AI Summary

This live stream discusses five key ceilings that keep content creators 'small': no content system, quitting too early, bad packaging, not studying analytics or successful creators, and lack of monetization strategy. The host emphasizes that smallness is subjective and often stems from inexperience rather than poor content, and offers actionable fixes for each ceiling.

[00:02]
Defining 'Small' and the Real Problem

The host reframes 'small' as inexperienced rather than a fixed size, arguing that most creators stay stuck due to hidden growth ceilings, not bad content.

[13:04]
Ceiling #1: No Content System

Creators operate on random ideas and posting, lacking a system for idea capture, content planning, posting routine, and clip strategy. This creates friction and inconsistency.

[29:40]
Ceiling #2: Quitting Too Early

Most creators give up during the 'invisible phase' of low views and slow growth. Consistency for 50–100 posts is often needed before seeing traction.

[35:45]
Ceiling #3: Bad Packaging

Bad thumbnails and titles kill even great content. Thumbnails should be simple, clear, show emotion, and be readable on mobile. Titles need curiosity, tension, or outcome.

[44:54]
Ceiling #4: Not Studying

Creators often just post without analyzing successful creators or their own metrics. Studying thumbnails, retention, hooks, and trends is essential for growth.

[49:28]
Ceiling #5: No Monetization Strategy

Relying only on ad revenue and subscriptions is risky. Creators should diversify with affiliates, digital products, brand deals, and services.

To break out of being a 'small' creator, focus on building a repeatable content system, persist through the slow phase, nail your packaging, study what works, and diversify revenue streams. Success comes from structured habits, not luck.

[00:02] what we're going to be doing today is we're going to be talking about on uh we're going to be talking about on uh free game Friday. Why most creators end up staying small. I hate the phrase of like small, big, medium, large, double

[00:16] like small, big, medium, large, double XXL. That's what I wear. Um because I I think it really should be more experienced if anything. And so like the it would be better to say why most creators stay inexperienced, but small

[00:31] is the biggest thing because everybody categorizes themselves in like I'm a small guy. I'm the small guy. I'm not the big guy. Um but yeah, we're going to be talking today about why most people stay in that state. How to fix it. Um

[00:48] because a lot of it is a lot of it is made up. It's subjective. You know, to one person you might be small, but to another person you you might be big. It is what it is. So the

[01:04] objective today on Free Game Friday is to talk about why most creators stay small. Uh and explain that it's not because of bad content. It's most of the time, honestly, it's not. Um, but it's because of certain growth ceilings that

[01:21] they don't even realize exist and just people shooting themselves in the foot. A lot of it is is a lot of it is you holding yourself down. Um, it's nice to talk about that because, dude, everybody paints this [ __ ] narrative and idea

[01:35] that it's LIKE THE BIG GET BIG AND then everything else just keeps you down. Oh my god, it's Peanut. Just get out of here. Get out of here. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. What's up, Echo? Good morning, everybody. Good morning.

[01:47] Same here, brother. Weeks just blur together. Yeah. Good morning, everybody. What's up, D? What's up, baby? Hello. Hello. Hello. What's up, baby? Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello.

[02:02] I had that problem right now. Which Which problem? Which problem? ceilings or five caps that keep creators stuck

[02:14] essentially or hold them back. Um, and friendly reminder too, it is Friday. So you guys are dropping any questions, any updates to things that we're talking about, any content review, make sure you guys are dropping that in the premium

[02:27] member section over on uh over on Discord. I have that problem right now Discord. I have that problem right now staying small. Again, it's it sucks is you you got you got to click bait the idea like no the again the thing is

[02:41] nobody is small. You're just undiscovered yet. You're you're inexperienced. I just I like being small. Shut the [ __ ] up peeps. It's um and also it's like

[02:54] small is subjective and what your perspective of small is. I know create I know plenty of people that would be perceived as big. They get good views. Maybe they have a large following and they don't make [ __ ] any income. I

[03:06] know people that barely have a following and they've they're pushing seven figures this year, you know? Barely have people. What's up, Scooch? And they're pushing seven figures. So, like to you

[03:19] guys, what's bigger? Would you rather have more views, larger following metrics across platforms or would you rather be have a 5year 10-year road map and be making multiple six figures a year? I mean obviously you could get

[03:34] both. But if if it came down to it, right? Exactly. What is small then? Is it views? Is it follower account? I think I think I think at the end of the day to actually define what are what keeps creators small or inexperienced or

[03:52] keeps creators small or inexperienced or not less than but not to a point of is ride or dies essentially. I think I I think that's the most way more

[04:05] important. Yeah, I could get a million views on a video. My my real thing comes from like a few hundred people that genuinely believe and support me. That's that's my most important thing. People that would be

[04:22] would buy the merch, people that would subscribe, be members, people that would buy the digital products. It's way more it's way more valuable than just getting term small content creator. You are not small. you're just disco you're just not

[04:36] streams 8 hour a day doesn't grow because they don't do nothing. But that is someone I would call small. I It's I guess it's small creator mentality. I guess at the end of the day, if that makes sense.

[04:51] What up, Crimson? Good morning. If that makes sense. Chilling. About to start the about to start work. Bro, I figured you'd be on vacation right now. I figured you'd be on vacation right now. So, yeah. Today we're going to be

[05:05] typically keep creators stuck where they are. Um, and again guys, it's Friday. You guys want any any premium members want anything reviewed over on YouTube?

[05:17] Make sure you guys join the premium membership, join into the Discord. Yeah. H, good [ __ ] man. We love a good promotion. We love a good promotion.

[05:35] You just literally go to my website. It's right there. If I try this new It's right there. If I try this new Black Ops Oh [ __ ] Is that today? Is that today? I'm sure a lot of people will be doing that today, huh?

[05:49] I ain't touching the [ __ ] Call of Duty is trash. I I don't know when you guys are going to [ __ ] stop being so [ __ ] stupid, man. Holy [ __ ] That game is so trash. This game is so trash. Uh guys, make sure you guys are

[06:01] thumbsing up the stream over on the YT side of thing, too. side of thing, too. Love you, Sh. Appreciate you, man. I work 60 hours a week and try to stream and have seven K. You have seven kids.

[06:15] Holy [ __ ] Caught is dog [ __ ] but I'm going to try to farm the views. Why? Why would you do that? Why? That doesn't make any [ __ ] sense. You're gonna fall directly on this list today. That That's just

[06:29] stupid. That's the dumbest [ __ ] [ __ ] man. What are you doing? What did you You just hear what you just said? The game Call of Duty is dog [ __ ] but I'm going to try to farm the views. What views?

[06:41] views? What views? energy to play something that you think is dog [ __ ] isn't even fun, to try to like, like, let's just be real. You're talking about trying to get a lottery

[06:55] system here. like you're hoping that you're the the theory is that today because it's popular that the algorithm is going to push you, but it's not. get 10 viewers without COD, you're going to have 10 viewers today with COD and

[07:08] you're going to be playing a game that you don't even enjoy. So, in that amount of time when people are coming through to watch you and you're doing something you're just doing it for the idea of views, what what is that going to build

[07:21] for you? What is that going to build for you, brother? [ __ ] on COD and rage baiting easy rage baiters. I know you won't because

[07:36] that. Somebody's not going to openly search a stream and wait to hear what you have to say about it if they don't know who you are. Have Okay, let me ask what we talk about the the the difference between small and success.

[07:51] You're pushing back on my suggestion, which is honestly probably the most you're pushing back because you think, "Oh, yeah, this is going to work." How many times has this worked for you? Do you have experience in this, right? No

[08:04] right? So, you don't even have experience in the thing that you're anyways, but deep down inside, you know, it's not but deep down inside, you know, it's not going to do well.

[08:19] for you. Yeah, it's not going to work, brother. It's not It's not going to set you forward five extra viewers, 10 extra viewers. It's not going to be a progressive day to where you're just like, "Fuck yeah, man. Something came

[08:32] from it." You're you're trying to take something that you don't even have any proof that it works. You think it works and you're going to apply it to your it. You yourself even said Call of Duty is dog [ __ ] No, he's not baiting. He th

[08:47] this is what creators actually think. This is what creators actually think. Here, I'll give you that Crimson. You want You want even better suggestion? Here' be the better hack. Here' be the better hack. Take a clip of Black Ops

[09:02] better hack. Take a clip of Black Ops Battle Royale, Call of Duty. Take a clip, record a short piece of content, use AI to script it out, and say, "This game looks like it's dog shit."

[09:16] Literally what you just said in chat. Literally what you just said. Explain a little bit why. Make a hot take. You said you wanted to rage bait. Rage pe and go stream what you would actually want to stream.

[09:30] Do you see how much better that is? Take content, just like you said you want to do and instead of be of actually spending your time and energy doing this thing that you're [ __ ] on. So I mean it would

[09:43] be a it just make you look bad anyways. Do something you would actually want to do. So then that way people that agree with you or disagree with you can come to your stream while you're doing something. If it's Art Raiders, just

[09:56] play Arc Raiders today. Why would you? I just you you guys have to stop playing [ __ ] you do not enjoy to grow an audience. The audience is supposed to enjoy the experience. And you're you want to do something you don't even

[10:11] want to do something you don't even like? Are you Come on, guys. COME ON, GUYS. COME ON, GUYS. WHAT ARE WE DOING? WELL, THEN JUST YAP ABOUT [ __ ] YOU'RE INTO, BROTHER. I'm just telling you right now,

[10:24] you think rage baiting into your live stream where that's where the live stream is the place where you're you're creating a most more direct connection and conversation and raw authentic interaction with the people that will

[10:38] genuinely [ __ ] with you. Genuinely [ __ ] with you. I mean, at that rate, just with you. I mean, at that rate, just don't even do a stream at all.

[10:50] here, show of hands. Show of hands. Now, we'll get a [ __ ] troll or two because and they'll move on. But genuinely, anybody in here, if if you get rage to sit there and watch it? You don't enjoy it. You can tell the person

[11:03] going to do? You guys going to sit there and watch it? No. No, you're not. You're probably going to say, "You're a [ __ ] loser." And move on, right? You're going to leave. Everybody's going to leave. Everybody's going to move on. So don't

[11:17] Yeah. So why would you want to create that environment? Why? actually don't drink beer anymore. But when I did, dude, I was a simple guy, man. I mean, you got all these IPAs and

[11:30] all these [ __ ] I get it. It gets you drunk, but just give me a case of PBR or like some a couple bottles of Red Stripe or something. Keystone, man. I come from

[11:42] the sticks. I never needed anything, bro. I would get drunk on a [ __ ] on bro. I would get drunk on a [ __ ] on $14 like every [ __ ] Yeah. Like, come [ __ ] talking about? One of my favorite bars back at home still to this

[11:54] favorite bars back at home still to this day has dollar PBRs. See, when I grew up, Bush was [ __ ] dog [ __ ] That was like when I grew up, Bush was like the poor man trying to look rich. Like, it was like the the

[12:07] wannabe bougie beer. And then I don't know, for some reason it actually just became popular. Anyways, anyways, anyways. Yeah, I actually um I I haven't been live guys. Any if you want to find the

[12:20] stream anywhere, everything is is linked in the bio. Mad Dog 2020. Nope. I did it one time when I was a teenager. Got It's That was one of those There's three times in my life growing up where like blitzed out of my [ __ ] mind. Horrible

[12:35] [ __ ] night because of the drink and I can never touch it again. Mad Dog 2020. can never touch it again. Mad Dog 2020. Um, [ __ ] uh, Southern Comfort. Yuck. Yuck. And then there was a there was a night on tequila, but I got over that at

[12:49] it'll be coming up on a year here in a few months. Actually, it be coming up on we're talking about a whole different thing today. Let's stay on [ __ ] topic today. So, this this is good. This is good because we had uh, shout out to

[13:04] of like an alleyoop coming into this. Okay, so let's let's get into cap number Okay, so let's let's get into cap number one, no content system. Cap number one, today today's topic is what keeps small creators small or

[13:19] creators undiscovered, why most creators stay small and how to fix it. So cap number one, ceiling number one, uh hold back number one, no content system. Most creators operate on the idea of randomness, random ideas, random

[13:33] randomness, random ideas, random posting, random topics. Um, creators often times think they have a motivation problem. Spider, welcome to Creators, creators all the time think

[13:46] motivation is down, so you're just not feeling it. Uh, but the problem is you just, you don't have a system. You're not organized at all. Uh for anybody in here that uh was into sports at all or or lifting or fitness, you just go to

[14:00] the gym, you don't know how to use any equipment, you don't have any goals, just walk in every day. What do I do? What do I do? You're wasting time, energy, thought process, and wondering what the [ __ ] the plan is for the day.

[14:14] of the aspects because especially in like the world of content creation, things that you learn. You learn hooks, you learn storyw writing, you learn each learn your setup, you learn your lighting. There's like layers of things

[14:30] opinion, that's where you should be focusing your actual energy and your thought process should be in that. So, you should have the plan. Uh you should have the ideas down. You should have the posting structure. You should have the

[14:44] posting structure. You should have the topics. Um creator systems. This is why of the day, you could [ __ ] build your own. A creative system should include own. A creative system should include idea capture, content planning, posting

[14:57] routine, and clip strategy. Like, how are you going to easily just gra gather one thing that I'm learning. So, some of you guys were telling me about Opus clip. I'm not necessarily a fan of it so far. Uh, I don't think it does the best

[15:13] far. Uh, I don't think it does the best job, but if I was a content creator that didn't know where to start and I needed the assistance on things, it's it's a great example that could be added to your clip strategy outside of just a

[15:29] click a click button. You could so like for example I can take at the end of the for example I can take at the end of the Tik Tok stream in the vertical format you can go to Tik Tok and you can download that entire stream. I can then

[15:43] download that entire stream. I can then upload it to Opus clips at which after it it it renders out it automatically these are all clips from the last Tik Tok stream that Opus Clips has made. And I can go in there I can change the

[15:57] captions. Some of these are dog [ __ ] Some of these are good. I tested this out yesterday uh with my newest upload even as well. Look at this. These are all autogenerated vertical clips that Opus

[16:11] put out. And again, this was the easiest process. I went to my Tik Tok app. I went to previous live streams. I got the uh the clip from that. Like I I downloaded the whole 2hour live stream from Tik Tok. Uploaded it to Opus. Look

[16:26] These are all there. There we go. These are all clips from one live stream that are all clips from one live stream that Opus pulled out automatically. Yeah, you just pay for the year. I mean, you you you guys want to make money from

[16:41] this and and be serious about it, but you don't want to pay $140 for a year I mean, you're more than welcome to pay a video editor to do that for you. It's probably going to be about like like starting off like $500 to $1,000 a

[16:54] month. What What do you guys want here, man? So, like you you're at some point you guys are going to have to invest in this [ __ ] Like it is what it is. Oh, I think things like Twitter Blue and Instagram

[17:07] waste my money. Okay. Well, you're an idiot cuz they give you distribution. at the top of the [ __ ] Okay. So, you're to invest it if you want to progress. And there's nothing there's nothing in

[17:21] the in in any space that I I don't think you don't have to invest into first to get something. I I don't have a mentorship, brother. I don't have a mentorship. I just I sell a couple blueprints, couple L packs, and I

[17:35] do do consulting, but that's more for like problem solving, not actual like uh like problem solving, not actual like uh up to date.

[17:47] how far I I mean just in that aspect opus is worth the money but also again I'm just giving you example of like a creator system that creators need to focus on like it could be just setting up your OBS to do like what I can do

[18:00] click of a button boom right now I can have a horizontal clip I can have a vertical clip of the last 90 seconds I can I can have those done just like that click of a button that is clip strategy that is making plans hands before you

[18:13] get into the situation to where you can get as many clips as possible. So that way that's the [ __ ] that you can work on instead of having this daunting idea of like, okay, what do I get? Did anybody get something for me?

[18:25] were postable? Two. Uh the other one that I tried it there was like what did or something like that from the long form video. It made like five. How many did it make in general? I haven't gone through this one yet. Uh uh come on,

[18:40] dude. Uh not now. So, in a how long was the video? This was an 18 minutee long video. It gave me two 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 17 clip options.

