[03:31] started distributing water. Later the conversation turned to food. He went on stage only once. Where it was said that this fight is not about any religion. It is about the future of the children of this country. And you all must have seen that video. It went quite viral. Now the question is

[03:45] what is the allegation against Junaid? So let me make one thing clear here that whatever story has come till now has come from Junaid's side. The police administration has not said anything yet. So let us tell you the story in Junaid's version. Junaid says that on Thursday the

[03:59] police from Mussoorie police station reached his house. A search was conducted and the father was taken along. Left late at night. She took it again the next morning and took away his bank passbook. Now the thing to be noted here is that this is not the Mussoorie of Uttarakhand, it is of Uttar Pradesh. His sister says that the

[04:15] police asked her father to call Junaid. It is also alleged that the police reached the sister's in-laws' house in Meerut and the father-in-law and brother-in- law were also brought to the same Mussoorie police station. It was said that you will bring Junaid then he will be released. Now let me clarify here again

[04:30] that this has been said in the interview. This is not an investigative news. There is not an investigative news. There is news of Junaid's version. His family says the police were see where Junaid got so much money from ? The police were suspicious that how could a

[04:45] man running a small mobile repair shop feed so many people ? Now this question had also come up in Shaheen Bagh and this question is also coming in the mind of a common man that from where did Junaid get so much money because there was a

[05:00] huge arrangement for food at Jantar Mantar. Even after their departure, water and many other things were left behind which were visible to the people and hence it is natural that how does a boy running a mobile repair shop feed thousands of people for weeks?

[05:15] As we said earlier, this question is not new and this question is not wrong either. This question has been raised before also. Shaheen Bagh is an example of this in every long protest and it is also the job of the police. Not every interrogation is torture. This is also true. Junaid says that

[05:30] he has not spent the money. [06:47] ? Because a version from the police has come. The Meerut police have clearly denied it. The SSP there, Avinash Pandey, says that he does not have any such case. SP City Vinayak Bhosale says that information has been sought from all the police stations. No member of his family has been

[08:27] in this silence, people on one side are saying that they were surrounded for distributing food. Because he was a surrounded for distributing food. Because he was a Muslim, had a beard and was distributing food. He was caught in the eye and was going viral on social media, hence he was picked up.

[09:34] sending around 500 tiffins every day and the police went to its shop. The question is bigger than one family. It is also a matter of thought as to how correct it is that providing food to the people sitting on strike became the reason for questioning.

[09:46] But let's return to the issue. Did the CJP abandon Junaid ? Now this question is hurting a lot because Junaid was continuously feeding food and juice to the CJP people during the protest. Junaid was continuously feeding food and juice to the CJP people during the protest.

[10:53] statement, when he was asked repeatedly, he said that there is a lady who is in touch repeatedly but the rest of the big people who were on the stage are not talking. He also said that the way support should have been maintained was not maintained. So

[11:08] we leave this decision to you. How do you see it? Now the question is about the FIR because when the protest at Jantar Mantar ended, it was said that if no FIR is lodged then all the FIRs will be withdrawn, this was certain but its benefit will go

[11:24] to Junaid's account. This is a very important question. So see, the news is that Delhi Police will move forward only when written orders come from above. That means it was announced from the stage That means it was announced from the stage by CJP that no action will be taken against anyone.

[12:20] truth will remain and today itself, while hearing on July 20, the Supreme Court said that protesting peacefully is a constitutional right and lathi charge cannot be done just because people are protesting. So in the end, questions and queries related to Junaid will come from not one but three sides.

[12:36] In Junaid's case, the questions will be three-pronged. First, ask the police why they are looking for Junaid and whether he was given a notice? If a notice was given then why was its copy not made public? Because the debate will end as soon as he comes. If there was

[12:50] no notice then what was the reason for taking a man's father to the police station twice a day ? Is this legally correct? The second question will come from CJP that why the same

[13:02] enthusiasm that was there while declaring victory was not seen for its own volunteers ? Because the real test of a movement comes the day after victory and secondly, the accountability that is being demanded from a single volunteer today, is

[13:16] n't it his responsibility? Because they are celebrating. After the death of 1315 children, the victory of Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation is being celebrated. Junaid has not been invited to that celebration. Junaid's tears are continuously

[13:31] visible. Therefore, some questions are also from CJP. The third question is for you Junaid Bhai and this question is not against you. It is in your best interest to ask your lawyer and present the details yourself as per his instructions. Because it is important to understand that the biggest shield for the one who has clean hands

[13:47] is accounting. Not angry. And the last thing which you should take as advice, Not angry. And the last thing which you should take as advice, if it is really going then where is the complaint? A Supreme Court lawyer filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission over the July 20 action.
