[00:06] Tik Tok, if you're talking, I can't see you. Hello. Hello YouTube. WHAT'S UP EVERYBODY? WELCOME TO EPISODE WELL, OKAY. SO, we rebranded. We rebranded. I think

[00:19] I think this is pretty dope. So instead of it being YouTube workshop from now on it is lockin live ladies and gentlemen. Lock in live.

[00:32] I think that's pretty cool. I'm not going to lie. I think that's pretty pretty cool. Lock in live. Pretty neat. Anyways, welcome welcome welcome. Uh today I'm going to go a little bit more. Uh so we'll probably do some creator.

[00:48] There we go. We'll probably do some creator review stuff uh today. We'll probably actually get get some time to do that. I do have a meeting at about 12:30, so about 2 and 1/2 hours. I do have a meeting uh with uh my developer

[01:04] for my website. So then that way we can lock in some new changes to that. What's lock in some new changes to that. What's up, Randall? Um dude, thanks for your 21 Appreciate you. All right, let's get pro chat going. Good morning. Good morning.

[01:16] Good morning. Yeah, I wanted to go live a little bit today. We launched episode one of building in public, uh, which is my new, um, documentation vlog series as my new, um, documentation vlog series as I work, uh, to move in a direction to,

[01:33] um, to build this year. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. To build to invest to to genuinely invest in myself. How can I How do I pop out in myself. How can I How do I pop out the chat again on um

[01:50] How do I pop out the chat again over on Tik Tok? How do I do that? We're not doing uh Instagram today neither. Wait, live chat. Uh pop out.

[02:03] There we go. Uh do you think green app is dying? Uh no, not really. I just is dying? Uh no, not really. I just think it's something that a lot of us uh I think one I think they're extremely confused in what they want to do and two

[02:16] direction that a lot of us don't care to go. All right, there we go. All right, we got chat up now. We got CHAT UP NOW, GUYS. THANK YOU. GOOD MORNING, BOYS. LET me try to get pro chat going because you

[02:29] the YouTube side is not COMING THROUGH. GOOD MORNING, YT. WHAT'S UP WITH POSTERS? What up, Top? What up, Phantom? What up, Ender? Good morning, boys. Make sure you guys are smashing that like button on YT side. So, yeah. Again,

[02:42] today uh uh or there we go. It's It's working now. This week, episode one, by the way, anybody that watched that, what' you guys think? Episode one of Building in Public came out. YOU GET A FOLLOW SEAN. WELCOME TO YOUTUBE,

[02:56] BROTHER. WELCOME TO YOUTUBE. Looking good. Looking Look at the goopas gooping in here. Uh also too, at some point today, we are going to talk about the today, we are going to talk about the Bert Peanut [ __ ] By the way, I just Oh

[03:08] my god, how [ __ ] Oh, Tik Tok. How stupid do you have to be? How stupid do you have to be to actually like Oh my god, the like it's forced hate at this

[03:20] god, the like it's forced hate at this point. It's forced hate. The the the Oh my god. If you don't understand the blow up of Bert Peanut and you actually believe viewbotting was the result of it, you do

[03:35] not understand any of this and you should never ever put yourself in any position or any angle as if you know what you're talking about with this. You can sit with your opinions in your head. You can sit with the brain rot,

[03:51] but never ever come from an angle of like, "Hey, I know what I'm talking about. This guy's doing XYZ. You guys are goofy. What B Peanut said yesterday was was just absolutely spot on. It's absolutely spot on. What's up, Ender?

[04:04] Dude, we deal with that [ __ ] And we aren't even we aren't even on a blip on the radar compared to Bert Peanut. We deal with [ __ ] talking about viewing and and [ __ ] like that. I got some of the lowest numbers I've had on

[04:17] on kick in years. And now these [ __ ] that hate on me are coming out uh uh yapping about viewing now. Holy [ __ ] brother. The coping mechanism from creators who are envious of other people is absurd. It's insane.

[04:35] It's insane. It doesn't even add up. Goes to show as soon as folks go to uh to a pinnacle society immediately want to dude. Well well the the hate doesn't add up. His metrics add up completely fine. See, the problem is the problem is

[04:51] is a lot of individuals, they can't conceptualize the idea that if they don't like something, how do how do other people like it? And and like, dude, it's such [ __ ] brain rot. It is such brain rot. And it's like case in

[05:06] point, I don't understand how people like I like I'll watch Oh, that's in the background of the music. I'll watch Burnt Peanut. I can't watch somebody like Kaisen. I can't watch somebody like [ __ ] uh

[05:22] what's it? What what are the FaZe guys? Ronaldo and and L uh Lucy, right? Lucy. Is it Lucy? Faze Lucy. Well, they're not Faze anymore, but you guys get what I'm saying. I can't watch that. But like to pretend that anything that anybody does

[05:40] IRL streaming just cuz I can't watch it is not legitimate. Lacy. Lacy. Lacy. illegitimate just because I can't watch it. It's just that's called ignorance. That's called ignorance. Sorry. SORRY. BUT I'M NOT SAYING that to be a

[05:55] [ __ ] I genuinely don't know. Don't care. I don't check in on their [ __ ] I don't watch updates on their stuff. When we were doing the brain rot [ __ ] we react to a couple videos, but that's about it. That's about it. Yeah. Which

[06:08] talking about today because a lot of people don't know that the burnt peanuts people don't know that the burnt peanuts the burnt peanut did the burnt peanut did a a a brand over overhaul a rebuilding

[06:23] like the character identity which is actually kind of ironic that I brought I'm not scripting this [ __ ] by the way. I swear to God. I feel like every episode that we've been doing this lately, I feel like every episode we've

[06:36] been like I I'll like hook something and it just seems like it's too good to BE TRUE. THUNDERAT, MY GOD, LOOKING GOOD. I SEE YOU ON YOUTUBE, BABY. My guy. Guys, shout out to Thundercat. This [ __ ] dude.

[06:49] over these last few years. One of my biggest viewbots, man. I don't know how Viewbots can [ __ ] send money, but this [ __ ] sent on on kick alone this [ __ ] sent on on kick alone like 1.4 1.5,000 uh K uh subs on

[07:05] YouTube. It's been like what? [ __ ] man. Couple hundred now. Thunder, hope you're doing good. Hope you hope you uh survive the winners over there. Yeah, Viewbots scrolling by, man. And your camera quality. Hey, appreciate that, brother.

[07:17] Off topic, but saw your FX3 video yesterday. Curious what FPS you you yesterday. Curious what FPS you you shoot for TikTok. Uh 24 fps. I do everything 24 fps. Streaming I do 30.

[07:30] Streaming I do 30. Winter been full of snow. Ah that sucks, you know, just like right now, so it's not that big of a deal. But yeah. Um going back to the character identity stuff, man. Uh I think this is going to be a year work. A

[07:45] see Miller has been doing it lately. a couple viewers who are premium members over on the YouTube. They've been doing it and and I think uh um I think

[07:58] I think it's just healthy every now and then for you guys to for people to assess and organize. And what's hilarious is that's what Bert Peanut did. So for those that don't know, Burnt Peanut streamed for four years like

[08:12] Peanut streamed for four years like this, like any of us. like any of us. And it it was like a year and a half ago, right, where he completely rebranded,

[08:25] right? I I know some of you die hards in here know exactly what I'm talking about. I I don't know the exact timelines, but it was like a year year and a half ago he like or like probably like two years now, right? He completely

[08:37] like two years now, right? He completely rebranded completely rebranded into like the peanut. Okay. Yeah. About a year and a half. Yeah. So, like all these people nowhere. Bro, this guy's been streaming for five to six years, like

[08:51] for five to six years, like consistently. Consistently, took a two-year break, came back as the peanut." Think he talked about it in the uh the uh the Optic podcast, didn't he?

[09:05] Love when the audio is delayed. Oh, is the audio delayed over on TikTok? other day. Wait, what do you mean? As a cont content creator, do you try to make

[09:19] subscribe to? I think when I'm like putting it together, I do. But I I have gotten over the idea of this. It's kind of a double-edged sword. I have gotten over the idea of like, oo, I like a a piece of content. I should make content

[09:34] around that. He also went viral a few dozen times during his stream hiatus, just focusing on TikTok, right? and just like spamming clips. People just hate on them. Yeah. Well, I mean, that's what I said in my my ex post. I was like, uh I

[09:49] was like, it's funny about the Bert Peanut I hate because essentially the only people that are genuinely mad at him are failed creators. Like creators that can't assess the idea that Well, can I be honest? Can I really tell you

[10:01] what it is? I don't think a lot of people are ready to hear this, but what it really is is a lot of the people that are really against the Bert Peanut [ __ ] and want to discredit him as much as possible. They're the soft, sensitive

[10:14] individuals that don't believe that dark humor is a thing. They want you to be just be real here. Real here. They're the [ __ ] safe space pronouns. Let's just be real. Like, can we just [ __ ] grow up? Can we just [ __ ] grow up? It

[10:29] it's exact. That's exactly the people that hate on Bur Peanut. Now, I'm not saying that automatically pronoun users and safe space people have to hate Bur Peanut. But like consistently across the board, consistently across the board,

[10:43] the people who hate him are the are is that culture the the the Twitch bleed that culture the the the Twitch bleed purple hair safe space pronouns in bio. purple hair safe space pronouns in bio. They they don't like the idea that he

[10:58] treads the line and he's [ __ ] he and he has some dark humor and he says some wild [ __ ] and he like that. Remember at after the awards all those guys tried to go to Twitter and and remind everybody look at the clip where he tried he tried

[11:12] look at the clip where he tried he tried to drop the f slur last year and and guess what? Nobody cared. Nobody cared. I think the clip actually made him bigger and these people are upset because they can't comprehend that it's

[11:24] not 2020 anymore that we we just we don't care any like we we never did but anymore. We we we're not we're not living in makebelieve any anymore,

[11:36] right? I think that's pretty fair. I think that's pretty [ __ ] fair. So hating him. He brings back humor that we used to we used to when we were having uh when we were high school as millennial. Yeah. Uh what camera do you

[11:51] use with your life? Uh for Tik Tok it's the Sony A75. the Sony A75. Mhm. Mhm. God [ __ ] peanut. Uh I still use Tik Tok with make money, but it's still annoying. Yeah, Tik Tok's

[12:03] [ __ ] I'm probably going to get banned on Tik Tok just for saying that. Uh I is with Tik Tok. I've been getting I I've been doing better lately on on Tik Tok. Uh because I'm just staying consistent. I have no idea what the bit

[12:17] rate is. It's not much because it's only 30 fps. Um I mean guy can can I tell you guys something? Out of a lot of things that people ask the questions to some of your guy some of the things that you guys focus on are the worst questions.

[12:30] bit rate? I've seen you ask that like five times. Why do you care about the bit rate? people like, why is that like one of the most common questions in bit rate. You know that, right? Just [ __ ] use a bit rate that works. You

[12:44] don't need a high bit rate. Lighting, aesthetic, everything. Like, learning lighting and and balance and and shots is going to outwin the technical side of is going to outwin the technical side of of everything. Hands down. Hands down.

[12:59] of everything. Hands down. Hands down. What color socks are you wearing? Black. that helps. Yeah, I think I think my bit rates at like 4,000. Dude, it's always

[13:14] funny the things over the years like from the techie side of things when I answer the thing people are like, "Oh my god, what what coming from the idea that you're a creative. I I got you. Usually usually

[13:30] conh the reason why I It's just It's just such a common thing. It is the misperceived misunderstanding. Sorry, that oh, if if stream out. That's just not necessarily the case, right? You can [ __ ] stream

[13:45] to 720p and we guys, we're just talking about a potato. most viral thing in the online world right now. You really don't need much. mantra of upcoming smaller streamers? There's no point in going all in if you

[14:00] attention. Well, it depends on the attention that you're getting. I mean, that that right there is the the big one. I mean, if you want if you want dead attention. It depends on what you want. 100%, brother.

[14:18] Oh, in terms of lighting and camera. Um, well, I think that's just like a more personal creative thing. Like, okay, great example with this. If you okay if you are starting off and you think that you got to learn these things and people

[14:32] will watch you because you learn those things that's that's X in the road right but if you're starting off and you have 10 years of experience with photography videography you got the gear already why would you not take something in one area

[14:45] where you're passionate about that thing and you apply it over into this other good lighting, good camera gear, good aesthetics in their streams, most of those people. That's what it is. Like, it is not that I said, "Hey, I want my

[15:00] [ __ ] to look good when I'm live, so I'm going to drop $30,000 on camera setup. I'm going to put put all this money into this. I'm going to learn lighting to do all this." It is through the habits in the earlier years of me

[15:14] actually being like getting into videography and photography. And then streaming. Oh, I'm going to [ __ ] take this thing that I like and I'm going to apply it to my area. Does that make sense?

[15:26] sense? But I mean you like for up and cominging smaller streamers, the idea of like going all in is just super subjective. Like going in all all in what? On your on your look, on your

[15:39] aesthetic. Well, if your personality sucks, like no look or aesthetic is this right here. If I was just talking about Hi guys. Hi. Hi guys. I hope you like me. I hope you like me today. Please support me. Please, please

[15:55] support you. You'd leave so [ __ ] fast. And even still, like even though going to be [ __ ] hundreds of people that open up the stream still and they're like, "God, this guy's [ __ ] is so [ __ ] stupid."

[16:07] off. Rightfully so. They're just not into the content. You know what I mean? make fun of all of us because we're we're so [ __ ] stupid. The things that we the the things that we stress about are so [ __ ] dumb. So dumb. Mics is

[16:23] probably the most important thing. I'd say I'd argue that a a good investment on the mic is probably the first thing every creator should take re IN ALL REALITY. WILL, WE GOT THE GOAT, THE LEGEND IN HERE HIMSELF. We I

[16:38] knew Will. God, Will, how long has it been, man? I met Will years ago when I was doing uh graphic design creator content.

[16:50] a video pop up every now and then on on on my auto playlist. You do you're doing doing wonders with YouTube algorithm. I hope you're doing good. Watch all the

[17:02] appreciate it. I appreciate it. Thank you, man. I'm I'm [ __ ] pumped, talking about today is uh rebuilding the creator identity that I got moving forward into the new year, the launch of uh building in public. We're rebranding

[17:15] the these live episodes to call uh lock in live, boys. Lock in live. We're doing [ __ ] with the tension this year. And yeah, we was just talking about uh how we're re rebuilding everything this year. Why why I think it's good every

[17:30] get it from a designer standpoint. Rebranding and and focusing on packaging things so that way you can distribute it. It's it's so important, man. 100% agree, Mike. Purely cuz a lot of people watch on podcast mode on the background.

[17:45] Yeah, for sure. For sure. Love content here. Thank you. I've had people say my too lately. It's so funny. I was like I I take that as a compliment. I I I genuinely take that as a compliment.

[17:59] Uh hey Aaron question. Is it bad to have two streams a day? One in the morning, one during the evening. Would it be ideal to have one long stream? No, I I I There's nothing wrong with that. Listen, anybody that tells you that you have to

[18:14] stick to a certain Okay, wait. I got to watch what I say. work best for you. If if two streams in a day work best for you, that's what

[18:27] works best for you. If you can't do one long stream in a day, don't do one long you to say is why do you got to do two streams in one day? So, if you were doing one stream in the morning, like I like, okay, there's now this. Okay, hold

[18:40] There. So, you're probably going to relate with this. There's probably one of those streams that even if they don't perform as well metric-wise, you do better. So, that's how it used to be for me. When I used to do split streams back

[18:56] in the day on Twitch, do morning and evening because of my job. My morning streams were always the best for me. I was amped. I was wired. It's like right now, man. I'm I'm focused. I got a I got a level of energy in me that is uh is

[19:10] unmatched. Evening, I would have to rely on things. I would have to rely on metrics. I had to I had to rely on outside sources to make me feel better, your metrics more and and that's natural. People are chilling at at

[19:25] night. Also on YouTube, YouTube performs better live streamwise, especially uh uh evening as well because you start to get everybody chilling and watching on TVs. Um, however, what I want you to kind of maybe think about is, well, what are you

[19:41] doing output-wise in content? So, if you're streaming 3 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the evening, but you're only applying like half an hour to content, which is actually what you're really going to do to get a community, why why

[19:53] why force yourself to have to split two streams and why not work in those off streams and why not work in those off hours? Does that make sense? that's the big hack that a lot of YouTube streamers are doing right now.

[20:08] shifts are getting pushed into these sleep algorithms and you get ad revenue in it. It's insane. I know creators that are making 5, 10, $20,000 a month right playlists. It's [ __ ] unreal. And they don't have a lot of subscribers. 10,000

[20:22] 20,000 30,000 50,000 subscribers, which like making that kind of money on YouTube, that's that's insane. It used to be a point on YouTube to make to make 10 $20,000 a month, you needed hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Hundreds of

[20:35] of thousands of subscribers. Hundreds of thousands it's a double-edged sword. It's a double-edged sword. And like cuz that's

[20:47] Well, I tal I talked to a couple people. I might even be bringing one in as a know if I want to work with gamers. But, you know, he he's even like, "Man, like just feel wrecked all the time." But he's like, "It's I It's $20,000 a month.

[21:05] And I'm like, "Yeah, I get it. You're young. Like, [ __ ] it, dude. Might as well." When I was young, I went hard, too. Like, I went super [ __ ] hard. I' I'd stream till the [ __ ] crack of dawn on Twitch days and grind out late.