[18:56] gone through yet, but I gotten five out of them. No. Yeah, the AI is understanding storytelling, guys. The AI knows

[19:09] storytelling better than you guys. Just a heads up before you guys start asking abundantly clear. Let me make it abundantly clear before so that way we can open up uh the conversation to things. Here's the reality. AI knows

[19:21] storytelling more than you. AI knows hooks better than you. AI knows hooks better than you. AI knows uh AI knows where your content would do better better than you. Okay? That's just fact. It knows these things better.

[19:35] Now, can it subjectively give you the best setup? No, not necessarily. But like the general idea, yes. Yes, it can. It can.

[19:48] Don't compare me to you. What does that have to do with anything? What does that have to do with anything? What is that push back? AI is clipping this right now. Yeah. LIKE, NO. CASE IN POINT, this vertical landscape.

[20:01] POINT, this vertical landscape. Eventually, I will download this and I'm personally using these for is like so for my for my content for the next actually want to make today. One of them I actually put out already. It's uh how

[20:16] guys seen that already. And then what I'm just going to use this for is kind of like on the off days. What's up X? Kind of on the off days. If I can find two to three that I can post in a day, like that's a [ __ ] W cuz that's more

[20:32] than what I put together myself, right? more way more than what I put together myself. X, what are we talking about, brother? But again, guys, the idea the the point is and use Opus. That's not the point.

[20:46] We're getting off track here. The point is this ceiling number one, cap number one, problem number one the majority of creators have is no content system.

[21:00] That's the problem. That's the problem. Hey, appreciate that. uh casual appreciate you. And a content creator system looks like idea capture, content planning, pulsing routine, clip strategy. And where most people go wrong

[21:15] is they want random ideas, they want random posting, they want random topics, and they want random pieces of motivation that actually get them to want to do the [ __ ] [ __ ] You can't rely on it. You cannot rely on that. You

[21:28] just [ __ ] can't. AI is not organic like some creators can be. Well, that's why you take it with a grain of salt. First off, your content being clipped, you're organic. So, it's just taking your content that we're not

[21:41] you're using AI for the clip portion, it's just taking your organic content and it's cutting it up. So, it can it can be organic in that aspect for sure. AI in terms of building a video, that's you don't wholeheartedly rely on AI. You

[21:58] have to be yourself still too. If you were, okay, if you're a content creator were, okay, if you're a content creator doing well and you hire an editor, you doing well and you hire an editor, you hire a an assistant assistant because

[22:10] your YouTube channel is doing really well. You don't automatically offload every bit of your personality to your assistant and editor. Why would you do that with AI? You utilize AI to keep you

[22:22] in line and to help multiply your voice, not create your [ __ ] voice. content that works for your specific content style? Um, well, at the end of

[22:38] the day, there's basic structure for blueprinting, idea capture, content planning, posting routine, clip strategy. That that's basic. And then out of those things, you figure out what works for you. Maybe for you it is the

[22:51] for you it's just Mel. Maybe it's Streamlab. Like it's simplifying the process for you and what specific content style works for you. Yeah, but then they flop their PCs and

[23:05] uh peripherals that cost thousands. It feels good to spend money on the shiny stuff, not the back end. Wait, what do you mean?

[23:18] are you going to make sure you take moments from your live stream or your content and and make sure you get clips so that way you can post habit that you build and how you want to put together your videos

[23:32] like I I showed I showed you guys uh in uh loss appreciate that man welcome. I showed you guys last week in workshop Wednesday my exact breakdown of how I make videos and what I told you like what I shared in that is over time you

[23:45] guys are going to do things differently. There's going to be a process at which you do it differently and that's fine. That's the point. That is the point. You are supposed to build a system for you that works for you. This is why anybody

[23:59] in here that that's got them, please vouch for me. This is why the blueprints creators, this is why they're separated into two. And this is why they're They're foundation building. This is why everything is focused on output at first

[24:13] for the first 90 days because you're not going to know what works better for you unless you show up and [ __ ] do the [ __ ] But obviously to show up and do the [ __ ] what do you need? You need idea capture. You need content planning.

[24:27] you're like, "Okay, I'm going to just start posting every single day to get content that I want." Okay, well, you need ideas. You're going to need a place checklist. You're going to need structure to that. And a lot of you guys

[24:42] probably have jobs here. Your position at your job when you go there. Somebody else that gets paid more developed a system and a habit of what you have to do checks and balances for your job. Whether you work on an assembly line,

[24:56] whether you're an operator, whether you're a tech that has to go out into the field, there are certain things that they've created a system. You get a job, you get a uh a customer calls in. Okay. Well, you get a bid. Okay.

[25:09] Somebody somebody's got to do that. There's levels to that. Okay. Then they go out, technician goes out, see the problem, assess the situation, and give quotes. They give options, systems to that. There's routines and

[25:22] systems to that. There's routines and [ __ ] in that. It's just every level. A debt collector as well. A debt collector. I've been watching for much. Thanks for Hey, appreciate you big dog. Appreciate you. So, ceiling number

[25:37] dog. Appreciate you. So, ceiling number one, no content system. And the thing is one, no content system. And the thing is this has nothing to do with success and anybody can create a content system. Anybody with your iPhone, with a camera,

[25:51] Can you guys tell I can't breathe right now? I got to go blow my nose. So, that's number one. overall, I guess the overall concept for to understand number one is if you're

[26:06] starting from zero, every time you make a a video, you don't have a system. Okay. Well, there you go. There's your easy answer. Like, how do I know if I don't have a system? If every time you go to make a a video, you're just

[26:18] starting from nothing. You don't have a system. Period. Time to build a system. Let me go blow my nose real quick. Let me go blow my nose. Be right back. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Appreciate you. Be right back. Be right back.

[26:54] All right. Appreciate that. Appreciate that.

[27:06] that and sell that and you could plug it every 5 minutes since about 60% of your comments are that issue. I do. Biggie.co. bij.co. I think the command on YouTube is exclamation point. Is it 90, guys? Is

[27:20] that what it is over on YouTube? Yeah, it's one of my most successful things right now. I got a a creator and a streamer blueprint to help develop systems. Uh, yep. Right there. Make sure that the

[27:33] link goes there. Yep, there you go. Right there. That a the AI thing. Wait, what do you mean?

[27:47] Are you talking about opus? You just yo use opus. Yeah. What Denny says it it just helps so much with accountability, man. so many people is like is like, "Oh [ __ ] why is that going in there? Hold

[28:02] on. Let me take that command out." Like you want to be taken serious, but Like honestly, think about that, [ __ ] Like guys, really? Really, watch you. You want hundreds of people to watch your live streams.

[28:18] You want people to invest into you, buy your merch, buy your subscription, your merch, buy your subscription, support you. But hello.

[28:30] to you don't want to take yourself that serious. Why? Let me get uh I got to turn off this command. That brand deal is done. Sorry, I just did uh some sponsored streams

[28:44] streams over on Kick this last month and that that current sponsor campaign is over. So, I'm just disabling those commands that were on auto. Okay, there we go. I just want I just want people to

[28:58] operating a business and wanted to create an environment for people to have just open up a warehouse and just have an open location and be like, just walk around and have fun. Would you would you no you would you would try

[29:13] to invest into some form of entertainment. doesn't know how to talk to someone coming in and asking a question make them engage. That would be a good AI for use for someone who can't talk

[29:28] YouTube is going to be doing that at some point? that at some point. Number two, we just talked about this in

[29:40] a recent video. Second ceiling, second cap, quit too early. Most creators will quit during the uh the invisible phase where like views are low, growth is slow, motivation drops in in today's day and

[29:56] age, you have to be consistent for a while. Like you you don't know after while. Like you you don't know after five posts, 10 posts, 20 posts. it like five posts, 10 posts, 20 posts. it like for example the um the Tik Tok 300

[30:08] viewer jail. It's not that your channel is stuck in 300 views. It's those are the gimme views that Tik Tok is putting out there to to test your content. And the reason they stay they are staying stuck at 300 views is you're not

[30:22] stuck at 300 views is you're not adapting to the watchtime analytics retention that you're getting from those views to improve on your content. again, in the creator and streamer blueprint, it's crucial that you guys check

[30:36] analytics and focus on the right analytics, mainly being watch time and [ __ ] It's all it's all in the streamer and creator blueprint. But, um, again, this is where views are low, growth is slow, motivation drops. It's easy to get

[30:50] amped up. Say you're going to do this thing, this game's going to come out. Uh, like the gentleman earlier, I'm I'm gonna rage bait today. I'm gonna rage today. What are you doing next week? What are you going to do tomorrow as a

[31:04] when the hype of the game dies down? What are you going to do to show up? What are you going to do when you get if just something happens? Like, let's talk best case scenario. Thousands of people watch your stream. You gain a 100,000

[31:17] new followers on TikTok today because of rage baiting. What are you doing tomorrow? You just going to play Call of Duty every day and rage bait? No, of course not. Analytics are crucial to growth. literally the gas that propels

[31:30] your vehicle. So, yeah, I slept on analytics for years myself. Do your blueprints discuss uh what analytics mean and how to adjust based analytics mean and how to adjust based off of them? Yes. To to a not a in-depth

[31:44] off of them? Yes. To to a not a in-depth level, just general general things always wanted to stream but then don't because I get nervous of my voice.

[31:59] I don't know if you've ever heard the burnt peanut talk, but um okay, like a great example from this is like some creators will put out like a hundred videos and they'll be like, "It

[32:12] didn't work." How many How many videos would you guys reckon you guys have made? Some of you guys, how many of you, how many videos do you guys could you guys honestly think of how many videos you've

[32:24] posted roughly? Also, just bought the Pro Mist filter because of your streams, bro. Keep up the good work, my guy. Make sure you get one that's for your [ __ ] Probably 40 to 60, 15 to 20, 10,000. There. There's the 400 at least.

[32:43] Yeah, man. I'm trying to think of over the 16 years. Oh, holy [ __ ] man. I can't even imagine. Tens of thousands for me.

[32:55] Tens of thousands. You know, that's always a question for the quitting too early phase. If I told you that your life would change at your thousand, like for for some of you guys in here that are at 15 to 20 videos or 100, if I told

[33:09] you that your life would exponentially change at 1,000 after you post 1,000, change at 1,000 after you post 1,000, would you keep posting? Of course. Even if I told you, if I gave you a guarantee, hey, just heads up, under the

[33:23] videos aren't going to do good, they're going to do bad, but you hit a thousand and it'll do well. You'll keep posting then. That's just the me mentality you should have all the time. All the [ __ ] time. It should never be, why I

[33:38] posted 10 and it didn't work out. Buddy, buddy, brother, thought about giving up and still do, but uh somehow I still move forward.

[33:50] My goal is to make edits better each post I make. Well, you you can get in a Cuz then you start getting into the fancy side of things. And uh that's not fancy side of things. And uh that's not necessarily going to guarantee anything.

[34:04] Guys, thanks for the uh thanks for the gift over on TikTok. Appreciate you. What's up, Righteous? What's up, baby? you care about or do you use uh you niche the same thing? No, I mean if you

[34:20] even watch my channel I talk about I kind of have like an umb umbrella kind of have like an umb umbrella direction in general and then I like know that I'm into tech. People know that I'm into to guns and coffee and

[34:35] shoes and I mention these things in videos. I don't make them my entire content, but I I think it's crucial to building a community, building a community, to showing part of yourself as well.

[34:51] Even some of your biggest streamers have done this over over the years. just asked you guys how many videos some of you guys posted. Some of you guys really responded with like 20 to 40. Some creators don't even

[35:06] like 20 to 40. Some creators don't even start getting decent at their [ __ ] until like 50 to 100, maybe even a thousand. Some of us were stubborn. It takes long to click. That was me for sure. I'm always like that,

[35:18] dude. I always like I always have to learn the hard way. some reason. And then that's when I report back. So that way hopefully you guys don't have to learn the hard way. you know, like I spent years getting

[35:33] then I slept on the analytics, even though everybody was telling me to worry about the analytics. And then, thank God, I I had a large [ __ ] call me out. He's like, "Dude, I've watched a couple of your videos.

[35:45] Your videos are great. Your thumbnails and titles are dog [ __ ] Your [ __ ] packaging sucks [ __ ] dick, dude." Which is ironic because that's that's ceiling number three. That's that's cap number three that holds a lot of

[35:59] creators back. And this one is huge. As I was just mentioning, creators think the issue is quality storytelling. But sometimes, especially for long form and uh live streams on things like YouTube,

[36:12] for example, titles, thumbnails, hooks, it could be the storytelling. You could be losing the retention because you're dragging on about [ __ ] A ver a great video can 100% die uh with bad packaging.

[36:26] even come up with a good They could have a good video idea, they will scrap it if it doesn't have a good thumbnail and title.

[36:41] They'll they'll just [ __ ] scrap it. What's up, Rut? because there's really no there's no easy answer with that. You're not It's not going to click overnight. It's not. It's going to take so much

[36:55] It's not. It's going to take so much trial and error er error error to get your uh packaging list going. But if I was to give advice kind of a checklist for thumbnails and I don't Can I post this? Uh

[37:12] I'm post this. Let me see if I can't do this. the studio app. Here's a simple checklist if you could give one to

[37:27] thumbnails and titles to just start focusing on. Let me see if this works. Did that work, guys? Did you get my comment on Tik Tok?

[37:41] Did you guys get that over there? Okay, cool. Um, so thumbnail simple, clear cool. Um, so thumbnail simple, clear emotion, readable on mobile, three basic structures. If it if I was to criticize most of the people that we criticized in

[37:54] the reviews and [ __ ] that's the biggest problems they have. They try to over billboard their thumbnail, especially streamers. People trying to stream on streamers. People trying to stream on YouTube. Oh my god, they so so bad with

[38:07] this. Little tiny text everywhere, logos everywhere. They try to put their sponsored logos everywhere. They try to turn it into like a a a brand image. A thumbnail should be simple, clear, clear, have clear emotion, readable on

[38:22] mobile if you if you have text on there. That's why it's best thing that you can do is you can edit your thumbnails in a really small like zoom out and edit your thumbnail and if you can't read it at like 12% and clearly tell what it is and

[38:37] the emotion probably not a good thumbnail. Title, curiosity, tension, outcome kind of kind of some basic things to follow. You see my title today. It's just literally what we're talking about.

[38:57] Yeah. Simple theme titles work. God, my [ __ ] allergies, dude. This pollen has [ __ ] allergies, dude. This pollen has got me [ __ ] up. small. You have room to experiment and find what works. Right. Right. But you

[39:12] you don't want to do the stubborn thing like what I did. Dude, they're so bad. They're so bad. Yeah, I got heartburn, too. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I don't I burp and I don't even realize. They just do it so much. I

[39:25] any of my hefty guys in here. You guys know exactly what I'm talking about. from my job. I want to take content creation, music, side hustle as a take off. What would you say would be a great focus on video editing, gaming,

[39:41] great focus on video editing, gaming, music making? Uh um get gaming out of it altogether. That'd be your best focus. try to intertwine like, okay, you like

[39:56] gaming. You can add little intricates in that, but like that should not be a a main a main niche point of your content. Get it get it out of there. You you have editing and music. If that's something that you're genuinely into, get get the

[40:11] that you're genuinely into, get get the [ __ ] get the [ __ ] gaming out of there. Do it on some downtime, man. Do it do it for fun. Do it for yourself. I in the last stream. Not everything you do

[40:26] has to not every single thing you do has to be the main point of your content. We just You know what's so funny? We had this conversation in one of the We had this conversation in one of the recent streams because a barber was

[40:40] saying he he wants to how does he share him being a barber and him being into him being a barber and him being into gaming? And I use that Vix guy as an dude, listen to this. We had this conversation and I said, "Brother, you

[40:53] need to lean into your talent and your skill set and you can sprinkle in the fact that you're into things like at some point you could cut gamers hairs or game streamers hairs, right? Because you you love the gaming and streamer side,

[41:05] but like the barber side is clearly your passion. That's your hustle. That's what you're building. That's the real brand you're building." And I gave the example you're building." And I gave the example of that Vix guys, that Vix talk guys,

[41:17] right? You you know who I'm talking about? that dude who cuts hair, does like motivational [ __ ] I gave an example with him. I said, "Who knows that guy might be into um

[41:30] that guy might be into content or might be into gaming. You would never know." be into gaming. You would never know." He just collabed with Soore.

