[35:17] if you now I heard Michael Zuber took like 18 pages of notes one person I talked to said they came to grow a video in 2022 took like 15 pages of notes their business was doing 50k a year they

[35:31] the medical field help people with fibromyalgia since that event they've done 1.7 million just attending this event talk to another person who came to subscribers they implemented what they learned now they're at 35,000

[35:46] learned now they're at 35,000 subscribers so saying all that taking subscribers so saying all that taking notes then actually reviewing your notes skyrockets retention and if you can when now that you're done with growth video

[35:59] for those that were there live block some time on your calendar on some you do it on the flight home or do it the following Saturday because just going back and reviewing it now saying that if you were there and you also