[21:17] For sure. For sure. I'm [ __ ] 36 now, though. I got systems, got routines, I got a life, I got a kid. like that's not my priority now. That's and that's, you brought to this point, but that's even like why I'm leaning into rebuilding the

[21:31] creator identity. Look guys, here's the thing. Everything has seasons. It it just does. It just does. Life has seasons. Every year has seasons. No matter where you live, you you have seasons. Things things grow, things die,

[21:44] things move on. And, you know, as a creator, I just feel like I'm in my fall season, man. I feel like I' I I just need to do a better job at talking about years, the experiences that I've learned. And I can I need to just give

[21:58] back to people that are up and coming or other people out there. And it works, man. Like I I get fulfillment out of it. I love it. I enjoy it. I get to work conversations with [ __ ] amazing creators and brands and [ __ ] So it

[22:11] [ __ ] works for me. It just works for me. So, like every now and then too, you starting off, the doing this, the the scaling and stuff, like guys, it's you that you need to be [ __ ] a big famous streamer or a creator, dude. Holy [ __ ]

[22:27] man. It's such a brain dead way of thinking, too. You know what I mean? How any different from any midnight shift at a warehouse? It's very true. You get paid late at night. It just is what it is. It just is what it is. Uh yeah. So,

[22:41] it's important. Building an identity is about being more of what you are. But I [ __ ] one of the toughest things as a creator, huh? How to actually package yourself an identity, right? Will

[22:54] much easier if we just do Only Fans. I think we switch up, guys. What do you guys think? Started Only Fans this year. Let's start only fans. I ended up Thank you. You guys are going to be getting an update. Um, so little update

[23:06] with the streamer and creator blueprints. Um, I'm working hard right now behind the scenes. Um, it it is going to be Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. Time for Only Fans, gang. I'm working hard behind the scenes right now. Um, so what

[23:23] I don't like about it now as it's evolved. One, I think the packaging could be better. So, I'm going to be changing that around. That's just for that's just for my OCD. So, packaging will rechange. It'll still be the same

[23:37] uh booklet, but in terms of the interaction, interaction, in terms of the interaction,

[23:49] guys honing in, I'm going to be giving you guys a completely new template, like a a template that you can use on your phone, on your computer. It it it will connect to your Google account. I'm

[24:03] to where it's like you can check everything off. You can add notes to everything. So, we're like no price change, nothing. Uh like all of you guys that already got the the the streamer and creator blueprints, you will when

[24:19] these launch, you guys will be getting new emails. So, make sure like you don't go to my website too and make sure you guys are subscribed so that way you get alerts. But uh you'll be getting a new email when they go live and it'll be

[24:32] completely interactive. I have some sneak peeks in Discord if you guys want to see a little bit of what what I'm doing. Uh I feel like vertical streaming on YouTube isn't better than horizontal. I agree, Jack. I It is It is like

[24:46] stepping on [ __ ] glass trying to explain this to people. explain this to people. It's it's it's like stepping on glass trying to explain this to people. And again, that just to make sure that you

[24:59] what you actually typed with. He said, "I feel like vertical streaming vertical on streaming on YouTube isn't better than horizontal." And to me, it's not. You might get into the shorts and get more views.

[25:12] You might get into the shorts and get more views, but those views do not horizontal. They're not They're not the same. They're not the same. They're just not the same. Not even remotely close. What mic are you using? uh the EV

[25:25] Electrovoice RE20. There's actually So, this is like a $400 mic or something. There's a $200 version um of this and it's so good. Yeah, I'm

[25:37] doing both right now. I'm doing I'm doing the the dual stream feature, but doing vertical because they're just so honed into like wanting views. It just sucks because I hate cutting my kick pay in half. Oh, yeah. Well, yeah.

[25:58] listen, with all due respect to Kick, until they want to do a better job at actually innovating in their tech, I like I I I did it. You know what I mean? like I I I did it. You know what I mean? Like, just complete transparency, contr

[26:12] the viewing beliefs, I dude. Oh my god, the [ __ ] that people just run with is [ __ ] insane. Um, contrary to the hate beliefs in what I just mentioned in my newest video, building in public, I came to a point where like what you

[26:28] were talking about like right here, you clearly want to multiream cuz you want to like scale. You want to grow your community across multiple platforms and verified YouTube page. So obviously you you build somewhat of a brand on

[26:41] YouTube, right? And you want to you want to leverage that, right? But you don't want to cut off certain production value, which is where I was. I was like, man, I want to leverage everything. I don't want to only grow on kick. Like,

[26:57] I learned that lesson on Twitch years ago. I don't only want to grow in one place. So, I started [ __ ] multistreaming in September uh August area, dude. In my Yeah. And the Yeah. And the pay [ __ ] caps, man. It caps.

[27:12] And I feel like when you multiream, you don't get So like they say it cuts in even feel like you get the best of your potential by multireaming. You know what I mean? I just double tap the screen with my tip. Oh my god. Man

[27:27] guys not doing that, chat? That's insane. That's insane. Um, how does kick pay work? Uh, uh, oh, like the hourly pay. Is that

[27:39] uh, oh, like the hourly pay. Is that what you're talking about? is a horrible delay. Not sure how to fix it. Do you not do the ultra low latency?

[27:54] works, which is which is a again, Jack, to your point, I know that you hate to your point, I know that you hate Listen, I'm just going to say something with all due respect to kick on this. You

[28:07] You I think the kick partner pays crazy, right? And a lot of people have vouched for this. You cannot though just say, "Well, we pay you enough. Don't worry about how it

[28:20] works." That's not like Come on, man. What are we talking about? What? That's essentially what they do. They say they they're like it's if you if you get good don't even [ __ ] worry about how it works. No. No, no, that's not how that

[28:37] works. No. No, no, that's not how that works. On on YouTube, I can go works. On on YouTube, I can go make video, do XYZ. I can see the C the CPM. I can see what's driving revenue to it. I can see why it's getting pushed

[28:52] because of the [ __ ] revenue that it's getting. Like, what? No. See, and this is the problem. It's not $10 an hour if you get a 100red viewers. It's not. This is where this is the issue that I have, especially as so many people go to talk

[29:08] [ __ ] about my brand and then they try to put me into things that they have no idea what they're talking about. Bro, I I'll probably get $10 an hour on kick averaging 40 viewers. This and this is the problem. I've started

[29:22] talking to all these creators and some like at around 100 viewers, like a 100 viewers, everything was vastly different, which didn't make any sense. Doesn't make any sense cuz they they like there's no way to figure it out.

[29:38] There's no way to figure it out. And and there's some people that I know that have 200 viewers that are getting um like [ __ ] $5 an hour back well a lot of people view bbot and it's like bro can we okay the the

[29:55] conversation of viewbotting is coping across all boards. It's coping on the general idea as as like just a hater and it's also coping on like you're trying to lead a platform and you're trying to be like the tech industry standard to

[30:07] this idea that you're you're going to do better than the others, but then like the others don't yap about viewbotting all the time, but anytime anybody criticizes something on your site, you're just like, "Yeah, well, all you

[30:19] guys view bots, so you're lucky we even get you." Like the narrative that is being spun over there is just so weird. It's just so weird. And it's exactly why I'm like, "Okay, this just, you know, Jack, this is why

[30:31] I'd highly recommend cut your cake in half, man. Grow on the other platforms." You can't you you have so much control over your brand uh when you you you're everywhere. So much control over your brand. Yes,

[30:44] you do. And it still has a delay. That's interesting, man. Sup, king. I stream to built my entire platform on vertical content. Should I not be doing that? Uh you're happy with it. I just noticed YouTube short streams don't get pushed

[30:58] like horizontal. Wait, if your [ __ ] horizontal streams are getting pushed already, I brother, I wouldn't even go live in in vertical. Like, what? Yeah, even go live in vertical. Just go horizontal. It's like they're afraid to

[31:13] the pay. No, I think it's because they don't No, I think it's because they don't actually have a real system. I I like I genuinely believe my pay is higher because they want me doing only this on

[31:27] because they want me doing only this on on kick. I I genuinely believe that and I mean it would make sense. It's like this idea where well, okay, if we want like listen, let's just stop beating around the [ __ ] bush. The the reason

[31:40] why they invested in into me and why they want me on on kick is because of they want me on on kick is because of just the general conversation. Like, I'm not ignorant to the idea that if I start talking more about YouTube, other

[31:54] YouTube. if I start talking more about this and that other like that's that's that's what I've worked hard to build. They want that. They they want that. They want the

[32:08] organic reach on like they want every level of everything which is smart from from platform perspective. You can't only just lean in one thing. You got to have to have the earned people. You have to have the gaming creators. Like if you

[32:22] want to be the platform, right? you want to be the thing. So, I think there's just this general idea that certain people where they want to leverage like let's let's get them to

[32:36] push people over there. You know what I mean? I'm glad you do streaming to this day. Well, they're just [ __ ] stupid. They're stupid. They're so dumb. They're so ignorant. Guys, if you tie your identity to any

[32:52] [ __ ] platform and never use anything, you're just you're [ __ ] cucking yourself. Period. So, focusing on YouTube and went from zero to uh subs, horizontal. Nice, dude. Hell yeah, brother. Hell yeah. Bailey, appreciate

[33:06] you, brother. Getting traction on kick is tough. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, yeah. I had to make like, dude, people like I had to make [ __ ] videos left and right for it. talk about it for months on on Twi uh on Twitter

[33:22] and it still only goes so far, man. It still only goes so far. This is why I just think multi streaming is best, man. I' I've been I've been, bro, the before I even did my first [ __ ] first ever kick stream,

[33:36] I was like, you you should be multi streaming moving forward. It's going to be the future. Everybody called me crazy. Everybody called me crazy. all the [ __ ] Harris Heller stands when he was making videos

[33:49] back then saying like this and THAT AND NO dude no no no you have to build your how this works. You are you are building your community through everything that naturally building your community through everything you do across all

[34:05] platforms, why would you why would you not just be on all platforms? platforms? Why? No. People are getting tired of the idea of trying to say of of

[34:19] other on the idea that there's going to be a hook. The reason why people are time, why don't you come over to YouTube? Cuz I'm not desperate for it. I Guys, why don't you come subscribe to my Twitch? Hey guys, by the way, just

[34:35] come subscribe to my Twitch? If you like what I'm saying and you want to [ __ ] check out the other [ __ ] That's just what you're gonna [ __ ] do. This This peanut thing. This is how he's going viral because his clips are [ __ ]

[34:50] everywhere. They're hilarious. They're hilarious. They're everywhere. You have have wives talking about Burnt Peanut. You have kids talking about Bird Peanut. You have celebrities. You have bosses, co-workers, people that don't even touch

[35:04] that don't even know what Arc Raiders are sharing clips of Bert Peanut. So the idea like everybody is searching it. You know what's crazy is that tweet that graph of Bert Peanut and was like nobody is this organic. If any of these [ __ ]

[35:21] morons knew anything about so social media tools tracking and analytics, they could take one second, go to a Google trend search and see. It's crazy. It's trend search and see. It's crazy. It's crazy guys. the graph on Google. Google

[35:35] matches exactly to his viewership blow up that people are saying isn't legit. You can't fake Google Trends. You can't fake Google Trends. And what I mean by Trends, you can type up anything and you

[35:50] can see the popularity of the results of people flooding to the platform to people flooding to the platform to search up something. And and it's to a tea. When Burnt Peanut blew up, everybody was searching the Burnt Peanut

[36:03] on you on Google. Everybody. What do you think about Mel Studio? I'm about to switch fully. I'm about to switch fully cuz I they just came out with that update where it

[36:17] does where I can send my vertical to Tik Tok Studio, right? To Tik Tok Studio. So, there's that update. The only update I need to run by them is I need

[36:34] them is I need my issue is if I want to hear my alerts, my issue is if I want to hear my alerts, they don't have a monitor mute output. guess that doesn't really matter. We're not like I only did that [ __ ] because it

[36:48] baby? I only did that [ __ ] because it was the traditional, hey, we stream on kick. We got to we got to entice subscriptions and and and interaction, right? But I guess we don't have to worry about that anymore. So like maybe

[37:03] [ __ ] dude. Maybe we just do it. Monitor mute output as the Q button. I think it doesn't work the same. It does not work the same. There there's a problem with it. It may and maybe they updated. What is

[37:16] MEL? Meltd is the future of streaming software. Meltd is the future of streaming software. They want to taste essentially take streaming software like OBS, Streamlabs Elements, whatever.

[37:33] They want it to be a cap cut, an editor, everything. They want you to be able to everything. They want you to be able to do everything that you can in one. No, it's way better than reream. Way better than reream.

[37:49] you have Tik Tok Studio open while Mel is open. Well, the problem is out of a lot of platforms, uh, when when it comes to Tik Tok live streaming, you want to use the Tik Tok studio. They they they [ __ ] suppress

[38:02] your p push without Tik Tok studio. So, it's kind of a double-edged sword. I post everywhere, but stream YouTube uh or stream to kick, YouTube, Tik Tok. Would you still recommend? No. I would that that is where I that's where I say

[38:14] [ __ ] when I say you guys should be live everywhere. There's just no point of funneling people to Twitch. If kick didn't pay what it paid, I funneling people there. You should listen.

[38:30] discovery. That I'm just going to say it, man. You should never funnel people discovery. And you should never funnel people to a platform that doesn't have any offline interaction. What the [ __ ] are we doing? This is my biggest

[38:43] criticism over Twitch and Kick. It's been my big biggest criticism for years. choose the things that they want to hear. the they want to listen to me, but this is what I've been criticizing them from day one.

[38:56] okay? They're new. There's a lot of hype. Everything's just go, go, go. Okay, you got to adjust. Second year, h it's like, okay, we should get some kind of path, some kind of direction. What are we getting? It's just bug updates,

[39:10] long-term announcements. Third year, unacceptable. Unacceptable. You are a multi-billion dollar company advertising that you're dumping hundreds of millions of dollars into creators. That's great. That's great. Guess what? YouTube dumped

[39:23] Okay, that's fine. You're dumping millions of dollars into creators. That's [ __ ] awesome. I do respect that. Twitch? Don't talk hype. Don't talk money techn

[39:39] from a technical standpoint. You're a you're a tech product. That's what they want to be. That's the big end game here, guys. While we conceptualize this idea of like community feelings and like what we what we what we are entertained

[39:52] by and how to be creators and how to be that, look at from a business perspective. They are a tech company. That's what they are. Tech in in three years with billions of dollars of your own backing, you have

[40:06] dollars of your own backing, you have not innovated in the tech whatsoever. and the delivery of what your platform offers in comparison to your competitor which is Twitch. Twitch hasn't done the same thing in 17 years.

[40:20] What the [ __ ] are we doing? What are we doing? You You got me [ __ ] up if you think that I'm going to go out on on the internet [ __ ] do all this work to get people. Hey guys, how's it going? Let me

[40:35] introduce you. You got all these platforms. You got all these areas where you can grow and then say, "Hey, come to these areas where I can't talk to you guys when I'm not live. I can't monetize off of the

[40:50] basically request that you guys give me subs." be multi streaming. That's why. But I will say, yeah, if you're multireaming

[41:06] and you're you're already doing Tik Tok, YouTube, and Kick, that's that's a good combo because you get some discovery with Tik Tok. YouTube as you grow it, because you get discovery there, too, as you learn it. I I'd argue that you get

[41:23] but that's subjective. Um, and then it's this like idea, well, get monetized there, that's great extra income. Haven't pulled the trigger yet, Tik Tok while uploading VOD to YouTube. Well, if you're going to do that, why

[41:38] Well, if you're going to do that, why not just stream to YouTube, too? Is Tik Tok and kick a good combo for streaming? I'd argue that it's not. It's It's general. What about Rumble? I don't know enough about Rumble. Yeah,

[41:53] that's the bad thing is like I like to talk about things, but I'm also like I'm not going to check out Trovo and Dive. Are they even still sites? Dive still a site? I'm not going to check out all these other [ __ ] websites.

[42:06] Why is kick good? Money. That's it. They're just offering an an insane incentive right now to stream there. You get 955. So, you get 95% of your subscriber revenue um in comparison. And you get [ __ ] kick partner pay if you

[42:19] get into the program. But that's that's also a big if, too. And again, you can't also a big if, too. And again, you can't track exactly what pays you to get hope that it does well. So, it's why you got to be doing multiple. I'm doing

[42:32] Twitch and YouTube right now. Should I do more? Um, I mean, it's again, it's it's a good con. I I I'd argue this. Everybody asking questions. If you don't have YouTube and your multiream setup, you're

[42:45] doing it wrong. That's what I would argue overall. That's what I would argue at the very least. That that puts it across the board. If you're not doing

[42:57] YouTube in your multiream setup, you're doing it wrong. Rumble stream setup settings is weird. Is it? I don't know. I've just always like from a brand perspective, it's just always perceived as like the right-wing

[43:09] news platform. And I'm not necessarily saying that's the case of what it is. that in my head. I don't really care to go there. It's honestly it's it's slowly becoming guys. This is what's this is why I love listening to people like Andy

[43:22] Fcella and Alex and them because they talk about the difference between uh building a product and building a brand. And I think that's another reason why doing my whole brand identity and why I've kind of like just had this h

[43:36] feeling about uh uh uh this last year about how I want to expand. I want to myself. But also too, let's just be let's just be clear to where we just a lot of us just feel. It's not the [ __ ] on the platform. It's not that that's

[43:50] bad. There's content out there for that. I respect people that do that content. Like even creators that like you and I don't like, I still respect the work. Like they should have the ability to go create [ __ ] somewhere. They should have

[44:03] Well, I know that's not true because I I'd literally see where the ads come in. I'd literally see where the ads come in. So, nice try, Zams. Um, but like, let's just be real. Kick is building that same brand, too, now. And it's not just it's

[44:16] I don't align with, but there's nothing wrong with that. Can we stop [ __ ] doing that [ __ ] man? Okay, whatever. They're building in a direction that I they had an opportunity to lean in one way. I I like, let's just be real, the

[44:31] brand uh like, okay, the best way to put this the other day, I I heard of uh a conversation between Eddie and Sneo that that like literally said spoke volumes. I've been liking the multistreaming the kick partner pay is insane. And he's

[44:47] like, I like it though. cuz he's like I I mult the stream to YouTube and I'm multi stream to kick and on YouTube people are like just really just just so just like so concerned. They're they're interactive with how your day is. Like

[45:00] if if something was to happen to me my YouTube chat would be like oh no what's like complete opposite. He's like those [ __ ] want me to die. Like that was his words. He's like they're just savages. And he's like but I [ __ ] with

[45:13] that. I like the dark humor and stuff, but like and and okay, that's that's but like and and okay, that's that's fair, but like react and we're like, "Haha, yeah, that's funny. I guess that's just the

[45:27] community that we have here." And I'm like, "Okay, bingo right there. I don't care that that's your community." But that is that's your community. The drama Yeah. The drama sells the [ __ ] the [ __ ] the just toxic

[45:40] [ __ ] chat, man. it it's it's just what it is. It's the toxic chat community. Now, there's nothing wrong with that. If you like that, if you want with that. If you like that, if you want that, I don't want to do drama content.

[45:53] It's not really a comm when I did the drama videos, the news videos, it did well. I didn't like doing the videos. When I did the drama videos, we made a lot of Kick Partner Pay. They're right. They're right 100%. I leaned into what

[46:06] the the community was over there. I just didn't like it. Like as that brand has grown in that direction of being the toxic community, I just don't [ __ ] with it. It just is what it is. Now, can can somebody else

[46:19] that? Sure. There's something wrong with that, man. There's nothing wrong with that. I got some of my gun content creators who are super edgy and like some of the some of my homies that are like super edgy and say [ __ ] wild

[46:32] [ __ ] They do great on kick and I [ __ ] applaud them for it. It's not not going to be able to help creators there when half the chat is just [ __ ] toxic half the time. Like, if I if I get on the homepage doing what I'm doing

[46:45] right now, it's just going to be a whole bunch of [ __ ] loser kids who look up cringe, cringe. This sucks. Go kill yourself type shit." Like, dead ass. not me. Some people love that [ __ ] They love chats like that. What if post

[46:58] gaming content on YouTube? Is it still good to stream on YouTube? Yeah. Yeah, for sure. It's even better. Uh, everybody got an opinion though, E, and theirs is always right. That's very true. Yeah. Yeah. Nobody can have like a

[47:10] different angle. You know what I mean? I mean, dude. Yeah. Nobody can have a can happen over there, but like it's just not FOR ME. NO. NO. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS. DO YOU HAVE any advice for someone who is seriously considering

[47:22] rebranding? Uh like in terms of like logo rebranding or like rebranding the logo rebranding or like rebranding the direction of like where you're going. Well, also people a lot of people have crab mentality.

