we might want to do is actually come over here and delete this or unpublish this because what YouTube is doing without us
[06:20] actually asking is they're going through and they're changing the title and the they're changing the audio to a different language if somebody is watching something on YouTube and they typically watch Spanish content. And
[06:33] actually lowering your average view duration because for everybody that clicks on that piece of content, watches that piece of content, but doesn't content, which is going to be all of these different geographies that are
[06:46] average vieweration. This could actually be hurting you. And again, for me, it's countries like India. If we come down here, Sweden, Poland, Mexico, if we scroll down a little bit more, Pakistan, if we scroll down a little bit more,
[06:59] So, what I want to do is go through, change those languages, but even more I'm going to want to get rid of those from the get- go so that we just have a the next thing you need to make sure that you're doing is you need to spend
[07:13] more time on the packaging of your content than the actual content somebody say this before, but I really want to break this down and explain this to you because this is literally one of the biggest unlocks that you could do on
[07:25] spending more time on packaging, I actually want to prove this to you with a few different channels. So, if we actually come over to my YouTube channel right here, let's type in Robert Benjamin. We could see that if I click
[07:38] on here and I scroll all the way back to when I first started uploading content on YouTube, we go to oldest. We could see that my thumbnails were terrible. The length of my videos was terrible. All of this was bad. In fact, I always
[07:50] myself, what on earth was I doing here? But the second that I start to actually a little bit, we could see that I could start to fix them here. 130,000 views, start to fix them here. 130,000 views, 113,000 views, 30,000, 63,000, 30,000,
[08:06] 113,000 views, 30,000, 63,000, 30,000, 34,000, 16,000, 400,000. Literally just fixing my thumbnails helped me increase my views. And fixing my thumbnails means making myself bigger, making the text bigger, and actually enticing the viewer
[08:19] not only me. If we come over to Dr. Jones right here. We're going to see the same exact thing. If we click on his content right here, and then we come over to his videos and let's come over here and we'll go to oldest, we could
[08:32] see these thumbnails were terrible. Now, guess what? Once he actually changed them, like we come to his latest content, this is when he started going viral. 30,000 views, 26,000 views. If we
[08:44] scroll down a little bit, 28,000, 30,000, 30,000, and these are all recently uploaded videos. If we actually come into his popular content right come into his popular content right here, we could see 500,000 500,000 300
[08:56] 300 300 all because he simply changed his thumbnails. And you're going to see this across every single creator that you look at on YouTube. And the biggest this is you need to as quickly as humanly possible stop creating beginner
[09:10] level titles because before somebody ever watches your video, they're going to click on your video. So, you should actually be spending more time on your else. Most beginning creators put all of their time and effort into the actual
[09:24] content itself at the 3 minute mark, at the 5 minute mark, at the 10-minute there if they don't click on your video, which is why your real focus should be on your packaging. Now, mistake number six is simply just choosing the wrong
[09:37] that you've heard this before, but I want to give you a simple solution that whether or not you should even invest your time making the video that you're thing you need to be paying attention to is going to be the actual topic of your
[09:52] come over here and look up another creator right here. So, if we come over his content, I want to prove to you that we could have actually predicted how many views he was going to get before he ever even posted on something. For
[10:05] example, this video right here, 10 days ago, 72,000 views. We come over here, we copy this title and we paste this title in right here. What we're going to find is that if we scroll down, we will see other videos that did really well. I'm
[10:17] here. So, we just get shown the video content. But what you'll notice is that for this topic right here, 4 days ago, 30,000 views. His video that did really well. Another video 20,000. Another video 16,000. Another video 15,000.
[10:32] Another video 35,000. This is a topic that is proven on YouTube. YouTube knows bunch of people are interested in this. So when he posts something about this, a the content. And the opposite is going to be true if he didn't do this. For
[10:47] example, let's say that we come over here and we look at something like this video right here. The credit score game just changed again. If we click on this and then we pause this so we don't see this ad. We grab this title right here.
[11:02] going to notice is that there aren't a bunch of videos that did well. If we bunch of videos that did well. If we come under videos, 2.8K, 7.8K. This one completely different. This says the credit card game has changed forever,
[11:15] not the credit score game has changed. This one right here, 17,000, 62,000. different topics. So, essentially, what this video might be the same topic as these other videos right here, but
[11:28] that's not actually the case." and then as a result he doesn't get as many views on this video. So guess what the topic that you are choosing you can actually just do a search for it on YouTube. What you want to make sure that you see are
[11:40] other videos that have gone viral recently that they all have a high views per hour and that each one of these videos is actually getting a lot of reach because if not you should have never made that video in the first
[11:52] example of this, if we come over to my channel right here, we could see that if uploaded a bunch of different videos recently, like this one right here, 12,000 views in 5 days. Why did I do that? Because if I type in chat 5.6, I
[12:06] come over here and I look at videos, we could see 28,000, 14,000, 21,000, could see 28,000, 14,000, 21,000, 22,000, 700,000, 60,000, 45,000. Almost every single video on this topic is going viral, which again is a sign that
[12:22] not happening for whatever topic you're going to post about, don't even bother and you want to learn exactly how the YouTube algorithm works right now, I this video right here that walks you through exactly how it works. I'll see
[12:35] through exactly how it works. I'll see you over there.
