[00:02]
Monetization Success

The creator monetized a new YouTube channel in 15 days, and it gained over 100,000 views in the last 48 hours, attributing this to strategies rather than luck.

[00:30]
Three-Video Rule

Never let three weak videos in a row happen. If two videos underperform, the third must be on a high viral potential topic to keep the algorithm from cooling down.

[01:32]
Copy Before Innovating

For new niches, copy successful creators first to understand what works, then innovate. This helps acquire the necessary perspective as a content creator.

[03:00]
Thumbnail and Title Strategy

The thumbnail and title are the first things noticed. Use different phrases in each to add more information and make the video more attractive, as demonstrated by Luana Carolina's channel.

[05:15]
A/B Testing

A/B testing thumbnails and titles is powerful. YouTube shows different versions to different users, and testing can improve CTR significantly.

[07:02]
Posting Frequency

For long-form videos, post at least 2 to 7 videos per week to maintain algorithm consistency. Posting every 15 days can cool down the channel.

[08:14]
Gmail Creation Strategy

Creating a new Gmail account for a new channel as 'work or business' instead of 'personal' helped prevent first videos from getting stuck at zero views, based on over 10 tests.

The creator emphasizes that these strategies are proven and effective, and encourages viewers to try them, especially the Gmail tip, and to consider his course for more in-depth guidance.

Gmail Creation Strategy

An unconventional tip that could help new channels avoid zero-view issues.

08:14

[00:02] on YouTube. I managed to monetize it in just 15 days, and today the channel is already getting over 100,000 views in the last 48 hours. And the

[00:14] most curious thing is that many people think this depends solely on luck, when in fact I used the same strategies that have already helped me monetize other YouTube channels. Hey Tut, but what strategies are those?

[00:30] Okay, so let's start with the first strategy, which I call the three-video rule. The three-video rule is this: I never let my channels have three weak videos in a row. So, let's say you posted

[00:46] a video and it didn't do well, and then you posted another video right after and it did n't do very well either. So, the third video you post absolutely needs to be on a topic or subject with high

[01:02] viral potential. And this strategy serves primarily to keep your channel's algorithm from cooling down. I even have a list saved where I've already set aside some ideas so that when I need them, I already have that option up my sleeve.

[01:18] Some very viral ideas, with a lot of potential for me to work on and recover the reach of my channel. That's the three-video rule. If you have one bad video and then another bad video after that, the third video

[01:32] needs to be very well- produced so as not to dampen your channel's algorithm. The second strategy is basically to copy before innovating. And this strategy is very good, especially for new

[01:47] content creators or even for creators who are already experienced but are testing another niche on YouTube. I'll give you a very practical example. I, Tuti, am a content creator with a lot of experience in trivia. In fact,

[02:02] I've already monetized three channels here on YouTube : Tutizera, Shark Shorts, and Tropical Shorts. But now I want to try a new format, a new niche,

[02:14] which is the niche of stories. So I go to YouTube, create my new channel focused on the storytelling niche, and then I make my first video. In my mind, this video is very powerful. It has a very good title, a very

[02:30] good thumbnail, and it might even be that way, but in reality, I don't yet have that vision as a content creator in the stories niche , because my focus is on curiosities. That's why it's very good to copy before innovating. And as

[02:45] time goes by, you copy, you understand what works, what doesn't work, and then you can start to innovate. That content creator perspective is something you'll only acquire over time. And the best way for you to do that

[03:00] is by copying at first, man, or by getting inspired, as people like to say. The third strategy is the thumbnail plus the title. I'm going to ask you a question now, and as soon as I ask it, you're going to pause the video and

[03:14] answer. After you answer, press play on the video again to see the answer. What's the first thing people notice about your content here on YouTube? Well, if you answered the thumbnail and the title correctly, you're absolutely

[03:29] right. And that's where a big problem lies. There's a strategy I really like to use, which allows you to put a lot of information in the thumbnail and title. And, dude, you're basically going to get them to talk. I'll explain it

[03:44] a little better to you here on my PC screen. Check out Luana Carolina's channel; for me, she's the best example here on YouTube. Check out the latest video she posted, the secret of confident people. And what does it

[03:58] say here on her thumbnail? Fake it till you make it. Here's another example: the definitive solution for those who are lost in the thumbnail isn't lack of focus, dude. The strategy she uses here is to never put the same phrase in the

[04:14] thumbnail and the title. You can basically add more information to your video, making it more attractive, with just a very basic trick. And man, this strategy is really good and very powerful. Check out this video,

[04:31] what a perfect example. You're wasting your time by not doing this. In your time by not doing this. In the thumbnail, she put 80/20. What does this suggest for our brain? Man, there 's probably some

[04:45] really powerful strategy inside her video. I 'll have to watch to find out what it is. And that's the big move. If she put that 8020 here in the title, it wouldn't make any sense at all. That's why she put it in the thumbnail. This

[04:59] strategy works very well, especially for those of us who work with darknet channels. Dude, if you put this here, you can be sure your CTR will improve a lot. So, let's move on to the fourth strategy, which is the A/B test.