[47:37] A lot of people have crab mentality. You guys know what crab mentality is, right? Yeah. As as peers around you who would appear to be on your level start to find any success, those pe people do this in your

[47:51] real life. This is what's sad. People try to [ __ ] grab you back down into the bucket. They try to grab you back down to the bottom with them. Um, what platform is he saying that hates hates a lot that they hate that that

[48:06] like the viewership hate? I don't hate kick. They that they hate. It's kick. Yeah, they're a lot of the the audience like the big popular audience there. like the big popular audience there. Yeah, it's very toxic.

[48:22] I just say something? Can I just say something? thing. You guys are asking the wrong question when it comes to multireaming. Every one of you guys keep asking, "Where should I move people to? Should I

[48:37] people to Twitch? Where's the right place to move people to?" Guys, you have it all wrong. That's not the [ __ ] point, guys. We have to move on from 2020 mentality where it's like, "Oh god, go [ __ ]

[48:51] upload Tik Toks and move people, funnel people to somewhere." You have to through the growing of your brand and your community and your content overall. Your content should be a reflection of who you are and and the

[49:06] taste of what people would get if they get to know you and want to get to know you. But ultimately, you should never do the [ __ ] on the idea of how do I get you over here? People aren't just some

[49:18] little pawn on your board where you can manipulate them to twist and turn. manipulate them to twist and turn. People only interact, listen, watch, and consume things they [ __ ] with. The reason why people can't understand why

[49:30] Bert Peanut is so [ __ ] huge right now IS BECAUSE HE'S FUNNY AND BORING [ __ ] LAZY CREATORS WHO HAD NO [ __ ] SUCCESS understand why people laugh at his dark jokes. Why people are just [ __ ]

[49:46] giggling over a little peanut on the stream yelling goop goop. LIKE THEY DON'T GET IT. IT'S BECAUSE HOW WE JUST LIKE DUMB [ __ ] CONTENT. You can't [ __ ] manipulate [ __ ] the way you want to.

[50:02] The viewer gets to decide what they want to see, where they want to go. You should stop asking yourself. You should stop asking where can you move people stop asking where can you move people and you should start focusing on

[50:17] what do you share to to bring people in everywhere. That's what you should focus on. How do you create a conversation with people about [ __ ] around [ __ ] that you're genuinely into? How do you get people involved into what you like, your

[50:30] hobbies, your interests? How do you show your hobbies and interest in ways to create a conversation? That should 100% be your focus? Because whether it's Tik Tok, whether it's Instagram, whether it's [ __ ] Facebook, if you do

[50:44] really [ __ ] with this. I like the way this person said this. I I'm interested in," they will search for you. They will look for you. We got to stop pretending that like everything needs to be an immediate hook, guys. We got to stop

[50:59] pretending that everybody just in here is a [ __ ] dumbass just robot where YOU CAN SAY, "COME HERE, GUYS. COME ON OVER HERE. SIT ON DADDY'S GUYS. COME ON OVER HERE. SIT ON DADDY'S LAP." YOU can't do that. YOU CAN'T DO

[51:13] THAT. These are viewers with decisions, with personal lives. Everybody, everybody in here has their own [ __ ] goddamn problems, guys. Everybody Everybody in here hates their jobs. Everybody's got a [ __ ] sister or a

[51:26] pissing them off right now. Everybody's going through a financial struggle. Everybody like, every single person that's in this chat right now has an life. Every single person in here also has a hobby. Every like what brings us

[51:39] together? Why are we hanging out here talking? We We all clearly love content at some point. We love either photography, we love videography, we love design, we love creating videos, we like creating. It's a creator culture. I

[51:52] I took so much pride this morning that when I answered an email to a potential you introduce what you are?" It's like, "Yeah, I'm a content creator of 10 years who does tech, lifestyle, and works with creators and creatives." It was just so

[52:05] nice TO JUST SAY, "THIS IS what I am, man. THIS IS WHAT I DO. This is what I talk about. This is our interest together." So when you're doing streaming, you're creating content out there, instead of trying to [ __ ] COME

[52:19] HERE, COME HERE, SIT DOWN, LOOK AT it as, all right, how do I just go live [ __ ] with me and that one person might come over to everything and then and another new person. You don't need 50 every [ __ ] day, man. Start small.

[52:35] Stay consistent. Be yourself. Don't [ __ ] focus on the pooling people [ __ ] focus on the pooling people around. Holy [ __ ] Sorry to go in on that, man. I just You gotta change it. If you're If you're a

[52:48] KP on kick, use at least a percentage of that for PPC. I bet less than 1% currently do. What are you talking about? PP. Instagram and Facebook trials have been massively better than Tik Tok. Nearly every

[53:02] category. I need to lean into Instagram trials more. God, you guys got me [ __ ] hot on that, man. You guys got Yeah. what value can you offer? And like listen, this is why like I I'm trying to I'm trying to

[53:15] articulate this year through my building in public series on my channel. By the like Scrap, Endur, Melo, everybody, what do you guys think about the new uh branding for these streams? Lock in live.

[53:34] YouTube workshops but we just we just we just traded in lock in live. What we think baby? What we think? Also too might be a potential where I might start bringing guests onto these. We'll see. We'll see those it

[53:51] more you know guest conversation. Just stay tuned for that stuff. Uh I'm a second videos and have no business ideas for monetization. Um, well, at least you acknowledge it.

[54:05] At least you acknowledge it. Uh, I mean, honestly, um, That's the output that you can put out. It's the output that you can put out. It It's the output that you can put out. It is what it is.

[54:19] EI3 editing clients now. Holy [ __ ] dude. Good, dude. Locking in. Very on brand. Love it, dude. I love it. Um, yeah. Sorry, I just veered off Completely in a different direction there. Uh, thanks for doing this. Gave

[54:32] multiream on YouTube. Absolutely, man. Yeah, guys, that that that's like the overall uh uh in 2026. Um, I mean, it was also like this in 2025. You guys guys should be adding YouTube to the mix.

[54:48] Yeah, you need to be adding YouTube to the mix. You're missing out on so much. Uh, I want to start streaming tonight. Any first- timer recommendations? Yeah, do uh go go live and talk about some [ __ ] that you're actually into and

[55:02] don't go live just thinking that you got to do something to uh to do something. Whoa. Uh what is Oh my god, I keep forgetting about this guys. God damn it. I don't understand. I'm such a [ __ ] boomer. I don't understand the Tik Tok

[55:14] boomer. I don't understand the Tik Tok stuff. Um for the goats. Kings, thanks for the hearts. Uh thank you. What's a super

[55:26] hearts. Uh thank you. What's a super fan? What's a super fan? Bob, Dark, King Forge, thank you guys for the support over there. Thank you. Thank you. Even Nutty always streamed on Twitch and YouTube.

[55:42] YouTube. Who's that? Where's that name from? Who's that? Where's that name from? The Tarov guy.

[55:54] our first Dude, that's our first ever Tik Tok sub. [ __ ] boys. Needless to say, I'm retiring. Uh, here we go. Okay. Um,

[56:11] streamer bot is tech OBS expert.

[56:23] and it Well, uh, YouTube. I went to Google to type in nutty and it I went to Google to type in nutty and it went nutty putty cave.

[56:35] attention to Harris at all with anything. oh. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, dude, why the [ __ ] did I not

[56:49] you're talking about now. Yeah. I mean, he's been multi streaming for years, thing, isn't it? He creates like streamer tools,

[57:06] doesn't he? I think the guy had me blocked at one point, does he? Putty Cave. I know. I know. Hey guys, uh we so we're not in a time crunch today

[57:20] as as much as we were last time. Um I I love that we're opening the board up to to some things too. I do want to say I'm somewhat on some topic and stuff. Um so just want to bring you guys more deeper. You guys can go watch uh the first

[57:33] episode of Building and Public. It's live on my YouTube channel. If you come channel homepage, it is my channel trailer for both subscribers and nonsubscribers. So it's the first video. It's a 35minute video. Um, it is me

[57:46] going to be doing a hopefully weekly series diving deeper in everything that I'm doing uh behind the scenes. Um, whether Oh, that's what we were getting ready to talk about. It was killing me. Uh, you know, so like for an example,

[57:59] um, I'm I'm I'm starting to build up a lot of products to help with creators and I'm trying to focus on like the right things, not the [ __ ] things. I I feel like anybody who has even remotely of a following can say, "Hey,

[58:14] remotely of a following can say, "Hey, let me tell you to upload a video this day, this day, this day." And like, of course, that's good advice, but what I really want to package up is like what causes the problem for

[58:28] creators in the first place. And over the last couple months, I've been sprinkling in these questions on social media across the board, asking people, what what do you guys feel like hinders the most? Like, if I was to ask

[58:40] everybody right now, what do you guys Everybody in here, what do you feel like is the toughest thing for you to be a consistent content creator? The toughest thing, what do you struggle with the most? Now,

[58:55] extreme stuff like, "Oh, it's the tech." Well, you're you're over complicating that, right? But the most right there, the the big kids, the main

[59:07] job, right? You know what that all falls under? You know what that all falls under? You know what that all falls under? Getting in the way of myself, double down. Yeah. Motivation when the video flops. You

[59:23] know what? Everything you guys are talking about falls under everything. talking about falls under everything. And it doesn't seem like that And it doesn't seem like that is exactly what Danny said. Workflow.

[59:38] Overthinking, analysis, paralysis. Workflow. Everything falls under workflow. And it and it does. You don't think it does, and it does. You don't think it does, but it does. Guys, if you are so [ __ ]

[59:50] but it does. Guys, if you are so [ __ ] focused in your system and routine, create too much pressure in one area. If you have a system that you're adhering

[1:00:03] to every single day, everything that breaks down into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, if you have big picture things that you actually know you need to do, real systems in place, you don't have time to do the things

[1:00:19] that you're that you're talking about. And I know it sounds like such a sales pitch [ __ ] perspective when you're not understanding what I mean cuz you're set a system in place and I'll I'll I'll get big." No, that's the problem. You

[1:00:33] guys are so stressed about getting big that you don't create systems and you just do random [ __ ] that you think that just randomly works. You go super hard, overly hard in this one thing and that's what the other things neglect. When you

[1:00:45] build a system and you you hold yourself accountable, that's where you actually because I have to go put out this video today. I said I would do that. [ __ ] You hours short today cuz I said I would reach out to a brand this week."

[1:01:05] about this space is you take a lot of other spaces. You take a lot of other like online creative creator worlds and a lot of creative creator worlds and a lot of them are allowed to treat their treat

[1:01:19] their [ __ ] as a package as a customer. But for some reason in the gaming space, you're not allowed to do that. It it in the like like just like this space that space, you're not allowed doing that. Doesn't make any sense. Like if I was a

[1:01:33] fitness influencer, you would know for a you would pro realistically know for a fact that you could go to my page and you would see products, right? Like sell it to you. Whether they sell it through the content, whether they sell

[1:01:46] it through the product. And like somebody said in here earlier, when you try to bring people over, when you go live and you do everything, you you intent of how you're going to provide value. Some like burnt peanut. How does

[1:02:01] he provide value? Entertainment. Guy's funny as [ __ ] That that dude is so days, their their problems when they come home and they had that exhausting day. That's what he's providing. Some of you guys are not providing that. Some of

[1:02:18] you like so many creators go live every day. So many creators go to make a video on the idea of hopefully like please just platform make people like this post. But some of you guys aren't intentional in any way to

[1:02:33] where if somebody scrolls along maybe it's like super funny and you put it together in a way to where at least for those 30 seconds somebody can escape going through. Like that's really what you should be looking at.

[1:02:46] All right. if it's informative. Like some of you guys are so smart at the is the big thing with competitive players. Oh my god, man. Competitive players that that that just like lock in

[1:02:58] on their [ __ ] and don't create any content giving any of that information yourselves, dude. You're [ __ ] yourselves. Trying on my first pair of MS today. I'm going to [ __ ] kiss you, brother.

[1:03:11] I know it's rare. What? What about entertainment and uh what about entertainment and solving a problem? Yeah, there's nothing. That's the point. what you should be leaning into whenever you go to do anything. That's exactly

[1:03:25] what you should be doing. Exactly. Make a flow and then keep iterating uh and problem, Jack. Oh, guys, guys, let me I'm going to [ __ ] throw it on the still the the uh uh the grill. I'm going

[1:03:41] give it a little sizzle and we're we're going to go in this. Guys, and over and over and over and over and over and over again until it doesn't.

[1:03:55] burnt pan is the biggest thing in the world. He says the five 15 [ __ ] things every night, 30 30,000 times over.

[1:04:08] repeat, guess what? They're not even all his. KACHCHOW KACHINGA THAT'S OFF OF [ __ ] CARS. WHAT? LIKE THEY'RE NOT EVEN ALL HIS. HE SAYS the same 30

[1:04:20] EVEN ALL HIS. HE SAYS the same 30 [ __ ] things 50,000 times every [ __ ] night. I had [ __ ] dude. Oh my god. I would get this all the time. I had [ __ ] were like, "Why do you make so many setup videos?

[1:04:34] I'm like, "Brother, until they stop giving me [ __ ] views, I'm going to got coming Sunday, guys? Guess what I got coming Sunday. Guess what I got coming Sunday? I got a [ __ ] setup video coming.

[1:04:49] guess what's going to happen? It's probably going to outperform my last [ __ ] videos. Why do you make so many iPhone vers Android skits? The tech war is so stupid. Cuz your dumb [ __ ] asses commented on it right now, baby.

[1:05:04] asses commented on it right now, baby. BECAUSE IT [ __ ] WORKS. It works. Too many creators will do this one thing and they they'll over complicate. Okay, how do I do how do I how do I replicate this in another area? Uh in another way. So,

[1:05:18] how can I break this down? How I manip No, the thing you just did works. Just keep doing it. Just keep [ __ ] doing it. Holy [ __ ] brother. Holy [ __ ] They just would so many people that are just so good at things, they just repeat

[1:05:33] the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. LIKE EVEN UP TO GUYS, Gary Vee has for years. You got to double down on cousin. You got to double MAN. YOU'RE NOT BUILT. YOU'RE BUILT FOR IT. YOU'RE BUILT. He's been doing the

[1:05:46] still respect the [ __ ] And every now and then you'll still stop and watch the [ __ ] every [ __ ] day. Casey Neistat made a vlog about his [ __ ] life every [ __ ] day. For how long now? Sure, he got pretty creative. Casey, may maybe

[1:06:00] the day, it was just him on camera every works, man. It just works. It just [ __ ] works. I get stuck in the whole this has been done before mindset. Oh,

[1:06:12] know what's even best about the whole this has been done for uh before mindset this has been done for uh before mindset is you get a lot of the the god damn I need a new goddamn arm. CAN YOU GUYS [ __ ] CAN YOU GUYS give me a a uh

[1:06:28] can you guys give me a new arm leak suggestion? Elgato, I love y'all. This suggestion? Elgato, I love y'all. This [ __ ] sucks, brother. Um yeah. No, the the funny thing about the this uh dude, the funny thing about the

[1:06:42] this has been done before mentality and why that is so [ __ ] stupid is when I decided years ago that I was going to leave Twitch, I started

[1:06:56] learning on YouTube that like you have to like you really have to double down in in a direction. So I was like, "Okay, Apex it is. I like Apex Legends. Let's hone into into Apex Legends." And when I was coming up with ideas of things to to

[1:07:10] write, what I what I did was I literally researched just general questions that are being searched. Just general [ __ ] questions and like like [ __ ] little things. And I wrote down this list of just like really [ __ ] common

[1:07:26] first videos that got like a million views like the [ __ ] week that I switched over to creating content to Apex was I was like uh ah what what was you didn't know this about the mini map on Apex Legends, if you want to know if

[1:07:43] you're in zone or not, your mini map will flash. The circle in your mini map will flash if you're not in the zone. It's not in the zone. So it will flash. fact for you [ __ ] And dude, the the you know what drove

[1:08:00] And dude, the the you know what drove the initial attraction? All the [ __ ] the initial attraction? All the [ __ ] all the tards who grind [ __ ] Apex Legends clips every day like them just

[1:08:12] killing somebody trying to like flex their kill. How do people not know this? This is old news, bud. Okay, why don't you come out with some original content? And and they flooded it. Came and interacted with it. It got the push and

[1:08:25] then you had tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people that were like, "Oh, [ __ ] What? Why did I never know this?" So, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate that. I put the mic arm that I use in this uh setup

[1:08:41] what's your audio processing chain look like? Are you processing outside of Stream Software? Yeah, I I I don't do any processing in stream software. Wait, right. That's the correct phrase, right? I think it is. Right. So, I use a dbx28.

[1:08:55] Wait, I should be manipulating you into making making you go watch a uh uh I should turn this into a Tik Tok and I should move you into you see see how [ __ ] Let me just pause this. You guys just

[1:09:09] see right there how [ __ ] stupid that is. That's what creators do. That's what is. That's what creators do. That's what creators do to this day. have right now for this live interaction for you to actually like me and be like,

[1:09:24] that." I'm going to just say, "You know what? Let me manipulate you into making from it and then also give you a a a product link so I can get the affiliation off of it. That's that's what people do wrong." Uh,

[1:09:39] no. I use So, ElectroVoice I can make a TikTok on this too, by the way. But uh Electrovoice goes down goes into a DBX286S.

[1:09:55] preamp. What's up, Deadly? Guys, we have the most hung uh preacher in the gaming space and chat right now, guys. Got a fat [ __ ] We can't talk about it because he's a man of the go of of God. He's a man of God.