[41:42] guy? Yeah. Vic is a cool dude. He just collabed with Soore. He said his entire content started because he used to make Call of Duty Trickshock vid videos. You would have no idea. You would have no idea.

[41:59] thing, especially if you're into music and video editing. streaming them would make them make them no longer fun for me. Ah, then don't do

[42:13] it. If that's a red flag, yeah, just don't do it. Maybe you can always focus on content side, too. Too many people like lean too hard into the streaming side. I I know streaming is still like a big

[42:28] like a huge future with streaming still, of people in general would do much better job if they backed off of focused on content, like actually curating content.

[42:42] Prime example of that was I am Rob. Full-time streamer doing war zone [ __ ] Full-time streamer doing war zone [ __ ] Wasn't happy. Quit. Got a different job. Focused on doing uh story mode games. Bigger than ever. Guy's [ __ ] huge

[42:57] guy's huge. Just sell bath water. You'll be fine. You think I can do that, Kev? Guys, you think I could You guys think I could sell some bath water? [ __ ] man. I'm starting early fans. Don't [ __ ] question me. Don't question me.

[43:12] going to be a lot of you dudes, too. I know you guys I know you guys want to know you guys I know you guys want to see the cake. That's fine. That's fine. I'm kidding. Grow up, dude. Grow up. Okay. Yeah. So, number three, bad

[43:26] packaging. Thumbnails, titles, organizing things. Packaging in itself also can be just your overall vibe and brand across the I don't know if you guys have noticed, but like I try to use a lot of like I

[43:41] try to brand my own words now. People start like, "Yeah, lock in, man. People start like, "Yeah, lock in, man. Shme," things like that. Um, my my setup is my packaging. I try to keep keep it consistent across all the videos.

[43:57] I try to keep it the same. It's just it's my vibe. It's what look it's it's what works for me. And I try to keep it the same. I try to keep it similar. So that way you're like, "Oh, this is a big E thing." That in itself is packaging.

[44:23] What was me? I'm not burnt peanut. That's what you're asking. filter. So yeah, overall overall idea from that is you guys could have a v a

[44:37] video idea that's good, but your your title is killing the click. People aren't clicking on the video. That is a packaging problem. Ceiling number four, cap number four. People don't study.

[44:54] Most creators just try to upload and never analyze. They don't analyze never analyze. They don't analyze successful creators. They don't analyze the metrics that are important. But successful creators study thumbnails,

[45:08] successful creators study thumbnails, trends, retention, hooks, storytelling. If you want to grow faster, stop just posting and start studying. Start studying your content. Study the content that you're inspired by. Great. The

[45:22] video looked good. It brought you in. Why did it do that? Why did you click? Why did it do that? Why did you click? Why did you stop?

[45:34] Why does the thumbnail work? Why didn't this thumbnail work? What work? Excuse I can't [ __ ] breathe today. This is going to be a short one, guys. But it's conversation. Um,

[45:48] God, we're just actually moving on. The studying part is actually huge. Number studying part is actually huge. Number four in the cap, it's actually huge. You should be studying yourself, your own [ __ ] what people are doing. Well,

[46:01] again, this we're not talking about copying, but being able to study what is working, what's not working across the board. Huge. Yeah, I recommend multi streaming for sure. Not even just the beginning in

[46:16] general. I clicked here because I like you said, I'm trying to upgrade my studio. Just bought a amaran ver max light. I think you spent more money on your light than I I have in all my lighting. Maybe if

[46:29] that's the one that I'm thinking of. Hold on, let me see this. Hold on. Oh, god damn it. Here, I'm going to I'm going to search it. Wait, going to I'm going to search it. Wait, how do I get this out of here?

[46:53] Yeah. A lot of people think that my gear is super expensive. It's not. Oh, that's not Yeah, that's not that bad. Yeah, a couple hundred. I think my light in total, it's like 160 for the light. Let's say like 50 for the

[47:08] softbox or something like that. So, what like 210 all in 210? Ah, the camera don't matter, man.

[47:24] even running it at its full capabilities right now. Especially on Tik Tok. Specifically on Tik Tok. There's nothing. I'm trying to think. I'm not nothing. I'm trying to think. I'm not running. So like what you're seeing on

[47:38] running. So like what you're seeing on OBS is not SLOG 3. So there's no benefit of that. It's just default picture profile with because you're watching. You're on YouTube, right? Yeah.

[47:53] This is what it looks like out of the camera. I enable this. This is a L available on my website. Signature L pack biggie.co. Just download that. Put pack biggie.co. Just download that. Put it on there. Same thing with uh Tik Tok

[48:05] filters. Apply L disabled. This is what looks like out of the camera. Apply my looks like out of the camera. Apply my L. The one enabled.

[48:17] because literally on Tik Tok the camera doesn't matter. You can get this look on doesn't matter. You can get this look on Tik Tok with a [ __ ] $800 setup.

[48:32] How do you add the L? I got installation guides in both my L packs. Both of them. Camera and lenses. All the list of everything is on my website. Everything you guys need to know. Biggie.co. Oh, everything.

[48:48] nose again here in a second. But number five. Number five, ducks. Thanks for $10 super chat. You don't need expensive things to stream. Start small. You'll get there. Yeah. I I

[49:02] think I think starting off with like the tools that you have is super important because nowadays you can control. Also, like most cameras have like cinematic modes like most cell phone cameras. The thing the the shots you can accomplish

[49:16] on on camera on cell phone cameras are insane. All right, I'm going tell you blow my nose. I'm going to go to the bathroom, too, while I'm at it. Ceiling five, no monetization strategy. This is

[49:28] themselves because they think they're small. They can't monetize. So wrong. So wrong. Give me one second, guys. Give me one second. BRB. BRB. one second. BRB. BRB. [ __ ]

[50:49] It's going to be a short one today, guys. Peanut exposed himself. I'm not Peanut, guys.

[51:06] lot of creators only rely on ad revenue and subscriptions. A lot of streamers only rely on subscriptions. Bro, you're setting yourself up for failure. setting yourself up for failure. I had a

[51:20] where they were trying to break down the future with AI and like people being laid off and they're like, "A lot of us content creators are going to be screwed to afford gifting subs and sub and subs."

[51:35] Dude, if that's your strategy, you're so [ __ ] If that's your strategy to adapt to a so [ __ ] You're so [ __ ] Uh, Scott, I don't I

[51:49] brother. I don't really react to things uh on here. Um, living on the East Coast for you. 73 day and now it's 43 degrees. I'm still going to go out for a a walk today and I'm going to put my [ __ ] no strip on so I can [ __ ] breathe. God

[52:05] damn it. Uh, real in real creator income is monetizing across the board. Affiliates, services, brand deals. Uh, sure ad revenue, but ad revenue everywhere. Opening up to every platform, posting on

[52:20] every every platform, digital products, services. a lot of you guys are smarter than what you guys realize. I think that's where a lot of people go wrong. Dude, there's so many

[52:37] smaller creators that are so techsavvy and you can be offering your services and you can be offering your services and OBS optimization and [ __ ] like that. streaming to a plat I'm multi streaming across the platforms, right? I got

[52:51] people on Tik Tok, Kick, YouTube here, and you want me to just tear off of a point to go react to a video of yours? Come on, man. You're a content creator. You're a content creator. Uh guys, views alone don't build a creator business.

[53:10] do Tik Tok shop affiliate content but want to stay streaming. Yeah. Well, okay. So, open it up. Are you doing Amazon Associates?

[53:22] doing Amazon Associates? Are you taking advantage of YouTube Are you taking advantage of YouTube shop? Are you starting your own shop? Are you like you you see what I'm saying? Not only on Tik Tok shop

[53:34] opportunity to where you can go to some of these products yourself and have your of these products yourself and have your own direct affiliates on your website? All the people that come in, everything's set up for me on on my end.

[53:46] Right. Right. You should the these are ceilings. These are caps. So you could be generating let's say Yeah. Amazon Associates is super easy. Go to Amazon Associates, make an account, sign up, connect it to

[54:00] your Amazon. You You go to my website, anything on the gear, you go there, you use those links, that's all Amazon affiliates. It's all Amazon associates.

[54:17] your PC or you use the replay service? Straight from my PC. 70. I I the first what was it?

[54:33] what was it? 17 18 like the first like four years of the biggest portion of my career like where

[54:45] I started getting bigger projects, more views, all shot on Tamron lenses. views, all shot on Tamron lenses. All shot on Tamron Lenses.

[54:59] got to link it to a live stream with products that I'm using. Yeah. So, if it's connected to your Amazon, there's a top bar where you can get your affiliate top bar where you can get your affiliate link directly from that.

[55:15] that, too, like if you have a product, like I I use an Anthro chair. I'm not sponsored by them. I you best believe I got a [ __ ] link with them. I'll sign up for that [ __ ] Well, you're promoting their product if if you're

[55:32] not sponsored by them. Yeah, cuz I'm using it. Why would I not? People ask what it is. It's my product anyways. Why would I not take a cut of it? Yo, Biggy, what monitor do you have? I'm glad you asked. It's this monitor. By the way, I

[55:46] not sponsored with them. Why would you promote them like that? ignorance. What are we doing? This is a really big problem in the monetization strategy side for content creators. They want to be highly respected and also a lot of

[55:59] creators give really bad advice from this cuz you want brand deals. You need brands to respect your time. Yeah. When brands reach out to you, sure, the brand should respect your time. They see value in you. They're reaching out to you.

[56:12] They want to advertise on your [ __ ] Yes, in those instances, get your money. Yes, in those instances, get your money. You absolutely do. But in the particular [ __ ] the things that you already buy that you invested with your own money

[56:25] thing is, you're still promoting. Why are you not taking the opportunity to get a cut from that? Come on, goofy goobers. What are we doing? What are we doing? Is network for YouTube good? I don't know what you're

[56:39] asking. What What do you mean by that? the creator and streamer blueprint, one of the objectives is you should be

[56:53] reaching out to brands. You should be signing up for affiliates. get. People are like, "You really shouldn't think I should reach out to a brand a week." Yeah, why not email somebody every

[57:06] Yeah, why not email somebody every single [ __ ] day? Why not? They might have a $1,000 campaign laying around that you can knock out this month. Why there's going to No. Best thing that going to happen is

[57:18] here's here's here's a paycheck. Middle ground. Uh we're not doing campaigns. We deals right now, but somebody at your size, but we'd be willing to send you some products if if you just want to check out some [ __ ]

[57:36] what would you do? Um, I would go extremely hard on YouTube, YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram.

[57:48] Uh, I think if I if I if I was starting from scratch, I don't even think I would dick with kick and Twitch personally. Like, if I wanted to be aggressive, I wouldn't even dick with kick or Twitch. I' I'd focus 100% on YouTube, Tik Tok,

[58:03] Instagram, and Facebook. If I only had time, if like let's take like, "Okay, you got one platform to focus on." I'd focus 100% on YouTube. focus on." I'd focus 100% on YouTube. 100% on YouTube.

[58:22] I like the community on Instagram. They're so loyal. They They really are. an Elgato camera. I do it. Yeah, it it Yeah, you don't need the craziest thing, Yeah, you don't need the craziest thing, Ducks. Appreciate the super chat.

[58:38] something to follow for emailing brands. Just use AI, brother. [ __ ] it. Change it up. Make sure it's yours. Brand brands will use AI to reach out to you now. So, [ __ ] them. Yeah, the discoverability is pretty

[58:53] insane there. YouTube streaming for OBS melds frustrates me. Well, that's why you should just be setting up your stream on YouTube and just using the stream on YouTube and just using the stream key and that's it.

[59:09] Yeah. Facebook Discovery is actually pretty crazy. channel like shorts or something? I'm I'm saying like as a tool, YouTube has every option that you need, it has discoverability, it has SEO uh

[59:24] benefits, it has live streaming, it has long form, it has short form. Like if where you have billions of users where you can just focus on being a better content creator, you can do it 100% on YouTube. But I d Instagram is just so

[59:37] good right now. It's just so good. Like somebody said, Instagram is Instagram is the Instagram community is extremely loyal. I'm getting a lot of So I just announced that. Well, sign with the old agency that I had, but with a new

[59:52] manager. Shout out to Sooner. And um dude, the Instagram offers are insane. like that. Instagram is brands love Instagram. Love Instagram. Fast

[1:00:04] conversion. A lot of just normal day-to-day people use it as brands as platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram move into they they're going to try to start competing. Well, they've already try started, not going to try. Um, Tik

[1:00:18] Tok and Instagram and Facebook want you to stay on those platforms and use them like you would Google cuz Google is the real like killer that a

[1:00:31] don't know and don't understand this, Google's the number one website in the Google's the number one website in the world. Has been for years. Uh, next to that is YouTube. You get the picture here. Those two build off of each other.

[1:00:44] It's insane. From Italy. I love your content, my guy. From Italy. I love your content, my guy. My guy. IG is rough uh in terms of what? My guy. IG is rough uh in terms of what? Like breaking through.

[1:00:59] It's actually it's it's probably the easiest it's ever been on IG currently at the moment. Now, that doesn't mean it's going to be like that forever, of course, but yeah, sleeping on IG at the moment

[1:01:13] is pretty silly. Pretty silly. Nice. Thanks. I can multiream sim simultaneously to to what to YouTube and everything. Yeah.

[1:01:26] to look at portfolios. Yeah, I used to use Instagram a lot for uh graphic design back in the day and then photography and whatnot. Does your content need to be uh too curated for IG? No, I just I don't

[1:01:41] there's a couple things that I won't post on certain places, but IG has actually been the free flowing place for me lately. What the What's on my What the [ __ ] was that?

[1:01:55] I had some kind of thing pop up on my head on TikTok. on IG views-wise. If you're getting if you're getting a breakthrough in views

[1:02:07] you're getting a breakthrough in views on IG, you need to gas pedal down. on IG, you need to gas pedal down. Gas pedal down. You need to go hard. That's not just a that that's not just like a a random thing that you're

[1:02:22] getting favored. If views are actually starting to do well consistently on IG, you need to start using your stories more more. You people's posts. you need to start posting

[1:02:35] uh post carousels and [ __ ] Get as many people on your page as often as possible. And then also with that too, the power with the IG side, you connect your Facebook, you can automatically have your post post from

[1:02:50] Facebook or from IG to Facebook, which is huge. And right now, Facebook is even offering at different levels. I just got invited to it. So over the next x amount of months, whenever it goes through,

[1:03:03] Facebook is going to give me a base monthly pay to make sure I'm reposting my verticals from Tik Tok, Instagram or Tik Tok, Instagram, um, YouTube to It's insane. The amount of money they have to compete is unreal. And this is

[1:03:19] why I always tell you guys, this is why tool like learning the tools of the like platforms and and platforms announcing [ __ ] it's crucial that you guys start everybody is pushing back on the dual stream output on YouTube. I'm like, you

[1:03:32] guys are so goofy, man. YouTube is not launching this product to be halfassed. going to juice creators at a certain point that are using it cuz they want to compete. Same thing everybody that shits on Snapchat.

[1:03:47] Yeah, Snapchat's cringey. It is weird. But I be posting there. I'm verified there now. I get views there. And you best believe that if that option gives best believe that if that option gives me a $50,000 deal to continue to post

[1:04:01] there, I'm going to keep [ __ ] posting there platforms are going to do that constantly. If something starts working, you take advantage of the tools and and the things that they offer and you start

[1:04:14] doing well, you're going to get something in return for that. How do you post on Snapchat from my phone? Uh everything that I do, I edit everything. last week. Edit everything on the computer, airdrop it to my phone. I post

[1:04:29] to Facebook, I go to YouTube, I go to Tik Tok, I go to Snapchat. And then I've I've started turning uh X only into like word post and and threads

[1:04:43] Which one's better, YouTube or Tik Tok? I mean, if I had to pick, it' obviously be YouTube. I think you build a better community on YouTube over Tik Tok. But I community on YouTube over Tik Tok. But I I would say the big community driven

[1:04:57] platform at the moment in terms of like vertical content is Instagram. I think strongest right now. It's where I'm converting the most. More people are coming from my website uh from Instagram. Uh more digital product sales

[1:05:12] are coming from Instagram. And I'm not even running ads right now. Um, a great even running ads right now. Um, a great example I posted on my Instagram story um the camera mount that I use for my uh desktop and at when I last checked it.