[05:15] This strategy is directly linked to the third strategy: the thumbnail plus the title. Dude, A/B testing is one of the most powerful tools on YouTube, and it's really important that you learn how to use it as soon as possible. Look at this

[05:31] example I'm going to give you here. I just logged into my YouTube channel and now I want to watch a video on how to create a dark finance channel. Beauty? I searched here and this video from Tuch came up, but, man,

[05:45] I didn't really like the thumbnail, I didn't really like the title. Okay, so I close my YouTube app and then 5 hours later I open YouTube again. Beauty? Since I've already researched how to create a dark finance channel,

[06:01] Tuti's video will pop up for me again. But now he won't show up like that. It will appear with a different title and thumbnail, but it's the same video. But I might like this video more. So I'll click

[06:17] to watch. Man, that's why the AB test is so powerful. You can test your video thumbnail and title. You can do two very different tests. Perhaps your subscribers don't like one thumbnail, but they might like

[06:33] another, and you end up gaining a view just because of that, and consequently your CTR will also increase significantly. Man, that explanation increase significantly. Man, that explanation was really good. A/B testing is a great

[06:47] strategy and you guys need to do it. It 's very important. Maybe you have some amazing content, but your thumbnail and title aren't good enough. So, it's worth putting in the effort, it's worth taking this test. Now,

[07:02] the sixth strategy. How many videos should I post per week on my long-form video channel? Here on the channel I've already talked a lot about short videos, and that the best scenario is to post one to three videos per day. But what about longer videos?

[07:17] How many videos per week is recommended to post? Well, recommended to post? Well,

[07:29] per week on all my long-form video channels. So you can post videos every day, you can post videos every other day , and you can post two videos per week. This is a really good number to avoid cooling down your channel's algorithm. If you post a

[07:45] video every 15 days, it's very likely that your channel will completely cool down in the algorithm, because since you post few videos, your subscribers won't have as much recurring content to watch and

[07:58] consequently, in your next videos, YouTube will end up recommending your content. That's why it 's very important for you to have a certain consistency in posting. At least two to seven videos per week, okay? Perfect.

[08:14] Now, the seventh strategy is the creation of Gmail. And I'll be completely honest with you all here, because I've never seen anyone on YouTube talking about seen anyone on YouTube talking about this. However, I, Tut, did several tests

[08:27] and, believe it or not, this helped me a lot at the beginning of my new channels. I'll show you here. This is the tab for creating an email account on Google. To create a YouTube channel , you need a Gmail account.

[08:42] Whenever I create a new Gmail account for a new channel, instead of simply going here to create an account and setting it as personal use, I've started setting it as work or business use. And, believe it or not , this has been

[08:58] giving me really good results. In this tab here, I can now click to create a Gmail address. And now I put my first name here, I put my last name here, and so on. From here on, it's the same step-by-step process as creating a

[09:14] normal email. Dude, I can't say for sure why, but it just changes. That's really cool. I've tested it more than 10 times and it's been working great for me. Whenever I enter my email address, which is for

[09:30] I enter my email address, which is for work or business, it really helps prevent my first videos from getting stuck at zero views, a very common problem on YouTube. And man, I'm figuring out some ways

[09:43] to get around this problem and it's been working really well. And here's a request for you all. Try this Gmail strategy and let me know in the comments if it worked for you, and if your videos got any

[09:58] views. Man, this is pretty cool. Okay, and now I have a very important announcement for you. The " unlocking the iceberg" project, unfortunately, is in its last few spots and, man, it's never going to open again. These are truly the last available spots. Hey

[10:14] Tutti, but what does "unlocking the iceberg" mean? "Unlocking" is my Dark Channel course. There I'll teach you the exact same strategies I use on all my YouTube channels. Last year, I monetized more than six

[10:30] channels, and all of those strategies are included in the "unlocking" process. There are over 60 lessons of content. You still have access to my networking group on WhatsApp with over 5,000 content creators. People exchange a lot of

[10:45] strategies, a lot of results, in short, man, it's really worth it. And you also get Capcut Pro 100% free and lifetime access. I don't even know if I should say this, but anyway. First link here in the description, take advantage,

[10:59] last spots available and well, that's it, we're all in this together. Big hugs to we're all in this together. Big hugs to you all and see you in the next video.