[1:10:10] Um, guys, this this preamp if you can afford it, it's only like what, like $180 or something like that. Somebody can look it up. Um, yeah, if you can afford it, this thing is insane. I had it for my Sure SM7B and I think it's so

[1:10:23] much better with this. But it was so good with that. And you still said it. Well, I'm going to hell, boys. I must repent. I must repent. Just put a boomer gentlemen. Thank you. Looking good. Looking hung. Looking handsome. uh earn

[1:10:37] different brand wanting to work together for content. Yeah, I mean I can the thing is I can do that anyways. I don't need to capitalize on the 38 people that

[1:10:49] are in the stream right now right now. Like I don't need to do that. I I don't need to do that. You know, you get what I'm saying? There's guys there's like actively a couple billion people on the internet at any given time. I think it's

[1:11:04] okay if I lose out on 30 people trying to manipulate the [ __ ] right? Uh kick has been trashed for. I mean, we're live on YouTube, Shay. Uh I keep putting 404 I've contacted stra. Maybe you're banned.

[1:11:17] can't get their [ __ ] together and everyone's saving their Well, I mean, why would you focus on making your tech product actually work all the time? I know, Shay. I'm being I'm being a smartass. I'm being a smartass. Why

[1:11:31] would you focus on uh fixing yourself as a tech product to try to be a leading would you actually do that when you can just say, "Hey, we pay a lot of creators and your [ __ ] tech product is still dog shit."

[1:11:45] Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Wait, I don't understand the question. What does processing the question. What does processing outside of software mean? Okay, so outside of software mean? Okay, so sleeping uh sleeping. So my mic goes

[1:11:58] into a thing. Can I Is there a way where I can where you can hear it? Uh on or I can where you can hear it? Uh on or off? You can't. Um I don't know. Like I don't know if there's Okay. See this? So this is what the mic sounds like.

[1:12:17] And I mean it's honestly not bad, right? It's not bad. So, like this is like the raw version of the mic the mic and then this preamp is processing power

[1:12:31] before it gets into OBS. So, with a click of a button with some settings, it click of a button with some settings, it sounds like this.

[1:12:46] announce that I'm rebuilding my creator identity this year. identity this year. to be an ASMR streamer.

[1:13:01] Uh, it's Yeah, it's crazy, isn't it? It's crazy. It's crazy. it's a it's a preamp. It's like this grid. It's like this grid. Uh, yeah, you could get over there. How can I get that cinematic look? I would love to learn

[1:13:16] how to do that. Well, camera lighting is the big thing. Uh, I got a video on lighting uh on on my channels that I just recently put out. Little vertical. Uh, on top of that, too, you can get this look. Let me show you guys the

[1:13:28] before and after. So, one thing that adds that cinematic look right here, this is called a L. And this is uh this is something that I have on my website, biggie.com. Yep. Link in the description. That's, by

[1:13:42] the way, for the people that were asking earlier where the um the creator and streamer blueprints are, the same thing there. It's all website. So, if you open up my website, um links are in the description. It's just literally right

[1:13:55] there. You guys can sign up for the newsletter. Um but oh, by the way, act up for that. First off, thank you guys. A lot of you guys already signed up. [ __ ] crazy. Um a lot of you guys opted in when you

[1:14:08] bought the stuff. I will I haven't done anything yet with that. I I have my first one coming out this week, so be on the lookout in the emails. Yeah. So, guys. When you sign up for the no the newsletter, it is not uh Hey, just to

[1:14:22] let you know, I uploaded or or it's not any of that. Um the newsletter, all that [ __ ] will specifically be there to just talk about the nerdy [ __ ] man. Yeah. Like, here are some things that people are doing to monetize as content

[1:14:37] creators. Here are the things that uh here are some recent trends that people that people are talking about on YouTube. Every now and then I might get a little biased and I might say I might make a newsletter on a camera or a piece

[1:14:49] of tech that I think is pretty good. Um I thought about making one on the keyboard the video that I did because I just like as a streamer content creator aesthetic guy this like dude it just blows my mind how like dude this is just

[1:15:05] so sick. mechanical keyboard. So, I get the the nice little soft keys and stuff. So, mechanical keyboard with three switches, three inputs on the back to where I can use this between.

[1:15:20] So, this was my dual PC set setup keyboard when I had it. don't know. I just love it. So, maybe every now and then in the newsletter do that. So, a lot a fancy filter that directs raw data into uh choosing color

[1:15:35] values. Uh, no. I mean, the only filter that I have on is a promiss filter. Do I have it? Yeah. Yeah, promise filter. Uh, no. Actually, when it comes into the the computer, I just opt into the default. Yeah, I just opted to the default. I

[1:15:48] Yeah, I just opted to the default. I don't get too crazy with that. filter. Uh, so the picture profile that you guys Uh, so the picture profile that you guys see is just sinotone. So, it's just

[1:16:03] see is just sinotone. So, it's just Sony's like this is a cinematic look people think that I do log into the computer and stream and I don't. There's just no point. When is the NEW LIGHT DROPPING? JORDY, GET OFF MY ASS. I KNOW.

[1:16:18] I'VE been So, if anybody tuning in, out was 2022. I had made a L pack in 2023. Well, I started it to be fair. And

[1:16:33] then I renamed it to 2024 LUT pack. And for 2 years now, I've been using this LUT pack and I have not put it out there. Hey, at least you know I'm not like I'm not only doing [ __ ] on the idea of trying to milk you guys for money.

[1:16:50] streams. Yeah, all you got to do is you go to rightclick filters and you uh uh add a filter and you apply L. I know, Jordy. Soon. You know what? Here we go.

[1:17:03] things to do today, guys. This is what we we highly advise people to do this we we highly advise people to do this year.

[1:17:15] Start setting LUT packaging

[1:17:28] The lots are done. The lots are done. The lots exist. Finished three-year-old package. Shut the [ __ ] up, chat. I could I could show

[1:17:40] you every one of those. The LUTs are done. The the the only thing that I have do like what I did on my website with the previous ones where I show a before and after, which is not that hard. Yeah, I use OBS now, but I think I'm going to

[1:17:53] be switching over to uh to Mel for sure. To Meld for sure. All right, guys. So, yeah, that's uh that's a little dive. Um yeah, so why why I'm rebuilding my Everything we talked about today, man, I I think you guys can clearly see it,

[1:18:08] There's there's none. There's absolutely none. Uh I like this. This is fun. Um with me multireaming this and me Hello. My audio my m uh my headphones just keep

[1:18:24] kicking out. Is that doing it for you guys, too? Like, is it stuttering out of the audio or is that just me? Um,

[1:18:36] no, it's not. Okay, cool, cool, cool, cool. Uh, all right, back up. What was I just talking about? Uh, with m Yeah, I don't know. With going to repeat myself. I just had a brain fart. Yeah, with multireaming and

[1:18:52] brain fart. Yeah, with multireaming and whatnot. Um, this is this is my creator identity rebrand coming into the year in the in the direction and and honing in the in the direction and and honing in on my strong suits. Um, listen, whenever

[1:19:04] I I consult with a a a customer, with a with a content creator, um, a brand even with brands over the last couple years, like especially apparel brands. They're like notoriously they're ones that like struggle so hard on their like target

[1:19:19] customer. It's like, well, I like going to this and I also like doing this, so I just want to be it's like, okay, but what's the problem? Like, who are you trying to really sell to? Um, I I encourage a lot of people should do

[1:19:32] that. Even as streamers, man, you guys like you're you're building a pro. Like, entertainment. Like, we were just talking about Burnt Peanut. Burnt Peanut did this. Burnt Peanut streamed for years as a normal guy and then he sat

[1:19:45] to lean in on?" What's up, baby? I love you, Poppy. Hope you're doing good. And uh and then thus the Burnt Peanut arrived. Like you guys Peanut came along. He was a normal streamer for years. Same personality and

[1:20:00] everything and he created a creator identity and he packaged it and switched lot of you guys should be doing this. If you want to like you move in a direction, want to take something serious

[1:20:14] like you want to take something serious. You got to every now and then. Yeah, you got it. You got to lock in on on where you want to go, you know. So, for me that like this is just the best way to give an example. You guys can see that I

[1:20:29] like you. I don't like that. I didn't ask you and you still said it. So, here ask you and you still said it. So, here we are in a world of things we don't like. And that is called health. That's called being healthy because the world

[1:20:43] doesn't revolve around either you or me because that would be a problem if it did. You would be a very large mass. You'd be a large object. Yeah. Be a very large object. Um so yeah, that's what I'm doing. And I I think

[1:20:58] like for anybody that's maybe new in here and anybody that's been watching us I think you guys can tell why this is the direction that I'm going. the direction that I'm going. It's [ __ ] it it it it it's the it

[1:21:13] It's [ __ ] it it it it it's the it just is. This is the brand. just is. This is the brand. This is me. This is us, dude. This is our hobby. This is our conversation. I love talking

[1:21:26] about this [ __ ] I love talking shop, man. I love chopping it up with other creators. I love talking to other people how we can [ __ ] grow and scale and how we can [ __ ] grow and scale and [ __ ] or uh um yeah you said uh what

[1:21:38] camera you using looks beautiful Sony A75 on uh on Tik Tok. Uh do you still do those chill as [ __ ] back porch streams? Sorry I haven't been around in a while. No, I don't, man. I don't but I I I kind of want to. Mama, I appreciate you. I

[1:21:54] kind of want to. I kind of want to every now and then. I I might, man. A little cigar stream. a little cigar stream every now and then. I will say if you promote it with some kind of link idea. Um, I have a YouTube channel, Big E

[1:22:08] Um, I have a YouTube channel, Big E Play. Uh, no cam, just chilling, talk, shooting the [ __ ] It's It's for my nerdy side 100%. I So, It's It's for my nerdy side 100%. I So, I have a 4K gaming setup. Um, 4K OLED

[1:22:21] monitor, 240 Hz. Beautiful. My [ __ ] is erect every time I sit down to play a game. I don't get time to play much, but like so, and by the way, for any of like doing with our Apex Legends channel. Uh, I'm just going to turn it into a fun 4K

[1:22:36] streaming games, my personal time, whenever the [ __ ] I want. Nothing to make sure you guys are subscribed there, feel free to. Probably won't even that inactive. Forza, Forza, what are we [ __ ] talking about? What are we

[1:22:51] [ __ ] talking about? What are we talking about? Hello. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, I do miss those back porch ones. I gotta bring them back. I gotta bring them back. Yeah, we got to bring the the those those streams back. It was fun. It

[1:23:04] was fun. You know, and that's kind of a case and point of why I needed to re rebrand and rebuild coming into the year and and hone in on the direction. I and and hone in on the direction. I would use those back porch streams as a

[1:23:19] time to disconnect what I was streaming at the time on kick. So, like when I was doing the the news drama slop content, I would it it just sucked, dude. And I would use those back porch streams as just for us. Yeah,

[1:23:36] but I like your setup. I like your setup, too. I like your setup, too. What's the channel name I was looking for? It should just be at Big Eplay. Let's If you just type at Big Eplay, which by the way, if you guys want to

[1:23:50] search Yeah. So, it's just big E Play. It's not plays just at big eplay. Can I It's not plays just at big eplay. Can I type on this?

[1:24:05] Discord, too. That's really the best thing. You guys should just be in uh thing. You guys should just be in uh discord.gg/big. rebuilding my creator identity. That's why I encourage a lot of other people.

[1:24:20] talking about today, gang? Still just chatting for a second. I got about an hour till I got to do this meeting. What? What's good? What's good? meeting. What? What's good? What's good? Let's chat. Let's shoot the [ __ ]

[1:24:39] filters on your camera? Yeah. Promisted. Promisted. Do you have a link for your camera? I'm looking at buying a new one. That's so funny that you say I literally am putting to updating my gear list on my on my channel today. I'm that's

[1:24:53] actually that's what I'm doing today. So, I'm going to be putting together my So, I'm going to be putting together my camera, my running gun setup, and I'm going to be updating what I would suggest this year as well. Yeah. Yeah.

[1:25:09] So, dude, the creator program is awesome. I have uh I have some I love having some tangible thing I can hold in my hand that I can look out every day. Helps keep ME OH, YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT my creator blueprint. I thought you

[1:25:24] talking about the the YouTube creator program, dude. Appreciate it, man. Yeah, you guys are going to be getting an update with that. Um so that tangible interaction, you're going to it's going to be it's going to be an

[1:25:36] actual thing now, like a thing that you can have on your phone and everything. not not something that you like I mean you can print it off but I was just like dude we're in the digital age I need to make this to where you download this and

[1:25:50] and like as long as you have a Google account you'll be able to uh use it's all have Google Sheets on your st your phone but yeah when you you guys access it from your phone your computer as long as you're logged into the same

[1:26:03] yourself organized across the board cuz that's that's essentially what I do and blueprints and everything that I want build for you guys is like I want I want you guys to understand the structure and system needs the flow. Like it can't be

[1:26:17] something that dies in one area. That's why for any of you guys that read the blueprint, uh you know, one of the creator blueprint points is uh um you should have a system for ideas when creating videos. You you should not hold

[1:26:31] an idea in your head. It should take you 10 to 30 seconds to be able to get to 10 to 30 seconds to be able to get to your your idea system where you jot down ideas where you jot down hooks, title ideas, video ideas, you should boom,

[1:26:47] there it's in your hand. That's how fast you should be able to jot something down or go and check something to see what you get some ideas for the week. Yeah.

[1:27:02] Yeah. Uh, I was just about to start streaming and just read the streaming blueprint. Have to create systems for uploading shorts. Uh, day three to five. What? Wait, what do you mean? Like to to kick to kick things in gear?

[1:27:17] I've been seeing you all over my tick tickity talk and has helped helped me out a lot. Appreciate that. Thank you. Very nice. Very kind. Very nice. Very kind. What's up? Love the videos. Right back at you, big dicks. God, we got a

[1:27:31] today. Across the board. Cross the board. Oh, three to five shorts a day. board. Oh, three to five shorts a day. Um, I mean, yeah, if you are in a if you are in an area where that makes sense, [ __ ] yeah, dude. Double down on it, man.

[1:27:46] Double down into it. But also too, don't you know, guys, the creator and streamer blueprint is not designed to get you to burn out on output. It's it's actually designed for the opposite. It's designed to make you understand that a lot of

[1:28:00] people get burned out from over putting too much weight on the like a specific thing the output. So, I'm just making that clear like sure if you're streaming and [ __ ] that makes sense. Sure. Absolutely makes complete sense

[1:28:14] but you know like I I'll harp at some some viewers like if you make more quality like quality stuff like storytelling or some you know whatever it is you're doing especially in the creator aspect. I know you can't just

[1:28:27] creator aspect. I know you can't just pop out that many clips a day. A day. pop out that many clips a day. A day. Yeah. the big focus and you can adhere to it. I mean it's it's bro there's a reason

[1:28:43] why so many large creators are like post post. Platforms don't punish you for it. That used to be a thing. Platform would punish you for posting more than once a day. Now they encourage it man. Now they Now they'll [ __ ] push the [ __ ] out of

[1:28:57] you, man. I realistically I should I should be joining you. I should be So, I get what you're saying. I get what you're saying. Two to three a day. U no Yeah, there you go. Yeah. Yeah. If you're like, "Yeah, that's about where I

[1:29:12] I'll post a couple a day on average more busy, so changed up the five a little bit." But yeah, a two to three is is pretty healthy to um to look into. I've been researching over magicians and

[1:29:27] helping a ton. Well, that's a problem with a lot of content creators, too. You don't research now. You don't have to copy. You don't have to replicate. But

[1:29:39] like I mean, we did this for ye this I learned this in the graphic design area, guys. We researched all the time. You always have to have a reference. It it is what will build a connection between like it

[1:29:53] it builds it bridges that gap between just what and it just hones you into an just what and it just hones you into an area like if I I would literally say to I want I want you to design out a logo. Okay, cool. Let's let's talk shop

[1:30:08] logo. Okay, cool. Let's let's talk shop here. Um send me some references. What Tell me about your brand, your direction. What what do you do? What are you building? What are you streaming? What are you creating?

[1:30:22] Give me references. What What do you like about these references? What do you dislike? Oh, you know, okay. So, I got these five to 10 a logos. I really like

[1:30:35] then when they say, I like this one, this one, this one a lot. And I can see, this one, this one a lot. And I can see, okay, well, he it's it's centered. It's focused. It's minimal. It's it's just direct. Boom. So, we need to go down

[1:30:50] that path. It's not over. It's not sharp. It's not pointy. It's It's just sharp. It's not pointy. It's It's just It's minimal. It's subtle. Okay, that's the direction we need to go. The same thing I I

[1:31:02] ago. And the same thing can be translated over over to content. Like you're Yeah, you're a magician creator. And what a lot of creators will do is Well, okay, a lot of creators don't like magic, but you get what I'm saying. A

[1:31:15] like creating this thing. And then they'll just be like, I know other people do it, but like I don't want to I don't want to copy them, so [ __ ] And it's like, what? That's not the

[1:31:30] point. You can get so much inspiration from seeing what people are doing. Now, from seeing what people are doing. Now, again, it it is also key to point out again, it it is also key to point out it is key to point out you gota you got

[1:31:43] to just take inspiration. You can't be [ __ ] you know what I mean? Some people go a little too far with that [ __ ] brother. But like, also, it's natural, too, man. Like, it's going to happen, dude. I

[1:31:55] remember one time I I I'll be honest telling this story. I remember one time I had Jay-Hawk reach out to me. That's my boy. That's my dog. Jay-Hawk reached out to me and was like, "Okay, man. What the fuck?" I swear to God, I used I even

[1:32:12] showed him the the prompts and everything. I used AI to make a [ __ ] video. And literally the intro hook was like a

[1:32:24] [ __ ] line from one of his videos. And then the idea of snapping over to B-roll and then talking about creator stuff was also his like just like to a stuff was also his like just like to a tea. to a tea.

[1:32:39] this." He's like, "Okay, okay. Yeah, I believe you." yada yada. But like the believe you." yada yada. But like the point being is in the in the universe of similar similar content in the [ __ ] universe,

[1:32:54] the I mean, think of the statistical odds of that happening. It's It's so [ __ ] low. It's so low that in the univer universe of [ __ ] millions of hours of content produced of

[1:33:08] watch time and ideas and and things. I mean, you guys got to think of all the it was a camera video. It was a camera video. Like that's all it was. And it it was the ZV1 came out and it was like very creator focused and like every

[1:33:21] was talking about how it was about creators. Everyone. And it just so happens the universe aligned me to where it was like the first 10 seconds of that video was just like so spot-on to exactly what my

[1:33:36] know what I did? I took the video down. I rewrote it. It's really not that hard Now, if that was another creator that just called [ __ ] I'd be like, "Okay, dude. Like, I don't even know who you [ __ ] are. That's fine." But like

[1:33:49] get how this looks bad." And I took it down and I changed it, you know? But I him the time [ __ ] when I made this this [ __ ] Dude, I felt so bad. Felt so bad. But like the point being is like, dog, like you're going to you're going

[1:34:04] to copy somebody at some point of of the timeline and the years of content happening. People are going to tell you that, dude. You like and people are are almost said it. Almost said the R word. Can't say that on TikTok. People are

[1:34:18] [ __ ] dumb asses, bro. You know how many times I get many times I get uh um so another great example, Big Rob Energy's friend group, he creates skits, too. You guys know how many times I've

[1:34:31] had people like, "Oh, just trying to copy Big Rob. Are you bro?" I've been creating skits since before Tik Tok existed.