[1:05:28] So, my stories will get anywhere from like a,000 to 5,000 views depending. And at at one point I had checked it, my story was at 500 views and I had 100

[1:05:41] link clicks to the the the camera thing uh to the camera DSLR mount. platforms versus manually posting? Uh, if it makes it easier, why not? I'm just

[1:05:54] I'm in my routine myself. So, I just manually post and I just kind of let it go live. Um because like posting matter anymore. An algorithm is going to push you regardless because it just

[1:06:08] wants views. Um so it's not like you have to do it. But if you're in a schedule and it just works best for you, just do what works best for you. This is where, you know, talking to point number one, creator systems. That's the system

[1:06:21] you're building. If you're like I it just it's I like being in the routine of I edited from yesterday and scheduling them out for the day. If that's your routine, keep your routine. The point is consistency. My consistency is I I get

[1:06:36] done editing something, I get it air dropped to my phone from my phone. I like to right away go sit down on the couch and just [ __ ] go from one platform, one platform, one platform post. And then what I'll do is I'll take

[1:06:49] uh so like after stream and that's when I'll have another window and I'll go to Instagram and I'll respond to the first batch of go to Facebook, respond to the first batch of comments on Facebook. I'll go

[1:07:03] to you can see what I'm saying. YouTube makes it very easy to respond to comments because of the auto AI thing. I am warning you guys if I respond to comments on AI. I'm picking an option. It's giving me multiple options, but I'm

[1:07:18] It's giving me multiple options, but I'm I'm just clicking an AI response. Sorry. Sorry. It's like my only fans manager. You're not actually talking to me in the DMs, baby. Well, you kind of are. I'm just picking the one. And I I do respond

[1:07:30] to some of them. Seen you way too many times admiring your setup. Appreciate you, man. To monetize in your post amazing uh posting Amazon links and Amazon links, web websites, and brand deals. Yeah, that's the criticism I get

[1:07:45] every time I go to X and say like, "Guys, don't sleep on on uh on Instagram." Like, I posted in the last month I gained 9,000 followers, 8 8.5 million views or something like that. And people are like,

[1:08:00] monetization?" And they were shocked when I actually told them. A few thousand dollars. And they're like, "Wait, what? You How do you How do you get that on Instagram?" I don't get it on Instagram.

[1:08:12] in Instagram is very good for conversion. It's one of the better from the platform and get them to go to other links. It's one of the best. You good. Good luck doing that on Tik Tok. Tik Tok doesn't even like you doing

[1:08:28] that. That's why Tik Tok has Tik Tok shop. It has everything on Tik Tok. They don't want you leaving. YouTube or Instagram allows you the external link Instagram allows you the external link because it wants you using the options,

[1:08:45] setup, it's all available on my website under the gear list through my Amazon Associates link. See how that works, guys? See how that works?

[1:08:58] your website is not the level your job. Uh, want an update. I already I already ready to work on that. Appreciate that though. Yeah, I I'm fortunate enough to be in a position where I've uh throughout the years have built a

[1:09:11] relationship with uh somebody that is one of the top 20 Shopify agency distribution agencies in the world. And he's he actually is the one that originally did my website years ago. Yeah, you're you're right. It's

[1:09:24] completely like gamer-esque right now. It's disgusting. Where's the links on my website? Biggie.co. It's my at name. bi ge.co. Easiest thing of your life. What has having a website done for you? I mean,

[1:09:37] having a website done for you? I mean, I'm old school. I've had a website for years and it makes me own my brand through and it makes me own my brand through email signups, through my own metrics.

[1:09:49] Like, me being able to go to somebody and say, "I sent 7,000 people to my website this month." Do you guys realize how valuable that is? to other people out there.

[1:10:03] It's insanely valuable. So, like benefits of your website is So, like benefits of your website is organization, tracking, email signups. need I need to get active with the emails, guys. I I know I'm slacking on

[1:10:17] them. Uh I want to start providing value in the emails. I just I'm trying to I'm trying to learn like at the rate that I should be doing that again. My buddy at should be posting consistently. You should be treating your emails like your

[1:10:30] tweets. If you if you have good informative structure and information that you can get out, you should be posting it. And right on Q, there's there's We love Twitch, man. We love Twitch. Cheap views on streamboo.com.

[1:10:43] Yeah, nice. Good [ __ ] Twitch. Good [ __ ] Tik Tok favors phone streams over camera streams. Uh, I mean, I don't have any proof of that obviously, but it wouldn't surprise me. I think even on YouTube like u every platform will want

[1:10:57] to and again this goes back to the point of what I said earlier every platform once you using native tools they they want other people to see. So, like why a platform like YouTube or Tik Tok would push

[1:11:12] phone streams is they want to encourage other people to do it. Because do you do you guys realize how many millions of people have never gone live before and

[1:11:24] could have a live audience, but they see the over production [ __ ] and they're see somebody on their phone doing well, they're they're more inclined to do that. And a lot of people find plenty of success on phone streams.

[1:11:47] or chat about Let's Connect, guarantee you mine mine is better. Uh don't be doing, man. I I appreciate the hustle. This ain't the place to do this, man. too, I would I would highly suggest if you're going to do that [ __ ] you got to

[1:12:03] get a better email, man. You got to get a better email. If you were to email me today pitching me an idea and your email is parwall13gmail.com,

[1:12:17] pretty much anything with a Gmail, if you're a brand, a creator, creative appre I appreciate the hustle. That's how I I built my uh graphic design portfolio back in the day was outreach. I I totally get it. Um this is why also

[1:12:33] having a website is crucial because 16 [ __ ] or 14 years ago I had an at or website and had my own at name. So that way when I reach out to people it was atmybite.com. So, it uh if you're going to advertise

[1:12:49] your website [ __ ] one, you should be outreaching to emails. Most credible to have an email. It's literally in my bio. And and two, brother, like, come

[1:13:01] Not at all. I'm just trying to help people. What is What is the Can I May I ask you something? What's the negative in trying to help other creators?

[1:13:18] Is it off limits? Is it not cool? Is that what it is? of of people that like look at the negative of things

[1:13:31] like Brody Halfpipe. So you you halfpipe you maybe into like BMX or skateboarding or something. I would assume you you got to be into something. You got to be into some kind of hobby or or something.

[1:13:43] got to be into doing some kind of thing in life, right? If you were coming along and the thing that you were into, somebody was giving you helpful advice and [ __ ] that could actually help you level up, are you just going to you

[1:13:56] going to mock it? What do you think you are, Tony Hawk? The [ __ ] are you talking about? Brain dead world. We live in brain dead world.

[1:14:11] And this is this kind of goes back to the today's topic. Why small people say small. It's cringe. It's it's nerdy. It's it's this. It's that. You're creating a stereotype for your own success. Never said it as a negative.

[1:14:24] You just ex you just exactly like him. Chill, buddy. make a comment like that if it doesn't come from negative connot connotation. Like it's you're you're trying to rage bait. Right. Right. Even even like

[1:14:38] bait. Right. Right. Even even like chat's even picking it out a mile away. You're not coming from it from a place of trying to be polite.

[1:14:52] experience based on feedback. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Some feel scammy sometimes selling courses has a bad rep, you know. Uh now that you're doing that, I enjoy the streams. Well, it just so happens I have a 69-day course where if

[1:15:07] you just uh give me money every single day. No, I'm just playing. Um No, that's like the things that people actually ask for. don't know. I just go live. Do you did you want to like write a novel or

[1:15:22] email, man. You want to give me like your autobiography or something? people with literally literal little experience can provide valuable feedback to. Yeah, Well, and it's also it's good to have

[1:15:36] these conversations, too, because uh unlike the, you know, uh some individuals, it there's been times in here where you guys have helped me. It's here where you guys have helped me. It's a [ __ ] win-win. It's a win-win.

[1:15:49] at multiple levels. There's been things that you guys educated me on on Tik Tok. mind was blown that day. I get to learn something from you guys getting live better the blueprints have gotten. Look

[1:16:02] at the L packs. Guys kept asking those, asking for those, asking for those. We appropriately. I was very proud of the product and nothing but great [ __ ] responses from it. And the revenue from it is is astronomical. It's

[1:16:14] astronomical. I'd rather hear someone uh who has recently gone through the things the big dogs who uh have touched with reality. Yeah. Well, in the in the reality is at the end of the day, it's not even my

[1:16:28] it's it's the people that I've worked with that gets in all reality a lot of people trust the input because of the people that I've actually helped. It's different when you see what I have. It's another thing when you know like the

[1:16:42] worked with Joe and them for the period of time or this brand or that brand creating creative videos and [ __ ] like that.

[1:16:58] that. Oops. dude. Thank you, man. Thank you. So, yeah. Um,

[1:17:10] again, if you guys kind of missed uh the segments that keep people down. Uh, number one, no content system. These are idea capturing, content planning, posting routine, clip strategy. How are you getting your clips? What's your

[1:17:23] recording routine? You know, if if you're starting from zero every time you system, man. And it's just it's friction. It's push back, dude. It [ __ ] sucks. It's it's just no bueno. Uh, number two, you quit too early. Uh,

[1:17:36] you you get amped up. I I just put a video out out about this yesterday. You get get amped up. You get all motivated. You make 10 videos. You think that by Views are low. Growth is slow. Motivation dips. Uh you you're not as

[1:17:50] Motivation dips. Uh you you're not as excited to post. And most creators don't don't they don't even start getting good until uh 50 to 100. Are you a life coach for myself? Trying to get be better for myself. Obviously, I don't offer those

[1:18:05] things that I could improve on. How ignorant would it be if I if I would be a life coach in general, but I'm not fully down my weight loss yet. Huh? What's your toughest experience with becoming a creator? Dude, I've been

[1:18:19] becoming a creator? Dude, I've been doing it for so long now um doing it for so long now um that there the toughest experience was cuz so much of it's just mental, man. It is. And I

[1:18:36] know like it sounds weird to say that because there's just there's there's monetization, there's views, there's the analytics and [ __ ] but like when you understand that a vast majority of that is your routines, your habits, your

[1:18:49] rhythm, your your direction, the narrative that you're creating. Uh, and a lot of that is reflective of where your mental is. I don't know, man. I think the toughest thing the toughest thing today is I guess finding the need

[1:19:06] to do the content side in all in all honesty if that makes sense. That is my toughest experience. Like for me cuz like I've gotten job offers, man. Like I

[1:19:20] I live in a m metropolitan area. Like you you guys don't think I can go just get an easy [ __ ] pay me $150,000 a year. I'll take a little bit of a pay cut, but you give me you give me structure. I get a W2. I ain't got to

[1:19:34] worry about anything. I just show up, do your work, and I get out. I mean, wrong with that. Nothing really wrong with that. Like finding purpose. No, I feel like I have a pretty good purpose. Um, you

[1:19:48] know, the the direction that I've really switched to is I just at any corner of my life, any time I've just focused on giving value back, something comes back to me, man. And you can't measure it. It is a risk, but I just I don't see a

[1:20:05] troll every now and then and [ __ ] You might not get the glorified views. you might not get the like obviously when I was doing like skits and [ __ ] a lot those get millions of views. That's a whole different level of [ __ ]

[1:20:19] That's a whole different level of [ __ ] Uh but at the end of the day I think I I think just sticking on the purpose of what value can I provide to other people cuz I I told you guys where my ego is. My ego is when it works. My

[1:20:34] my my ego is when somebody comes here and and trashes me. I can say I can say started his channel because of watching my videos and I've helped him over the over the years. That's like that's like

[1:20:48] for me with what I do. That's way more valuable. It's way more valuable. Like how can you [ __ ] on that? How can you [ __ ] on that? Good luck. Oh well, you only get this many views or or you just try to be this person. That's fine.

[1:21:03] I provided more value to society than you ever will. It is what it is. That's you ever will. It is what it is. That's that's where the ego I guess would be you have to put in the time for this. Yeah, I guess in a sense.

[1:21:17] My approach is fun first, hustle the creator piece in the background, learn pivot. Uh remember step one. Yeah, that's Yeah, that's pretty true. Oh, side me. Damn, that's the first time I've ever actually seen that on Tik Tok.

[1:21:37] You've created zero value for society. I've created a lot more value for society than you ever will, brother. Way more way more for society than you ever people get through tough times. I've helped content creators fail scale. I've

[1:21:52] I've helped brands that actually focus on fitness and health uh also scale as well. Well, the fact that you're in my chat trying to [ __ ] on me, asking me who I am says everything that you need to know, brother. Enjoy. Enjoy. See, see

[1:22:07] I'll take the ego. I I I know what I've contributed to the world. And it's contributed to the world. And it's because I am giving back to people.

[1:22:20] Yeah. I You're just talking TikTok, too. So, see what I'm saying? See what I'm saying? Outside of that, which is what you're going to get in doing this [ __ ] And you and you always have to remember

[1:22:33] And you and you always have to remember these are not people that guys, it takes two seconds to click on that person's picture and be like, "Oh my god, holy fuck." That's a bottom feeder to society.

[1:22:50] myself, you guys would want to be in that per person's shoes. The reality is the majority of people who hate on you, whether whether you're doing gaming, whether you're doing your music [ __ ] whether you're [ __ ] doing

[1:23:04] your only fans in all honesty, the honest reality, the majority of people that are going to hate on you, try to be those trolls, they are never coming from a place where you would ever aspire to be like them. Bottom feeders.

[1:23:19] Yeah, that's when you understand that it's Yeah, it's they are sad in life.

[1:23:31] around criticizing people. They ain't got time for that [ __ ] I couldn't got time for that [ __ ] I couldn't imagine that. I couldn't imagine that. Couldn't imagine it. Uh it's because in society there's a lot of um right

[1:23:46] they're not happy with themselves and because their mentality is I want to other buildings down. That's not how you develop the bigger building. That's usually how you end up getting crushed in the long run.

[1:24:00] Mhm. Mhm. It's always the bottom feeders talking week. Some people got a little offended about that, but that's the reality. You the States or something, go take an eight hour drive, stop on some back road

[1:24:15] gas station somewhere, and go get gas and come across the insufferable person that is shitty to you is is bringing their day into your life. You're just getting gas. That's all you're trying to do and they're just insufferable and

[1:24:30] has their TikTok on their phone that's going around and doom scrolling and That really is. That is. And it's millions of people. IT'S MILLION. I'M millions of people. IT'S MILLION. I'M NOT BY PEANUT. [ __ ] DUDE.

[1:24:48] criticizing people. It's called political content. That's just rage baiting. Hey dude, listen. [ __ ] on [ __ ] on all that all you want. I I get the point of that, Max. I get the point of what you're trying to say. I like again,

[1:25:01] this is the advice thing. One of the uh what's what's his name that comes around uh YouTube stream every show, dude? Anytime this guy's in stream, this dude drops hundreds of dollars in super chat. So, this guy's watched my content for

[1:25:14] years, years ago. He asked for advice. He's like, I'm I kind of want to do that. I'm like, stop [ __ ] listening to [ __ ] like that, brother. If if like advice for you guys in here, if you're into politics, like genuinely

[1:25:29] into politics, bro, just do it. Just [ __ ] do it. I even try to lean into thing. I'm not educated enough in it. I It just I don't give a [ __ ] enough about things. I try to do like some reaction streams and [ __ ] Just not my thing. Not

[1:25:43] my thing. It did make good money. And that's the point. The guy that comes from watching my channel throughout the years. The other month he stopped by a stream. Just that month alone, they did $250,000

[1:25:57] in ad revenue on YouTube alone from their political content. Insane. Well, we're talking you're you're talking about like politicians.

[1:26:13] like content like reacting to [ __ ] about politics, like updates and and [ __ ] like politics, like updates and and [ __ ] like that. Shut up. Yeah, if you're genuinely into it, you should just be making content around it.