[1:34:45] stupid, you know? They see something and then they're like, "Oh, just, you know what I mean? Just so stupid." Uh, just been trying to make the video my own. My own POV. Every time I come up with an

[1:34:58] Well, who gives a [ __ ] Do it your own way. Do it your own way. You and I make skits together sometimes. Uh, somebody banned Pinch. Thank you. Um, I've been around

[1:35:12] around. You guys want to start comparing [ __ ] You guys really want to start comparing [ __ ] When I started my YouTube, MySpace was still relevant. So, I think you're going to want to back off of this, brother.

[1:35:25] Yep. When I was when I first started uploading YouTube videos, MySpace was to want to you're going to want to tone that back. And I'm not talking about about like all you [ __ ] were checking it daily.

[1:35:38] That's when I started started uploading to YouTube. A lot of people don't know about the old day old day videos. I fir the first ever

[1:35:50] day old day videos. I fir the first ever content I ever uploaded was uh uh music. The first ever now the first stuff in terms of like my my brand was Call of terms of like my my brand was Call of Duty videos. That that was Big E. Does

[1:36:04] Duty videos. That that was Big E. Does that make sense? quick. Holy [ __ ] dude. There's there've been a lot, man. What? Oh, dude, there was that one years ago that tried to replace Instagram. What was that one?

[1:36:21] replace Instagram. What was that one? Chocolate rain. Definitely will be uh binge watching to help to help my channels. Appreciate guys are uh make sure you guys are checking the new series on YouTube. Even

[1:36:37] now, you go to my YouTube channel, youtube.com/big or if you just search up big on YouTube at symbol bi. That's it. If you just search that up on YouTube, you'll see you'll see your boy respectfully come

[1:36:52] up. It doesn't matter if you guys are subscribed or not subscribed. My new uh the first episode of my new series is smack dab on the page. Thank you guys It's it's that's that's been awesome to see. That's been awesome to see. I miss

[1:37:06] it too. I miss it too, man. I miss Vines, too. forums. Wait, what? What? What was that? What? What's that? Yeah, dude. I

[1:37:21] remember that? You remember like before social media existed, every hobby that you had was a forum. Like back then before like YouTube was big, the gaming culture was like individual communities inside forums.

[1:37:36] That's why clans were so big. Yeah. That's why clans were so big in every [ __ ] game cuz every clan had their own forum page where you'd like like [ __ ] Reddits essentially your own Reddit [ __ ] page. And this is what I

[1:37:49] argue. This is genuinely what I argue. Um I think this is where Twitch and Kick go wrong. Yeah. I think this is I think this is the biggest thing that's holding Twitch and Kick back from actually being a social media platform. If you if you

[1:38:03] have the ability to create your own forums on Twitch or Kick, that'd be huge. I don't know why Twitch doesn't HAVE THIS. UH UNDONE, WELCOME BACK TO THE BIG SOAP CLUB. Looking good, baby. Looking good. I don't know why they

[1:38:15] don't have it. Doesn't make any sense to me. If anything viral happens, where do you guys go? Somebody's talking about something. You go you go to the typicals especi like Reddit

[1:38:29] Reddit X and [ __ ] like that. to Tic Tac to have the offline conversation. Talking about the offline

[1:38:41] conversation, the offline interaction. Where do you go to have that offline Something happens. You got to see something. You got to respond to something. Talk about something going on blowing up. It's it's it's usually sites

[1:38:54] blowing up. It's it's it's usually sites like X and Reddit. Maybe Facebook now Facebook's kind of getting pushed into post. You So So I'm just I'm genuinely asking. You hear about something You hear about something blowing up,

[1:39:09] and search it up. I'm not saying you're wrong. Tik Tok's search engine like by the way, while we're talking about it, you guys got to understand that's the ultimate goal. This is why it's so important that we talk about Twitch and

[1:39:23] important that we talk about Twitch and kick being [ __ ] 15 years behind and ultimate goal from Tik Tok, from Instagram, from X, from YouTube, everything. They don't want you going to other sites to learn other things.

[1:39:39] completely different thing. You're talking about suggested content that's being served to you. We're talking about you hear about something and you have to go research it. Where are you going? Where's the Where are you going? You

[1:39:52] hear about something, you have to go research it. For for a long time, for me, it's actually been X. Like, okay, case in point. I know it's [ __ ] up to say. Charlie Kirk got shot. First place I went was X. Boom. Wait, what? What?

[1:40:07] Search, search, search. What the [ __ ] X instantly. instantly. Google would be high up there with it. But like inherently it like just naturally human order. You're like boom.

[1:40:21] Where are people talking about something? X. My algorithm on TikTok just tuned in. No. Like you're not Dev. You're not saying. Take case in point of what I just said. If I tell you to go search up

[1:40:36] something right now, where are you going? You're not you're not you're not Charlie Kirk just got shot and you're going to X or you're going to Tik Tok and it's there. Are you going to Tik Tok to search? You're completely missing

[1:40:49] what I'm saying. Completely missing what I'm saying. and there's a magic [ __ ] person that's like, "Hello, you just heard your friend talk about something. Here it is. Where are the first place that you're

[1:41:03] Tik Tok. I'm just saying. Where's the first place you go to find the thing first place you go to find the thing that somebody in at life talks about? And the point being with this is for years on Twitch, it has always been

[1:41:20] Reddit and X. That is how the verality has even been there for Twitch. Something happens, you go to Twitch to look at the updates. Shitty update from from Twitch or to X, excuse me. shitty update from Twitch. You go to to X to

[1:41:37] point. Google is like the more search optimization. YouTube, right? But either way, you don't But either way, Dev, you you don't

[1:41:53] go to Twitch and Kick to find something, right? You go to the other places because every other website is building that. My whole thing has been for a long time now, and I sound like a broken record, why Twitch and kick don't

[1:42:07] record, why Twitch and kick don't implement forums or blog or or something to where you could create narrative and you could create conversation off of would essentially have their own discovery.

[1:42:20] They wouldn't, you know, like the all of uh Twitch and Kick's thing is clip farming where you go post a whole bunch of [ __ ] clips on everything else and you funnel people over. If you had offline forum on Twitch and kick, you

[1:42:33] wouldn't need that because what you would be able to do is you would be able would be able to do is you would be able to make the said post on it and through search engines like Google, those posts would start to blow up and naturally

[1:42:47] over time people would just sit there first. After a period of time, if you could just engage and get your information using it more. This is what Tik Tok's done over the years. At first, they

[1:43:00] hooked you in through the verality. They used algorithm for viewers to give you stupid [ __ ] [ __ ] so you just scroll there like a [ __ ] so you just scroll there like a mindless [ __ ] drone. Gosh.

[1:43:13] And then for creators, they exacerbated your [ __ ] growth. They got you you were finally [ __ ] doing something through the for you page. Anybody could followers. Didn't mean as much, but it still made you feel special. So you got

[1:43:27] addicted to it. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Mix, back and forth, going back and forth all all the time. Over time, that's obviously changed. But what what for them? They made it to where while you're

[1:43:39] already there as a viewer and a creator, now you can just start searching [ __ ] This is why I was saying I'm not [ __ ] on you for saying if it's Tik Tok. I I was just interested because I know people use Tik Tok, but I've never

[1:43:52] use Tik Tok for that. Now, not only do they go to scroll their [ __ ] live streams and their content, but they go they look up recent like things, new things going on. They look up like all the way down to the core. Some people

[1:44:07] use I know this sounds crazy. Some people are starting to use Tik Tok and Instagram to look up local places to eat when they're traveling. They're specifically searching these things now cuz these platforms are

[1:44:20] building this. They want you doing that there. They want you staying there. They is going to be huge, by the way, for creators who create evergreen content this year cuz especially in the short form content. I tell you what, if you

[1:44:32] guys want a life hack in any aspect and area that you're in, any if you go look at videos that farmed evergreen for years on YouTube and you turn it into vertical stuff, you're going to do so well this

[1:44:47] year on Tik Tok in and Instagram and and even YouTube. People don't want to watch a 20 minute video anymore on how to change your oil when you can go to [ __ ] Tik Tok, Instagram, and YouTube shorts and watch it in 30 seconds.

[1:45:01] shorts and watch it in 30 seconds. That's that's the human brain anymore, right? So, guys should be using a lot of other things outside of Tik Tok and or outside

[1:45:14] of uh Twitch and Kick because Twitch and Kick don't have that and they're not There's no conversation about that whatsoever. Not only would this fix Not

[1:45:26] only would this fix their discovery problem, like this idea that you go somewhere and funnel people over, it would fix that, but it would also make them legitimate competitors into social media interaction, right? They're not

[1:45:40] I'm sorry, they're not competitors right now. They they are live stream tech products. They're they're live stream distribution tech products. They are not social media interaction platforms. The only thing you can do there is watch a

[1:45:52] somebody live. After that, boom, dead, You can go to another live stream, but outside of that, there's no social interaction. There's no like Bailey can't talk to undone there naturally.

[1:46:06] You got to go. You got to hope that somebody else is in another chat. somebody else is in another chat. Does that make sense? like emotional conversations with Chapp Ch. I'll be like Chad, do you Chad GBT,

[1:46:23] do you like me? Yeah, I like you. I like the conversation, dude. I'm just been I it's [ __ ] hilarious to see what the responses of AI. I'm just waiting where

[1:46:35] [ __ ] annoying. You ask me too many questions." Yeah, people use Gemini and [ __ ] like that. That's funny. Yeah, I love chat that. That's funny. Yeah, I love chat GBT. Uh we become we become so lazy as a

[1:46:47] society and want quick uh video fixes. It's crazy to me. Uh I even do this. Yeah. I mean well we all do this. Well also too this is not laziness as well. Well well some of it's laziness but like also to be fair

[1:47:00] uh to be fair mama that is this is also like again a man you you actually aliooped me. The point being here, this is the tech products innovating to make it easier for you to do that. It's a

[1:47:15] win-win. This is the point. This is my biggest criticism with Kick. This is my number one criticism with Kick. You harp about being the best, you're going to be the best, you're going to do the best. Tech standpoint, you're because you're a

[1:47:29] tech product. You have done nothing compared to the competitor. You can't just you you can't just expect everybody to say like, "Okay, we get it. You're g lot of [ __ ] money. So, you pay us more there. Okay, cool. You give us more

[1:47:43] money. As a tech product, what are you doing to make our LIFE EASIER? WE'RE no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I certain Only fans to do that. As a tech product, what you are advertising to be competing

[1:47:57] in? You're competing in the world of tech. What are you doing to make my time easier as a content creator and a viewer both? How are you solving that problem? Oh, you're not. So you you don't you you

[1:48:12] are not competing with the big dogs. Optimization of your time. That's what Tik Tok's doing, Instagram's doing, YouTube's doing, Facebook's doing. Now, the end all beall is they X is doing this. They're doing this because they

[1:48:25] possible. Because as your eyes are there and you become a product and you become a viewer and you become ad revenue, it works, right? But nonetheless, they are innovating to make it a win-win. All these platforms are making it easier for

[1:48:39] you to find something to take to where it's less out of your day because that's the product they're packaging. So, Twitch and Kick, what are we doing? I don't think Kick has anything on Twitch and YouTube. Uh, I mean, they

[1:48:54] definitely have something on on Twitch for sure. For sure. You guys Oh, yeah. They for sure have something on on Twitch. absolutely do. The only thing Twitch has going for them is I got to make this specifically clear.

[1:49:09] The only thing Twitch has going for them for a product is people are still manipulated by the fluffy feeling. That's it. That's all that Twitch has going for it. You You think it's a good place to be. You They did an amazing job

[1:49:24] at branding and marketing that platform. It's like, "Oh, guys, it's the streamer community. It's the streamer community. Uh, Alex, your audio and video is out of your audience. I've seen you say this a couple times, Alex. I have been live for

[1:49:38] bothered anybody until you said something. Yeah. So, I I I don't know. Maybe it's a you thing. Maybe nobody else really hanging out, man. Uh, so would you recommend Kickover Twitch? Hands down.

[1:49:53] recommend Kickover Twitch? Hands down. Well, I mean, in comparison to each other, yes. But I mean, YouTube is king over all of them.

[1:50:05] feel like it's uh it's harder on there than Tik Tok to grow. Well, it is. It is the Can we just talk about facts? Can we just talk about facts? Here's the facts. Regardless of your

[1:50:19] feelings, regardless of somebody you like, Twitch is one of the like, Twitch is one of the one of the faster descaling growth um growth metrics out of any site

[1:50:33] they are losing viewers on average. They're losing people on average faster than any other site. They're losing to competitors faster than anything else. That's a fact. They're losing people left and right. That's that's a fact.

[1:50:55] remember what made me Sorry, I read something else. Bring my Twitch over. Uh, I can't remember why the point why I was just had a brain fart. I just had a brain fart. Why was I even going into

[1:51:07] brain fart. Why was I even going into this facts about Twitch? I need I need the angle that I was going going in at it. it. Holy [ __ ] brain fart

[1:51:23] facts about it but yeah but why why recommend it kick over yeah but why why recommend it kick over Twitch

[1:51:35] about Twitch yeah the the blinded feelings okay so facts about Twitch it's feelings okay so facts about Twitch it's losing viewers at an alarming rate What the platform is seeing is only a smaller targeted group of streamers are

[1:51:50] becoming successful. So like let me just share with you guys stats that are real. In 2020, we were making comparisons that if you were the top 2%

[1:52:03] on Twitch, you were averaging 40 viewers or more and these creators could on average generate, you know, thousand plus revenue a month. uh in just 5 years that's going down to like 0.5%. From 2% of the platform had a decent

[1:52:18] following, a decent viewership, like an okay viewership to like generate like $1,000 a month in revenue. Uh currently where we stand in 2026, 0.5% of Twitch are reported to earn $1,000 or

[1:52:33] more a month. Meaning 99.5% of Twitch earn less than $1,000 a month. I don't that's $12,000 a year. That's not that's not so so not only are the viewers going down, the potential success of creators is going down with it. Meaning the

[1:52:49] majority of the metrics that even exist on the platform are coming from a smaller smaller smaller percentage. Less people are having genuine success there. people are having genuine success there. This is just fact. This is fact. In that

[1:53:02] amount of a time, in that amount of time, ad distribution has gone up. They push ads more over there. over there. So as you lose viewership, they force

[1:53:17] So as you lose viewership, they force ads more, making the experience worse. Here's another fact. In the comparison of all platforms, it is one of the worst cuts for creators. And it is it requires one of the most it

[1:53:34] requires some of the most work as a creator. Meaning out of Tik Tok and YouTube and Instagram and Facebook and X, X, you are required to grow an audience on

[1:53:46] you are required to grow an audience on on Twitch. You're required to do more for less than any of the other platforms. platforms. You're required to do more to earn less

[1:53:59] than any other platform. These are facts. These aren't we're moving out of opinions and fluff. And then here's the real [ __ ] kicker. All while this is happening, you are streaming to the platform with

[1:54:14] you are streaming to the platform with the most streamers out of any other platform. It's not It's not even close, Biggy. What do you mean not even close, Biggy. What do you mean by that? Meaning for per one viewer

[1:54:27] by that? Meaning for per one viewer ratio on Twitch, the amount of the amount of or for one streamer on Twitch, the amount of viewers is astronomically bad. It is the It is. People will tell you it's it's uh kick. Yeah, I want

[1:54:42] kick. There's more streamers there are viewers. Not it's not even close. It's not even close. Let's look at the let's look at the recent metrics here, shall we? These are actual actual metrics.

[1:54:54] And maybe it's changed, but Oh, before it was insane. It was insane before. it was insane. It was insane before. Um,

[1:55:07] to do I'm going to do kick. I'm going to do Twitch. I'm going to do YouTube. And I'm I can't wait to see your guys' [ __ ] face.

[1:55:27] One second. Just getting you guys the average here. person live there is 68 potential viewers right now literally right now

[1:55:42] for every one person live on average there's 68 potential viewers that's actually gone down a lot tw kick might have might kick might have actually passed Twitch we'll see here in a second so remember 68 viewers for one streamer

[1:55:56] on kick 68 viewers you guys remember this guys remember this okay here we go here we go let's now Let's check. Let's check Twitch. Jesus. Twitch actually might be better than Kick now, which is crazy. Kick used to

[1:56:09] be like for every one streamer there was like hundred something viewers. something viewers. So, yep.

[1:56:25] channels on average, it's [ __ ] insane. Okay. Okay. No, it's still bad. Uh, so on Kick, for every one live viewer, oh, sorry. On Kick, for every one live streamer, there's 68 viewers on average.

[1:56:41] On Twitch, for every one streamer, there's 22 22 viewers on average. So, this idea that even just like even a kick saying there's more streamers than viewers

[1:56:56] there, you're you're so wrong. You're so wrong. Now, you guys want to know why I [ __ ] harp about [ __ ] YouTube? You guys are going to have your [ __ ] mind blown. And here's the thing about YouTube.

[1:57:16] you guys realize, like, here's the thing about the culture conversation that we don't talk about enough. Do you guys realize there's millions of people? Stop millions of people that have never watched a live stream before?

[1:57:29] And and what's crazy is over the years as I've put YouTube up on a pedestal, have [ __ ] that are like, "Yeah, but there's a lot of people on YouTube "Yeah, that's the [ __ ] point, you [ __ ] retard." Oh [ __ ] Don't ban me,

[1:57:42] report me on Tik Tok. Don't be an [ __ ] I'm like, "That's the That's the [ __ ] point, dumbass. That's the [ __ ] point. You don't Why do you want to constantly be streaming to the place where only the same people

[1:57:58] watch the same streams over and over again? You don't want that. break down YouTube here, shall we? So, on YouTube, oh my god. So, on kick, the

[1:58:11] on YouTube, oh my god. So, on kick, the average for every streamer there's 68 viewers. On Twitch, for every streamer, there's 22 viewers. on YouTube currently right now for every

[1:58:24] on YouTube currently right now for every streamer there's 186 viewers. That's that is that is the average viewers of live streams alone. live streams alone. Al that is not even talking about the

[1:58:38] this is only registering the data of people who watch live streams. You're not even talking about the billions of users on shorts and long form content that consume YouTube every month. You're you're not even that's not even

[1:58:52] in the metrics just off of live data alone. That's the comparison between Twitch and YouTube. For everyone I'm going to make it clear again talking Twitch and YouTube. For every one stream, you're a

[1:59:06] streamer. Your odds of having viewers on the platform to be equal, if you're like, "Viewers should just not watch go everywhere and everybody should just be equal."