[1:26:30] when you know absolutely nothing about content? I just make random posts for fun. not really big into social media. Yes, that is literally the point. That is lit. Let me break this down. That is literally the point. The people, okay,

[1:26:44] the thing is the blueprints are not courses. They That is the point. You're in the best position cuz you have a fresh [ __ ] mind. Mean meaning your [ __ ] is not warped by dumb [ __ ] advice that you've seen online.

[1:26:59] Everybody that first talks about the blueprint verse after they give me some vouchers in here. Everybody that talks about the blueprint at first they don't understand when they open it. They think it's going to be a workout plan that

[1:27:12] it's going to be a workout plan that like in in an example. Hey, post this video this day. Post that this day. Make this video. It will do well. That's not what it is. It is there to get you to understand how to build a foundation for

[1:27:27] yourself across any [ __ ] platform, across what you do in general that you across what you do in general that you will need to actually build your creator business. Whether you're a streamer or a content creator, there's fundamental

[1:27:40] able to avoid, like talking about the things that keep people small. You're to need structure. You're going to need posting routine. anybody that you look up to in the creator landscape. Everybody develops this over time. None

[1:27:56] of us uh do you think I just before I went live today was like wonder which we should talk about. No, this this stream was planned days in advance. I like

[1:28:08] I I haven't launched this by the way yet, but like this is just a prime yet, but like this is just a prime example. the ideas, hooks, platforms, status if I'm done them yet. Uh notes for them.

[1:28:25] Like these are these are me organizing things that I'm going to be doing. These are weekly planners. These are what I'm got to do today. These are what I'm got to do today. Okay. So tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday.

[1:28:39] Okay. So tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday. I I that part I don't have out yet. That part I don't have out yet. I have not I I built so I built this for me and I didn't know if I should launch this or

[1:28:52] not. But what you get in the blueprints is you get when you when you see them you that's the monthly execution. No, don't delete. But you have the start here. It's called

[1:29:06] this file comes with both the streamer and creator. This is called the cheat tells you exactly everything that you need to set up before starting everything to make it easier for you at

[1:29:19] the start. Remember when I told you guys about clip strategy, posting routine? The reason why in the blueprints I have you doing that before you ever post a [ __ ] video is because that's what you're going to do.

[1:29:34] The the thing is these are built on the idea that okay, you don't get these whatever you built your own creator system. Naturally, you're going to do everything the blueprints [ __ ] say. Naturally

[1:29:47] naturally, you will do it. You're going to you're going to build them yourself. You're going to set a consistent routine. You're going to set daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly goals that actually matter. not I hope I get

[1:30:04] 10,000 subscribers this month. You're going to build real structure and real [ __ ] cuz if you want it to last long term, you're going to need to [ __ ] have that. As someone who jumped in the full-time content creation, I feel like

[1:30:16] I'm definitely kind of hitting a wall cuz I'm not structured. I don't I'm I'm negative feedback about these one time yet. Negative feedback here. I actually just pinned up I I actually wanted to read this cuz I was like, dude, I didn't

[1:30:29] pay this guy to say this neither, but it it best encapsulated.

[1:30:46] episode. Yep. Right here. I've never had any type of routine. This was a comment. I've never had any type Everyone gets scared because it's oh, buy this thing from a creator. Let me

[1:31:00] say real quick, best purchase I have ever spent within when it when it comes to uh creating content. I now have structure and a way to keep my head straight when I get into all the madness, which I never felt before. And

[1:31:14] then he also said, "Nobody is paying me to say this, by the way." But like the way that he put that down, that's the point of the [ __ ] I it says in the make you have a viral video overnight. It's not going to make you blow up. It's

[1:31:27] not going to make 10,000 people like you. It is going to take the mess and everything that is streaming or content creation that is intimidating. What are point? What are you going to do to figure out it is going to make it you

[1:31:41] understand that you're supposed to do that now. And that is the [ __ ] power by you doing that now and building the structure and building the systems and the habits. It helps like he said keep his head straight when he gets into all

[1:31:55] the madness. When you I like I said earlier which [ __ ] a lot of creator the no content system. When you take part of

[1:32:07] your [ __ ] and you make even the creation pro side of it intimidating as well, you're you're just you're adding more stress. Hold on, let me try to explain this the best way that I can. What's the variables you cannot control?

[1:32:22] You cannot control if the algorithm is going to p push it to it a certain extent. You can only react to that and get better learning, you know, analytics and [ __ ] right? You can't control by a snap of a finger 10,000 people are going

[1:32:36] to follow you. You can't control that. It's not within your control. It could happen from a piece of content, but you can't control that. YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY SAY, "I want this to happen, right? You can't control those things." But what

[1:32:49] you can control is idea captures, content planning, posting routine, your clip strategy, making recording and clipping as easy as possible. When you clipping as easy as possible. When you add the creation part, which you can

[1:33:02] control and build structure around, when you add that to be friction and [ __ ] you add that to be friction and [ __ ] more problems to your routine on top of the things you can't control, it's just a recipe for disaster. But if you have a

[1:33:16] system to where doing those things is just you showing up and then you're reacting to the results and responding to the results takes a lot of pressure to the results takes a lot of pressure off. Does that make sense?

[1:33:34] literally the best way to describe what people are [ __ ] missing out on. It's the best thing to ex it's it's the only way to describe what people are missing out on. You everything about creating

[1:33:48] content to you is last minute. You're starting from zero every single time. So, it's just layers on layers of stress when you go to make a video, when you go to get a a clip from stream. Oh, chat didn't clip a clip today. Now, I got to

[1:34:02] go find one. No, the point is that should not be stress on your plate. You already be knowing you want to post. You should already have days out of the week Even if they [ __ ] shoot you down,

[1:34:16] you're at least taking the chances. They shouldn't be random acts of figuring it the [ __ ] out. That should be a part of structure and routine. And that is what the blueprints do. That's what they actually [ __ ] help. They don't help

[1:34:29] you make a viral video. They help you get into a situation to where you can show up actively. And the thought process of producing a video is not process of producing a video is not stress. IT'S NOT AN ADDED STRESS. IT'S

[1:34:44] stress. IT'S NOT AN ADDED STRESS. IT'S just part of your job. need to buy these. You don't even need to buy these. Create an idea capture

[1:34:56] system. Have your ideas live in a place. Plan your [ __ ] content, especially if you can do it weekly. post. Have a a posting routine. Whatever works for you. to just post them all at once. That's your [ __ ] That's your routine. And

[1:35:10] get a clip strategy. Taking clips from OBS. Sitting down and record like your clip strategy could be like, "All right, I got five video ideas for the week." Okay, you're a bat shooter. THAT'S YOUR THAT'S YOUR [ __ ] STRATEGY. You're a

[1:35:23] bat shooter. You go out on Sunday, you got two hours to spare. You're recording editing throughout the week. That's your clip strategy. I have a different clip strategy. The point is you need to build something what works for you. Once you

[1:35:37] get into the [ __ ] blueprints, you realize I don't tell you how to do this I'll give you the secret with that. You're posted every day for 90 [ __ ] days. 90 days. I don't give a [ __ ] Well, my emotions. What? Can I come up

[1:35:50] with that? 90 days. You're posting every day for 90 days. What the system does is it shows you what you're supposed to be doing as a creator. slowing down and just taking it day by day. You'll have daily obstacles. You'll have weekly

[1:36:04] obstacles, monthly obstacles, quarterly obstacles. Miss Go Lightly, go [ __ ] obstacles. Miss Go Lightly, go [ __ ] yourself. Miss you. [ __ ] I know I I get yelled at from like the busiest [ __ ] friends. Stop

[1:36:19] saying this [ __ ] in stream, dude. That [ __ ] I got yelled at the other day. somebody wanted to do consulting and I was like I dude I can just answer your was like I dude I can just answer your question live. Um but the reality is is

[1:36:32] don't need my blueprints. It's just it's an easy I I did I created a tool in there to where at least you can do a checklist and hold yourself accountable. You download Google Sheets on your phone. Boom. Interactive interactive

[1:36:46] system. Um, what's crazy is the amount of of brands that are buying this. Hey, I run a business pushing this product. I have uh

[1:36:58] um like established tech creators with millions of followers across socials. Dude, I'm just running off the energy of like content popping off. I've never had structure. You are helping this [ __ ] is helping me [ __ ] scale. That's what I

[1:37:15] helping me [ __ ] scale. That's what I want. That's why I [ __ ] made it. You guys, I'll just be [ __ ] honest. You guys, you guys think you guys realize how many [ __ ] easy to make creator products that could be sold?

[1:37:29] Do you guys realize how many of them left and [ __ ] right? It's so easy. It's so easy to sell people on hopes and dreams. It really is. It really [ __ ] is. It's so easy to sell people. Yeah, you buy this $10 thing, I'll help you

[1:37:43] easy to do [ __ ] like that. I wanted to build something that that helped build patience, helped build [ __ ] structure, yada yada yada.

[1:37:57] setup. Appreciate you. Lightly, how you doing? What are your tips on finding talk topics? I legit only work in stream and talk politics with co-workers. Um, this is I've given this advice multiple times. Uh, you can use search engines by

[1:38:12] starting off on a topic like searching something. Auto search results will give you the top search results people are searching up. You can go to popular searching up. You can go to popular videos in your niche to filter out the

[1:38:25] interacting, suggestions people are making. You can make videos and get or you can generate ideas from that. Um, you can use AI. uh video ideas will start to bleed off of video ideas when you start to note down video ideas.

[1:38:40] Example, yesterday or when was that? I sat down I recorded yesterday's video well I recorded the other day. Yesterday's video was most creators quit

[1:38:57] here and I almost did too. And I and the video idea is three stages in every creator's success. the the hype, the [ __ ] burnout stage, the [ __ ] identity stage where it's just like just crazy trajectory, right? From doing that

[1:39:14] video, I was like, "Oh my god, I could make I could post a video on what I learned after 150 posts in 30 days." Cuz on Instagram, I posted 150 pieces of very well. I I was like, "Oh, I could make a I I could make a video about why

[1:39:29] posting more content has made content creation easy." I was like, "Oh, [ __ ] Then I could do the moment content clicked for me again." Because I'm I'm locked in. Whether you think it or not, I'm I'm locked the [ __ ] in. Things are

[1:39:43] great. Numbers are going up month by month. Sales are going up. Brands are asking what I'm doing so that way they can implement [ __ ] into their [ __ ] businesses that are bringing in uh seven figures of profit or reaching out to

[1:39:56] consulting. Everything across the board is up for me. I am in what I call a [ __ ] flow state. I don't question [ __ ] I'm amped. I love what I do. Every topic I talk about, I get [ __ ] pumped about it. I'm in a flow [ __ ] state.

[1:40:12] What made that what made that happen? What the moment content clicked again for me? What brought me back to reality? Another video ideas. Uh then then from there I was when I was writing down that idea, I got an email response.

[1:40:27] Uh somebody that bought one of the early blueprints heard uh god damn it. blueprints heard that there was an update and he's like how do I get the have been emailed to you. Checked it went to his spam. But because

[1:40:43] the the guy the guy responding was like I was just anxious cuz I didn't know if I was just anxious cuz I didn't know if I missed something. Oh, did I really? Due to inactivity. That's so stupid. One second. Let me get going there.

[1:40:57] God, Tik Tok is so stupid. I I I want to I want to tell you guys this idea like and this is what I'm saying for the person which I think they were on Tik Tok. So, it'll be good. Um, it'll be good to get back over there so

[1:41:11] it'll be good to get back over there so that way he can hear. There we go. But yeah, listen listen to how this idea came to be. So, I I thought of the idea the moment content clicked again. Right after I

[1:41:25] came up with that video, I was answering a customer service response in my emails. And again, somebody had bought the blueprint uh the original blueprint back in January. And for some reason, my emails updates went to his spam and he's

[1:41:39] like, "Hey, just reaching out. Uh, I don't have the updated creator blueprint. Somebody said that there was a new one and I have this one with the white page." And he showed me this. He's like, he didn't give it to me, but he's

[1:41:51] you are. You should have got if you p purchased the original, you should have got an updated version of the new PDF with the new Google Sheets document." with the new Google Sheets document." Right. And the because the guy in there,

[1:42:04] blueprint and the guy was like, "Okay, I was just anxious that I missed something, which which he did." I instantly because of that came up how systems remove anxiety. Another video idea. You You see what I'm

[1:42:19] saying? So, for the person that's like generating topics and [ __ ] this is this is why this look uh ducks, appreciate the super Looking hung. Looking handsome. Looking like a good hunk of hunk of meat.

[1:42:33] Appreciate you. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry, Sean. Hold on. I got to get Now I chat chat because of the disconnect.

[1:42:49] Tik Tok did that thing where it's like you're inactive. You're inactive. Sneak. Appreciate the sub. Appreciate the sub. So to answer the question, I I went on a whole thing of how I came up with all these video ideas from one video that I

[1:43:02] did this week. Five new video ideas generated from the video. So those those are ways you can go again. It's it's going to Google. So say you're um so say you're into desk setups, like you create desk setup content. Go to Google,

[1:43:17] go to YouTube, go to Tik Tok, go to Instagram, start to type in desk setup. automatically those top things that pop up, those are suggested things because other people are searching that [ __ ] There's video ideas there. Like I wonder

[1:43:32] what happens. Let's just actually just test this. So like here's how you can generate ideas. Going into search on on YouTube. I'm ting typing oh not dee desk YouTube. I'm ting typing oh not dee desk setup. Boom. Desk setup tour. Desk setup

[1:43:47] accessories. Desk setup aesthetic. Desk setup ideas. desk setup gaming. So, I got I got Okay. Well, I just recently did the desk setup that I'm using right now. Maybe I should do a desk setup tour video. Like

[1:44:03] a full-on just desk setup tour about do for one. Okay. Desk setup accessories. Ooh, that's good. That's kind of similar to the one that I just recently did. I just did a video the other day. My de what's on my desk as a

[1:44:17] full-time content creator. kind of similar thing. So maybe I scratched that. Right. Desk setup aesthetic. There we go. aesthetic. There we go. My the Oh, sorry. Sorry. I exited out.

[1:44:34] Actually clicked on on that and brought up a whole bunch of [ __ ] But I could do I can do an idea on the aesthetic of the desk setup. desk setup. Death setup gaming desk setup ideas. How

[1:44:46] to how to get how to get desk setup ideas in 2026. Like just searching that up there. Five what? Four five five video ideas just like that. You can do that on Tik Tok. You can do that on

[1:45:00] Instagram. From there also too I could go to who's who's a big creator that does desk setups. You could go to their page. I could check one of their recent blowup videos. One that's performing high uh high. I

[1:45:14] could go there. I could I could go there. Oh my god. even coming from? >> Had to go through three websites to give you money. Lol. >> Print the other day. Cracking into it

[1:45:27] >> Where did that come from? I don't have an alert for that. an alert for that. Where did that come from? Who did that? Where did that come from? Who did that? Sander. What the [ __ ]

[1:45:51] [ __ ] BROTHER? Was that a donate? Where did you go to do that? tender for the big man, my guy. Coffeey's on you. Also, um I also told

[1:46:09] Coffeey's on you. Also, um I also told who who was was it? Ducks. Was it Ducks? I think I told Ducks. Ducks asked about the one on one ship. But yeah, that's how that generating ideas. Generating ideas. There you go.

[1:46:23] Uh what did Bisco lately say? I've been good living. Saw your live. I was dying say hi. Appreciate you. I need to dye my roots. I'm getting [ __ ] gray. This kid's [ __ ] aging me. Um okay, back up real quick. I just want to answer a

[1:46:37] specific thing because he uh duck. Wait, let me make sure he's here. Ducks, are you here? Any tips on audio programs that won't clock my PC to the max? See, lady, for me, these are above that's above my pay

[1:46:50] grade. That's a that's nerd talk that somebody else in chat maybe might be able to hook you up with. I don't even know what you mean by that. I don't even know what you any tips on audio programs that won't clock my PC to

[1:47:04] the max. Do you guys know what that is? I don't even know what that means. I just plug a USB in and it just [ __ ] picks up my audio. I don't I don't have any like programs or software. Your creator packages are reasonable. Was

[1:47:18] hundred. No, I I've been told that I should up the blueprints to 50 and I should up the blueprints to 50 and I just can Can I I disagree? just can Can I I disagree? I with those I disagree.