[1:59:18] you would have 22 viewers. Your potential on average is 22 viewers. On potential on average is 22 viewers. On YouTube, it's 168 viewers. That's how many people are watching YouTube live streams in comparison to average

[1:59:30] channels. The caveat to this when I say this is people will be like, "Yeah, but podcasts are on YouTube. Music channels are on YouTube. Rerads are on YouTube. What are you [ __ ] talking about? All that shit's on Twitch. The largest

[1:59:43] have been political podcasts. Let's just be real." No. No, they're not gu having That's like some of the largest [ __ ] getting pushed over there. Yeah, a lot for sure. For sure. But there's a [ __ ] ton of reruns on on Twitch. You can just

[1:59:59] [ __ ] go search reruns. There's a [ __ ] ton of people that do reruns on Twitch. A [ __ ] ton of people. So, that's just another fact about Twitch. That's just the the other fact about Twitch. On top of everything that

[2:00:12] share, they're losing viewers, they're losing traffic. that the it's becoming less uh statistically on average it's becoming less and less possible to become successful over there, right? The target [ __ ] growth is becoming

[2:00:28] narrower and narrower and narrower. The same 20 to 30 [ __ ] people are sharing all the views on the [ __ ] platform and you're not included in that. You're not going to be included in that because there's no discovery there. So as that

[2:00:40] Oh, all while that's happening. All while that's happening. You're compete. You're competing for the attention the most out of anywhere. What a dog [ __ ] platform. What a dog

[2:00:55] you Tik Tok metrics, but they don't share enough. All we have on Tik Tok metrics uh from from the ability that I can see is just general overall market share like distribution

[2:01:09] live is the second largest streaming platform in the world right now technically speaking. But I don't know that uh data. Well, yeah. And it doesn't A lot of Tik Toks inflated like a [ __ ] But that's okay. Who

[2:01:23] the inflation of stuff just cope. They're just coping with [ __ ] Like you that, you're just you're like that's why I dude I can't say when Eddie talks the view bonding stuff. Like just don't even talk about it. Like just don't even

[2:01:38] you're not going to fix it. If you're not going to find problems. I I don't on kick. I care about the spam botting problem. Fix your [ __ ] man. Fix that [ __ ] But like dude, just don't even talk about the body. Just don't even

[2:01:50] talk about it cuz you can't you don't make your product look better by just if else is body everybody else has botting issues. I'm just Come on, man. Stop. Stop. Well, he's not lying with that. Everybody does have body problems. But

[2:02:04] the thing is they don't talk about it cuz it's it like the the longer you do it, it it it just Oh, Jesus Christ. It just be become a problem.

[2:02:18] brought over some things that Twitch does like channel points, it would be emotions, but it wouldn't do anything for actually growing brands. Nobody ever When's the last time you've ever followed a creator cuz you're like,

[2:02:32] "Dude, your channel points have got me. I don't really care about your quality, your interaction, what you talk about, or anything. Your channel points just even like your content. It's just your channel points are that good." You get

[2:02:45] what? This is this was always a big thing on YouTube. So many people on YouTube uh when we would talk about the Twitch verse YouTube days when I'm I'm I left Twitch for YouTube. People would be like, "Yeah, but I would love to stream

[2:02:58] on YouTube. I'd love to take advantage of the billions of active users and the fact that I could just tag and title my video, my live stream correctly and get people. I'd love to do all that, but I don't have channel points and that's how

[2:03:11] that channel points doesn't grow your community. It's an interaction between offense to anybody. And by the way, mama, I'm not going in on you on this. see this here." There's literally creators that don't use platforms

[2:03:25] because they don't have channel points. You I'm so sorry to tell you, you are a dog [ __ ] creator. If your whole entire thing, if your whole entire foundation is the the interaction of your chat, you're essentially saying, "My viewers

[2:03:38] don't like me in any way, shape, or form. I have to keep them entertained through gay little [ __ ] things in my chat. Hey guys. Hey guys. Tink, come here. Pay attention to me. Pay attention

[2:03:50] you'll stay here is if I give you something to do like a little [ __ ] cat playing with a ball of yarn. THAT'S THAT'S ESSENTIALLY WHAT YOU'RE GUYS. you saying that you can't go to another platform because it doesn't have channel

[2:04:03] points. It doesn't have this thing to keep people in my chat just doing [ __ ] the time that people are giving you and you just want to manipulate it in a way to keep them engaged and entertained without you actually doing anything.

[2:04:22] with that, too. I got to swap out batteries, boys. My FX3 battery is going batteries, boys. My FX3 battery is going to die. I don't I I know I have all this [ __ ] and I don't have A [ __ ] DUMMY BATTERY. I KNOW. I know.

[2:04:50] [ __ ] Hello. Hello. Can I get back? There we go. We're back. We're back. There we go. We're back. We're back. Wonderful [ __ ] Wonderful [ __ ] No. Yeah. No. I Yeah. I know. I know. Mama, I know you're not saying like we Hey, I

[2:05:03] need this here or I can't survive without it. I'm I'm just simply implying the idea that uh some people just really stress about that. H some people really stress about that. Do I need to get you a dummy p? I might

[2:05:15] I might have to have you send me a dummy battery cuz if I get yelled at one more takes two seconds. It takes two seconds and we're back. I see your beautiful individuals, you're back. You're right here. Here we are. We're back. Happy

[2:05:30] just snuggling away. Um got to bounce. Big love as always. Love you, brother. Have a good one. Have a good one. Uh, yeah. So, by the way, anybody tuning in, uh, new, I know on YouTube and Tik Tok, we got a little bit more discovery. So,

[2:05:45] new faces come around. My name is Big E. Been a content creator for, uh, full-time for 11 years now. Been in the industry for, uh, 16 years now. Uh, background in photo, video, design, uh, working with, uh, brands, companies,

[2:05:59] working with, uh, brands, companies, creators. Um, I try to make creators creators. Um, I try to make creators lives a little bit more enjoyable and and easy to understand. That's that's my thing. Uh the biggest goal that I have

[2:06:12] much uh [ __ ] that I've learned over the years uh uh back to you guys as much AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WAY I CAN SELL IT ALL, make a few million dollars and retire and live in the middle of nowhere so I can walk out on my back porch buck naked

[2:06:26] and enjoy the view of goats and livestock in the background uh as my sounds nice, doesn't it? That sounds nice. That sounds nice. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I it it bro it is it's the [ __ ] dream. It is the dream. Some of my

[2:06:42] homies don't get it. I know. I need to get Joe out of his house more. I Some of my homies don't get it. Jay-Hawk does not get it at all. I asked Jay-Hawk I was like, "Could you ever walk away from social media?" He's like, "I think I

[2:06:55] like, "What about you?" I was like, "Oh, dude. 2.5 mil cash liquid. I'm gone." Sorry. Sorry. Like, I already have the Sorry. Sorry. Like, I already have the property." Yeah, I'm out. I love y'all.

[2:07:10] I love y'all. But dude, that's I'm sorry. That That's me. Not having to worry about internet speeds. Middle of the country, just some [ __ ] some the country, just some [ __ ] some chickens, goats, cows running the land.

[2:07:24] Like, we wake up in the morning and [ __ ] had to go get a little go get some eggs and [ __ ] That's Sorry, that's me. I could do it in a heartbeat. Oh, about the idea because it just like it

[2:07:36] breaks my heart that I'm not there. Um yeah. Uh appreciate that. Appreciate that. Sounds nice, doesn't it? Doesn't it? You know what [ __ ] sucks? I know this goes into like a deeper thing. [ __ ] godamn society for making us

[2:07:51] feel like that's not the [ __ ] dream anymore. anymore. And that it's not tangible. It is so realistic. Oh my god. Everything in this world

[2:08:06] nowadays wants you getting stuck into the loop of paying things off, being locked to longterm highinterest [ __ ] so you never feel like you have a chance to you never feel like you have a chance to do it ever. And it [ __ ] sucks. And

[2:08:20] you Yeah, they're killing the traditional ways, dude. The reality is you can still do to get the fancy sports car? Are you

[2:08:32] going to be able to [ __ ] be connected to the highest speeds and and no, but [ __ ] need it? When's the last time the middle of nowhere where you didn't have service?

[2:08:44] just like there's something just so good about it. You're not connected to bills. You're not connected to news. You're not connected to what's this person saying about burnt peanut? You're not connected to I wonder if Biggie put out a new Only

[2:08:58] Fans post today. I'm so desperate for it. Like it's crazy. You don't stress about the gayest [ __ ] dude. It's [ __ ] awesome. I I run a 100 kilometer ultra marathon. What? Yeah, you got me [ __ ] up on that. I'm

[2:09:14] good there. I hate running so much. I lost a lot of weight last year running, adding running into my routine. I can't do it. Are Live and Tik Tok discovery similar? I never see a flood of people on Shorts Live. Yes, they are similar.

[2:09:28] You might not be using uh your SEO correctly, but the power of YouTube is not necessarily through shorts. The power of YouTube is through horizontal. You might get more views on YouTube shorts, but the how to build a real

[2:09:42] system. Yeah, dude. It it dude it was even case in point. Can I see that? Can I see my last stream uh on TikTok? I told you guys, I said, "No matter how good this stream is today

[2:09:56] and how many of you guys are actually staying and interacting, the watch time comparison is going to be absolute dog shit." Like right now on YouTube, it's watching for 15 minutes. They're staying for 15 minutes on YouTube.

[2:10:09] That number is even slightly down because I am dual streaming. So, it's it's it's giving an average of shorts and long form, but still it's 15 minutes. I'll end my Tik Tok stream. The average view time is going to be like 15

[2:10:21] seconds. So yeah, you get distribution, you get shown to a lot of people, but like it doesn't mean they give a [ __ ] about your content. It's exacerbated like a [ __ ] Schwarz is like that, too.

[2:10:36] Hey, appreciate that. Appreciate that. Thank you. I'm glad. I'm glad. Just Trying to do that, brother. Trying to do that.

[2:10:50] promotion to push content? Uh are you talking about uh paying for views? Like are you talking about like um running like running ads on your brand?

[2:11:15] actually tried this and I've been thinking about trying it more lately on thinking about trying it more lately on Instagram with the product stuff, but I Yeah, I really I can't comment on it, man. I can't comment on it. Do you

[2:11:28] guys know anybody that's taken advantage of that? Uh, I was just on a weekl long cruise and not connect Wait, what just happened? Okay, there we go. I was on a anything. It's so nice being free of social media toxicity. I did miss the

[2:11:41] good stuff. Uh the good stuff some, but I felt free. Yeah. It just feels good. every day. If your objectives were just like, today, like I got to go out my backyard and get [ __ ] so that way I have it. Got

[2:11:57] stuff." And and like the idea of just paying left was like, "Okay, well, I'll just take my services and what I can money off of it and I'll that will that will hold me down. Yeah. K. Appreciate

[2:12:14] you, brother. I wouldn't recommend Tik Tok. If anything promotes another platform, they flag it. Interesting. Oh, wait. You try to promote [ __ ] to like put you to another platform

[2:12:27] example. Is that what you're like the idea? No. I mean, if you're going to use something where it's like you're investing into the exposure of things, first off, let me just can I say that there's nothing wrong with that, too?

[2:12:45] different story. Brands get to do it every single day. That's how you know about brands. That's what they do. The the very brands that you support, even every product in the house that you love. Let's say you're a camera junkie

[2:12:59] love. Let's say you're a camera junkie and you like Sony, they do it. They take money in it to where it gets distributed to people for like the idea of finding think there's like if you're asking me if I think there's anything wrong with

[2:13:14] you a like paying to advertise your face. No, but don't do it on the idea of distribution. Like you would want to do it based on the idea like you do advertise that thing. Like I if I took advantage of it, I

[2:13:31] people know that I have like creator related products to help content related products to help content creators, but I'm not I'm not doing it yet cuz they're not they're not in the final form. You know what I mean? Sounds

[2:13:43] here. They're not done yet. Like once the I I probably say once I give you guys the new blueprint systems that I'm working on right now, which everybody guys will get the new ones. It'll just be in your email and you'll download the

[2:13:57] new ones. Uh, and you'll like these so much more. Uh, and you'll be able to like if you want, you'll be able to go through and and put like if you're in and you you've been collecting data on stuff, you'll be able to you'll be

[2:14:10] one and you'll be fine. But this one will be like a tangible thing where it's like if you have Google Google Sheets, you'll be able to use you like you'll be able to to download the blueprint uh the cheat sheet onto your phone and you'll

[2:14:24] you'll have access to that every day so you can stay organized. Um, once I put it in the final form, maybe I'll try advertising. that I use it for. I wouldn't use advertising as like a an idea of like I

[2:14:39] hope this post does well by by doing it. Does that make sense? Brands do it all the time, man. Met PC's blowing up with [ __ ] man. Holy [ __ ] Uh, your setup's what's your setup? Appreciate that. Wait, what do you mean what's the setup?

[2:14:53] there's a guitar back there. There's a There's a skateboard right there. Our sex drawer is probably right right about there. So, like what do you what's part of the setup you want to know? How do we get it? Uh links in in bio on

[2:15:08] my website. Just right there. Boom. Biggie. Bij.co. full-time in this [ __ ] for 11 years. It's one thing I try to like it's I mean

[2:15:21] literally the other day um literally the other day where somebody's like, "You understand it because you only get x there." I'm like, "Yeah, well, you it's because you don't understand the big

[2:15:34] game." And this is where a lot of creators go wrong, man. So, where a lot of creators go go wrong, man.

[2:15:48] what do you mean? At what point did you decide to stop working and go all in? choice. Mason, appreciate you, brother. When I had no choice.

[2:16:00] I I made pretty good income. So, I started off first graphic design. That's industry. I did graphic design. So, I helped brands with graphic designs. I worked with some of your your most favorite creators

[2:16:14] um throughout the years. Oh, the gold Henry. YEAH. OH, WHAT'S UP, MAGIC PAPA? need to put the I need to mount the guns back in the background. Now they're in

[2:16:26] They're in the safe now. But I could definitely take the Henry, the golden boy, and put it up here. I need to do that. I need to I need to do that. Ah, I need to do that. Uh but yeah, so I went first time.

[2:16:46] Sorry. Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. So, yeah. Uh, what was the question? Sorry, I just my still doing that? At what point did you decide to stop working and go all in

[2:17:00] decide to stop working and go all in till I literally could not continue to till I literally could not continue to work and do this? So, I started off all this graphic design first. So, I would work with YouTube creators. I

[2:17:14] capitalized on Twitch during the early Twitch years. Worked with some of your favorite brands in the industry. Worked behind the scenes earlier on. That's how I built some of my first connections in this industry. And um I hustled that for

[2:17:28] a long time building my portfolio, building my website, building up clientele while working a full-time job. So I, you know, first that wasn't going to add value to what I was doing that wasn't going to help with

[2:17:42] my goals. As much as I got ma made fun of and mocked the time at that time, uh, drinking, I got on sleep schedule. So I' I'd work my shift, I'd come home and I' I'd [ __ ] go hard and all this [ __ ] And I did that for a long time,

[2:17:59] for a pretty long time, actually. And I quit my job. I knew it was the right quit my job. I knew it was the right time for me to quit my job when one I repetitively had to start not going into work because like a client or customer

[2:18:13] would uh would be like, "Hey, I I really need this today. I'll pay to expedite I'll pay to expedite it." I'm like, "Say [ __ ] less. Sorry guys, I'm not coming understand. You're going to pay me x amount for the day and I'm going to get

[2:18:28] three to four times this today by staying at my house. So, you got me [ __ ] up if you think I'm coming in to work today. So, that started to happen. work today. So, that started to happen. And uh the the big things is I set up a

[2:18:41] runway. I set up x amount of money back to where if anything happened, if I had any bad months, I'd be set for a while. So, runway was a big one. It was like a six-month runway or something. Um like just to be frankly honest like

[2:18:57] my runway right now as it stands is like two years two to three years right now two years two to three years right now as we stand. Meaning right now at even a minimal income what I bring in verse what what I got out what I have back. I

[2:19:13] mean, this isn't even like long-term investments. Just my runway. This like an account where there's money sitting just in case, you know, just in case I amount this month, I make Y amounts like, oh, got to pull out of that. Had a

[2:19:27] bad month. I have about a two-year runway. Um, so I left my job when I had to six month runway. It was a little risky at first, but the big thing for me was when I started having to take off work to be there for my customers, and

[2:19:45] two, when I started I I locked in two to three long-term contract deals. One was a six-month, one was a 12-month, meaning there was this like website that I did uh UI, some like some like design for some like minimal stuff for, but they

[2:19:59] next 12 months, they're going to be paying me x amount a month to be their guy. But like I had to be there, right? So obviously I I can't be working my [ __ ] we got this problem. I need you right now, right?" So I I had to be

[2:20:14] couple creators where I was doing their thumbnails. So I locked in two to I think it was like when I left, I think it was three set customers that I had on company. It was a large Minecraft creator and it was uh it was this

[2:20:31] website. Those were locked in. Just those guys like retaining services those guys like retaining services locked in. That was uh that was like 75% of my pay for where I was working. And then like

[2:20:45] everything else I I was selling uh stock packs. I was selling uh you know did fonts. I did the side stuff like I would do people's social media layouts. I would do their live streams. Yeah. Yeah. And then uh Yeah. And then creating

[2:20:59] content as Yeah. as well. So yeah, just literally everything across the board. I quit my job when there was no option. There was no other option. It I didn't I didn't like uh I literally remember I was like told my roommate I was like got

[2:21:13] I had a customer come in was like, "Hey, we need to work on this this this week." I was already off that Monday for my birthday. And I was like, "Scott, I don't think I'm going back to work tomorrow." And he's like, "Oh, dude,

[2:21:25] [ __ ] uh um Craig Craig's going to be pissed if you don't [ __ ] come in." I was like, "No, like I think I'm done." And he's like, "Oh, fuck." Well, and woke up at normal times and I have had my coffee. I looked at him and he went

[2:21:40] in or he looked at me, he's like, "Fuck, bud. Good luck." You know what's [ __ ] up is that man, that was like my that was like my boy, man. That was like my brother. What's [ __ ] up is like two years later when it worked,

[2:21:53] just like, "Yeah, you so [ __ ] easy, man. You got so lucky." Dude, [ __ ] sucks. I got a little personal there, but [ __ ] happens, man. [ __ ] happens. quick when you go after [ __ ] that you do. But the point being is I I hustled.

[2:22:08] I absolutely [ __ ] hustled and I left my job when it was right, man. Cuz like I full sent way back in the day. Way back in the day, 2012 when I like YouTube channel was doing okay at the time, was making ad revenue. I mean, you

[2:22:23] living was like in 2012. I still lived with my parents. I was a [ __ ] loser. An absolute loser. And I and I jumped [ __ ] fast. Like I like I you know I was just like [ __ ] this. I'm out. So I I quit for like I don't even think it was

[2:22:39] a year. Maybe it was maybe it was about a year. I think maybe it was about I think all of 2013 I did the creator stuff. I I I I I made YouTube videos. I was working with brands. We were making like Call of Duty

[2:22:52] montage stuff and I was also designing on the side. So, it's like I mean, guys, life, I had like, dude, I didn't have a car payment. I had a cell phone bill, car payment. I had a cell phone bill, which was like $70 a month, if that. Uh,

[2:23:05] which was like $70 a month, if that. Uh, I paid extra for our internet because I needed better internet. And then I contributed like it was like one of live under our roof, you're going to pay this. I think it was like total allin

[2:23:18] was like $700 a month. No, I don't. Oh my god. No, I think it I think it was like $500 a month total all in was like my cost of living at the time. So you you better believe when I started having these like $800 months, I WAS LIKE,

[2:23:34] "FUCK Y'ALL. I'M OUT OF THIS [ __ ] I'M OUT OF HERE." I left so fast. I was just time of my life. But like, I mean, guys, like back in the time where like this [ __ ] was so glorified on my first

[2:23:48] YouTube channel back in the day. Like people would pay us to add them on Xbox. Like I had monthly like people would pay you to manage their YouTube channel to manage it basically. Like this was back in the time when on YouTube if you liked

[2:24:04] somebody's YouTube video it would get pushed to your feed. So we had thousands of subscribers and these like smaller teams and smaller creators would like pay us monthly to basically use our feeds to get

[2:24:17] advertised. It was crazy man. It was crazy crazy crazy [ __ ] times. So, I full sent it, but obviously wasn't stable. Didn't have a big savings back and there was nothing

[2:24:29] cash flow. So, then I went back to my job like a puppy with a tail between his knew I had to like do it right. I'm I wasn't going to just dive in. As a senior trained developer for Bank, I'm counting the days to review action

[2:24:44] figures full-time. It's pretty cool. be pretty cool. skyscraper roofs. That [ __ ] makes my hands [ __ ] sweat. Uh, but want to

[2:24:57] start mixing in lifestyle. Oh, wait. Hold on. [ __ ]

[2:25:27] Sorry, I got a meeting today with uh my developer. way too gy. It's way way too gy.

[2:25:49] lifestyle content, gaming, daily routine, aesthetic, home vibes is too routine, aesthetic, home vibes is too big of a change. Uh

[2:26:03] has been lately I think a lot of people should stop trying to include gaming into their content creation direction if they're just not a gaming content that I think that should be for you. Now, like it's a double-edged sword

[2:26:17] because I just earlier said like, "Hey, I'll probably play game." I I have a completely separate channel that I grew years ago and I don't care to grow in gaming. So, like I'm treating gaming moving forward as not the thing, not a

[2:26:30] part of my content, but just like, "Hey, if like [ __ ] five of you are just like, I [ __ ] with Biggie enough to hang out and watch him play a game." My nerdy side is faceless. Whole different YouTube channel. I'll go play over

[2:26:43] don't care if it monetizes. I don't I I don't care if you join members. I don't don't care if you join members. I don't give a flying [ __ ] So, like I a hard push that I got for a lot of people this year is don't try to incorporate like

[2:26:57] you're a photographer, videographer. Now, you doing now, can you do [ __ ] videography, photography, daily routine, aesthetic, home vibes? Abso into the core character of you of who you are. You should pick a target

[2:27:12] consumer whether it's product or viewer. It sounds like for you it's clearly It sounds like for you it's clearly creative creator right and you and then pillars can and your pillar can be gaming but don't make it the content

[2:27:27] make it a part of your content you know part of your daily routine. You can talk night playing [ __ ] Arc Raiders. You know what I mean? Like it's about including the [ __ ] in there. Okay, case in point. You some of you guys know

[2:27:39] Jay-Hawkhawk, go check out my boy Jay-Hawk. Jay-Hawk's a prime example. [ __ ] ain't ever put out one gaming video ever. Nothing to do with gaming. No, nothing ever. But you know he's into gaming. And that [ __ ]

[2:27:53] is going to get more brands this year sending him gaming products than some of sending him gaming products than some of you guys who only advertise gaming. Not everything you have to do in this industry, guys, needs to be the target

[2:28:06] industry, guys, needs to be the target content. It needs to be the the focal point. It can be pillars to the foundation of what you are. I know that its own. It's not even a whole other beast. It's just like you're confusing

[2:28:21] people when like you try to make that the presentation. When you try to make that the thing, you're confusing people. You know what I mean? I have gaming fitness niche. Uh but off topic rants.

[2:28:37] I've been doing uh really well. What's your best tip to get a hold uh get a stacking bricks and building? Stop trying to get a hold of an algorithm and audience because at the end of the day the that's what the algorithm is doing.

[2:28:51] You should look at Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube. Easiest connection for anybody that understands this is going to do very well for them this year. Every time you go to make something, use the algorithm, the the website. The first

[2:29:03] initial reaction when uh putting together a thumbnail, title, that [ __ ] is the website is coming along and saying is is is like, hold on, I gotta pause. I don't know why even simple music. I [ __ ] go off.

[2:29:17] The websites that have the algorithm, their first initial question to you is, "Hey creator, who'd you like to talk to?" And and that's so like imagine me right here. I'm the algorithm. That's

[2:29:29] essentially what like that's what it is. Hey man, I'm the algorithm. Who would try to like hack this and it's and they'll be like, give me a thousand people. It's like, no, it doesn't work like that. Who are

[2:29:43] you trying to talk to? So, the biggest tip for building your bricks and your blocks, cuz that's what it is. And it's actually funny that you use that because You should go live. You should do your thing, create your content around who do

[2:29:58] you want to talk to. If you introduce that, if you utilize that to the is what you're doing. These are the type of people that you want to talk to and you actually provide that content, people will find you. And the brick by

[2:30:13] but they don't understand that. The brick by brick is your audience that you're gaining from the algorithm. This is where a lot of you creators are [ __ ] up, man. You guys You guys got it so [ __ ] off, man. Brick by brick

[2:30:28] literally means one step at a time. It's how houses that last hundreds of years are made. That's how people [ __ ] run, walk, move marathons. Everything starts with one step. You guys want everything so [ __ ] fast. You want the algorithm

[2:30:43] hack to get thousands and be successful overnight. But then you like a lot of you guys use brick by brick as a phase, as a as a as verbiage, but you don't understand that. Brick by brick means you show up and be the best version of

[2:30:56] yourself today and maybe you only lay one to two bricks down. Maybe only one or two people end up [ __ ] sticking around and staying and following you. work that you got done today. That's the foundation you're building. That's what

[2:31:10] you're [ __ ] building brick by brick. It's not it's not it's not called brick by thousands of bricks. It's called brick by [ __ ] brick. It's called brick by [ __ ] brick. So, don't worry about the algorithm.

[2:31:24] Don't don't stress about the [ __ ] algorithm. Give like, what are you going algorithm to build my foundation? No, you're you're building your foundation. Use the algorithm to communicate with the [ __ ] audience that you want.

[2:31:41] guys, this is actually going to be fast. Some of you, yeah, you got to pay your dues, man. Some of you guys, what I just said is going to click. so hard and in your thing and whatever you're doing you can leverage SE like for me like take in

[2:31:56] tougher you'd actually you would think that everybody is trying to lure like likes the interaction of like creative stuff but a lot of people find this to

[2:32:08] aren't searching this up. They just want the easy dopamine [ __ ] like the the the easy dopamine [ __ ] like the the [ __ ] brain rot like [ __ ] [ __ ] um the hey just do these five settings and your channel will blow up this year type

[2:32:22] that easy. I mean, it's really easy to like cater to that and [ __ ] take And hey, maybe I should do it more, but I I don't know. This shit's [ __ ] boring and it doesn't actually provide real value. So, like, you know what the

[2:32:36] It's a little tougher. There's not a lot of people today that are going to be creator trying to re rebuild my even care. like this is like the nuance of things. Uh, but my whole thing for me

[2:32:50] watched my goddamn building and public series that I just started this week on already [ __ ] heard this. But what I'm trying to build for me is um I I don't want the algorithm to push me to 10,000

[2:33:03] people. I want I want the [ __ ] 50 to 100 to 200 that are just like, "Oh, [ __ ] with you." Like, "Oh, dude." Yeah. Like, this is valuable. Thank you, man. appreciate that. Does that make sense? Uh people don't realize how much effort

[2:33:18] you actually got to put into content creating to do well. Yeah. Well, I mean that, too. Sometimes you really don't have to. Sometimes it really is about output because uh okay, like here's a case in point. This is what people don't

[2:33:31] creation in terms of what you're adding value to. absolutely [ __ ] jacked at a game and just be really entertaining to or

[2:33:45] knowledgeable. They know a lot about the game, so they can provide value in that. The other one could just be so [ __ ] funny and entertaining the the the you don't think about anything else. The world shuts off. The world shuts off.

[2:33:59] And both are valuable. Both are good creators that you just find value in leverage that in different ways. If you take great example, if you take burnt take great example, if you take burnt peanut as a great example, it's it's

[2:34:14] very loweffort clipping and it's you it's just spam clipping, but the some people are trying to like biohack this. Oh, I'm just going to become an The [ __ ] is just naturally funny. That's how he is in real life.

[2:34:29] That's literally how he is in real life. And I'm sorry to tell you, some of you doesn't mean that you're not smart. It doesn't mean that you're not good at something. It doesn't mean that you're not creative or organized or you you

[2:34:42] But you're not funny like Burnt Peanut. You're not naturally witty. And I think what I'm talking about, too. Like everybody's got that friend in their friend group where like you're like that [ __ ] is just so goddamn funny.

[2:34:56] my god. I could listen to this [ __ ] talk all goddamn day long. around him. I love getting him drunk. I because you just love the way that he talks and you stay silent listening to

[2:35:12] that. That's the value that somebody can to can provide. I know I know this cuz for my friend group, me and like these are names me and Massie were like that for my friend group. They love to get like love

[2:35:27] to get us going. the [ __ ] we would say to things, how we'd respond to things, the words we would make up, the stupid [ __ ] the [ __ ] rants I would go on. Like, they just love pushing the buttons. That was like the thing in our

[2:35:40] group, right? It's no different like that on on so many different levels of this. Like, some of you guys are just not funny, but you want like So, you you should not try to like advertise all your [ __ ] as being funny. So, yeah,

[2:35:52] little bit more and you have to advertise the value you bring in your community. Maybe it's more informative. Maybe it's like, "Hey, hey, you know necessarily agree with this, but you know one thing that Twitch did really

[2:36:06] why so many Twitch streamers did well over there? Safe spaces. Now, I think that shit's gay, right? I'm not about it. I'll tell you that all day long. I about me cuz I say what's on my mind. I don't care if you think that I'm bad

[2:36:21] because I say that that shit's [ __ ] lame as fuck." Safe space. What are we [ __ ] talking about? It's the internet. But some very soft, sensitive people on Twitch over the years, they that's what they did.

[2:36:35] They made everything their safe space. They now they're not entertaining really. They're not [ __ ] really really really funny, but they like provide an area for you guys to feel safe online and not get

[2:36:48] bullied by people cuz you have purple hair. And that and they eat it up, dude. They eat it up. There's nothing wrong with that. you don't think you're funny, but people tell you you're funny? You're you're

[2:37:01] probably funny. And so, you should be yourself a little bit more. And it's that is hard because it's hard to like internalize this idea that you are funny. Like, how do comedians do that [ __ ] man? But the thing is, if you

[2:37:13] you should make a connection on how you make people laugh and and just keep doing that. You know what I mean? Facts, I created a safe space for my little grateful. YEAH. AND I'M NOT [ __ ] on that. I'm not [ __ ] on that. If you

[2:37:26] like that [ __ ] I might think it's one thing, but that works for you. See? See how this is a constructive conversation? You see how that [ __ ] works? We don't would want to have. I don't want to save space. I want you guys feeling [ __ ] I

[2:37:42] just want you to kind of whip your dick out on my uh legally respectfully of what I mean? I want you to have that feeling when you come here. I want you to talk your [ __ ] When you say [ __ ] with your chest in here, have a good

[2:37:54] time, joke, banter, you know what I mean? I I I'd like you to have that. you to have that that you wanted to have that for yourself, man. What you got to say legally? We are in really ch like guys, come on, man. Very crazy times

[2:38:10] right now. Very crazy times. We have to be crystal clear that we are uh luckily me growing up, I'll just be honest, you know, I've always been into the mils. gals. Never had the problem with the the [ __ ] weird [ __ ] that a lot of the uh

[2:38:25] these lists are exposing right now. So, I want to make sure we're really clear of that, guys. Don't want you guys even put me on that radar. I'm in so far on the opposite end of that direction. Sorry. Uh don't get me wrong, it's

[2:38:37] the [ __ ] out of each other. There you go. There you go. Whatever. But you get the point that I'm trying to make is like that is what a lot of creators did really good on Twitch over the years. They were sensitive individuals and they

[2:38:50] tried to take their stream and turn it into this ooey gooey safe space where like you pretend that the word [ __ ] [ __ ] doesn't exist. And you can live in there and and play in your little bubble and hang out in your little

[2:39:03] bedroom, but that might not be the actual world. That might not be the actual world. That's fine. That's completely now and what's and what a the big thing that people don't conceptualize is once you start growing

[2:39:16] picture and understand that people are vastly different. This is why this is why a lot of the safe space [ __ ] people don't like burnt peanut

[2:39:28] cuz they can't fathom the idea that people think that this shit's funny. still get offended over things cuz they get offended over it. So they're like, "No way hundreds of thousands of people would watch this guy."

[2:39:46] [ __ ] hard. You see what I'm saying? [ __ ] magic. Like, dude, the like, this [ __ ] but like I say these [ __ ] stupid words and then like become the

[2:39:58] [ __ ] thing. And and this is the thing over the last couple years, you know? Good good point to talk back into like why I'm rebuilding my creat creator identity. Over these last few years, we veered away from what was just naturally

[2:40:10] me, the [ __ ] banter, the things that we would typically talk about. You, you too. That is just who I am as a person. I like to get a little deep sometimes. Got deep in your dad last night. So, I like to do these things with [ __ ]

[2:40:23] make up words and giblets and talk about big schme and stuff. And like I veered away from my character as a person and I chased this idea that oh [ __ ] man. Well, Twitch kick is making me a lot of

[2:40:36] be there all the time. Yeah. And I it took away from my identity and who I was. So that's why I'm going back into my creator identity. I'm just [ __ ] core. Now, is it going to lose a lot of viewers on Kick? Yeah. Is it going to

[2:40:49] not only playing ball on their court? Sure. Are people going to talk [ __ ] now? fuckingutely. Cuz they don't like the [ __ ] Who gives a [ __ ] brother? If it's

[2:41:01] and we're healthy and we're [ __ ] hung and we're jibbling the [ __ ] giblets and the shme is shme and we're going to keep on [ __ ] rolling, baby. We're they would feel being in game chat in 2011. MW2 lobby wouldn't survive it,

[2:41:16] brother. Wouldn't survive it. Holy [ __ ] brother. Wouldn't survive it. Would not survive it. It would not survive those lobbies. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Happy, hung, and healthy. That's our motto here, boys. I need to

[2:41:31] get a Triple H shirt going. I need to get a Triple H shirt going for sure. Gotta get that going. What? And these me bring you guys a little bit into that. So, you guys seen I launched the

[2:41:45] series. The whole point of that series is, okay, if I actually want to come out with a Triple A shirt, I'm I'm going to document that. I'm going to show you. So, the power in this series is I want

[2:42:00] things that I talk about. I want I want you guys to see things through action. guys how I'm going to be doing merch this year. There's a couple things I'm couple things I want to do later on. I'm going to be sharing with you guys this

[2:42:16] I do have a PO box. I think it's a PO. Um, I did have somebody send me a dildo. If you do that again, I will cancel my PO box.

[2:42:30] PO box. Thank you. Thank you. Uh, do you consult with create? I do. I do. Uh, but I tell every single person before you do that, and it is on my site. It's underneath the the blueprints and and tools. Uh, do

[2:42:42] not waste your money. I will charge you back if you don't have a concrete foundation and like genuine need for it. Genuine need for it. I try to provide as much easy value in these streams as possible through public conversation. If

[2:42:58] with you, you should already have a brand direction. You should already have a following started. And it should be just 100% scaling and system problems.

[2:43:10] It should not be at where do I start, guys? I mean, you want to waste your it right here. Instead of paying the [ __ ] $250 an hour I charge, just and ask me the [ __ ] question. Like, save your money. Like, if it's just

[2:43:24] start? Like, that's just such a waste of your money, man. It's such a waste of your money. Well, okay, perfect. I I'll save I'll save your money. That's not what you waste [ __ ] money on asking. So, first

[2:43:39] the end of the year. I know it's a fluffy feeling. That's the follower follower goals are one of the worst dog [ __ ] goals ever. And I'm not just saying the board. One, follower metrics don't mean [ __ ] It's a metric that you should

[2:43:54] your goal like your if you wanted an a metric goal, an analytic goal is you watch time on videos? Oh, wow. I only keep 30% of my viewers for a deration of

[2:44:07] I'm going to make that be 50% by the end of the year." an actual goal that you can do because on analytics through Tik Tok. Yeah. through Dude, I'm actually doing this today, dude. Oh my god. YOU GUYS GOT TO

[2:44:23] [ __ ] get into AI. So, I'm I'm writing a script today for Sunday's video, scripts anymore. They're more just bullet points. Hey, cover this, cover Land in the conversation. But I'm putting together my new setup video,

[2:44:38] right? So, it's been a couple years since I've done like an advice setup video, things that I look forward to building setups, like how you guys can I'm going to be coming out with a video on on Sunday. But here's the life hack,

[2:44:53] on on Sunday. But here's the life hack, dude. I don't I took my video. I put it in a to premiere. Dude, I can't wait for you guys to have mind blown. And this is why Big Doll gets [ __ ] bed. And some of you

[2:45:08] No, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I got be a little humble. I'm just saying I think like the thing outside the box sometimes and what I'm about to say is going to blow your [ __ ] mind. It's a [ __ ] life hack. I took my

[2:45:21] It's a [ __ ] life hack. I took my video that got 700,000 views. Okay. I downloaded the video. I put it into Adobe Premiere. I created a transcript with it. For those that don't know,

[2:45:34] transcript is what creates captions. and a transcript will tell you will tell you timelines and everything in Premiere. I then copied the said transcript. I went into chat GPT. I put it into AI. I said, "This video

[2:45:47] got so many views. I want to I want to catch up on this video. Uh tell tell me what I did wrong with this video. Also, here is my viewer retention graph on here is my viewer retention graph on YouTube."