[1:47:33] I I put a lot of work into them. If you were to put a per value ratio, sure. Are they worth that? I I would I would argue yeah.

[1:47:49] it can do at a certain point to charge that much. Sure. I think it's crucial. I think it's crucial to make it affordable for crucial to make it affordable for somebody that is not [ __ ] Wait, what

[1:48:03] somebody that is not [ __ ] Wait, what was creepy? Uh, I think it's crucial for somebody to have have a chance to [ __ ] learn the [ __ ] at a basic level. You know what I mean?

[1:48:17] Does that make sense? Now, at a certain point, what I'll probably do, uh, techie point, what I'll probably do, uh, techie is once I I So, I have So, these are the blueprints. I I'll just tell you guys right now. I'm working on an operator

[1:48:31] I'm working on putting together something that is instead of your content creator blueprint, what is a creative operating system, checklist,

[1:48:45] um, storytelling, how to improve hooks, [ __ ] like that. It's really, it's really hard to put this on paper for general people because these are usually better suited for like, you know, one-on-one type [ __ ] But I I think you can create

[1:48:58] a a general operating system to where anybody that's trying to make a piece of content can say, "Okay, well, does this have a hook, a story, and a conclusion?" Like just to just to break it down. After I launch that, I'm probably going

[1:49:10] to do big bundles to where you can buy like the LUTs, the operating system, the blueprint, yada yada yada at at one. But that's we'll we'll work on that. That that's probably March's. So if for the people that get the blueprints,

[1:49:26] one goal a month is actual monetization every month. One goal a month is actual monetization. Like not an

[1:49:38] idea, actual monetization once a month. What are you doing to actually bring in revenue?

[1:49:50] I don't know who the [ __ ] you are, [ __ ] weirdo. they're worth more, but in terms of getting the average buyer. Yeah, that's

[1:50:05] the whole point is it needs to be it it needs to hit people that are just starting off. It needs to be it h I'm I'm sorry. It just has to be affordable for people that are starting off. It has to be in my opinion cuz it's the most

[1:50:17] important part. It's it's the most important part. important part. I just think it like my my thought process is I just think it

[1:50:32] will come back tenfold personally. ones and [ __ ] which I know Ducks asked about that, but I don't know if he's still here. I don't have to repeat it a couple times.

[1:50:51] confidence. Get the nipples hard, man. Getting the nipples hard. So, yeah. Um,

[1:51:06] all the [ __ ] didn't we? We hit all the [ __ ] Let's see. Do I have anybody in the premium chat? Okay, we got a couple things in the premium chat. So towards things in the premium chat. So towards the end of uh free game Friday, what I

[1:51:19] like to do, so we have a thing uh a system for YouTube premium members over here over here. Uh it's a the $15 a month membership. We have a private Discord server where people can uh leave content, updates, [ __ ] like that. And we

[1:51:34] kind of use it to talk content and help you know whether talk content and help you know whether like if if I can provide value on you

[1:51:46] like if if I can provide value on you know okay like so example we uh Ebott gave us an update on this. So, we watched this video last week and uh we broke down what was right and wrong with it and it looks like he Oh,

[1:52:00] well, I guess there's no point of clicking the old one because the new clicking the old one because the new one's probably going to be the same. idiot. So, he didn't upload a new v video. It's just the new intro.

[1:52:14] I don't know if you guys uh remember the old intro, but let's see what he did. >> this is me. >> So much better pacing.

[1:52:27] So much better pacing. And I think the fact that he started off with the ah you like the [ __ ] just like a good stop hook.

[1:52:41] down my friend James Island. A remote but luxurious private villa with more rooms, hallways, and potential hiding spots than you could ever imagine. >> My friends are the hiders.

[1:52:56] What was the original length? Wasn't it like 40 something minutes? So, it looks of that. Yeah, I mean it's Yeah, it's a much better intro. If you end up a much better the the intro. I think you cut the intro at the good part now.

[1:53:11] Like, brother, at this point, uh, I I mean, mean, at this point, uh, Devin, welcome, brother. Welcome. At this point, you just you got Don't over complicate it.

[1:53:24] change. You fixed the hook, which the retention was not the best at the start of the video. You fixed it. You just kind of got to let this one move on. If anything, I would come back to May like I would try to do another

[1:53:41] branch off of this like we return to the island cuz then you could kind of island cuz then you could kind of catapult this back out there as well. Um, but I dude, honestly, I'd let it live cuz also one thing that I noticed

[1:53:53] live cuz also one thing that I noticed too is yeah, the the Diddy Mansion one too is yeah, the the Diddy Mansion one did well before, but if you I what I like look at the other videos around this. This video is still performing

[1:54:06] well in terms of the other videos. So, it's like it good viral idea. Could the intro had better execution off yourself because it did you didn't launch with it right away? Yeah, but

[1:54:20] it's still a good video. And you know, one thing as a creator, you can't hold one thing as a creator, you can't hold on to I do this myself as well. You just cannot hold on to an old idea where you know you [ __ ] up. Like as you learn

[1:54:35] learn YouTube more, you learn like, "Fuck, the video was good. I just [ __ ] thumbnail and title." and you try so hard to like revive that video. You can

[1:54:47] hard to like revive that video. You can do a couple things. It does work. I do a couple things. It does work. I revived a um I catapulted my most viewed revived a um I catapulted my most viewed video on my YouTube channel. This was at

[1:55:00] like it was actually just below this. It was like at like 500,000 views and it was like flatlining. I removed part of the intro and it got like a second life. It was crazy. And became my most popular viewed video on my channel. it that can

[1:55:13] happen. But I'm telling you right now, if you start chasing old videos and you start living in this state like you can't produce another good video, I I just don't think it's healthy for as a content creator. You made something, you

[1:55:26] made a change to this to try to see if you couldn't get get it another life. If it gets pushed into the algorithm more again, move on. Time for the next idea and the next one. Never create this idea like your best idea was the previous

[1:55:39] you can always come out with other ideas and you can repeat things too. I mean um King Wool's great example. I I'm just instantly thinking for some reason just

[1:55:51] because like he he just like you get a recipe, you get a system, you get a routine, you replicate it, you replicate it, you replicate it, you replicate it, you replicate it more and more and more and more. You don't want to over

[1:56:05] complicate it. You don't overstress about it. You just [ __ ] replicate it. Uh the IM that I use are on my channel or on my on my website, excuse me. Good [ __ ] Good [ __ ] Guys, again, if you guys join the premium membership to be a

[1:56:19] part of this, make make sure you guys are joining Discord, connecting your Discord to your YouTube channel as well. Hosters been around here a lot lately. Uh been leaning into the horror stuff.

[1:56:32] Uh, I wish he was. What did he Did he say something in here? Uh, I've mainly been focused on thumbnails and CTR. Uh, the 460 viewed video has a 4.5 CTR. Not the best. The Poppy 5 3.1. So, I'm thinking of following uh flowing into

[1:56:47] the style more since it's working. The next focus for me is video intros. Uh, well, I want to be clear, brother. 4.5 to 3.1 is not good. That's not

[1:57:00] especially for gaming. That's so you're you can't look at it as like well the other ones were doing one I know you're going in a positive direction but like you need the [ __ ] 6 point you need the 6% clickth through

[1:57:15] 6 point you need the 6% clickth through you need the seven you need the eight in the habit of being like okay because these are better than the old ones you

[1:57:27] need to keep doing these now you you need to figure out [ __ ] the big guy. You need you need to get the big guy. So like don't try just replicating these because these are better than the 1%s. You need to like improve these more.

[1:57:44] You need to like improve these more. Start to improve these even more. I will say that like even what we talked about about clearly better than the previous ones.

[1:58:00] clearly better than the previous ones. I think I my biggest advice to you is like I don't I think the re you don't fully comprehend the reaction [ __ ] comprehend the reaction [ __ ] I still think the reaction [ __ ]

[1:58:14] having emotion in the thumbnail is good. I think you're over complicating it big time. I don't think you're clearly hearing the feedback on the reactions Like, okay, if I was just not to be nice, take your [ __ ] hoodie off. Take

[1:58:30] your hoodie off. You're killing space. It's It's It is dead space in the thumbnail. Take your [ __ ] hoodie off. Get it off. Remove it. The cinematic Get it off. Remove it. The cinematic lighting to your face. Stop it. Stop it.

[1:58:46] lighting to your face. Stop it. Stop it. Take a [ __ ] picture of the light being in front of your face facing where like the light should be on the side of the face that's in the photo. I should clearly be able to see

[1:59:01] the emotion. That's the whole point of you putting your reaction in it is the you putting your reaction in it is the emotion. You're getting the emotion. Uh Jordy, make sure you're you got tied uh in the make sure you're in the Discord

[1:59:13] only way that we can organize it across the board. the board. The only way that we can organize. Like, brother, I just I don't get the [ __ ] hoodie. I don't get it. I told

[1:59:26] you in the one thumbnail, I'm like, take your hoodie off and like you did it the point of the hoodie? What is the point of the hoodie? Are you trying to like get in character or something? Is it because Wolves puts in a hoodie and

[1:59:38] it because Wolves puts in a hoodie and [ __ ] It's not filling up space with stupid [ __ ]

[1:59:54] hoodie. Why do you have a hoodie on? What's the point? What is the point of having your [ __ ] hoodie up? What is the point? Look, like look at this one right here. Look how much dead like space you're filling up. Hold on.

[2:00:13] the house is, try not to look at it. >> He's lying to you. >> He's lying to you. >> One, if you hear a voice,

[2:00:27] is going to be. There's just there's I I just you guys you you guys have to [ __ ] understand when it comes to YouTube, every piece of

[2:00:40] stupid [ __ ] you put in the thumbnail you again. Key point or key thing. Uh hello. Okay, there we go. Key thing, most people are going to be seeing your

[2:00:52] thumbnail like this. I can't I can't see your [ __ ] reaction, brother. Like, can you do you have any emotion from that? Do you have any emotion from this? Do I see anything

[2:01:06] from this? Like, be honest. Can you like What is the smile? None. I have no emotion. I'm not drawn into this whatsoever. So, you're giving up on reaction reaction thumbnails

[2:01:20] thumbnails don't work for me." Brother, you have no idea if reaction thumbnails work for you because you're not doing reaction thumbnails well.

[2:01:32] of the uh getting rid of the glasses for the photos. Just uh

[2:01:54] go I [ __ ] hate Tik Tok has like a shortcut thing.

[2:02:14] to forehead. Chin to forehead. Chin to forehead. Chin to forehead. Chin to forehead. I don't know if I've said it enough times yet. Chin to

[2:02:27] said it enough times yet. Chin to forehead. say chin to forehead? If you're doing horror [ __ ] and or or or you're doing

[2:02:40] reactions, chin to forehead, you're you're trying to get your emotion. You shouldn't like you're not you're not flexing your hoodie. You're not flexing your [ __ ] your hat. You're not flexing any of that

[2:02:53] [ __ ] It's all [ __ ] pointless. You your goal, the goal of your face is not building brand. It's not building awareness. It is I show you guys what I'm doing. The goal of your face being in it is emotion. It's it's all emotion.

[2:03:09] That's what you're trying to get. You're trying to get a response that Oh, this was fearful. I wonder what it is. Emotional damage.

[2:03:26] So you're telling me So you're telling me? me and you're saying, "Yeah, this doesn't work. I had to remove my face

[2:03:40] following the things that are getting 3.5%. This is where creators go wrong. You You have You brother, you still don't even know. You still don't even know because you haven't like this what I'm saying. You gotta stick with the

[2:03:54] [ __ ] until you find out something works. You did three [ __ ] thumbnails and you're like, "Yep, doesn't work. Doesn't work." Brother, you're going to have to work." Brother, you're going to have to post 20 [ __ ] goddamn thumbnails. 20

[2:04:06] works. If you keep changing after every three and overinking it and over complicating it, you're you're going to just coming up with [ __ ] you're going to think that 3.5% is good. It's not good. It's not good. Now, just in the

[2:04:20] comparison of these, just in the comparison of these, obviously, which comparison of these, obviously, which one is more clear, just in the comparison of these, just between this, what is way more clear? Way more

[2:04:34] clearly. But again, now you got to improve your emotion. You You don't have my emotion with this. Okay, I see a face. I I see a face is there. I can see that. I can see her faces in the image, but like where's

[2:04:48] the shock? Where's the awe? Where's the [ __ ] Oh my god.

[2:05:02] YouTube. It's It Some of the best [ __ ] creators can have a banger video idea. If they if they can't come up with a thumbnail and title, they will squash the idea. >> They won't even put out the video.

[2:05:16] >> They won't even put out the video. won't put out the video. that's the other thing. Like I got to harp with you, man. You So you've been months now. You've been very interactive in in the [ __ ] You will try something.

[2:05:31] You you you're in what I like to call the addictive phase. You are understanding that analytics do you're understanding that you can change things. It's a powerful asset to have. But in the last two months, in the last

[2:05:46] two months, you have not stuck with actually you have not stuck with actually improving on the specific thing. you're not actually doing it. You think you're doing it, but you're not to a te.

[2:06:01] It's not clicking yet because you haven't had the one thumbnail pop off yet. When you get the 7% click-through rate thumbnail and the video performs 10 times better because of it, you're going to be like, "Oh, [ __ ] I'm dumb."

[2:06:16] [ __ ] do it. But you think in your head you're giving feedback and you're actually applying the feedback. You're not yet. The thumbnails are still so dark. They are so dark. Your face is so dark. Way too cinematic. You're going It

[2:06:31] dark. Way too cinematic. You're going It is overly cinematic. Don't know why. like the there's too much like grittiness to your face. grittiness to your face. You you the side that you're getting is

[2:06:43] screenshots. That's the side you're doing well. I will say that that's the side that you're doing well,

[2:06:56] but you're you're not doing the job on the emotion. You have to elicit a You have to give somebody to be like, "I got to click on this. I got to." So, when you make a thumbnail, ask yourself, would a random

[2:07:10] checking the boxes of like, I put it together the way you said, or would, like, be honest. Would you click on that thumbnail? Is there enough emotion? Can you see from a small size that you would click on that?

[2:07:30] has less slots. Well, yeah, it does now, but I mean even still so doesn't it thumbnails aren't going to do good with even 50 slots. You got to remember the the YouTube home screen, you're going

[2:07:44] other people that understand how to get 7% 6% clickthrough rate. Would you think 5% clickthrough rate for a brand new channel with one upload uh goes up to uh 1.2K views? Uh, it depends how fast it dropped off. That one that 5%

[2:08:00] click-through rate could be because the first like maybe you had like 10% shot up and then now as YouTube's pushed it out to a broader audience, it's just out to a broader audience, it's just died down.

[2:08:23] explain to him a while ago. It's a double-edged sword because I tell most put your face in the thumbnails. Like, if you're if you're talking about a thing, just don't put your face in a thumbnail. On this side, it's uh you you

[2:08:36] could just say YouTube and and Twitch. Tik Tok doesn't actually do these create this narrative. Uh Tik Tok doesn't actually cause problems when you do that. Uh we're we're live everywhere. We're live everywhere. Um, but the the

[2:08:50] thing the thing about this ad Adrian is like horror stuff. Usually having an the thumbnail. That that's why I feel like he needs to stick with this template style because again, like we said, if you do

[2:09:06] research, like a lot of horror channels that do well, they all have thumbnails that that replicate that style. There's no there's there's a reason why King Wolves on the majority of his

[2:09:22] videos these guys aren't doing long form on the majority of his videos he does the same thing over and over and over and over again. This is a good idea of not you could totally do [ __ ] like this. But like look how crystal clear that is

[2:09:36] that that is giving like it makes me want to click on it. It makes me want to click on this.

[2:09:50] spam thumbnails into the Discord for the next video. [ __ ] use AI, brother. This why I talk about using AI. I know I know goddamn well AI is not telling you that the thumbnails that you are putting out is good.

[2:10:04] out is good. I know goddamn well because I bro Chad GBT be roasting my [ __ ] I know goddamn well Chad GBT is

[2:10:16] not telling you. Yeah, that's a good thumbnail.

[2:10:29] And Chad GBT told you this is a good thumbnail right here. problem with that. Oh, you're probably talking about these. Yeah, cuz like

[2:10:42] Chat GBT with a grain of salt. But I'm talking about these. I know like cuz the these So, okay. The problem is not that you're not starting to understand thumbnails. The problem is the high click-through rate

[2:10:57] thumbnails that you could be creating, you veered off the path because you didn't perfect these thumbnails. That's your problem. I'm telling you these put these in the chat GBT and you tell me that chat chat

[2:11:09] G chat GBT says this is a good Yeah, that's a good thumbnail. And it doesn't face a little bit. You can make your you can tighten your emotions. You should maybe take a better emotional shot.

[2:11:22] about these because you just told me that these are 3.5 to to 4.5% click-through rate. 4.5 to 3%. Okay, it's better. It's not good. That's not

[2:11:34] good. So, it tells Okay, so bridge the gap here. Tells you one thing. You're clear in the point. So, okay, you're making progress in the CTR because you horror in some way. You need now to connect the system of get this result

[2:11:53] in this setup emotion that result. Make the combination bridge the gap.

[2:12:13] This is probably one of your best reactions. >> Stranger, >> do it. argue one of your better reaction photos. Clear emotion. Clear clear

[2:12:30] emotion. Okay, so let's work with this a little bit, shall we? can't. Ah, dude. You're gonna piss me off. They're going to piss me off.

[2:12:59] We're obviously just for the sake of the time. shortcut in Photoshop and it keeps bringing Discord or uh Tik Tok to the

[2:13:11] bringing Discord or uh Tik Tok to the top.

[2:13:23] You can even try this. God, do I keep exiting out of it? Uh, this one might be kind of hard because you filled it up in the screen.

[2:13:42] good performing video. >> Hello. uh what's the 30 second and and the overall on that? How's the intro on like

[2:13:56] how's the edit actually performing on this one?

[2:14:48] god damn it, [ __ ] Um,

[2:15:07] the video cuz obviously I don't have like the screenshot for you or like the screenshot for you or screenshot from you.

[2:15:32] Actually, I didn't even try the top here. Maybe the top will actually generate fill.

[2:15:47] one minute average. How long's the video? Yeah. See, and you're so stressed about the thumbnails, man. You still you still don't have the [ __ ] the editing portion down. You know what I mean

[2:16:11] me. We're going to delete. Is it this one?

[2:16:37] Photoshop tools that will [ __ ] help you immensely with this [ __ ]

[2:16:58] bit. It's going to be a little hot, so I'm going to cool it off a little bit. Maybe add a little bit of an S-curve.

[2:17:15] I'm actually going to take out some of the contrast.

[2:17:56] I just I I was able to just do it in [ __ ] two minutes. Didn't take much time. I mean, there there are just something like like what's it going to what what is AI going to do in that?

[2:18:10] prompt AI, hey create my face or cut out my like it once you learn the tools just my like it once you learn the tools just like [ __ ] fix it yourself.

[2:18:23] like why not just have AI generate a thumbnail for you? Is that what you're thumbnail for you? Is that what you're talking about?

[2:18:50] Again, the the middle ground that you guys have to understand is you guys need to separate the difference between having AI create it for you and having AI create it for you and utilizing AI to make it better. But you

[2:19:04] for example, what prompt are you going to tell AI in this situation? Hey, I know you don't know me, but take a reaction photo of my face and put it

[2:19:16] on top of a game. Like, what what would be the what would be the prompt that you be the what would be the prompt that you would give it?

[2:19:29] you got you just can't do that, man. You're you're going to get in a [ __ ] world where like you people are going to start not clicking on [ __ ] because it's too overly AI and

[2:19:43] on [ __ ] because it's too overly AI and people are going to be able to tell.

[2:19:56] elements with AI. Create the whole thing yourself, right? Like you're like unless you [ __ ] teach your AI with a like hundreds of photos of your face, which you could do. Even still, it's it's not the best. You ever see like video, bro,

[2:20:09] internet. You ever see like some of those vid like [ __ ] what the AI will those vid like [ __ ] what the AI will do like autogenerating his face,

[2:20:21] room and [ __ ] But like here's the thing, guys like this, there's there's thing, guys like this, there's there's just some things where it's just like going to do certain like here like let's use wolves wools. And this is what I

[2:20:38] what I've done on channels uh that I manage, gaming channels and [ __ ] manage, gaming channels and [ __ ] You have somebody sit down and do 10 [ __ ] reactions, edit them all at once, enhance them all at once, cut them

[2:20:53] once, enhance them all at once, cut them out, they're done.

[2:21:10] You You think that's You think half the thumbnail is is his face right there? face would be literally half the thumbnail being his face.

[2:21:25] That's not really half. Was that maybe Was that maybe 20% if that?

[2:21:37] at 12% you can still see the emotion. Anything lower than that, it's hard to you really want to edit most of your thumbnails at this range cuz this is what people are going to be seeing. People are not going to be seeing it

[2:21:51] be like, "Oh, that's taking a lot of space. What if I just cut his face into like this much and then you can see more of the thing going on, right? Then 12% they're not going to see the face anymore. You still have to have like the

[2:22:06] whole point and we're again please understand that with helping toasters he is a horror guy. The whole part of why people watch horror content aside for the indulgence of like the specific game

[2:22:20] than being involved is most of the time the reaction. Oh, somebody got scared. of these guys. That's why guys like Wool Wools kills kills it. People love his jump scares, his reactions, his

[2:22:35] character as a result for playing the horror games. So, if you're going to take advantage of the emotion, ah, oh my god, cringe. What

[2:22:48] nasty thing? Oh, now I got to check it out to see what it is. If you're going to do that, like, you would want to have your face in there. I'm not telling just because I'm helping toasters because he's doing this content

[2:23:01] specifically does not does not mean we're saying everybody put your face in we're saying everybody put your face in the thumbnail.

[2:23:17] man. I should make it a monthly subscription, huh? My god. Uh, yeah, dude. Just you got to stick with it, Toasters. Man, I can tell you

[2:23:29] like I can tell you're just you're if one doesn't do well, you're instantly like, "Okay, I got to completely switch up like the [ __ ] next one and shit." You're going to have to [ __ ] create 20 like 20 more until they start doing

[2:23:43] 20 like 20 more until they start doing good. You could say, "Cut out." You could take a picture of you with like try to make

[2:23:56] background. So stand in front of a light dark background and you could take that into AI and say cut me out and or cut me out from the background and brighten brighten and enhance my face or something like that.

[2:24:11] BC, appreciate you, Poppy. All right, Devin, you're you're in here. Uh guess I'll drop uh I'll drop the channel here. Just hit 20K subs, averaging around 6 to8 CTR on newer stuff. That's good. Uh finally figuring out video packaging.

[2:24:24] Skyrim is my big stuff, but I'd like to make sure I'm breached out to other games. If you started getting paid $100,000 tomorrow to continuously produce Skyrim content, would you happily produce

[2:24:36] Skyrim content? Is Is Guys, is Skyrim content ever Is Is Guys, is Skyrim content ever evolving, too? educate me on that,

[2:24:55] you're not even into reaction content anyways, Texis. So like that, it doesn't matter. There's This is This is where dog [ __ ] advice in the online space is really, really unhealthy. Hey, I wouldn't click on your thumbnail if it

[2:25:08] had a face. Okay, would you even click on it if it didn't? Uh, no. Not That's okay. Well, I don't want your answer. If I was him, I I wouldn't want your suggestion. I don't want somewhat. I I don't want you being like I'm like,

[2:25:25] okay, take Listen to this, guys. Listen to this. possibly, subjectively, I I could.

[2:25:40] It's not what I would want. I want you clicking and watching the [ __ ] video. That's what I want. That's your job as a creator. That's what you want. So, when your community tells you the fluffy

[2:25:52] [ __ ] this is why I'm telling you guys this. When your community says, um, I'm not really into what they're saying is they wouldn't watch your [ __ ] video anyways. I would I would totally support you on

[2:26:04] I would I would totally support you on this. No, you don't make decisions on how to actually get better at producing content because somebody's beating around the bush of what they would do. Okay, that's not the target audience for

[2:26:16] Okay, that's not the target audience for that particular situation, is it? logic of well, Texi said that he would personally not do that. I want to build

[2:26:30] it off of actual analytical data. Okay? If I'm constantly able to show you guys that are getting millions of active views off of doing the said thing, it's clearly working. I wouldn't click on a Mr. Beast video. Okay, you're not

[2:26:46] interested in that. 150 million people on average do. So, we we can play around like personally what you would want to do or I would rather give advice on the

[2:26:58] you're making. This is what actually works in that field. works in that field. what specifically works in that field.

[2:27:13] a screenshot of my YouTube homepage uh just to see how it looks with the the masses. There's uh there's a um uh there's an app that you can just use for that. By the way, um what was that called? Uh YouTube

[2:27:32] uh I think it's literally called testmy thumbnails.com.

[2:27:45] game Friday, boys. This is what it's all about. Free game Friday. testmynails.com

[2:27:57] And look at this. Mobile too. Mobile too. Mobile,

[2:28:09] side, you can do search result, you can do just homepage. Yep. Uh to answer the question, guys, too, for a couple of you guys that were

[2:28:24] asking, um these are for YouTube Premium members only. Yeah, you got these are the things you got to pay monthly for. Yeah. Yeah. Um uh that's a tough question, honestly. I mean, Skyrim's paying the bills now, and I'm I'm Okay,

[2:28:37] let me Okay. And I'm doing trying to do additional stuff to make sure it's not the only thing on the channel. Okay. The only Okay, so the problem that I see is when you say that, the first thing that I'm

[2:28:51] seeing is this is my last shot at YouTube. Halo 3 changed my life. Team Fortress, that's all over the place. Is there a middle ground? So Skyrim's encounter system really weird. Okay, so again, excuse my ignorance. I'm not too

[2:29:05] familiar with Skyrim, but see, and I see that the way that you make videos. I was streaming Skyrim the other day. >> Really reminds me of uh what the [ __ ] is >> Really reminds me of uh what the [ __ ] is his name?

[2:29:24] Oh, we follow each other. General Sam. Really reminds me of General Sam, huh?

[2:29:37] Maybe he switches up a little bit, I guess. >> Yeah. >> And it came out in 2009. >> And it came out in 2009. >> You're talking about like this.

[2:29:51] >> You're talking about like this. Is there any inspiration any Austin Bizley channel? N Jakey. Yes. I'm not I've gotten say okay. Okay. So,

[2:30:03] is there a world where you can bridge that gap early before you have such extreme disconnects? Like, oh, it looks like you're actually doing it. Oh, [ __ ] dude. This did good. Oh,

[2:30:16] what the [ __ ] you talking about, brother? You're not confined. You did Skyrim. You did the Fallout one did well. Wait, what's the question then? What are you even questioning, brother? What's

[2:30:29] the retention and [ __ ] on these crypt? Again, these are for the $15 a crypt? Again, these are for the $15 a month premium members on YouTube.

[2:30:44] You're doing good with these. What's the uh what's the first um how's the fir how's like the actual retention on these?

[2:30:58] >> That's funny. You should uh the tippy top of the map. >> Should add uh drop shadows for the bottom just for funsies.

[2:31:10] Yeah. Premium members to the channel. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep.

[2:31:26] rate you said is that like uh is that like eight? Is that what you said? I mean, what do you what do you even need to know? You need You're You're in, brother.

[2:31:49] around the [ __ ] that you're genuinely into. I just like opinions. Okay. Well, here's my opinion. You're 20,000 subscribers and you're pulling analytics that some guys with 500,000 would would be killing for right

[2:32:03] now. 78% is not you're not questioning if you're putting together bad videos. Is that your average at at 70 plus percent? You don't have to question are you writing your video

[2:32:17] intros bad? You know that you have a system you need to keep to that system. If you're keeping 40% 40 to 50% retention across the whole video. So, when you see that graph on the engagement and it shows you that

[2:32:32] percentage that you're keeping past that, if you're keeping people past 40%. And you can I mean, you can optimize these to be better. You can look at the

[2:32:45] just start not including these things. But like in two weeks you generated But like in two weeks you generated between three new videos, 227,000 views. One of them popped off. The other

[2:33:01] views. One of them popped off. The other one was not Skyrim and still did well. The Fallout one is a 4.1 CTR and a 65% at 30 second and 40. So you could So the

[2:33:13] intro could be better on that one. So okay, so this is where you read things. Devin, I ju I just had to help the guy. Uh uh I just did a one-on-one consulting with a guy, and this is what I had to show him. It's not that venturing out is

[2:33:26] killing you. It's that which honestly I can see it right now. I can tell you why this thumbnail is not good. I I have no idea what is in this that is. And maybe like to the subculture of Fallout, they know what

[2:33:40] that is, but like that's just not a good thumbnail. That's why you got a 4.1 CTR. on that and then then then the then you learn from this one. Okay. Well, what went wrong in the the 65%. You should see on

[2:33:55] the graph in a comparison your line drops at a different rate on average did that drop? Where did you see that? Either A it's going to be a downward slope and then pan out or B it's going to be just a straight down and then

[2:34:09] to be just a straight down and then jagged. um like examples like this. would be the type of person that I'd say, yeah, booking a one-on-one time

[2:34:25] would be good, cuz like that's where I would actually be like, "Let's get into your analytics. I want to see what's doing right, what's going wrong." Yeah, he's a weird dude, unfortunately. Well, the

[2:34:39] thing is it's not the fact that you use the dude, it's the background that you have with the dude. You see the green on green? No bueno. There's no contrast. Absolutely no no contrast. You could have probably just done blue. You see

[2:34:52] why this one did really well? Those wolves standing out against the the the blue background. It's very [ __ ] clear. Very clear. Remember earlier what own thumbnails. There's a reason some thumbnails are getting high

[2:35:06] thumbnails are getting high click-through rate and others aren't. like okay, so then for this particular video, so you lost a little extra other Skyrims. What does what does the graph look like

[2:35:21] in there? Do do you have more like boring moment drop offs? Do you have a bad hook drop off? Do you have uh doesn't sound like you had a good hook because you didn't re retain everybody in there? So, it was it was probably

[2:35:33] looking more something like more of like a a little bit of a hook of decline and a a little bit of a hook of decline and then it kind of balanced out like this,

[2:35:47] subs. Subs should not be your focus, man. Subs don't [ __ ] matter. Don't matter. you what you should be saying is you should you should love that you did SEO correctly in a video to get uh with no subs to get a thousand

[2:36:01] impressions. That means you did your SEO correctly to where YouTube is pushing your video to thousands of people at at when the next rate is okay. Well, then click-through rate for better thumbnails. So to get act people to

[2:36:14] actually click on those videos and then once you get them in there, you need to have this. You need to have good retention graph layer layer layer layer. blueprints and [ __ ] and everything we talked about is so crucial because you

[2:36:28] should not This is stressful. This is the stressful side. [ __ ] you. You put didn't happen, the SEO didn't happen, the hook didn't happen. These are hard from these three mistakes. You should not be stacking the stress of these

[2:36:42] things on top of the stress of the production of content. That is literally the part where you don't have to stress. You can build systems. You can [ __ ] follow a creator blueprint, a foundation of capturing ideas. How do you record

[2:36:58] your [ __ ] When do you show up? When do you work? You need to have that organized on the front so when you go to make a video, you're focusing on this make a video, you're focusing on this [ __ ]

[2:37:12] I give uncanny value vibes. All my videos have to have the bad the bad look graph. What the uh bad hook graph? Yeah, your hooks are bad. You do better hooks.

[2:37:29] start, then six for basically the rest of the video. Yeah. Bad hook. Bad hook, brother. So, it's not So, the but the good thing is here's the point of doing the power that you have. You're not confined to this. YouTube knows that you

[2:37:44] do a good job in what you do and it wants to test you to audiences. You, as a creator, did a bad job with the packaging of this. You didn't have a good hook. You didn't have a good thumbnail. Guess what? You can fix that.