[2:46:03] exactly why at certain times the Oh well, yeah, of course it fell off here. At this point, you tried to overeducate in the video. You're talking about death setups. People really don't dive that deep. You could have just said this one

[2:46:17] thing and moved on and then so what I did was I deconstructed what I did wrong first and then now to build the next one. We are we are constantly making the points. Me and my beautiful friend Chat the Bache, that's what I call him. So he

[2:46:30] together a video which hopefully should flow a lot better more now. Will it actually blow up? I don't know. But being able to have this companion where you can actually cuz I'll tell you one I'll tell you the the important thing

[2:46:44] about this. Maybe this video only gets 1,000 views. Maybe it gets 2,000 views. viewed video on this channel. Before that conversation started, I was like, man, what do I upload Sunday? And now we got a video. And now we got a video that

[2:46:58] this is [ __ ] dope, man. This is dope." Um, so, you know, backing it up of you spending money on me consulting with you, change your goals, brother.

[2:47:10] Change your goals. Um, you know, I just came out with these these blueprints for creators and streamers. And anybody can vouch anybody has got those goals. None do with followers or views. None of them. Because those are metrics that you

[2:47:25] are not goals you should be chasing. You should be chasing the goals of yourself. What did you h how often do you want to show up? What kind of routine do you you want to build? And and then the big goals is the ones where you get into the

[2:47:37] analytics, the real analytics. How do you get people to to watch longer? Okay. Assess with AI. Okay, you put out this video. Here's the time stamp of you doing things. And here's the retention graph. AI is going to tell you whether

[2:47:50] your feelings want it or not. AI is going to tell you, "Hey, brother. Nobody here. Stop talking about your personal [ __ ] Sit on sick on topic. Okay. All to start doing well now. And then once your audience gets to know you, that's

[2:48:05] where you can bring more into that. Do you get what I'm saying? Been working on hooks, rehooking. Well, and then what you'll learn over time is hooks are different from for everybody, man. There there's this idea that hooks

[2:48:18] example of a hook, you got to follow that. Like hooks are just one repeated thing. No, dude. Hooks can be a lot of [ __ ] things. The hook is a Okay, take movies for example. Let's talk about a

[2:48:32] movies for example. Let's talk about a couple different movies. time all time. One of the mo one of the greatest movie hooks of all time, The Dark Knight.

[2:48:47] what's happening. No context or anything. What's happening? Boom. Boom. Uh, another one. Saving Pry Ryan. I don't even think there was really any minutes of that movie. You had no idea what was going on.

[2:49:02] pointing this out is because in the world of content creation, uh, we we try to make everything a like just do this specifically. You got to understand the deeper meaning of things. Hooks bring people into what you're doing. It's it's

[2:49:17] a it's a hook. It's a leverage. It's it's a it's a this is probably why doesn't necessarily have to be like a hey, this is what I'm doing today. Like, you know what I mean? Good fellas, great hook. Great [ __ ] hook. But the point

[2:49:31] hook. Great [ __ ] hook. But the point being is since the dawn of time, since media, advertising, hooks have always been a have always been a thing. Have always been a thing. You need like a a story is always built

[2:49:45] up in the same way. always build up in the same way. butter, but it doesn't have to be replicated from you guys to me. Just

[2:49:57] mean they're going to work for you. But the general concept is there if if that that [ __ ] sounds stupid. My highest viewed and shared video this week had pretty dope hook. So take that, take the graph, take the transcript from

[2:50:13] take the graph, take the transcript from that, go into AI and say, I want to replicate this hook in different variations of this video. Give me ideas and it's literally going to do that for you. And again, the point being

[2:50:25] is like, okay, maybe that video gets million and the other ones don't. Maybe they get like 10,000, 20,000. The point being is before that happened, you didn't even have an idea of what to make. Now you have a whole bunch of

[2:50:38] ideas and all of that [ __ ] is going to add up. We we did that recently with um uh I actually want to check in on those videos. How are those videos doing?

[2:50:52] million views like the first uh like the uh the keyboard video? No. But this one got 12,000 views. This one got 28,000 views. Um where's this uh

[2:51:06] this one? This one, uh, the gaming headset one's at 10,000 views. The lighting one's doing great. 50,000 views. It's It's the same concept, though. I went and I looked at one of my

[2:51:20] videos that did really good and we assessed what hook went well for me and hook to my camera video that's doing good. Wait, isn't this video doing good on Tik Tok? Some of you guys might have seen this on Tik Tok.

[2:51:40] Tok? And my I know my keyboard video did good on Tik Tok. IT IS 150K. HOLY [ __ ] I didn't know it was doing that good. It is. And it's guess what? IT'S DOING GOOD ON INSTAGRAM. HOLY [ __ ] the video that I

[2:51:57] replicated from the video that got me a uh 2 million views on Tik Tok, 2 million hundred,000 views on Facebook and and uh and Instagram back back then. Holy [ __ ]

[2:52:09] >> How do you get that bright high quality look with a dark moody background? I hook. >> Yeah, you kind of wasted your money. I get asked this question. There it is. That's all. So my hook there across the

[2:52:22] That's all. So my hook there across the board, a little bit of an [ __ ] is that could be actually framed as the hook in itself. Uh but my real hook

[2:52:34] was Yeah, you wasted your money. You wasted your money. You guys want to hear a hook from one of my more popular? What? This is what I took the idea from controversy. So this keyboard's from a

[2:52:48] causing a lot of controversy. That's just like the easiest hook. That's not keyboard. That's not like this. Like that is kind of a negative hook. I'm kind of almost rage baiting somebody to

[2:53:00] stay. Oh, what's a people that don't know want to know why? And then also people that do not like this keyboard, which I [ __ ] blasted right there. And high ground keyboards when they came out with 100 Thieves cuz the mechanical

[2:53:12] keyboard culture was so [ __ ] [ __ ] thinking that like you can't massproduce things and it's like I could build something cheaper not realizing a lot of >> and they're partnered with 100 Thieves and since they've come out with

[2:53:24] >> because out the box they're actually pretty dope but because they didn't enough. I listened to a lot of these idiots for some time so I didn't buy >> I insult I I insult my [ __ ] Now, I'm not telling you guys to insult, but like

[2:53:38] to the core, that's what I would do. I I think if you're stressing about a stupid thing, I think you're an idiot. Yeah. And it got people worked up. It did the same thing in the camera video, and I've even done it like responding to

[2:53:53] people, people that are like, "You got to explain ISO more." No, you don't. No, you [ __ ] don't. I I'm going to say this so [ __ ] abundantly clear for any of my creative gurus in here. Like good, you know, cameras.

[2:54:07] I'm giving advice to general creators, creators that maybe have never touched a DSLR camera in their [ __ ] life. And you want them, you want me to tell them in a video the indepth intricate of native ISO and dual ISO and best ISO for

[2:54:23] picture profiles, you are [ __ ] stupid. And this is why nobody follows your advice because you are too deep in the sauce. If you want to make something for easy for people to consume, you have to make it basic. Make it basic. You

[2:54:39] can't just assume your entire audience knows everything about what you know. You got to make it basic. People are just starting off and you just think dude. Jesus Christ. My videos have been doing good across platforms over 200k,

[2:54:55] doing good across platforms over 200k, but I'm small page uh uh and new tips. I you're small, you're doing well. Just output, output, output. Keep it going, Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got to know your

[2:55:08] audience. Got to know your audience, man. point being is I can do two. Uh let's do two. Perfect.

[2:55:24] We're going to do two o'clock today. Uh that's good because I'll end here soon. and I'll make my uh first meal of the day and we'll get going. Um yeah, majority Yeah, you're right. Majority of audiences want everything basic. Just

[2:55:36] That's how I met you. Simple lighting video. Yeah, dude. Like, oh, that's that I got so much. That's the point. That's how I've learned to lean into things. If you guys have noticed, I I lean into the rage bait, man. I 100% lean into the

[2:55:50] skits. It's what I do with informative stuff. I do a little insulting. I I do a little general stuff. And I know people are going to get pissed. I know it. I made that lighting video and I knew that camera gurus were going to be pissed

[2:56:05] that I said just go to your lowest ISO. Just try to stay as low as possible on ISO. And it doesn't matter that they're all upset and they're saying you didn't overeducate your viewers cuz you're going to comment on my video. You're

[2:56:19] more. And honestly, it's way better advice than what they're trying to give. Guys, for anybody in here that doesn't know cameras, if I told you, hey, on your settings, just make sure your ISO looks as low as possible is as low as

[2:56:33] possible. Don't have that [ __ ] cranked up and it will help with the quality of your your video. Is that more helpful? Or if I said so, well, it depends. So guys, you have to figure out, do you have Nikon, Canon, and Sony? Because And

[2:56:47] shooting in as well? Because depending on your picture profile and the camera and the sensor, if it's fullframe, if it's crop sensor, if it's micro four third, you might have different native ISO settings. So, if you guys really

[2:57:02] want to know what your native ISO settings is going to be best for your camera, you see what I'm saying? That is so [ __ ] stupid. Ain't nobody got time for that [ __ ] I just lost [ __ ] three people just fell asleep. Three people

[2:57:15] just fell asleep. One, some people just aren't that detailed into the the deep metrics of cameras. They just don't care. Like, they just genuinely don't give a [ __ ] Two, they have no idea what we just we're talking about. ISO alone

[2:57:29] what that stupid [ __ ] thing is." Okay. Oh, okay. hiking. Everyone starts together. You got a point where people feel special,

[2:57:43] then you bring it back. Ooh, bring you back. Throw that back. Um, want to show you guys so bad what I'm working on.

[2:57:59] right now outside of the blueprints. I'm testing my new uh weekly monthly planner for content. I'll show I'm going to show YouTube a little sneak peek. Ready? Get ready. Get ready. Ready.

[2:58:13] Ready? Get ready. Get ready. Ready. Three, two, one. That's all you got to see. It's all you got to see. It's all you got to see. got to see. It's all you got to see. Just a little sink Pete. Little taste.

[2:58:26] would be at some point when I get it together. I honestly don't even know if know that sounds I know when we talk like the business side of things, I know some of you guys are going to I know scrap [ __ ]

[2:58:43] think there's like a couple things that I need to put out as a creator. There he I need to put out as a creator that should be for free to bring to build

[2:58:55] your trust. And I think this would be a good one. I think a simple planner or content organizer to show you, hey, this is how serious I take things. And it gives I think this is like I think this is like the the the hook that gives

[2:59:10] you a taste. I'm just giving you a little t little hit of the crackpipe, baby. Just giving you a little hit of the crackpipe cuz if I'm my thought process is if you download this and actually utilize this one, I can utilize

[2:59:22] signing up for my newsletter through this which you guys all should be doing anyways. I send lots of Only Fans stuff there. see this. So this is it's a it's a weekly p planner Google sheets thing so

[2:59:36] on your desktop uh and and it consists of two two areas one you have a weekly content uh uh goals so weekly content goals content types goes from shorts long form post reels uh

[2:59:52] this is the problem I'm trying to solve is like I care about YouTube short form YouTube long form YouTube posting like posting to the page Instagram reel I don't know as a package if I should present and it and just have everything

[3:00:04] want to post to something like don't post to it where I want to I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to where you can have an intro page and you can opt into the things that you use the sites that you actively use and then it will

[3:00:17] enable it in the planners. So these are things that I'm trying to figure out. But the top section is like goals. It's it's goals. You can set your date of week starts you switch your date. You switch it if you're if you're keeping

[3:00:29] switch it to Sunday. Boom. You got your planner getting going for the week. You got how many day goals you have, yada yada yada. Um, and then it's content type on on one side. So, whatever the form is, and it's a Monday through uh

[3:00:44] Monday through Sunday plan of action and and and yeah, you [ __ ] jot down some for the week. This and this is what you guys should be doing. This is what you should be doing. So, what's crazy is when I say this out loud, some of you

[3:01:00] guys are like, "Well, that's taking it a little too serious. You want to [ __ ] make six figures a year doing what you love and have an audience support you and provide value, but you don't even [ __ ] plan your

[3:01:15] weeks. What? What? You don't plan [ __ ]

[3:01:27] serious. That's what you're telling me. That's that's what you're telling me. So didn't get to see it. That's the what I'm working on right now. I've been I'm working on right now. I've been using it. Um changes some things I I

[3:01:41] like, dislike, and uh what's up Vander? And at some point this one will come out. And I know Scrap yells at me and says like, "Dude, you you give too much away." But I think this will be good to give away. I think this would be a nice

[3:01:55] thing to where I basically say, "Hey, if you subscribe to my newsletter, you get this for free or even just give it to you guys for free. I don't even care." it helps, I think that should build enough trust in two things. One, to

[3:02:09] understand that I mean very serious business when trying to help people. And two, the big thing that I hope this does is it gives you that understanding of like, oh [ __ ] man, I get what you're saying now. like

[3:02:22] organizing and having tool. Like these are the real tools. Having structure tools are real tools. So yeah, I'm [ __ ] He's the best at helping hands down.

[3:02:35] Wait, what do you mean by that, Bonder? You trying to get these hands? You know what I'm saying? Um, do you do you anyone I can watch for face rigging? Like are you talking about like the like peanut stuff like V [ __ ]

[3:02:53] You should plan my weekly uh you should plan my week weeks, but I am a fly by the [ __ ] kind of person. Well, okay. The thing is you can plan your weeks and still be a fly cuz I I'm the same way, by the way. So, I get what you're

[3:03:07] by the way. So, I get what you're saying. But like it's the general it's a saying. But like it's the general it's a general structure categorizing like you should have a direction that you're going to upload a vertical this day this

[3:03:21] day this day this day right so like that should be a part of your plan now like where I'm with you on that is like some like I have today okay I'll just bring it right in here today I have planned for Friday I'm going to like somebody

[3:03:36] comments like, "Of course your camera looks good. It's on a [ __ ] DSLR." I want to do a funny little bit where I take an iPhone, shoot in the the log profile,

[3:03:50] and try to get a look like this with an iPhone. So, that's like my idea for the [ __ ] week, and I've pushed this back three days now. So, like, you can be a fly. You can you can you can fly by the what do they call

[3:04:04] that? the seat on your pants, the button on your britches or some [ __ ] You can totally do that, but like having a plan at the very [ __ ] least is like so at the very [ __ ] least is like so big. You know what I mean?

[3:04:22] structure? Three point two point like what do you mean? What what what I'm using or you given an idea? Are you talking to somebody else? my lighting, softbox,

[3:04:38] natural window lighting, and then, you know, obviously like accents, but softbox, natural window lighting. That's it. I got I I'm blessed to have like And I can even like turn it up, too.

[3:04:59] brother, I got I got a natural one. And then sometimes I record videos at night, so it's like sometimes I record videos at night, so WHAT IT IS. FUN WITH THE TENNER, BROTHER. Appreciate you. I got to do it

[3:05:15] all. I I used to be on Well, that's the point. I got I have monthly and weekly breakdowns. Yeah. No, I feel you. I feel you. Well, that's what like my whole my blueprints are designed in that. It's like you break things down daily,

[3:05:29] weekly, monthly, quarterly. Like that's like that's the that's the Like that's like that's the that's the system. That's the structure. Yeah. need to use any of that [ __ ] when I can just use the organic [ __ ]

[3:05:43] It's funny when I first moved in here and I was I was so like streamer brain. I wanted to have a good streamer background. I hated the natural lighting and then over the years as I leaned way more into creator, I've loved it. Some

[3:05:58] Some days I just use it. Some days I just embrace the [ __ ] man. Just let the you're inspiring me to start making content. Well, you should, man. You and you should try to document it in a way to [ __ ] uh entertain people with

[3:06:12] it. Yeah, why not? A lot of people aren't going to do that. A lot of people aren't going to do that. Uh, appreciate that. Appreciate that, Sebastian. Thank you. I don't know if that's uh

[3:06:30] you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Uh all right, guys. I need to get some food in uh before this call. Uh I'm going to I'm trying to work on cleaning up the website. It's just way too gamer. Um ponder, thanks for the super chat,

[3:06:43] brother. I appreciate that. Yeah, it's way too way way too gamer right now. So, uh, guys, if you're new here, if you guys found this, uh, helpful whatsoever. I know a lot of you guys followed me on Tik Tok. Um, but, uh, feel free to make

[3:06:57] sure you guys are clicking the link in the bio, which is just biggie.co. You YouTube's at the top. Uh, I've been going really, really hard on Instagram lately. Uh, I interact a lot over there. Um, yeah, if you want to find me, uh,

[3:07:11] across the board. Wait, I need think I need to update my social. See, this is why I need to talk to my developer and just get everything fixed. Um, yeah, guys, lots of videos, lot lots of documentation going on. Uh, I'm trying

[3:07:24] building. Uh, Dude, Vander, thank you, man. I appreciate the super chat, brother. Thank you. I love you too, brother. I love you, too. Yeah, I'm trying to uh big goal this year is uh building a document series called

[3:07:37] Building in Public. Uh, stripping down the things that just don't work for me. Uh, I'm I'm done wasting time in [ __ ] that just brings no value to my life and I'm building a public this year, man. Uh, I'm investing 100% in myself this

[3:07:49] year and I'm documenting everything along the way. I'm bringing you guys into how I'm building these up in the background, my thought process and into what I've been creating, where what I what where I want to go. Um, all the way

[3:08:01] down into Luna, hello. All the way down to uh I'm going to be bringing you guys into merchandise stuff this year. My goal is I want the videos to be able to give you guys idea and encouragement to go after your [ __ ] man. Cuz what's

[3:08:14] crazy about all this, what I love about all this, what gets me super addicted two people that are in this chat right now that are going to be [ __ ] massive next year. And like my ego, I guess you'd say, is I just like love taking a

[3:08:27] little pride that maybe I encouraged or had a conversation and was helpful in some way, man. I I just that's I that's what I [ __ ] love, man. I love when a creator who does well is just like, "Hey, like I heard a Big E video back in

[3:08:39] the day that [ __ ] that helped." Like even if it wasn't like I I directly did, you know what I mean? Like I I just love that [ __ ] man. I just that I take a lot of pride in that. So, uh massive failure. Listen to Big E and I'm a

[3:08:52] massive failure. Love that. All right, [ __ ] Love you guys. I appreciate you all. If I don't talk to you this weekend, I hope you guys enjoy uh your weekend. I'm gonna have a sleepover with your dad. All right. Love you guys.