[2:37:58] So when you're it's crucial that every time you step out of the Skyrim [ __ ] one time you step out of the Skyrim [ __ ] one think of general audience in a Skyrim and the things that you typically do with there how how could

[2:38:15] they connect with another thing you know kind of lean into that a little bit I don't know how much Fallout relates to Skyrim why they would maybe share some of the same audiences is, >> but you it looks like you do creative

[2:38:29] getting pushed >> and it's crucial that you understand that it's not this big like random obstacle where it's like, okay, YouTube's favoring me. Same developer. Okay, so don't live in a world where

[2:38:43] just got to hope this luck keeps running. No, no, no. You're in control now. You're you're in the step that a lot of people would kill to be in. produce good content. It's clearly good content. You don't, brother, you don't

[2:38:57] get a 78% retention unless it's a good hook and a a good good video on that one that got 78% retention. Did you probably get about 50 to 55%

[2:39:10] uh watched the whole video? I'm I'm going try try to see how good I am. Try to see how good I am. On that video that you got the 78% retention, how long did people stay? Probably over 45 uh 45%.

[2:39:25] Yes, sir. Goddamn. And you guys you And you guys think that there's not formulas making [ __ ] up out of [ __ ] thin air. We did this last time on on on E better. I like it. These are recipes, guys. I know for a fact if you if you tell a

[2:39:40] get the hook and you're going to get this many views, I know that you're getting long watch time. If this video would not have two thou 100,000 views, if it had a good hook and then fell off, it would be stuck at the 10 to 20k

[2:39:55] range. It'd be stuck. Okay? And this is a prime example. This is where like, learn from me. I'm stubborn. I'm focusing on my brand first. I create diver diversity. That's what [ __ ] me. I [ __ ] my channel

[2:40:13] by doing this. Just don't do that. Don't do what? I'm stubborn. I'm very stubborn. If I I I can go to YouTube Studio right now to the AI and I can say based off of the

[2:40:27] metrics and analytics on my channel, what is the number one niche I should be focusing on? Because I've done this and it says tech setup space 100%. Meaning, if I would stop cutting out the building in public, if I would stop making videos

[2:40:41] about things like when I want to put together a viewing documentary, if I wanted to stop reacting about things, I would do better overall if I did what? And it's clearly obvious. If I just stuck with the setup tech stuff,

[2:40:54] >> I would do better overall. I'm [ __ ] my channel by not focusing on that. I could be generating a lot more money here. I could be getting a lot more I want to show you that I'm a prime example that you can't just gain views

[2:41:10] in something and think it's going to spill over to [ __ ] It doesn't work like that. It does not work like that. This is a reason why I can put out a video just making a video about a keyboard just absolutely tanks in comparison.

[2:41:26] Absolutely tanks. So much so much diversity, man. So much. So I I wanted to share you show you that Devon because sounds like you want to

[2:41:38] branch out. It sounds like you can it not sounds doesn't look you literally can branch out. You're a good creator. It's the proof is right there. The video look at that and be like, "Well, that underperformed, so YouTube doesn't like

[2:41:52] do a good job with the packaging. In something new and so did the audience. Big green flags. We love that. We love that because this is where you can be more of your general Sams and the other

[2:42:07] sounds like they do diversity because at the end of the day, you become the content. You're essentially becoming the content. You're talking and sharing the you're staying in at least a pretty good target.

[2:42:21] When did he start? Uh, looks like this channel started in 2021. Dude, your your channel's doing really good, dude. It it is hard to pull these views

[2:42:36] for a lot of creators. These are good views. These are good views. It's crucial that you understand and research. You study off your own [ __ ] and make sure what worked in the Skyrim's encounter system, Skyrim's

[2:42:52] religion. You package that and you keep redoing it, man. Dude, I'm excited that you joined in, man. I want you to I want you I'd love checking in with us. I think you're going to be [ __ ] I think you're going to

[2:43:05] probably kill it, man. Now, are are you Now, here's the thing. Here's the thing. Couple things. Are you already considering ways to monetize to take stress off your place from only worrying about monetization from live streams and

[2:43:18] ad revenue? That's number one. Are you are you thinking outside the box on monetization at this point to start diversifying your modific uh monetization so that way you don't stress about these doing well? And

[2:43:32] number two, are you taking advantage of turning some content in vertical and posting on other vertical content? Great. You're doing well here. How are shorts looking? How how how's Tik Tok,

[2:43:45] Instagram looking? So, like I don't want you getting in the habit of this because I think you're clearly a good creator. This is lazy. >> He doesn't do this normally, but we need you to drink from this sap.

[2:44:00] Drink the sap, buddy. You drink the sap. >> You see why this one didn't perform like >> Oh [ __ ] I thought this was full. Well, counter counter to me. >> I just I just I just think making videos like this is lazy. I just think you're

[2:44:14] too creative and I think you could come up with isolated short form content ideas that live in an actual short form format and not just take bits from the long form and turn it into short form. >> These damn elves who I killed and I

[2:44:28] heard a I heard a hunter go that's the last of them and I like I turned and he's like hiding behind a bush like what are you doing over there buddy? more wolves. A dark elf. Uh going to >> like honestly what might even make these

[2:44:43] Yeah, it's gonna take from the long form stuff. Yeah. Okay. So, let me try another tip with you. Instead of cropping this out, don't stress too much about you being on the screen the whole time. I bet you

[2:44:58] could have I almost want to try to do this live, but these just a little challenge for you. try to make like I can't show you this but like imagine this is the vertical of this and every now and then you're

[2:45:12] but then you're just >> elves who >> cuz like that right there like you could just have that be vertical >> these damn elves who I killed and I heard a

[2:45:24] >> but the power with doing that is so like that's not a good hook to a short but the power doing that is you can take a clip from from your long form edit,

[2:45:37] stretch it to be in a a 16-9 ratio, right? The edited version. And you can go back and forth from cropping and painting you to be in some of the talking points and you you not in but then that's where you can go and

[2:45:51] but then that's where you can go and post and you can record an external hook like talking because you don't have to rely on just the footage of you talking from the thing from the video from the

[2:46:05] VOD because you can import your own talking point there. you mute your track and your audio track. Yeah, because you're right. I don't like you're doing good on this. It's I don't

[2:46:19] you're doing good on this. It's I don't want you stressing about this [ __ ] too. >> It sucks because he's clearly in pain, right? He >> You clearly have a good job at telling a story and you're creative in some way

[2:46:32] cuz people are [ __ ] with it. They're staying and watching. And I don't want you to leave this fruit on the table, too. too. And hey, maybe maybe you should just

[2:46:44] maybe there's a world where you just like have a day where you go back and you just make hot takes and heater zappers. Just 15 [ __ ] second shorts give a little bit of that personality and just knock [ __ ] out. Yeah, I would

[2:47:00] going to take clips from this, try to have a better hook. Just zoom in on the [ __ ] camera and at least let it ride. I just wouldn't do the cropping. That's that part's just lazy. And even some of these are doing well. So like again, the

[2:47:13] [ __ ] storytelling is good in it. But also makes me wonder how many of these also makes me wonder how many of these are doing well because the because maybe long form, 100,000 of those people actively watch shorts. So your shorts

[2:47:26] started getting pushed to those people as well. long form presentation. Take the day after and try to just sit down and be

[2:47:40] like, "How can I make vertical content out of a couple of these points and then if you need to refill a hook, just do talking points over it and zoom into the talking points over it and zoom into the [ __ ] footage."

[2:47:55] Yeah, you exactly. You only need a two to four second hook were even He doesn't do this. >> I'm pumped because like I think I I think you do these things. I think you

[2:48:11] keep assessing what's working in some of these and you learn from your own results and apply that to some of the other things. Keep your personality. cuz it's clearly working. Start to monetize across the board. Sign up for

[2:48:24] deals. Anything you can to just make sure extra cash is flowing in. Uh come But just make sure you're not just solely like, "Okay, I have to have Twitch subs and I have to have ad revenue. That's what I got to rely on."

[2:48:38] Uh, months that do great, don't live outside your memes. Stack that as extra cash. Keep building a [ __ ] runway. Keep building a [ __ ] runway. Focus on start getting easy followings over there. I think dude I mean there's

[2:48:55] nothing stopping you back from being a 1 million subbed [ __ ] channel million subbed [ __ ] channel generating like dude the that 200k could generating like dude the that 200k could be your normaly.

[2:49:10] as just like an example like this dude just [ __ ] kills it across the board. Just kills it across the board everywhere. >> What? Get out. >> Rainbow Six Siege X is a mass

[2:49:25] >> and see and see this is where you can slow down and make easier short form Great example with this >> for Rainbow Six Siege. And there's a lot

[2:49:37] to talk about. Thank you Ubisoft for sponsoring this video. First, get out of You're a millionaire. >> Cry at the end of this, right? cry, but that's different. And I'm not going to cry at a cowboy game. Cowboys

[2:49:50] >> OOH, THAT'S A GREAT IDEA, TOO. You could essentially instead of trying to take your short form uh take your long form content and turning into short form content, you could turn your live stream content because you stream, right? How

[2:50:03] content because you stream, right? How do you stream? What do you stream? >> Video game that you logged into twitch.tv TV on a brand new account to

[2:50:15] concurrent viewers. Brother, you need help in real life. >> You're funny, dude. Yeah, I think you're going to do well. But I I don't know if you actively stream seven days ago. Hey, you could

[2:50:28] you you could create I got an ad company I'm working with so they can find me stuff. I have like 150 members right now. Okay, good. Avenue is kind Oh, I I imagine I imagine. Uh let's see. I don't mean to pocket watch too much. 22

[2:50:43] minutes, 50% 200,000. 200,000. Uh, anywhere from just that video alone could probably be anywhere from like

[2:50:57] $450 to $1,300 just from this video alone. Am I am is just from this video alone. Am I am is that like ballpark?

[2:51:10] a 22m minutee long video. I just assume probably like a few I just assume probably like a few hundred per 100,000 views at that rate. Like if you were to get a million views, 1238.

[2:51:23] Come on, guys. At this point, it's scary, right? It's scary, right? Yeah. So, if you if you would have gotten a million views on this, it would have been like about like5 $6,000 on this. And and honestly, it it might over

[2:51:41] It could it could have hit up. And And think about this. See, and think about this. This is why I always laugh at [ __ ] So, in my niche, at a at [ __ ] So, in my niche, at a at a point in time, that RPM is low. When I

[2:51:55] was doing just the tech [ __ ] brother. Brother. Especially Especially the um especially um Q4 of the year. I had month, dude. I I had months where like

[2:52:08] say the numbers. It was f it's [ __ ] things you talk about like money management is a huge one. Real the like tech and and [ __ ] especially if you're family friendly you can get insane

[2:52:24] family friendly you can get insane [ __ ] rates on your content. Insane rates. Like some of my RPM on videos would double that easily. easily. Like my setup videos, people

[2:52:38] were like, "Why do you make so many setup videos, brother?" Have you seen insane. It's insane. Let's not talk about Tik Tok's new low rate after the sale. I mean, Tik Tok never really had that good

[2:52:53] of a rate uh in the last few years. The whole 60-second thing is just so stupid whole 60-second thing is just so stupid on Tik Tok. Like, videos having to be 60 seconds or more to monetize, just so silly. Just so silly.

[2:53:09] [ __ ] Allie, did you ask that? Wait, what is going on with TikTok today? How long do you need to stay to count as a view? What do you mean?

[2:53:23] What do you mean? Um, yeah, Devin, dude, check in with us a little bit more. Um, Toaster, I put that thumbnail in there if you want to use it. Um, if you want to use it. All right. I don't see anything else in

[2:53:35] the premium check. Again, guys, if you end up joining the premium members club, the way, uh if you end up joining the premium members club, it is crucial that we're trying to develop a system here. Make sure your YouTube is connected to

[2:53:48] your Discord. You will get automatic access to the to the YouTube premium member chat. You'll get automatic access to all the chats. All of them. All of them. So, uh I'm going to peace out though today. Uh Devin, keep killing it.

[2:54:04] Toasters, stick with the [ __ ] Uh Ebbit, good [ __ ] on the intro. Let's focus on on the next [ __ ] [ __ ] man. Let's focus on the next videos. You fixed the intro to the last one. Let that video live. Don't stress about it too much.

[2:54:18] You're clearly creative and full of ideas. Time for the next ones. Time for the next ones. Don't live too uh too deep in the path. Uh yeah, guys, everything is on my website. Any of the the [ __ ] that I use, gear list is over

[2:54:31] there. blueprints are over there. Lock them in. Go snag a LUT pack um for some of the Devon. If you ever want to you start doing well and you want some answers on some other things and you need more specifics, book a one-on-one

[2:54:44] time. We'll hang out. if you need any like setup optimization. The where where I could see it being valuable is if there is a workflow problem with you ever feel like you have if you have a good month over these next few months,

[2:54:57] you do that we talked about today, you're not doing the best with vertical content, book a one-on-one call with me on my site and we'll sit down and we'll [ __ ] set up your OBS to make the [ __ ] easy, man. To where you can just start

[2:55:11] pumping out [ __ ] just e like how I do it. I don't know if you watched some of my recent videos, but I have a vertical canvas. I have a horizontal canvas, and I'm I'm able to just when I sit down, it's [ __ ] go time. Done. Don't think

[2:55:24] about it. Move on. So, maybe it's just optimizing your your setup and [ __ ] Um, that's to answer the Ducks's question, uh, which he left already, but to answer

[2:55:36] Duck's question, that's what oneonone times are for. One-on-one times are you're already doing something. You've already started generating revenue. You optimize your workflow. You want you

[2:55:48] Biggie, I I just want to sit down in a call with you for an hour and just help me I'm I want to I want to jump on to the camera setup that I have. Help me set up my lighting to be better. Help me to set up this to be better. That's what

[2:56:01] that shit's for. Those are not for calls to where you're like, I don't have any subscribers. I don't have any followers. Please help me blow up. That's not I'm going to waste my time with that [ __ ] You can get the blueprints. You stick to

[2:56:14] a 90-day system, you will get to a better point doing something for 90 days uh when starting off. The one-on ones are more for like, you know, actually providing real value, like how to take let's get in a call. Let's solve a real

[2:56:28] [ __ ] problem here. SO, YES, SIR. DUDE, DEVIN, keep going. I'm glad that you jumped in here on that. I'm excited. I get pumped, man, because I don't think you realize what you're on to. And I I don't I hate doing this because I don't

[2:56:40] nervous about it because a lot of us content creators will do that. But like literally, it's brother, it's March of of 2026. You could you could be generate you could generate another [ __ ] few million views by mid year and e your

[2:56:57] subs by the end of this year. No problem. No. No problem at all. No problem at all. The [ __ ] uh uh the year that I gained like 45,000 subscribers on that Apex channel uh when we were going hard on that, we weren't

[2:57:12] we got we grew it that f [ __ ] hard. So uh I'm pumped for you, man. That's uh going to be a big year for you if you already ambitious about it, too. All right, guys. Love y'all. Good free game

[2:57:26] Friday. I hope it was valuable for you guys. Go have a good [ __ ] weekend. I will see you guys on lock in Monday where we rip it kind of get everybody started for the week. Um yeah, everything's on the website biggie.co.

[2:57:42] you guys in next uh Friday. Again, reminder too, if you guys are a part of the premium members and you miss today and you can't be here for next Friday, the point of setting it up in Discord is you do not have to be here. You don't

[2:57:56] have to be here. the the chat is there to where if you're on TikTok, if you're on YouTube, and you can't be present in the stream, you ha we have a area now in Discord where as long as you connect

[2:58:08] your YouTube to Discord, you can stop by any day of the week from now till next Friday and you can ask questions, you can give links to stuff, go back, check the VOD, watch it later if you want to. Okay, guys. So, it I I wanted to make

[2:58:21] this where we don't miss people now. We don't have to have you in the stream. We guys uh we missed a little bit of you guys today, hop hop in there, guys. Hop in there. But again, you got to join the membership on
